Episode 564 – You Can’t Win Them All

The Supreme Court releases more rulings.

California shows how immoral they are…again.

And how is Joe Biden not being investigated and impeached?

 

More Rulings

The Supreme Court released two more rulings. One is very good, the other, not so much, but expected.

 

Biden’s Victory

Biden does get a victory of sorts. According to the Supreme Court, the Remain in Mexico policy developed under the Trump administration can be ended by the Department of Homeland Security.

According to Fox News:

The Supreme Court ruled Thursday in a 5-4 decision that the Biden administration can repeal the Trump administration’s Migrant Protection Protocols, commonly known as the “Remain in Mexico” policy, reversing a lower court ruling.

Under that policy, migrants seeking entry into the U.S. had to stay in Mexico as they awaited hearings. The Trump administration put the policy in place so that migrants would not be released into the U.S. The Biden administration had tried to repeal the policy but was previously blocked by a lower court. At issue was whether the Department of Homeland Security’s suspension and subsequent termination of the policy violated a federal law that requires that migrants be detained or, if they arrived from a contiguous country, sent back.

This is not a shocker. This is what happens when you have an impotent Congress. This should have been put into law and not made by Executive order. The Department of Homeland Security was given the discretion to determine whether to send people back to Mexico or not. The big problem with the rule is that many of the people they were sending back to Mexico were not Mexican. This did put an undo burden on Mexico.

I know the argument that Mexico is allowing people through their country, therefore we shouldn’t care. I also know that this policy was negotiated by the Trump administration. But that stuff is irrelevant to the court. The question is can DHS end the policy.

Fox News continues:

The court argued that the Return to Mexico policy “applies exclusively to non-Mexican nationals who have arrived at ports of entry that are located ‘in the United States,'” and that therefore the Executive Branch “cannot unilaterally return these migrants to Mexico.” Roberts cited a Biden administration claim that the policy has negatively impacted other areas of relations with Mexico.

“Yet under the Court of Appeals’ interpretation, section 1225(b)(2)(C) authorized the District Court to force the Executive to the bargaining table with Mexico, over a policy that both countries wish to terminate, and to supervise its continuing negotiations with Mexico to ensure that they are conducted ‘in good faith,’” Roberts wrote. “That stark consequence confirms our conclusion that Congress did not intend section 1225(b)(2)(C) to tie the hands of the Executive in this manner.”

The court also noted that Congress gave the Department of Homeland Security the discretion to utilize a third option for migrants, which is parole.

This is the problem with our current system and we need to make an amendment to the Constitution that says bureaucracies cannot create law. They are not there to do Congress’ job.

Unfortunately, this power was given to DHS by the Trump administration so it’s hard to see how DHS can’t do this.

Fox News continues:

“Every administration, including the Trump and Biden administrations, has utilized this authority to some extent,” the court said.

Justice Kavanaugh also referenced the parole option in a concurring opinion, stating that both parole and return “are legally permissible options,” meaning that the Return to Mexico policy is not mandatory.

I’m not thrilled with this ruling but, unfortunately, I think it’s correct. I think the remain in Mexico policy is good policy because it discourages illegal immigration but the bureaucracy that was given the power to implement it should also have the power to end it.

There were two dissenting opinions. The first is from Amy Coney Barrett. Fox News reports:

Justice Barrett, in a dissenting opinion, said she agreed with the majority’s view of the relevant immigration law, but believed that the court’s opinion in a separate case issued two weeks ago impacted the issue of whether lower courts had the jurisdiction to hear the case in the first place. Instead of ruling on the case, she argued, the Supreme Court should have sent the case back down for the lower court to consider the recent decision.

“I agree with the Court’s analysis of the merits—but not with its decision to reach them,” Barrett wrote.

This is the thing that judges do when they don’t want to deal with a decision. She knows that the majority is correct but she doesn’t want to join them. She just wants to kick the can down the road and deal with it later.

The Conservative justices were a little bit more aggressive with the law.

Fox News continues:

In a more contentious dissent, Justice Samuel Alito – joined by Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch – argued that the government does not have the authority to release migrants into the U.S. if it is believed that they are not eligible for admission.

Justice Alito wrote the dissent. He said:

“When it appears that one of these aliens is not admissible, may the Government simply release the alien in this country and hope that the alien will show up for the hearing at which his or her entitlement to remain will be decided? Congress has provided a clear answer to that question, and the answer is no. 

“Due to the huge numbers of aliens who attempt to enter illegally from Mexico, DHS does not have the capacity to detain all inadmissible aliens encountered at the border, and no one suggests that DHS must do the impossible. But rather than avail itself of Congress’s clear statutory alternative to return inadmissible aliens to Mexico while they await proceedings in this country, DHS has concluded that it may forgo that option altogether and instead simply release into this country untold numbers of aliens who are very likely to be removed if they show up for their removal hearings.

“This practice,” Alito continued, “violates the clear terms of the law, but the Court looks the other way.”

They’re right but that does not answer the underlying question. Even in his dissent, he stated the majority is right.

So, be prepared for more illegal aliens to be released into the country.

 

Great Decision

At least there was one good decision released today and it deals a serious blow to the Environmental Protection Agency which should make all of us happy.

According to Fox News:

The Supreme Court dealt a significant blow to the Biden administration’s climate change agenda, ruling Thursday that the Environmental Protection Agency cannot pass sweeping regulations that could overhaul entire industries without additional congressional approval.

The 6-3 decision limits how far the executive branch can go in forcing new environmental regulations on its own.

“Capping carbon dioxide emissions at a level that will force a nationwide transition away from the use of coal to generate electricity may be a sensible ‘solution to the crisis of the day,’ But it is not plausible that Congress gave EPA the authority to adopt on its own such a regulatory scheme in Section 111(d),” Chief Justice John Roberts said in the Court’s opinion, referencing Section 111 of the Clean Air Act. “A decision of such magnitude and consequence rests with Congress itself, or an agency acting pursuant to a clear delegation from that representative body.”

The case stemmed from the Obama administration’s 2015 Clean Power Plan which aimed to reduce carbon emissions at power plants by pushing a shift from coal, to natural gas, and ultimately to wind and solar energy. The plan was put on hold by the Supreme Court in 2016, and then repealed by the Trump administration and replaced by the less extreme Affordable Clean Energy (ACE) Rule. 

This is a great ruling because it takes power away from bureaucracy and puts the onus on Congress. Bureaucracies like the EPA have way too much power and are creating laws willy-nilly.

We need a Constitutional amendment that puts all bureaucracies on notice. All should be temporary and made to justify their existence. The EPA, DHS and others should never be creating laws. That’s Congress’ job. But Congress has gotten lazy and have gotten into the habit of delegating their job to these bureaucracies.

 

This is Not an Issue?

We had a President that was impeached twice for no real reason except that Leftist politicians didn’t like him. But the second we have a President that is so obviously corrupt, we just ignore it and call it Russian disinformation or whatever.

Hunter’s laptop keeps giving Joe headaches. a file was found of a voicemail from Joe Biden telling Hunter that he didn’t have to worry about all the money he had been taking from China. An article from the New York Times was being released exonerating Hunter from any wrongdoing. Old Joe got a copy of the article before it was released. He called Hunter with the good news. Here’s what it sounded like.

This is disgusting in so many ways:

  • It shows that Hunter has been collecting money from China. We knew this but this shows he knew it.
  • Joe Biden knew about it and, now, it makes all those payments he has been getting seem more legitimate.
  • It looks like the New York Times was in on it and was covering for Hunter and Joe Biden. Would they have released this article early to Trump?
  • Hunter needs to learn not to save everything on his laptop.

But that’s not it.

Apparently, Joe Biden lent Hunter $200,000. Why? Hunter owed $10,000 to an escort service. Now, it is not known whether Joe knew about Hunter’s debt but that’s what Hunter needed the money. How do we know? That laptop from Hell had all the transactions. But the big file found was the video file of Hunter arguing with the Russian prostitute about the $10,000 he owed. Listen:

This guy is such a piece of shit. The level of self-centeredness and arrogance is incredible. This is a 52-year-old man but he acts like a child. His immaturity is going to end up taking down his father when Republicans take over next year.

Someone Needs to Go to Jail

According to the Wall Street Journal:

California Attorney General Rob Bonta released a trove of data on firearms in America’s most populous state to the public Monday in what he said was an effort to improve transparency on the fraught topic.

The next day, the Democrat’s office took down the online dashboard after discovering it had resulted in a data breach in which the personal information of the state’s concealed-carry weapon permit holders was also shared.

Among the information that could be downloaded were the names, ages, and addresses of gun permit holders, the attorney general’s office said in a statement Tuesday. It didn’t disclose how many people may have been affected.

People who are affected include judges, prosecutors, police officers, domestic violence victims and legal gun owners. Information that was released includes names, dates of birth, addresses and gun serial numbers.

Bonta said:

“This unauthorized release of personal information is unacceptable and falls far short of my expectations for this department. We acknowledge the stress this may cause those individuals whose information was exposed. I am deeply disturbed and angered.”

Bullshit. This guy needs to be fired and anyone who posted that crap needs to be prosecuted.

This was done 7 days after the Supreme Court ruling on gun permits last week. The attorney general said it was an accident but does this sound like an accident? The timing is a little weird and isn’t this how the Left deals with their enemies? They dox them?

Amazon employees of “all genders” are requesting time off to mourn the end of Roe v. Wade and demanding that the company cease operations in pro-life states.

These employees wrote a letter signed by hundreds of employees. Here’s the letter:

You know what I’d do? Say, “Get back to work or lose your job.”

Of course Amazon is a left wing organization so we’ll see what they do. As of now, they have only supported giving money to employees to go to places where there are abortions.

Episode 563 – Compassion is Pity in the Right Place

There are other things are happening that are way more important than the overturning of Roe versus Wade, which is why the media is focusing on Roe versus Wade.

These Guys Don’t Get It

So, yesterday, it was ruled that a football coach, prayed after games and was joined by players, could not be fired based on the fact he was praying.

The Left, who really is trying to figure out how to argue against any of these decisions, came out screaming that this decision would be different if the plaintiff was Jewish or Muslim. It just proves that these guys do not read the actual opinions. Neil Gorsuch specifically referred to a Muslim case as to why this coach shouldn’t have been fired.

In the opinion, Gorsuch said:

Teachers and coaches often serve as vital role models. But this argument commits the error of positing an “excessively broad job  descriptio[n]” by treating everything teachers and coaches say in the workplace as government speech subject to government control. Garcetti, 547 U. S., at 424. On this understanding, a school could fire a Muslim teacher for wearing a headscarf in the classroom or prohibit a Christian aide from praying quietly over her lunch in the cafeteria.

This shows a few problems with the Left:

  • They don’t know how to read. They just flip out.
  • They assume that Conservatives are like them. That we split people up into race and sex. We don’t Conservatives and Republicans are the most diverse people around.
  • We actually aren’t racist, bigoted and homophobes. Most of us are live and let live.
  • The above is probably why we are happier, more entertaining and funnier than anyone on the Left. We enjoy life and don’t want any restrictions on what we can say and hear.

Living a moral life is a happy life and it makes for happier people.

  • Kids are good. They’re hard but fulfilling.
  • The family is good. Protecting, caring, raising a family is good. It’s hard but it’s fulfilling.
  • Believing in God, with whatever religion, gives hope. Following His laws is hard but it is fulfilling.
  • Our country is good. Yes, we have a difficult and immoral history. It is hard to come to terms with that but we have. Living in a country where most of us have a common goal is fulfilling.

I pity the hopelessness of the Left and understand why the do things like this:

 

Kamalaism

Kamala has been chosen to be the abortion czar. This is great for a couple of reasons:

  • Nothing gets accomplished when she leads anything.
  • She needs to talk to the media and she’s really funny.

She did an interview with Dana Bash of CNN. This was absolutely the disaster we thought it would be.

In this first question, she’s asked why the Democrats, who control the House, Senate and Presidency, didn’t do anything to codify Roe. Her response is actually funny but true. Listen:

I know this was a flub and she just didn’t listen to the question, but she was right. Do what? They couldn’t have done anything. Any law that Congress passed when it comes to abortion will be struck down by the Supreme Court.

And she can want that Congress should do something but that train has left the station. There is nothing Congress can do now.

Here is Kamala being asked about eliminating the filibuster. This is kind of a cowardly response:

She is such a coward and a lousy speaker and she just looped the answer back to Bash. The follow up question should have been, “What are you pursuing?”

Joe Biden has not left any doors open. Just a few days ago, he said he was not in favor of packing the court and he has made clear he is not for eliminating the filibuster.

Here is Kamala being asked about gas prices and what can be done about it. This is a true Kamalaism:

Her answer to what they can do about gas prices is that they have to do something. Really?

This is a horrid answer because it shows the Biden administration has no idea what to do about gas prices without going against their ideology. To lower prices, there needs to be drilling which the administration doesn’t want to do. Even the president of France, Emmanuel Macron told Biden at the G-7 that no one has capacity to create more oil and that the U.S. needed to start drilling. It fell on deaf ears.

Here is Kamala being asked about the high inflation:

This is her answer for everything: the border crisis, inflation and gas prices. Everything is a top priority but nothing gets done.

Notice she doesn’t answer the question? That’s because the answer is, “Yes, there is going to be a recession.” That is going to be the only way to get inflation down.

The reason a recession is inevitable is because the government needs to control demand. The way to control demand is for people to lose jobs so they have no money to buy things. Recession is the logical next step for the government to control demand. Hopefully, supply will rise.

This was the worst response Kamala had. She is talking about abortion and this response shows what the Democratic party thinks society should truly be like. This is straight out of Huxley’s Brave New World:

This is an embrace of hedonism. Our sons should be able to f- anyone they want with no responsibilities or consequences. We should also teach them this through the public schools.

 

We Can’t Forget About This

Last week, we talked about how there was a record 240,000 illegal alien confrontations in May. To give you an example of how bad that is, in all of 2020, there were a total of 400,000 apprehensions.

With the border so wide open, there are huge problems that come with illegal aliens coming across unfettered. Not only for the people of the United States, but also for those who are crossing.

Yesterday, a tractor trailer was found in San Antonio, Texas.

  • In that truck, at 60 illegal aliens were found with at least 50 found dead or died at the scene.
  • This was the largest death toll from human smuggling. The weather was around 90 degrees.
  • There was no air conditioning or water in the trailer.
  • Most of the victims were from Mexico, Honduras and Guatemala.
  • 16 were taken to a local hospital.
  • Three people were arrested.

This is something the media ignores. This is far more common than is being portrayed.

  • Children are being left alone by the cayotes and are dying in the desert (there’s film).
  • People are drowning in the Rio Grande River (there’s film).
  • People are dying from exposure while hiding in the bushes (there’s film).
  • People are being killed by the cartels if they cannot pay (there is film).

This is not compassion.

But there’s more but this time it is us that are in danger from illegal trafficking. This time with drugs.

Jose Zendejas, 25, and Benito Madrigal, 19, both from Washington, were arrested during a traffic stop-turned-drug bust in Tulare on Friday. Here are the detals:

  • They had over 150,000 fentanyl pills.
  • Investigators seized 150 packages with 1,000 fentanyl pills in each – enough to potentially kill several million people. Officials aid each pill sells for about $5 – meaning the bust netted about $750,000 worth of deadly drugs.
  • They were booked into the Tulare County Pre-Trial Facility on charges of possession, transportation and selling of illegal drugs, officials said.

These two, dealing with drugs that has killed over a 100,000 people last year, were released from jail on the own recognizance. They weren’t even giver bail. Those guys are gone.

We know where these drugs are coming from. We know who’s making them. We do nothing about it. I believe it is time to declare a clear and present danger against Mexico and China. I think it is time for military action against Mexico and China.

But no one in the government cares.

But it doesn’t just stop there. People are crossing the border that want to physically kill us.

According to the Washington Times:

Border Patrol agents nabbed 15 people at the southern border in May who were on the FBI’s terrorist screening database, showing the free-for-all along the U.S.-Mexico boundary is unabated.

The number of people on the terrorist watch list caught crossing the border is a record for any month, equaling all of 2021 and more than the Border Patrol found from 2017 to 2020 combined.

That goes with the 47 other that were caught this year. By the way, head of DHS doesn’t know where those people are. in the United States pending trial.

Is there any question that having an open border is a problem?

Episode 560 – A Good Call!

There is so much news today. Great news too.

The Supreme Court is making historic ruling and they ain’t done yet to the disappointment of the Left.

Joe Biden has decided that the best way to gain our love is take stuff we love away.

And Biden has decided to import baby formula from a common sense source.

 

 

Big Ruling

In a case called New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruen, the Supreme Court ruled the New York’s regulations for a citizen to get a concealed carry permit were too strict and must be changed. This is a huge decision.

Currently the law requires you to prove you need a permit and then the decision is still up to a New York official to decide whether that reason is justified. You can’t just say my neighborhood is dangerous.

Justice Clarence Thomas wrote the majority opinion and said:

“In this case, petitioners and respondents agree that ordinary, law-abiding citizens have a similar right to carry handguns publicly for their self-defense. We too agree, and now hold, consistent with Heller and McDonald, that the Second and Fourteenth Amendments protect an individual’s right to carry a handgun for self-defense outside the home. Because the State of New York issues public-carry licenses only when an applicant demonstrates a special need for self-defense, we conclude that the State’s licensing regime violates the Constitution.”

The governor of New York, Kathy Hochul, who was not ever elected, was extremely disappointed with the ruling. She came out with a prepared statement in a press conference:

Some things:

  • “We are not going to cede our rights so easily”?
    • This is an amazing statement!
    • Who’s rights, exactly, is the Supreme Court ceding? The government’s rights?
    • The government has no rights. Citizens do through the Constitution.
    • She says this twice in the speech.
  • She admits her law is an infringement! She said the word “infringement”! It’s just justified. The Second Amendment is absolute!
  • The “you can’t yell fire in a crowded theater” is a stupid argument for the there are limits on free speech thing.
    • There is no case law that says you can’t yell fire in a crowded theater!
    • There are no limits to free speech! You can say whatever you want.
    • The 1st Amendment is so important, The Founding Fathers created the Second Amendment to Protect the First Amendment. From who? The government. It says so in the Second Amendment!
  • A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
  • This women and most Leftists are tyrants. But they know they cannot limit the First Amendment until the get rid of the Second Amendment. And that’s what they are trying to do.

This broad made it that you couldn’t carry a gun unless some government bureaucrat says you can carry a gun. That’s a direct violation of the Second Amendment and how the Second Amendment protects us from governmental tyranny.

She is wrong about one thing. The Supreme Court did make the right decision but she was right about Leftist extremism being a real problem.

 

What Are They Going to Do Now

Democrats are really behind an eight ball. They really don’t have much the can do. So they have gone to the same old well.

  • Impeach the Justices.
  • Pack the court.
  • Eliminate the filibuster.
  • Codify the law.
  • Demonize the system.
  • Fear monger to get people to vote for them.
    • They say SCOTUS will end gay marriage.
    • They say SCOTUS will end interracial marriage.
    • They say SCOTUS will end contraception.
    • None of these things will be done even though they are also based on bad precedence.

Here’s the thing, this is going to go away in a couple of weeks. This is just not an important topic. Even people who are pro-abortion

 

The Riots

We were expecting a “night of rage” on this weekend. There were protests, some violent, but, for the most part, there really wasn’t much happening. There were some violent protests in Washington, Oregon, California, New York, Washington DC and Massachusetts. Notice something (you should, I said this would happen). Most of the most violent protests occurred in cities and states that are not banning abortion. There weren’t any riots in Idaho, South Dakota, North Dakota, Utah or Mississippi. Those states are banning abortion. But the people of those states want to ban abortion.

  • In Los Angeles, a man was charged with attempted murder of a police officer by using a makeshift flamethrower.
  • In Colorado, a pregnancy center was firebombed.

There were two semi-riots in one red state and one purple state.

In Austin, Texas, they had some scrums. But, understand something, Austin is a blue city within a red state. Texas has come under the scourge of blue big cities. Dallas, Houston and Austin are pretty blue so it is not a surprise to see some protests.

In Phoenix, Arizona, we probably had the most violent riot. A bunch of droogs decided to riot around a city council building, trapping the lawmakers inside. There was some damage and it was a scary moment but it was pretty tame. Either way, wouldn’t this be considered an insurrection?  Again Phoenix is a conservative, purple state that is, for the most part, anti-abortion. But the big cities, like Phoenix, tend to be more liberal.

The fact that there were very few violent riots is good and bad news for Democrats.

  • Good news is if there were riots, the January 6th committee might as well dissolve (though the temper tantrum of the idiots may be enough for that already).
    • AOC and Maxine Waters specifically called for people to go on the streets. Would they have been investigated? Should they be investigated?
    • The hypocrisy would be too much if they did not investigate riots in Washington DC.
    • It might be too late though because people are wondering about the leaked draft and why people weren’t arrested when protesting in front of the judges’ homes.
  • Bad news is that this does not look like it is going to be an important platform for the November elections which is what they are pushing for right now.
    • Most people do want restrictions put on abortion and the Left has gone way too radical.
    • Abortion is not affecting most people’s daily lives.
    • We have way too many more important problems like inflation, gas prices and the war in Ukraine.

  • The Supreme Court has ordered, 6-3, that states cannot deny funding to religious schools because they are religious. Now, states have to pay parents who choose to send their kids to a religious school.
  • Joe Biden has asked Congress that will pass a law that pauses the gas tax for three months.
  • A 6.1 magnitude earthquake hit Afghanistan. So far, 1000 are dead and 1500 are injured but the numbers are expected to go up.
  • No one wants a picture with Kamala Harris. The DNC cancelled a a fund raiser hosted by Kamala Harris because they couldn’t get anybody to attend.
  • The police in Uvalde are in big trouble.
    • Police were at the school 3 minutes after the shooting started outside the school.
    • Police could have engaged before the shooter went within the school.
    • Police had all the equipment they needed including shields and weapons.
    • The door to the classroom was unlocked.
  • Democrats are getting desperate to find someone to run for president in 2024. They are now floating the idea of pushing California governor, Gavin Newsome.

They Don’t Even Have to Fake It Anymore

The trans-thing has become a big deal over the last week. Let’s take a look at some of the stories.

 

FINA

FINA, the world’s top international swimming association, has banned all men from swimming in female events. That means someone like Lia Thomas will no longer be able to swim in the women’s events.

 FINA President Husain Al-Musallam said in a statement:

“We have to protect the rights of our athletes to compete, but we also have to protect competitive fairness at our events, especially the women’s category at FINA competitions.”

He added:

“FINA will always welcome every athlete. The creation of an open category will mean that everybody has the opportunity to compete at an elite level. This has not been done before, so FINA will need to lead the way. I want all athletes to feel included in being able to develop ideas during this process.”

So, I guess they are going to create a trans-category, which will be stupid. I know a lot of people think a trans division is the way to go, but I think that’s crap. No one is going to watch it. That’s because the trans-division will be faster than the women but slower than the men. There is no such thing as watching an elite trans-division. It’s like the NFL versus the USFL. The USFL is bad football. I don’t want to watch it. That will be the trans division.

Now, does this sound like a good thing that FINA is doing. Well, hold on.

According to the Daily Wire:

The only biological males who could compete in women’s swimming under the new policy would include swimmers who have had “male puberty suppressed beginning at Tanner Stage 2 or before age 12, whichever is later, and they have since continuously maintained their testosterone levels in serum (or plasma) below 2.5 nmol/L.”

Conservatives are screaming that this is a great move but the fact is this is going to end up encouraging parents to transition their kids so they can compete as that sex. Listen, the only way that this crap is going to go away is for everyone to reject that biological men can compete in women’s sports. Even a little opening like this is going to be problematic.

 

Track Might Have This Right

World Athletics, the body that deals with track and field and cross country, said they are reviewing what FINA did but they are taking a far more strict stance than FINA and it is not politically correct.

Sebastian Coe, president of World Athletics and a four time Olympic medal winner, said:

“We see an international federation asserting its primacy in setting rules, regulations and policies that are in the best interest of its sport. This is as it should be.

“We have always believed, and repeated constantly, that biology trumps gender and we will continue to review our regulations in line with this. We continue to study, research and contribute to the growing body of evidence that testosterone is a key determinant in performance, and have scheduled a discussion on our regulations with our council at the end of the year.”

He does two things here. He admits biology is more important than gender and he admits that testosterone is a thing. I don’t think he buys the whole trans thing.

Continuing:

“We’ve always tried to find a navigable way through. We haven’t wanted to stigmatize.

“But when push comes to shove, if it’s a judgement between inclusion and fairness, we will always fall down on the side of fairness — that for me is non-negotiable.

“The integrity of women’s sport is really, really important here, and we can’t have a generation of young girls thinking there is not a future for them in the sport. So we have a responsibility…maintaining the primacy and the integrity of female competition is absolutely vital, and that’s why we were at the forefront of tabling those regulations that allow as close as you can get to a level playing field.  Those regulations are always under review… if there are events, distances or disciplines that we think are being unfairly impacted we will of course look at those again in the light of the science.”

This is what we need. Someone who is powerful and knows it and doesn’t give a damn about the wokesters. He sounds like he isn’t buying any of this and needs to see some hard scientific evidence to make any changes. Good for him.

 

Soccer Isn’t a Sport Anyway

According to the Daily Wire:

FIFA, the world’s largest soccer association and the organization behind the World Cup, is considering a plan that would drop the measurement of testosterone among biological men who identify as women to participate in women’s soccer.

The association’s current eligibility standard for biological men who identify as female requires less than five nanomoles per liter after at least 12 months, The Daily Mail reported.

“The new regulations are still at the consultation stage and it is understood that some members of FIFA’s senior management are unconvinced that they should be published in their current form,” the outlet noted on Sunday.

So, now, men don’t even have to fake being women to compete i women’s soccer. By the way, a man did compete for the Canadian women’s team in the Olympics in the last summer games.

But not everyone is happy about this, as you can imagine.

Women’s rights activist, Julie Scott, was pissed off. She tweeted:

“If this goes through, it’ll kill women’s football. How can they claim this would ‘balance fairness & inclusion’? It’s the opposite of that.”

She’s right.

Remember that war on women that Joe Biden ran on in 2020? This is the real war on women and the woke are the enemies of women.

 

Big Talk From Her

One of the worst people in sports, Megan Rapinoe, formerly of the U.S. women’s Olympic soccer team, had to put in her two cents about this trans crap. That’s because she puts her two cents into everything. She’s also no longer on the team because she’s old and wasn’t good enough.

She said:

“I would also encourage everyone out there who is afraid someone’s going to have an unfair advantage over their kid to really take a step back and think what are we actually talking about here. We’re talking about people’s lives. I’m sorry, your kid’s high school volleyball team just isn’t that important.

“And I think people also need to understand that sports is not the most important thing in life, right? Life is the most important thing in life.

“We’re talking about kids. We’re talking about people’s lives. We’re talking about the entire state government coming down on one child in some states, three children in some states.”

What about the lives of the girls who are having the opportunities taken away? What about the girl who is not going to earn $5 million a year because she was beaten out by a man? What would she have given up? Let’s face it, she’s worth about $5 million and is retired. She never had to face any of this stuff.

Finally, why is it the girls and women have to suck it up and deal with it? Why can’t the trans people who have an unfair advantage deal with it?

I Thought This Wasn’t Happening?

In New York City, there is a Republican Councilwoman, Vickie Paladino, who said that it was sick that drag queens were reading to children in libraries and schools. She said is was “child grooming and sexualization”. Of course, she’s right. It is absolutely nonsensical that people think it is OK for drag queens to be working directly with kids.

But she caught crap for what she said from NYC mayor Eric Adams. He said is a statement:

“At a time when our LGBTQ+ communities are under increased attack across this country, we must use our education system to educate. The goal is not only for our children to be academically smart, but also emotionally intelligent. Drag storytellers, and the libraries and schools that support them, are advancing a love of diversity, personal expression, and literacy that is core to what our city embraces.”

Some things with this statement:

  • Remember when we were told this wasn’t happening?
  • Remember when we were told it is happening but it is really rare?
  • Remember when we were told it is happening and more often than we thought but it was good?
  • Now we are being told that our kids won’t learn to read unless they are read to by a pervert.

Vickie Paladino didn’t take that well. She posted this on Twitter with pictures of the perverts reading to kids:

She then stated:

“NYC is spending taxpayer dollars to bring adult drag queens into elementary schools across the city to perform for small children. This is unacceptable and grotesque, and follows a deeply disturbing national pattern.”

She is receiving a ton of backlash which isn’t a shock for a Republican with morals in the Sodom that is New York City.

Co-chairs Crystal Hudson and Tiffany Cabán of the New York City Council said in a statement:

“We urge the Council to take immediate action by censuring this member and removing her from her committee assignments. This is not an issue of ideological differences, but a question of our collective belief in all New Yorkers’ right to an existence free from discrimination.”

Brooklyn Councilmember Chi Ossé, who identifies as queer, tweeted:

“@DQSHTweets teaches youth about gender diversity and how we accept all of our neighbors with love, dignity, and respect — lessons that @vickiefornyc can use. There is no room for hate in NYC, especially in the Council. CM Paladino must be held accountable for her comments.”

Council Member Linda Lee tweeted:

“I don’t make it a habit to comment on the conduct of my colleagues, but rhetoric accusing LGBTQ+ people of pedophilia — ‘grooming’ — is unacceptable and should never be uttered by anyone. The LGBTQ+ community has been oppressed throughout history due to these comparisons and stigmatizations.”

Council Speaker Adrienne Adams stated:

“I stand with all of my Council colleagues, LGBTQ+ communities, and New Yorkers in unequivocally denouncing Council Member Paladino’s repugnant views and statements against specific members of the Council and the trans community. A New Yorker’s choice of dress, gender expression or identity must be not only protected legally, but also against vile, hateful attacks.”

Notice there’s no debating in any of these responses? They are just right and anything else means that person is a racist, sexist, bigot and must be thrown out of office. Well, here’s a news flash for these pervert politicians, this isn’t popular. Most normal people don’t want their kids being raised like this.

You know what New Yorkers will also not like? The fact that their taxpayer money is going into this perversion.

According to the New York Post:

Since 2018, the group — previously known as Drag Queen Story Hour NYC, before changing its name early this year — has received a total of $207,000 in taxpayer cash.

The tally includes $50,000 from New York State through its Council on the Arts, along with $157,000 from the city’s Departments of Education, Cultural Affairs, Youth and Community Development, and even the Department of Transportation, city data shows.

So, someone in the New York has been lying to the people. They said this wasn’t happening. Not only was it happening, New York taxpayers were paying for it.

The Department of Transportation? Really?

Episode 558 – When Ideology Meets Reality

Pro-baby killers continue to protest in front of the homes of the Supreme Court Justices but their protests are just getting dumber.

Joe Biden better start worrying about impeachments next year because he keeps breaking the law.

And Germany’s ideology has finally hit the hard wall of reality. Maybe they shouldn’t have sculpted policy from Greta Thunberg.

 

The Stupid of the Weekend

Joe Biden was spending his weekend in Delaware this weekend. To be honest, his antics at the White House are following him to Delaware. He can’t escape it anymore.

While riding his bike, he came to a gaggle of reporters. Or is it a herd. Trump probably thinks it’s a murder of reporters. Whatever.

Anyway, he came to a stop, lost his balance and fell straight down. He was fine. It’s not like he was moving or anything. He even tried to do a little jig when he saw reporters again later that day.

I have one question about this and it should be an obvious one. What the f- is wrong with his wife? This guy trips (at least twice) when he boards Air Force One. He looks terribly unstable when he walks anywhere. Why the hell would she put he decrepid old husband who has no idea where he is on a frigging bike? What if he breaks a hip? Is she trying to off him to get all that Ukrainian and Chinese money? How’s Hunter supposeto make a living?

I know I’m suppose to have empathyand feel sorry for him but I don’t because he has none for the rest of the country. He goes galavanting around while the rest of us can’t do a thing because of inflation and the high gas prices so screw him. I am glad that every time he goes in public, he makes an ass out of himself.

Donald Trump Jr. summed it up perfectly with this tweet:

 “I’m not sure there’s ever been a more perfect metaphor for the current state of our country than Biden falling off his bike while standing still for literally no reason.”

But it isn’t only Joe Biden who is an incometent buffoon. There is Karin Jean-Pierre who couldn’t find her ass with both hands and a roadmap. Peter Doocy is making sure we all know that. He’s going to make this gal cry on stage one day.

Here he is, asking her why Joe Biden keeps saying inflation is worse throughout the world and not just here. He wrecks her.

 

Yeah, bullshit. Even CNN is beginning to realize this administration is full of crap. Jean-Pierre, after this bout with Doocy, is going to take it out on her wife this weekend. Don’t be surprised if she’s out of this job in a month or the next Supreme Court Justice.

These People Are Not Under Arrest…Why?

According to Fox News:

Pro-choice protesters congregated outside Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s Virginia home on Saturday, dressed in clothing appearing to be soaked with blood and holding baby doll toys. 

“Abortion on demand and without apology,” signs held by members of the group Rise Up 4 Abortion Rights read on Saturday as they stood outside Barrett’s home in Falls Church.

The protesters were armed with baby doll props and were wearing pants appearing to be soaked in blood to show a future of forced births if the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade. 

Here is a quick interview with a few of the protestors:

Why would a Sipreme Court Justice listen to these immature children throwing a temper tantrum because they aren’t going to get what they want? Well, she shouldn’t.

Also, I want to point out, no one has been arrested yet even though this goes against federal law. Merrick Garland should be impeached.

Meanwhile, other pro-choice activists related to the radical abortion group “Jane’s Revenge” have claimed responsibility for various attacks on pro-life pregnancy centers across the country in recent days.

They said in a statement:

“We will never stop, back down, slow down, or retreat. We did not want this; but it is upon us, and so we must deal with it proportionally. We exist in confluence and solidarity with all others in the struggle for complete liberation. Our recourse now is to defend ourselves and to build robust, caring communities of mutual aid, so that we may heal ourselves without the need of the medical industry or any other intermediary. Through attacking, we find joy, courage, and strip the veneer of impenetrability held by these violent institutions.”

In some graffitti spread on these places of abortion alternatives, statements like, “If abortion isn’t safe, neither are you.” Does that sound like a terrorist threat? Sounds like it to me.

So far, the Justice Department has yet to investigate any of these attacks and no one has been arrested.

The ruling is expected this week. Be prepared for a long summer of violence and no one is going to stop it. And they want to take our guns away?

President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is drafting plans to drop off migrants in American towns hours past the U.S.-Mexico border, Republican lawmakers say.

The potential policy is one way DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is seeking to ease the influx of migrants to U.S. border towns, according to a report from the New York Post. Rep. August Pfluger, R-Texas, sent a letter to Mayorkas expressing his concern about the government sending waves of migrants to San Angelo, Texas, a town he represents.

“San Angelo is a welcoming community, but the locality has not volunteered for this mission, nor are they responsible for the burdens of the border crisis,” Pfluger wrote in the letter.

“This situation is a direct result of DHS’ shortsighted policies that encourage more illegal immigration and the agency’s failure to establish operational control of the southern border,” he added.

Democrats are going to get murdered in November. I think I say this every podcast but it’s true. When Republicans take over the House and the Senate, One of the things when it comes to impeachment and the Republicans is that the Republicans need a reason, a “high crime or misdemeanor” that the Constitution requires. Democrats don’t need that stuff like legal reasons. That’s why the impeached Trump twice for a phone call and when Trump wasn’t even President anymore.

Well, the Republicans have a crime now. Aiding and abetting felons. That’s what this is. The Biden administration is deliberately ignoring federal law created by Congress and hiding these illegal aliens in small towns without the permission of the towns.

This is impeachable. Let’s just hope the Republicans have the balls to do it.

This is Where the Green Movement Will Always Lead

Germany will restart coal-fired power plants and offer incentives for companies to curb natural gas consumption, marking a new step in the economic war between Europe and Russia.

Berlin unveiled the measures Sunday after Russia cut gas supplies to Europe last week as it punched back against European sanctions and military support for Ukraine.

The steps, part of a broader strategy initiated after the invasion of Ukraine, aim to reduce gas consumption and divert gas deliveries to storage facilities to ensure that the country has enough reserves to get through the winter.

Russia’s gradual cutting of gas supplies has raised the specter of a potential fuel shortage if Europe goes into winter with less-than-full stowages. It has also raised prices, putting additional pressure on economies that are already struggling with high inflation and rising borrowing costs and face the prospect of a recession.

The problem Germany and the rest of the first world is having is that reality is beginning to poke their ideology. You can’t base policy on the ideology of an 18-year-old high school dropout. We are seeing that now. If a country is going to cut energy, it will need to have something to replace it. We do not have the technology to do that now. So first world countries are going to have to go back to fossil fuels or bring their populations back to the dark ages. That is not going to be a popular position politically.

Joe Biden is an example of a guy who can’t get passed his ideology and he is stuck in a Leftist echo chamber where all his cabinet is telling him he must continue with the fuel shortages for this transition. Democrats are going to pay for it.

Episode 557 – Happy Juneteenth!

Happy Juneteenth.

What the hell is that, you might be asking.

Let’s talk about it and see if it’s worth celebrating.

 

Happy Juneteenth!

Josse found out she had Monday off but had no idea why. She asked me about it and, I too, had no idea. I looked it up on my calendar and saw nothing. Finally, the mystery was solved when her manager said that it was Juneteenth, a national holiday that was established last your and accepted bx California.

So what is Juneteenth?

  • On September 22, 1862, President Abraham Lincoln issued the preliminary Emancipation Proclamation, which declared that as of January 1, 1863, all enslaved people in the states currently engaged in rebellion against the Union “shall be then, thenceforward, and forever free.”
  • Of course, blacks were not all free. We were fighting the Civil War at the time.
  • Many historians believed that Lincoln was not initially an abolitionist for some reason. They believed he had changed his position on slavery. The inks below say that. That is not true. Lincoln ran as a Republican and an abolitionist. He just didn’t make slavery illegal because he didn’t want to start the Civil War and he didn’t want to alienate the states that bordered the Confederate states who were pro-slavery but anti-succession.
  • One person that Lincoln frequently consulted was staunch abolitionist and former slave, Fredrick Douglas.
    • He wanted Lincoln to declare an end to slavery immediately.
    • Lincoln explained his position to Douglas.
    • Though Douglas understood Lincoln’s position, he wasn’t happy about it. When the declaration was signed into law, Douglass wrote of Lincoln: “Abraham Lincoln may be slow, Abraham Lincoln may desire peace even at the price of leaving our terrible national sore untouched, to fester on for generations, but Abraham Lincoln is not the man to reconsider, retract and contradict words and purposes solemnly proclaimed over his official signature.”2
  • In 1862, the Union army had struck a major victory against the Confederacy and it was obvious the Confederacy was going to lose. That’s when he stated that slaves were to be free.
  • Because the Confederacy did not acknowledge Union law or Lincoln as the legitimate President, the Emancipation Proclamation was ignored in the Confederate states. Don’t forget, there was no 24/7 news.
  • It wasn’t until the Civil War was over that the Union soldiers went from state to state informing the leadership that slavery had been abolished.
  • The last state to be informed was Texas. They were made aware on June 19, 1865.
  • There is where Juneteenth comes from.

I have no problem with us celebrating Juneteenth. For the first time in a long time, the Left is celebrating a good thing about American history. What I do not appreciate is that the date leaves out a lot of history.

  • It ignores Abraham Lincoln’s role in the freeing of the slaves. The Left can’t admit a white man (much less, a Republican) had a role in ending slavery.
  • It ignores the Civil War, where 620,000 people died to end slavery. The Left can’t admit that white men fought and died to end slavery.

I hate that slowly but surely, our history is being wiped away and still demonized even when a good thing happens. Abraham Lincoln lost his birthday as an official holiday and his Emancipation Proclaimation, which was the reason for his assassination, is hardly acknowledged. Why not celebrate September 22, 1862 when he made that fateful speech? Why not celebrate January 1, 1863 when emanicpation became law? Because that woould make Lincoln a hero and the Left can’t have a white man as a hero.

Opinion

Here is an opinion piece from the Washington Post about Juneteenth. It’s titled Juneteenth is Meant to Unite Us Like July 4th by Opal Lee and DeForest “Buster” Soaries. I do want to point out, right out, that July 4th, or Independence Day, doesn’t seem to unite us anymore. Watch, in two weeks we will have three hundred opinion pieces from the New York Times and Washington Post telling us how evil Independence Day is.

Let’s get to it:

Juneteenth is more than a holiday. It is not just a commemoration of the end of slavery. It is a day that celebrates America’s incredible capacity to self-correct by applying the timeless principles at our country’s core. Yet as we prepare to mark Juneteenth’s second year as a federal holiday, we have to ask: Will we let this celebration fall prey to the division and distraction that are tearing America down? Or will we embrace its true meaning, commit to ending the injustices that surround us, and ultimately lift America up?

As I said in the last section, I think Juneteenth is actually a division. It does not celebrate anything that went into freeing the slaves. But let’s see what these two have to say about it.

By all rights, Juneteenth should be a day of great unity. When the enslaved people of Galveston, Tex., were told of their freedom on June 19, 1865, the promise of America became much more real and attainable. It was hardly the end of all injustice, but it was the end of one of the country’s original injustices. That’s why generations of Black Americans made June 19 into a long-standing holiday. What could be more American than remembering the forward march of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness?

Some things:

  • “The promise of America became much more real and attainable”? Sounds kind of negative.
  • Actually blacks don’t know what Juneteenth is either.

Continuing:

Yet Juneteenth is at risk of failing to be a source of unity. In these partisan times, there is a tendency to ignore or politicize it. There is also a danger of commercialization — think corporate attempts to trademark the word “Juneteenth” — which would cheapen this celebration of justice. Regardless of color, creed or country of origin, all Americans should oppose these trends, with all the urgency we can muster. If we forget the meaning of Juneteenth, we have little chance of continuing the progress this day is meant to spotlight and spark.

Juneteenth asks Americans to recognize that our nation’s principles are neither grossly hypocritical nor naively aspirational. We have inherited lofty yet practical ideals, and it falls to us to implement them as best we can.

Some things:

  • I agree, we have a tendency of messing up our holidays. We forget what Christmas means, or Easter. Even St. Patrick’s day is commercialized. Do you even know who St. Patrick is?
  • But this is the hypocrisy of the article and Juneteenth in general. Juneteenth refuses to acknowledge how we got to June 19, 1865.
    • It refuses to acknowledge America voting for an abolitionist is Abraham Lincoln.
    • It refuses to acknowledge the Civil War from 1861 to 1865 where 620,000 Americans, mostly white, died to end slavery.
    • It refuses to acknowledge September 22, 1862 when Abraham Lincoln declared the the Emancipation Proclamation.
    • It refuses to acknowledge emancipation becoming law on January 1, 1863.
    • It refuses to acknowledge that Abraham Lincoln was assassinated because of emancipation.

Continuing:

In 1865, that meant fighting attempts to reimpose slavery through violence. In 2022, it means opposing new forms of violence, whether it is violence that comes from within a community or violence perpetrated by the police. This murderous violence claims thousands of promising lives every year, breaks up families, and sows the distrust that poisons relationships and worsens situations. This crisis of violence has many sources and defies a simplistic explanation or a single solution. Yet solutions exist, and if we hope to find them, it will take Americans of all backgrounds working together.

Some things:

  • The writers ignore the 100 years if debate about slavery. Emancipation did not start in 1865.
  • The writers now step over themselves. They say we should honor Juneteenth and now they are politicizing it.
  • Most violence against blacks is not by police. It’s by other blacks and its not thousands of lives. Last year, only 249 blacks were killed by police. A little short of a thousand.
  • As of this point, this is another political piece and is lying about the statistics. I would stop reading if it weren’t because I using it in this podcast.

Those who made Juneteenth what it is today would be the first to say this holiday is not an event; it’s an invitation. That includes those of us who fought to make it a federal holiday. One of us, Opal Lee, spent more than two decades spreading the word about the meaning of Juneteenth and the national need to rally around it. What started with a single teacher grew every day through collaboration, until a diverse group of people achieved what previous generations thought impossible.

They fought? Really? How about an acknowledgement about who really suffered and died to lead to June 19, 1865? Still nothing.

I’m sorry, but fighting to make something a holiday is not the same as dying on a battlefield. Mind you, these are the same people who got rid of Lincoln’s birthday as a national holiday and replaced it with MLK’s birthday. I have no issues with MLK, he did great things but why get rid of Lincoln’s birthday?

In a similar way, rather than pointing fingers or accusing each other of bad faith, people should dedicate themselves to the hard work of combating violence in their cities and neighborhoods. The two of us have been inspired by groups that bring together police and communities for tough conversations and break the cycle of gang violence, such as the nonprofit Urban Specialists in Dallas. We think of projects that help people leaving the criminal justice system build better lives, such as Hudson Link in New York. There are dozens more we could name, and for every good effort we know about, we’re sure there are hundreds more — along with countless people whose ideas deserve to become a reality.

Juneteenth has always been about unleashing those ideas. It’s about putting the incredible power of community to work — not in an abstract sense but through the hard work of each of us as individuals. From the start, this holiday inspired Black Americans to celebrate overcoming the injustices of the past and take steps to pursue a more just future. And if our national history proves anything, it’s this: The more people who get involved in that work, the faster and better it goes. Just look at the civil rights movement, which inspired and then transformed our nation. 

They are now politicizing Juneteenth. Why should I bother with this holiday? Isn’t that what we shouldn’t have done?

We can’t let Juneteenth become just another holiday or, worse, a holiday for only one segment of the country. We should see it for what it really is: the other half of the Fourth of July. These two holidays, which fall a mere two weeks apart, represent the best of America. One celebrates the Declaration of Independence, which contains what the great abolitionist Frederick Douglass called “saving principles.” The other celebrates America’s journey to live by those principles.

Some things:

  • It has not been designed to be a second Independence Day. It has been set up to be a political holiday much like May Day for Russia.
  • Juneteenth ignores the journey that got us to those principles they are talking about.
  • By the way, just a reminder, Fredrick Douglass had several meetings with Abraham Lincoln about emancipation and Lincoln and the Civil War have not been mentioned once in this article. Why? Because most of that stuff happened by white people.

Last paragraph:

This great work is never done, and if we hope to do it, it will take the commitment of every American. Surely that’s a vision we can rally around, so we can truly celebrate freedom from the 19th of June to the Fourth of July — and move freedom forward every day of the year.

These authors believed Juneteenth should be unifying, yet their article is nothing more than how the holiday is a political, woke, activist holiday. Anyway, I’ll ignore it and just enjoy the day off.

According to the Daily Caller:

President Joe Biden will direct the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to expand access to “gender-affirming” care at a Pride month event Wednesday, the White House said.

Biden will issue an executive order telling HHS to strengthen efforts to ban conversion therapy and increase access to sex change treatment for transgender Americans, including for children. The order will also target legislation passed in some Republican-led states to limit the promotion of LGBT material to children, such as Florida’s parental rights law.

This executive order will:

  • Push affirming care over actual treatment which many in the LGBTQ community call “conversion therapy”.
  • This has the goal to facilitate the use of hormone therapy and transition surgeries.
  • It also addresses universal bathrooms and locker rooms.
  • The Left believes that stopping children from converting leads to higher suicide rates.
  • He will sign the bill surrounded by LGBTQ kids from Texas and Florida.
  • The goal is to counter news anti-conversion for youth policies that states like Texas and Florida and other states have implemented.

In a statement, the administration states:

“President Biden believes that no one should face discrimination because of who they are or whom they love. Since President Biden took office, he has championed the rights of LGBTQI+ Americans and people around the world, accelerating the march towards full equality.”

“Over 300 anti-LGBTQI+ laws have been introduced in state legislatures over the past year, and many of them specifically target transgender children and their parents by banning access to medical care and support at school. President Biden is addressing these harmful, hateful, and discriminatory attacks head-on – not only by speaking up for America’s families, but taking action to stand up to the bullies targeting LGBTQI+ people. 

“To help support impacted families, President Biden is charging the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) with protecting LGBTQI+ children and families from attacks on their access to health care, and has instructed HHS to release new sample policies for states on how to expand access to comprehensive health care for LGBTQI+ patients.

“The President is also directing the Department of Education with addressing the impacts of state laws that target LGBTQI+ students, and has charged the department with releasing a sample school policy for achieving full inclusion for LGBTQI+ students.”

Some things about this whole thing:

  • This is probably unconstitutional. Joe Biden is not a king.
  • Suicide rates among trans people does not lower after transition. It remains at about 40%.
  • What he does not bring up is schools have been accused of providing affirming care with notifying or getting permission from parents.

 

Your Little Girl Doesn’t Need Privacy

According to the Daily Wire:

Assistant Speaker of the House of Representatives Katherine Clark (D-MA), and House Democratic Caucus Chairman Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) sent a letter to the House Administration Committee Wednesday pushing the Committee to support efforts to install single-occupancy restrooms in the House of Representatives and the office buildings in which Congresspeople and their staff work. Clark and Jeffries said that installing the bathrooms is critical for both tour groups and Capitol staff who identify as transgender.

Really? This is important right now? With all the crap that is happening in this country and around the world, this is the big problem? What about the 240,000 illegal aliens who crossed the border (a record) in May?

These guys are going to get slaughtered in November.

Well, Duh!

Do you know why I know they are going to get killed in November by sticking to this LGBTQ BS? Because people don’t like it and think it is going to far.

According to Fox News:

A Washington Post-University of Maryland survey released Tuesday asked a random national sample of adults whether they think “transgender women and girls should or should not be allowed to compete in sports with other women and girls at each of the following levels.”

The majority – 58% – said it should not be allowed in college or professional sports, compared to 28% who said it should. Fifty-five percent of respondents said it shouldn’t be allowed in high school sports, compared to 30%, and 49% said it shouldn’t be allowed in youth sports, compared to 33%.

I do want to point out this is coming from the Washington Post and the University of Maryland, two very Left leaning sources. We can be pretty sure they did not go to rural Nebraska to interview these people. Other polls said the number opposing this trans-crap is between 70-80% with one poll having it at 86%.

Other things:

  • 68% believed trans girls had an advantage over girls. 2% said the girls would have an advantage and 30% said there would be no advantage.
  • Respondents were also asked whether they were concerned that not allowing transgender girls to compete with other girls in youth sports would negatively impact the “mental health of transgender girls.” Fifty-two percent said they were “very” or “somewhat” concerned, while 48% said they were “not too” or “not at all” concerned. That’s an incredible stat but, upon thinking about it, most sports are co-ed.
  • The survey also found that 40 percent of Americans say greater social acceptance of transgender people is “good for society,” while 25 percent say it is “bad for society,” and another 35 percent say it is neither.

What do we learn about this poll:

  • People don’t care much about transgenderism.
  • Most people just don’t want it impacting their lives.
  • The trans community is very small (<1%).
  • Studies have even showed that a lot of people who identify as trans, queer or LGBTQ are actually straight and only identifying that way for politics or attention.
  • The Left is standing on a platform that no one cares about or that is f-ing with their lives.

Who Didn’t See This Coming

I have always been against legalized drugs even marijuana. I have a few reasons for this:

  • I have a very bad personal experience with addiction.
  • Marijuana is not as safe as people make it. It is a gateway drug for some people.
  • There’s no benefit to it. Make drugs for medical purposes if needed it.
  • We have become a nanny state. There is incredible expense at taking care of addicts.
  • The Give a Mouse a Cookie will eventually will legalize far more dangerous drugs even making them acceptable.

Well, we have proof about how bad legalizing everything is. According to Fox News:

The streets of downtown Portland, Oregon, resemble an open-air drug market. 

Heroin, meth and fentanyl use is rampant and often visible on city streets. Portland police officers drive by homeless addicts buying and using. 

The signs of drug addiction are actually increasing throughout the state, according to law enforcement sources. Oregon ranks second-highest among U.S. states for substance abuse with nearly one in five adults addicted.  

In November 2020, voters overwhelmingly passed Measure 110. The Drug Addiction Treatment and Recovery Act secured 58% of the votes and decriminalized possession of small amounts of hard drugs such as heroin, meth, cocaine and fentanyl. 

The new law made possession of those substances no more than a Class E violation, the equivalent of a traffic ticket punishable by a maximum $100 fine. But the fine is dismissed when someone who is fined calls a help hotline, Lines for Life, and completes a health assessment. The idea is to connect drug abusers with services and treatment instead of putting them behind bars. 

Here is what’s going on:

  • Drug overdose deaths hit an all-time high in 2021 with 1069, a 41% increase from 2020.
  • According to The Lund Report, after one year, just 136 people had entered treatment, less than 1% of those helped by Measure 110.
  • The Oregon Judicial Department reports that, through the end of May, police throughout the state had written 2,576 tickets for drug possession.
  • Seventy-five percent of the tickets resulted in convictions, the vast majority because the offender never showed up in court.
  • Property and violent crimes have also gone up since this law was passed. Portland, the state’s largest city, set an all-time record with 90 murders in 2021 mostly from turf wars with gangs.

I have friends who believe in legalization and I know the worst things would not happen to those people. They are smart and responsible and I think they can handle it. But they aren’t looking at using hard drugs and they don’t expect anything from anyone. The problem is most people in today’s society isn’t like that.

We are seeing what I thought would happen in real time.

  • Republican Mayra Flores becomes the Representative for the 34th Congressional District.
    • She defeated  Democrat, Dan Flores.
    • She is the first woman born in Mexico to be Representative.
    • This is a huge win for Republicans because there has not been a Republican in that district for 150 years.
    • This is a Hispanic community and that is huge. Biden’s approval with Hispanics is under 30%.
    • Elon Musk voted for Flores and Republican for the first time.
  • Joe Biden, who called Saudi Arabia a “pariah” state because of the human rights, has changed his mind and now is in love with Saudi Arabia.
    • He is going to Saudi Arabia next month.
    • He’s going to ask them to pump more oil to lower oil prices.
    • Pretty sure they are going to tell him to screw off.
  • The Department of Homeland Security is preparing to discipline “multiple” horseback Border Patrol agents involved in the infamous “whipping” incident of Haitian migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border back in September.
    • This whole case was completely debunked but DHS is going to punish them anyway.
    • Even the photographer told DHS that the agents weren’t whipping anyone and he regrets the pictures.
    • The continuation of the demonization of border patrol continues.
  • The House passed a bill Tuesday to increase security for Supreme Court justices’ immediate families, with 27 Democrats voting against, less than a week after a man was arrested for allegedly plotting to kill Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
    • The bill passed 396-27.
    • This bill would provide 24/7 security for the Supreme Court Justices.
    • 27 Democrats, mostly the Leftist wing, voted against the bill.
    • A statement was released talking about the need to protect federal judges also.
    • AOC said:“I wake up this morning and I start to hear murmurs that there is going to be an attempt to pass the Supreme Court supplemental protection bill the day after gun safety legislation for schools and kids and people is stalled. Oh, so we can pass protections for us and here easily, right? But we can’t pass protections for everyday people? I think not.”

Common Sense

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine today signed House Bill 99 and provided an update on new and ongoing school safety initiatives in Ohio.

DeWine said:

“Our goal is to continue to help our public and private schools get the tools they need to protect our children. Working together, we have come a long way to improve school safety in Ohio over the last decade, and we must continue this progress. We have an obligation to do everything we can every single day to try and protect our kids.”

The bill does the following:

  • Allows the previous practice of permitting school boards to choose to arm specific staff members and mandates reasonable training requirements for those individuals. It is important to emphasize that the bill does not mandate the arming of school staff members but leaves the decision entirely to local school boards, which have the best understanding of the needs of their individual districts.
  • Appropriates $6 million over the remainder of the current budget cycle to expand the Ohio School Safety Center (OSSC) and create a new OSSC Safety & Crisis Division.
  • Governor DeWine has also instructed that the OSSC expand its number of school safety liaison positions from five to 16.
  • Governor DeWine has also worked with the Ohio General Assembly to secure $100 million in funding to help K-12 public, private, and parochial schools pay for physical safety and security upgrades.
  • Governor DeWine has also directed the OSSC and Ohio Department of Education to offer free, evidence-based threat assessment training for Ohio schools.

There are other things like improving mental health care and reducing violent crime. This is a good start and should be a blue print for the rest of the states.

Monkeypox will be renamed following calls for a new ‘non-discriminatory and non-stigmatising’ term, it emerged today.

The World Health Organization (WHO) promised a new name for the rash-causing virus, endemic to Africa, would be announced ‘as soon as possible’.

As well as renaming the actual pathogen itself, strains will likely be lettered, such as A or B, to remove any mention of the parts of Africa where they were first spotted.

  • Over 30 researchers last week signed a position paper stating there was an ‘urgent need’ to change its name given the current outbreak, which has mainly struck gay and bisexual men.
  • They wrote: ‘Continued reference to, and nomenclature of this virus being African is not only inaccurate but is also discriminatory and stigmatizing.’
    • It was discovered in Africa.
    • It is not called “monkeypox” because of black people. It is called that because it was first discovered in lab monkeys.
  • Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, who heads the World Health Organization said:  ‘[The] WHO is working with partners and experts from around the world on changing the name of monkeypox virus, its clades, and the disease it causes. We will make announcements about the new names as soon as possible.’

It’s good to see that, instead of finding out more about this virus, they are handling the racism.

I remember when my buddy got kicked out of the army because he had flat feet. We are living in a completely different world.

HIV-positive individuals may now serve in the U.S. military, but the Pentagon continues to ban those who refuse to get vaccinated for COVID-19 from serving.

The Department of Defense (DOD) updated a previous rule barring HIV-positive members from serving, saying that members with the virus may not be discharged as long as they do not display symptoms, according to an official memo made public Wednesday.

“Individuals who have been identified as HIV-positive, are asymptomatic, and who have a clinically confirmed undetectable viral load… will have no restrictions applied to their deployability or to their ability to commission while a service member solely on the basis of their HIV-positive status,” the memo stated. “Nor will such individuals be discharged or separated solely on the basis of their HIV-positive status”.

Military personnel can be discharged or reassigned for other reasons, including refusal to take the COVID-19 vaccine. The U.S. Army began carrying out orders to discharge all unvaccinated personnel in January.

New Gun Control Bill

The Senate has agreed to a new gun control bill. Though the bill has not been put into text yet, the bill focuses on nine separate issues:

  • Support for State Crisis Intervention Orders – Provides resources to states and tribes to create and administer laws that help ensure deadly weapons are kept out of the hands of individuals whom a court has determined to be a significant danger to themselves or others, consistent with state and federal due process and constitutional protections.
  • Investment in Children and Family Mental Health Services – National expansion of community behavioral health center model; major investments to increase access to mental health and suicide prevention programs; and other support services available in the community, including crisis and trauma intervention and recovery.
  • Protections for Victims of Domestic Violence – Convicted domestic violence abusers and individuals subject to domestic violence restraining orders are included in NICS, including those who have or have had a continuing relationship of a romantic or intimate nature.
  • Funding for School-Based Mental Health and Supportive Services – Invests in programs to expand mental health and supportive services in schools, including: early identification and intervention programs and school based mental health and wrap-around services.
  • Funding for School Safety Resources – Invests in programs to help institute safety measures in and around primary and secondary schools, support school violence prevention efforts and provide training to school personnel and students.
  • Clarification of Definition of Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer – Cracks down on criminals who illegally evade licensing requirements.
  • Telehealth Investments – Invests in programs that increase access to mental and behavioral health services for youth and families in crisis via telehealth.
  • Under 21 Enhanced Review Process – For buyers under 21 years of age, requires an investigative period to review juvenile and mental health records, including checks with state databases and local law enforcement.
  • Penalties for Straw Purchasing – Cracks down on criminals who illegally straw purchase and traffic guns.

Right now, there are 10 Republican Senators who have sided with the bill. This means that the filibuster can be avoided and a vote can be held.

Joe Biden needs a win. Though he says that this law doesn’t go far enough (he wants to ban guns), he says it’s a step in the right decision.

What do I think? Looking at this, what would have prevented any of these mass shootings? I don’t see anything here but more bureaucracy and spending of money. I do not see much here except the expansion of what already exists and failed.

I also want to know what they mean by increasing security in schools. Does this mean schools are going to have the ability to armed security? Metal detectors? Walls instead of fences? What type of training do they want to implement?

We need to see the bill in its entirety.

What isn’t in it:

  • A ban on any weapon (unconstitutional).
  • An expansion of red flag laws (unconstitutional).
  • Raising the age to 21 (unconstitutional).
  • A gun database (unconstitutional).
  • Removing the culpability of gun manufacturers (unconstitutional).

Isabella County Sheriff Michael Main posted on face book that they have run out of money in their fuel budget and have a few months to go before the budget resets. Gas in Michigan is $5.20 a gallon.

Main said:

“We have exhausted what funds were budgeted for fuel with several months to go before the budget reset. I have instructed the deputies to attempt to manage whatever calls are acceptable over the phone. I want to assure the community that safety is our primary goal.”

He assured that police would still be sent out if there was any violent crime or serious event.

So there you go. Have an issue, it’ll now be taken care over the phone because the police departments can’t afford gas. Michigan is not the only place to have these issues. Small towns in Texas are also having issues with the budgets and the high cost of gas. Be prepared to see more of this.

Another Example of Them Not Grooming

According to reduxx.info:

A professor of Ethics at Oslo Metropolitan University in Norway has called to legalize AI-generated child pornography, claiming that pedophilia should be seen as an innate sexuality that requires destigmatization.

Ole Martin Moen, a gay man who identifies as “queer,” currently serves as a member of the advisory board on Norway’s Patient Organization for Gender-Incongruence (PKI), a social and political lobby group for trans rights. According to their official website, PKI’s purpose is to provide access to “gender-affirming treatment” to the public “regardless of factors like non-binary identity, sexual practice or having other diagnosis.” Moen has also served as academic council at Civita, Norway’s largest liberal think tank, since 2015.

I want to point something out here. Norway is not the United States. They have very different laws there. There is a woman, right now, that is facing three years in prison for saying men can’t be lesbians. But this guy is not facing a thing for trying to destigmatize pedophilia and he has been doing this for a while.

  • Moen wrote in a 2015 paper titled “The Ethics of Pedophilia.”
  • That paper was republished in 2018 within a college text book that is distributed throughout the world.

The abstract of the paper says:

“In this paper it is argued that pedophilia is bad only because, and only to the extent that, it causes harm to children, and that pedophilia itself, as well as pedophilic expressions and practices that do not cause harm to children, are morally alright [sic].”

He writes in the paper:

“We must appreciate that sexual attraction towards children is often a deep and integral part of pedophiles’ personalities,” he writes, while suggesting that pedophiles should not be held responsible for their actions as “many pedophiles are ignorant of the truth that adult-child sex exposes children to [harm].”

He says that we should admire the will-power of pedophiles who do not sexually abuse kids. This is one sick f-er.

“When you were 11, it is not unlikely that you were sexually attracted to prepubertal children… the mental state of finding children sexually attractive is very common. Youngness, the property children have in excess, is a property that, when present to a lesser extent, is widely considered sexually attractive. As such, what makes pedophiles diverge from others is that they prefer more youngness than does the average person.

“To prevent harm to future children, we would also be well-advised to start teaching high school students not just what to do in case they are victims of sexual abuse, but also what to do in case they themselves are pedophiles. A certain percentage of high school students either are or will become pedophiles, and currently they are not given any advice on how to handle their sexuality.”

You know how you can teach high schoolers not to be pedophiles? Don’t normalize or admire pedophiles. Treat them like the sick garbage they are.

Now I know this is in Norway, but aren’t we kind of already sexualizing kids now in this country? We just haven’t, for the most part, said that pedophilia is OK here? But it sure looks like we are trying and I bet this guy’s books are being read in our colleges here.

I Usually Just Drink Some Coffee

I had to actually stop and read this story because the I couldn’t believe the title. Turns out it was exactly as the title stated.

According to the New York Post:

Masturbation may no longer be considered NSFW.

As part of a social sex-periment, an enterprising Spanish porn company allowed its workers to pleasure themselves at the office —with the lucky employees claiming it improved their attitude and productivity. A video detailing their stimulating workplace experiences is blowing up online.

“I feel more balanced in my workflow,” Yeraldine, a social media manager with the adult entertainment firm Erika Lust Films, told Jam Press of the groundbreaking measure.

Porn purveyor and director Erika Lust implemented the salacious policy last year after noticing that her employees were “agitated” and “performing with less energy” due to the coronavirus pandemic.

In accordance, she allowed the firm’s 36 employees a half-hour self-gratification session every day — and set up a masturbation station outfitted with lube, sex toys and screens streaming the company’s products. There’s even a bed to enhance the effect.

The masturbation room, located in the break room, has a television and disk player where they can play the company’s porn videos. a soft couch and even a vagina pillow. It is not required by the company.

They say it is working. People are more relaxed and more productive. I’d hate to be the janitor of that company.
