Episode 346 – About Bloody Time!

The pipeline is back up but we shouldn’t rest on our laurels yet.

Back Online

The Colonial oil pipeline is back online but the cost may be more than is worth.

According to Bloomberg:

“Colonial Pipeline Co. paid nearly $5 million to Eastern European hackers on Friday, contradicting reports earlier this week that the company had no intention of paying an extortion fee to help restore the country’s largest fuel pipeline, according to two people familiar with the transaction.”

So much for never giving in to Russian terrorists.

  • It was found that the best way to get back online was to pay DarkSide, the hacker group, than restore from backup, if that was even possible.
  • The payment was made with Bitcoin, which is untraceable.
  • This really shows the weakness of the Biden administration which saw this as a private matter between the company and the hackers.
  • This will invite more attacks.
  • It will take about two weeks for production levels to reach normal.

Let’s face it, this works for the Biden administration. They want to get rid of fossil fuels. They want people to stop driving cars and start driving electric cars.

Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm was asked, by the purring media, a question that I thought was very telling about what the Left thinks.

The reporter asked:

“Obviously, we have the acute issues with the Colonial Pipeline ransomware attack. But looking more holistically in a macro view, how does this speed up the efforts at DOE to move in more of a renewable direction since this is going to have an impact on people at the pump?”

Are you kidding me? This is your question? We had our infrastructure attacked by Russian terrorists, the Biden administration did nothing about it and a reporter asks about how the administration can spend more money on new technology that is around 10% efficient?

God, the media is terrible. But her answer was worse:

“Yeah, I mean, we obviously are ‘all in’ on making sure that we meet the president’s goals of getting to 100% clean electricity by 2035 and net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. And, you know, if you drive an electric car, this would not be affecting you, clearly.”

Really? That’s you answer?

What if you can’t afford the $60,000 an electric car that goes over 100 miles costs? Talk about out-of-touch.

See, here’s the thing: the Biden administration doesn’t care. They don’t care about the people or their lives or what they need to survive.

Meanwhile, the panic continues. A lot of folks in the Southeast are hoarding gas. Today, Biden is telling everyone not to panic, that this whole thing is temporary.

There is a video going around the Internet showing some gal in Florida filling plastic bags with gas and putting it in her trunk. Frigging amazing. Pete Buttigieg, our awesome transportation secretary, actually had to tell people not to put gasoline in plastic bags.

Just amazing. And we are only 113 days into Biden’s Presidency.

Just in Case the Colonial Pipeline Wasn’t Enough

The AP is reporting that a ransomware attack has occurred against the Washington DC police department.

  • The group is another Russian based group called the Babuk group.
  • They are asking for $4 million dollars in ransom.
  • Though not confirmed, the department offered $100,000 but the group said it wasn’t enough.

So, that’s awesome. I guess that’s one way to defund the police. Pay criminal gangs to stay out of police data. What the hell is our government doing?

All Hands on Deck

The battle continues between Israel and the Palestinian Authority.

  • There have been close to 4000 missiles launched from the Gaza Strip into Israel.
  • Israel has been responding with 600 of their own attacks. Now, mind you, responding.
  • Israel has said that everything could end if the Palestinians would just stop firing missiles.
  • There have been about 40 deaths so far on both sides.
  • Seven to nine children were killed on the Gaza Strip which has all the Left flipping out. Turns out the missile that hit those children were actually from the Palestinians. So the Palestinians not only don’t care about their people but they are also incompetent.
  • The Palestinians are admitting that they are getting the missiles from Iran. That’s a Joe Biden gaff for giving money to Palestinian Authority and Iran.
  • Israel has threatened a land war and promised it would not end until they killed the leadership of all the heads of Hamas, Fatah and the Islamic Jihad terrorist groups.

The Biden administration sure did a great job destroying Middle East peace in just a few months.

Do I Smell a Coup?

More than 120 retired generals and admirals from the United States Armed Forces warned in a letter this week that the U.S. was entering a state of “deep peril” under the leadership of President Joe Biden and even called into question his physical and mental health.

Here is a bit from the letter:

Our Nation is in deep peril. We are in a fight for our survival as a Constitutional Republic like no other
time since our founding in 1776. The conflict is between supporters of Socialism and Marxism vs.
supporters of Constitutional freedom and liberty.

During the 2020 election an “Open Letter from Senior Military Leaders” was signed by 317 retired
Generals and Admirals and, it said the 2020 election could be the most important election since our
country was founded. “With the Democrat Party welcoming Socialists and Marxists, our historic way of
life is at stake.” Unfortunately, that statement’s truth was quickly revealed, beginning with the election
process itself.

Without fair and honest elections that accurately reflect the “will of the people” our Constitutional
Republic is lost. Election integrity demands insuring there is one legal vote cast and counted per
citizen. Legal votes are identified by State Legislature’s approved controls using government IDs,
verified signatures, etc. Today, many are calling such commonsense controls “racist” in an attempt to
avoid having fair and honest elections. Using racial terms to suppress proof of eligibility is itself a
tyrannical intimidation tactic. Additionally, the “Rule of Law” must be enforced in our election
processes to ensure integrity. The FBI and Supreme Court must act swiftly when election irregularities
are surfaced and not ignore them as was done in 2020. Finally, H.R.1 & S.1, (if passed), would destroy
election fairness and allow Democrats to forever remain in power violating our Constitution and
ending our Representative Republic.

Aside from the election, the Current Administration has launched a full-blown assault on our
Constitutional rights in a dictatorial manner, bypassing the Congress, with more than 50 Executive
Orders quickly signed, many reversing the previous Administration’s effective policies and regulations.
Moreover, population control actions such as excessive lockdowns, school and business closures, and
most alarming, censorship of written and verbal expression are all direct assaults on our fundamental
Rights. We must support and hold accountable politicians who will act to counter Socialism, Marxism
and Progressivism, support our Constitutional Republic, and insist on fiscally responsible governing
while focusing on all Americans, especially the middle class, not special interest or extremist groups
which are used to divide us into warring factions.

They also added what the administration is doing that is putting our country at risk. I’ll just list these:

  • The blast the open border policy.
  • They point to the threat from China and how it’s being ignored.
  • They talk about the censorship problem and cancel culture.
  • The cancelling of the Keystone Pipeline and loss of energy independence.
  • Re-entering the Iran Nuclear Deal.
  • The militarization of Washington DC.
  • The politicization of the military.
  • The lack of law and order.
  • The diminished mental capacity of President Biden.

This is dangerous for the Biden administration. But good for us. The military is suppose to protect the Constitution and are suppose to overthrow the U.S. government when it goes outside their Constitutionally mandated powers. It says it in the Constitution and it is the oath every soldier takes when sworn in. They do not swear an oath to the government.

It’s About Damn Time!

Per the Wall Street Journal about the new CDC guidelines released today:

Fully vaccinated people don’t need to wear a mask or physically distance during outdoor or indoor activities, large or small, federal health officials said, the fullest easing of pandemic recommendations so far.

The fully vaccinated should continue to wear a mask while traveling by plane, bus or train, and the guidance doesn’t apply in certain places like hospitals, nursing homes and prisons, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Thursday.

This leaves some questions:

  • What changed from last week to this week? The science is the same. Why now?
  • When are the states going to open? I don’t want to wear a mask in a grocery store.
  • When are schools going to open?
  • What if I’m fully vaccinated and don’t want to wear a mask? Do I have to prove it with a vaccine passport?
  • Is Joe Biden going to finally stop wearing his three masks everywhere he goes?

Episode 345 – Really, Sidewalks?

More bad news for Old Joe.

Boy, That Was Fast

The crappy jobs report last week has really put a strangle on the economy. Inflation, which most of us thought wouldn’t hit for a couple year due to the debt, has reared its ugly head already due to no one working, free money and a demand for goods.

According to CNBC:

“Inflation accelerated at its fastest pace in more than 12 years for April as the U.S. economic recovery kicked into gear and energy prices jumped higher. The Consumer Price Index, which measures a basket of goods as well as energy and housing costs, rose 4.2% from a year ago, compared to the Dow Jones estimate for a 3.6% increase. The monthly gain was 0.8%, against the expected 0.2%.”

Oops.

The Stock Market is flipping out. The Wall Street Journal stated:

“Rising commodity markets, supply-chain blockages and hiring difficulties have prompted some investors to expect a prolonged upswing in consumer prices. That could lead the Federal Reserve to raise its target for short-term interest rates sooner than it has signaled, potentially weighing on stocks and other assets that have benefited from over a year of near-zero borrowing costs.”

I guess it might be time to start buying gold and silver.

The economic situation we are in is the worst since the 2008 recession. But we can go way further back. There are a lot of consistencies with what happened in the 70s under Jimmy Carter, arguably the worst President in United States history.

Under Jimmy Carter we had:

  • High inflation.
  • Joblessness.
  • Major division.
  • A fuel shortage.
  • Major foreign policy issues (Iran).

Joe Biden is creating a disaster within this country. You want to know the good news? Jimmy Carter only lasted one term and his incompetence led to the right wing radical by the name of Ronald Reagan.

Good Bye and Good Riddance

Liz Cheney, who has just been an absolute splinter for the Republican party has finally been stripped of her leadership role in Congress.

You might be asking yourself why I haven’t really talked about this before. Simply, it’s because I don’t care. I think this has been a story that has been horribly overinflated by the news media and this happens all the time within both parties. The reason this story is big is because it’s within the Republican party and the Leftist media wants to make it out that there is disintegration of the Republican party.

Listen, there is no disintegration of the Republican party. Liz Cheney is a Conservative. She had an 80% approval from Conservative groups and voted with Republicans 96% of the time. She just didn’t like Trump and was vocal about it. This could be seen in her press conference today. Listen:

This is her problem:

  • She didn’t just dislike Donald Trump, she hated him.
  • She went on all Left wing news outlets, like MSNBC and CNN, and did nothing but bitch about Trump.
  • She would be in press conferences with other House leadership and just start bitching about Trump. Out of nowhere.

She just couldn’t get over it and she still can’t. All she had to do was be quiet. She’s from the very Conservative state of Wyoming and is probably going to lose the next election.

I just don’t think this is a big deal. I don’t care. republicans have every right to choose the leadership. She’s going to be gone soon anyway. It’s media hype again. Mitt Romney and Liz Cheney are really the only conflicts within the Republican party. Democrats have far more issues that are also very public. These just have not been chosen to be news stories.

We Can’t Even Walk Right?

OK, this is the most crazy story of the day. It is a slow news day. It also shows just how our college professors have nothing better to do than opine about crap.

A Northwestern University professor actually said that the way white people walk is proof of internalized racism. I’m not frigging kidding. We can’t even walk right. This thing was actually seen as relevant enough to put in the university newspaper.

It is titled: Are the sidewalks at Northwestern too White, too? by opinion editor Kenny Allen.

When I first got to Northwestern, I wondered why walking around on campus could be so frustrating. Even when sidewalks were relatively empty, I would often have to walk way around people to pass without bumping into them. At first, I chalked it up to the geographic diversity of the school; maybe the people that came to this school were used to different ways of moving through a public place. But after talking to my Black friends about my experience, they echoed it: people at this predominantly White school would not move out of our way on the sidewalk.

I think Kenny is not used to being in a big city. This crap happens all the time and race is not an issue. Everyone is in their own little world in crowded big cities.

This was one of many reminders that diversity does not mean inclusion at NU. Even though the University has worked to increase the number of Black students here, that doesn’t mean we’re welcomed with open arms. Bedelia Nicola Richards, a sociology professor at the University of Richmond (sociology is not a science) laid out a set of five questions to determine whether one’s university is racist: 

  1. Which group or groups feel most at home on the campus and which ones feel like (unwanted) guests? (notice everything is about feelings and perceptions? Feelings and perceptions are not reality and truth).
  2. Whose norms, values and perspectives does the institution consider to be normal or legitimate? Whose does it silence, marginalize or delegitimize? (Norms, values and perceptions are subjective. There has to be an assumption that everyone knows about one’s norms, values and perceptions).
  3. Who inhabits positions of power within the institution? (This is subjective and perception-based. There’s no objective measure).
  4. Whose experiences, norms, values and perspectives influence an institution’s laws, policies and systems of evaluation? (Do I really need to say anything here I haven’t said before?)
  5. Whose interests does the institution protect? (If you’re in the institution, wouldn’t you think the institution would protect you? More feelings and perception.)

At this school, the answer to most of those questions is White people. Any honest accounting of the decision-making structures at this school would tell you so. And this power dynamic is always present in the way Black students interact with this institution.

Where does he come up with that? Because he feels that way? What if I were to tell him that I think its black people because of the way of the word today? Based off of the question asked, it could easily be?

Almost everybody in the United States gets some sort of education about Jim Crow segregation. Black people had to attend different schools, weren’t allowed to vote and didn’t have any legal protection from discrimination. These laws helped to create an image of Black inferiority after the abolition of slavery. And that sentiment trickled down to the way people interact on an interpersonal level. 

The formal rules of Jim Crow were accompanied by a set of informal ones that governed the way Black people approached White people in public space and vice versa. That social order required Black people to yield to White people whenever possible. Both sets of rules told White people that they were superior and Black people that they were inferior — and that this pattern of subjugation was the natural way for things to be. Black people were made to show deference to White people any time they interacted. One of the ways they were made to do so was by stepping off the sidewalk when a White person was walking past.

The informal rules are passed down through generations just like any other kind of etiquette. White people came to expect the right of way in public spaces. White people who were accustomed to moving through the world like that — intentionally or not — taught their kids to move through the world in the same way. And the racism that undergirded Jim Crow wasn’t eliminated just because the laws were no longer overtly racist.

Jim Crow was systemic racism. No question and I would not be surprised that black people would have to step off a sidewalk if a white person walked by. But that’s over. People don’t do that anymore and haven’t for a long time. I have never see a person of color clear the way on a sidewalk because I was walking by. Have you?

This kind of thing makes this entire argument invalid. Thank God there is only one more paragraph.

Many White people walk around campus having unknowingly absorbed this particular facet of White supremacy, and the leaders of the institution do little to make us believe that White supremacy is something worth challenging in the first place. This is not to say that giving people space in public is a way to be anti-racist; the sidewalk question is just one way in which Black people are made to feel unwelcome. This is to say that essentially every aspect of our society, including the way we physically move through space, has been shaped by a racist legacy. Uprooting that White supremacy requires both recognizing its scale and disrupting it however it shows up. 

What a stupid article.

  • He offers no evidence of anything nor any examples.
  • He brings up something that happened sixty years ago and says things are still like that.
  • This is an example of one who so self-aggrandizes, is so self-centered, that he believes its racist that people do not acknowledge him while walking around.
  • The fact that this article was allowed to be published and should be taken seriously tells me that blacks actually do have the power. That’s what I think. This article is proof.
  • Finally, it also shows that anything can be seen as racist. No matter what I do, something I do will prove I’m a racist. I can’t win.

Episode 344 – Sheer Incompetence

Old Joe is incompetent.

I gotta say, Old Joe has managed to f-up everything this week and it’s only Tuesday!

So Much for Peace

Joe Biden just needed to do nothing with the Middle East. Stay out of it and let the Trump policies run their course and, hopefully, more peace deals would be struck. Nope, couldn’t do that. So far:

  • He is negotiating to get back into the Iran Nuclear Deal.
  • According to Iran, Biden has given money that was being held from Iran. That has not been confirmed.
  • He has released hundreds of millions of dollars for aid to the Palestinians. The same group that is run by Hamas, another terrorist organization.

So you know things are not going to go well over there. Biden hates the Jews and Israel just like Obama did. Heck, all the Left hates them.

Well, the violence has finally escalated:

  • On Monday, during a festival celebrating Jerusalem Day held at the Temple Mount, which is the holiest site for the Jews, the Palestinians started launching fireworks that lit a tree on fire. The site had to be evacuated.
  • Throughout the day into today, Hamas has launched more than 400 missiles into Israel.
  • The Iron Dome, which is Israel’s air defense system, has taken out over 90% of the missiles sent. Reports have it over 30 have been injured.
  • Israel Defense Forces (IDF) struck back.
    • The first two stages of attacks, IDF fighter jets and attack helicopters ran attacks that destroyed 130 Hamas targets including a school.
    • In the third stage of attacks, the IDF attacked weapons sites and military facilities. The focused on the Islamic Jihad organization and the Hamas leadership.
    • An intelligence building and two underground tunnels and were destroyed.
    • The Israeli military is now bringing heavy weapons and troops on the border and look like they are about to begin a ground incursion. This is to be more exact with their targets.

Why Did This Start?

There are two reasons that are being put out there: one by the Left the other, well, because this always happens and is probably the real reason.

This is BS. There were only four homes that needed to be cleared out. The residents admitted they did not own the properties and had not paid rent for over a decade. They were not kicked out of the area, they just couldn’t live for free in the property they were living in. This is nothing more than a civil eviction case. But this is what the Left is using as an excuse for showing that Israel is bad and is displacing the Palestinians. It also justifies the attacks by Hamas.

The most likely reason for the attacks by the Palestinians is a deflection to its own government’s corruption. Today or yesterday was suppose to be the Palestinian Authority’s first election since 2006. The leader of the ruling party, PA President Mahmoud Abbas, knew he was probably going to lose so he cancelled the election last week. Abbas said he was cancelling the election because Israel would be preventing Palestinians from voting, which is crap.

By the way, when the Palestinian Authority is facing some sort of internal conflict, they usually launch missiles at Israel.

American Response

Of course, Israel can expect no help from the Biden administration. The only thing they said is the violence needs to be de-escalated. Great call. Five hundred missiles have been launched into Israel and Israel needs to de-escalate. What a weak response.

The White House made a statement later:

“We are continuing to closely monitor the violence in Israel. We have serious concerns about the situation, including violent confrontations that we’ve seen over the last few days. As you noted, an escalation earlier today.

“In a call over the weekend with his Israeli counterpart, our national security advisor Jake Sullivan reiterated concerns about the potential evictions of Palestinian families from their homes. And they agreed that the launching of rocket attacks and incendiary balloons from Gaza towards Israel is unacceptable and must be condemned. So this is something that our national security team is closely monitoring, obviously across government. Certainly, the president is kept abreast and is watching closely as well.”

Israel is pushing President Joe Biden to refrain from involving the United States in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, saying Biden’s meddling would likely make the situation worse. They know that Biden, who has threatened Israel in the past as a Senator, will side with the Palestinian Authority and try to force Israel not to respond. Israel can’t afford to show weakness.

The Squad

Of course, the two anti-Semites of the squad had to chime in and spread the Palestinian Authority’s propaganda.

Ilhan Omar tweeted:

She’s doesn’t mention that it was the Palestinians were the one who started a riot at the Temple Mount and launched missiles into Israel. Does she want to know how to protect the Palestinians? Don’t launch missiles into Israel.

She also tweeted:

Another stupid tweet. Of course the Palestinians have a right to safety and security. And they have it. Just stop launching missiles into Israel. Notice there is no acknowledgement that the Palestinian Authority is doing anything wrong at all. It’s all Israel.

Rashida Tlaib, another Jew-hater, tweeted:

It is so important that the Palestinians pray during the week of Ramadan that they decide to attack Israel with missiles. I’m pretty sure a lot of them are not praying. And I don’t give a damn about the holiday if they are being the aggressors.

I also want to point out that Israel has shown a lot of restraint. If Mexico started lobbing missiles over the border into Texas, you better believe the United States were turn Mexico into New Texas within a week. I’m surprised Israel has not walked into the Palestinian territory and killed off every Hamas and Fatah terrorist in the region. Instead, they continually try to make peace and make concessions.

It’s going to get old after a while and Israel is just going to smack the crap out of them eventually.

When Are We Going to Have Odd and Even Days?

I saw a tweet today:

Oil pipelines closed: Biden – 2, Trump – 0

The east coast is now suffering through a gas shortage.

On social media, multiple videos went viral of people showing that their gas stations were out of fuel in states including Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Virginia, Arkansas, Tennessee, and others. Panic buying might be playing a role in gas stations running out of fuel, although it is hard to tell based on initial reports.

  • A bunch of gas stations are closed because they have run out of gas.
  • Those stations that are opened have lines wrapped around the block.
  • A lot of this has to do with panic buying like with the toilet paper last year.
  • We are not out of fuel.

The Biden administration has responded like they typically do. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said:

“The President continues to be regularly briefed on the Colonial Pipeline incident. The Administration is continually assessing the impact of this ongoing incident on fuel supply for the East Coast. We are monitoring supply shortages in parts of the Southeast and are evaluating every action the Administration can take to mitigate the impact as much as possible.

“The President has directed agencies across the Federal Government to bring their resources to bear to help alleviate shortages where they may occur.”

Yeah, no. He doesn’t care.

When asked about what the administration was doing about solving the ransomware problem, this is how his energy secretary answered:

Two things here:

  • First off, if you are a reporter and are going to ask a question on national television, have your questioned prepared and don’t stumble through it.
  • What weak sauce. This is really leadership?
  • This is part of our energy infrastructure. You know, the same infrastructure he wants to dump $2 trillion. We can’t trust him to take responsibility for something like this but we should trust him on how to spend $2 trillion?

This Man is a Nut Job

Dr. Tony Fauci is at it again. I don’t understand why this guy has any authority and hasn’t been fired yet. Here he is on ABC News saying something crazy:

A new report released late week found that communist China’s greenhouse gas emissions in 2019 were higher than the rest of the developed world combined.

The report was published by the Rhodium Group, a leading independent research provider that specializes in matters involving China, energy & climate, India, and economics.

Like We Needed Another Reason

A major ransomeware was discovered Friday on the Colonial Pipeline on the east coast of the United States.

  • Ransomware is when data is encrypted with an unknown key. The only way a company can unlock their data is to pay the hackers for the key or restore data from backup.
  • Colonial Pipeline operates a 5,500-mile system taking fuel from the refineries of the Gulf Coast to the New York metro area.
  • The pipeline transports more than 100 million gallons a day, or roughly 45% of fuel consumed on the East Coast, according to the company’s website.
  • Prices are already up $0.06 and we have the highest national average since November of 2014 at $2.96 a gallon.
  • Gas in California is already ay $4.00 a gallon.
  • The pipeline was shutdown until the hack could be controlled. Though the main lines are down, some of the smaller lines remain running.
  • The FBI confirmed in a statement on Monday that the DarkSide ransomware group is responsible for the Colonial Pipeline attack.
  • DarkSide is among ransomware gangs that have “professionalized” a criminal industry that has cost Western nations tens of billions of dollars in losses in the past three years.
  • DarkSide is an Eastern European hackers group.

Things Aren’t Going Well

Joe Biden got some bad news. The jobs numbers came out today and it was one fifth of what was expected. This is going to have some consequences.

  • There were 266,000 jobs created in April.
  • The Budget Office expected almost a million jobs to be created in April.
  • The unemployment rate went up to 6.1%.
  • The unemployment rate is expected to be higher based on the fact a lot of people are not returning to the workforce.

Reasons why this is happening:

  • Schools are still closed.
  • The economy remains closed. It is opening but states like California and Michigan are still really restricting business.
  • The mixed messaging by the White House and Tony Fauci about the effectiveness of the vaccines and where we are in respect to the pandemic.
  • There have been reports that we may never reach herd immunity. This thing is never going to end.
  • The government has been giving out money for the last year and there are no plans by the Democrats to stop. People are being paid more to stay at home.
  • Businesses like McDonald’s can’t get low wage workers. They are offering $50 to people for just applying for a job.

Joe Biden thinks this is not a bad thing. He said today:

That’s a lie. He probably knows it though what he knows these days cannot be actually measured. But even CNN know this is really bad news.

It’s Coming Faster Than We Thought

CNN pretty much summed it up in a story today or yesterday. I was shocked:

The job numbers mean inflation is coming. Here’s the problem:

  • People have a lot of money right now. That’s because they have been given money for the last year.
  • Because people are making more money by staying home than working, they are not going to work.
  • Because there are less workers, supply lines and supply chains do not have enough people for products and services.
  • As demand goes up and supply goes down, prices for goods and services go up.
  • Walla! Inflation!
  • Who is this going to affect most? The poor and lower middle class. Their limited income is now going to buy less.

I thought this wouldn’t happen for a couple of years and this inflation is not what we are going to see because of the trillions of dollars of spending. This is the inflation from low supply and high demand.

Prices from March 2020 to March 2021:

  • Lumber is up 65%. Great for the housing market.
  • Gas and crude oil is up 40%. Prepare for the cost of driving and flying to go way up.
  • Iron and steel up 38%. Don’t need to worry about gas if you can’t afford a car.
  • Copper is up 75%.
  • Cotton is up 35%.
  • Fertilizer is up 26%.

These are actual increases from last year to this year. The projections are far worse. They are projecting lumber to increase between 200-400%. Gas could be up 50-70% because crude oil could get to over $100 a barrel again since we stopped being energy independent with Biden’s garbage policies.

In 2008, Obama said that we should be prepared to skip things like travel because of the environment. He was with a Congress that told him to buzz off. Now, the insane crap that Obama wanted is now being realized and we are going to suffer.

God, She’s Dumb

Did you know that Planned Parenthood actually saves lives? Yeah, I didn’t either. But here is the logic of the insane and stupid justifying the killing of babies by Planned Parenthood:

What she doesn’t get: Abortion is a policy that kills people. OK, there’s a lot to unpack here.

  • First off, AOC was born into an upper middle class family. I doubt her very well off family had anything to do with Planned Parenthood.
  • I love when people compare abortion to the death penalty. They really have nothing to do with each other.
  • I also trip out about the reverence people like AOC hold for Planned Parenthood
    • It was founded by Mary Sanger, a rabid racist and eugenicist.
    • She opened her clinics in black neighborhoods because she saw blacks and the disabled as inferior to whites.
    • Her clinics were for providing birth control, sterilization and abortion targeting the “inferior” people of color and the disabled.
    • The science community, including eugenicists, saw her as so radical, they rejected her, her research and her writings.
    • Planned Parenthood, this year, rejected Mary Sanger because people are beginning to learn a little bit about her and they do not want to be associated with her. It only took about a 100 years.
  • Now, on a more important note, Planned Parenthood kills 300,000 babies a year. With some adjustments, and don’t quote me on this because I have heard it is way higher, 10 million babies have been killed by Planned Parenthood.
  • Of that, less than 2%, and I’m being liberal here, are aborted due to rape, incest or danger to the mother. That means 98% of murdered babies are killed for convenience.

AOC is either really dumb or lying to you. I think it’s both. How she can up hold a clinic whose main purpose was to eradicate the United States of black people and the disabled.

Why Bother?

Yesterday was the National Day of Prayer. Joe Biden had something to say about it:

He’s not much of a Catholic but he’s a true Leftist. He does want you to pray every day. But he wants you to pray to the government, to the climate and to race. He doesn’t care about God or religion because, as Marx said, “Religion is the opiate of the people” and government will find it impossible to control a population that knows there’s a higher power.

Episode 341 – He Just Can’t Keep His Foot Out of His Mouth

These Guys Can’t Help Themselves

Way back, the government used something called earmarks to fund the pet projects for some politicians. This was supported by both parties. It is one of the reasons that term “swamp” came out for defining the government.

What an earmark is an amendment to a budget bill to include pet projects. It is used to buy the vote for the bill so that it can pass. In the old days, there would be dozens and dozens of earmarks in a bill just to guarantee that the bill would pass. The big problem is that a bill that costs a little bit could suddenly costs billions more because of those earmark. What’s worse, people only looked at the title of the bill and didn’t know what was in the bill. They only heard about it from some news outlets.

Couple of things happened that made Congress get rid of earmarks in 2011:

  • The Internet – People can not look up what is in a specific bill.
  • Non-legacy news like Daily Wire and The Blaze (even Fox News) that would call out these earmarks.
  • Corruption.

Two ex-lawmakers even faced jail time after an investigation into their earmarks. Former Rep. Chaka Fattah, D-Pa., used earmarks to launder taxpayer money through a nonprofit, while former Rep. Duke Cunningham, R-Calif., accepted $2.4 million in bribes for earmarks and even lived on a yacht owned by a defense contractor.

Well, they’re back. And this is the worst time to spend money.

Congress is trying to set up the federal budget this month. This is outside the $6 trillion that Joe Biden is throwing out there. This budget is just to keep the government open. Basically, we are going to have to spend a ton more money to keep the government running. Here ae some of the earmarks that are being added to the federal funding bill:

  • $1,750,000 to spruce up the Japanese Garden in Portland.
  • $436,100 for a “meditation and restorative yoga” program in New Jersey.
  • $250,000 to expand the Michelle Obama Library in California.
  • Rep. Brad Schneider, D-Ill., wants $3.75 million to restore the Waukegan Carnegie Museum.
  • $2 million in funding for a new art collection at the Brooklyn Museum in New York.
  • $2 million for a Pickleball and Fitness Circuit in Orange, Calif.
  • $1.5 million to provide free public Wi-Fi in a California city and $250,000 for a performing arts center that, according to the website of Rep. Val Demings, D-Fla., “should be more than a beautifully designed building.”
  • There are dozens of projects that list diversity and equity among their goals, including $742,000 for a New York program that would feature “conversations around difficult issues such as racism, gender discrimination and cultural bias”.
  • $166,000 for the development of an equity program at Lincoln University.
  • There are also millions of dollars, collectively, earmarked for public arts programs, climate change initiatives and Planned Parenthood.
  • This additional spending will add over $6 billion to the current federal budget.

This is a bipartisan issue too. A total of 326 members of the House, including 220 Democrats and 106 Republicans. There are 435 members of Congress so you do the math.

Shut Up and Dribble

LeBron James had faced a lot of criticisms lately:

  • His support for BLM while remaining silent on China’s suppression of Hong Kong.
  • He supported kneeling for the National Anthem.
  • He keeps bitching that he’s oppressed because he’s black. Never mentions that he’s worth a billion dollars. Literally.
  • The doxxing and threatening of the police officer who shot Ma’Khia Bryant. That’s the 16-year-old girl who was shot by a police officer while she was trying to stab another teenager.
  • The Lakers sucking because he’s playing like crap.
  • The fact the Lakers may not make the playoffs.

He took a lot of crap for doxxing that cop. So much so that he pulled down the tweet and would not address it again. But now, he has decided to read one of the most horrendeous articles from Vox and use that as a reference for why the death of  Ma’Khia Bryant was proof of systemic police racism. He tweeted:

One thing I want to propose to you is building your political case on a lie is not a way to argue. Let’s read a little of the article and debunk it right from the start. This is actually a really long article but I did not feel there was a point in reading it all when the premise of the first couple of paragraphs was based on a lie.

It is titled, Why they’re not saying Ma’Khia Bryant’s name by Fabiola Cineas and was released on May 1. I find it amazing that this was allowed to be published. Apparently there are no editors at Vox.

After watching 15 seconds of police body camera footage last week, viewers of various races and political affiliations had made a decision: 16-year-old Ma’Khia Bryant was “the aggressor” — the “fat,” “huge,” “knife-wielding attacker” and “maniac” who deserved to be fatally shot by the police on April 20 in Columbus, Ohio.

  • People didn’t make the “decision” Bryant was the aggressor, the body cam footage showed she was going to stab another 16-year-old black girl.
  • In fact, the video caught her saying, “I am going to stab you, bitch” so it seems like there was plenty of intent for what she was going to do.
  • I have read a lot about this case and never heard anyone call Bryant “fat”, “huge”, or a “maniac”. By the way, all of her references are not coming from main stream media outlet except for knife-wielding. Probably because she was wielding a knife.
  • I have heard that the police officer did not have a choice, no one said she deserved to be shot.

According to these viewers, Nicholas Reardon, the police officer who immediately shot and killed Bryant, who was holding a knife, was justified. That she was a teenager in the middle of an altercation, in which she was presumed to be defending herself, did not matter.

  • Nick Reardon had, literally, ten seconds to save the other girl’s life. There are two videos proving this.
  • And this is common thing with the news media. This was not an altercation. Bryant was going to stab an unarmed girl. Me yelling at someone and him yelling at me is an altercation.

Reardon shot Bryant dead about 20 minutes before a judge announced that a jury found former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin guilty of murdering George Floyd, a killing that catalyzed worldwide protests against police violence. For a moment, those seeking justice for Black life exhaled in relief, knowing that the officer who callously took Floyd’s life would be imprisoned.

  • This case has nothing to do with the Chauvin case.
  • This, like most other uses of force, was completely justified and needed for saving the life of another black teenager.
  • By the way, you do have to accept that Derrick Chauvin did use excessive force against an innocent person. We’ve talked enough about hat case and I don’t buy the narrative.

But the cries for justice that applied to George Floyd did not ring out as loudly for Bryant. Even after it was discovered that Bryant was living in foster care, that she was in the middle of a fight with older women when police arrived, and that she was allegedly the one who summoned the police for help, people — some of the same people who called for justice in Floyd’s case — used police talking points to justify the four bullets that Reardon unloaded into Bryant’s chest. She was brandishing a knife, many pointed out, which meant the other Black women needed to be protected.

  • Bryant living in foster care is irrelevant here. In fact, it brings to question her upbringing and is proof that a good family life is important.
  • The older woman was a year older. She was also a teen! 
  • And what difference do ages make here? Would that have changed something?
  • Bryant did not call the police. It was the girl who was attacked. This is just a lie!

Crisis response experts noted, however, that deescalation tactics — like commanding Bryant to drop the weapon, physically getting between the women, or simply communicating with her — could have kept everyone alive. In many recorded encounters between the police and white people carrying weapons, for instance, officers didn’t shoot first or even reach for their guns — they successfully managed to peacefully apprehend the suspect.

  • I love getting alternate scenarios from people who were not involved.
  • The officer had ten seconds to save this other girl’s life. There was no time for de-escalation.
  • Yes, many recorded confrontations don’t lead to use of force. That actually is proof that police don’t shoot people willy-nilly.

I’m done reading this. When an article is based on narratives and lies, it’s hard to take it seriously especially when we actually have video of the shooting. By the way, the article did not include the video. I wonder why.

As The Daily Wire reported in January, “In one of nature’s mysteries, 15 states will soon witness the reemergence of Brood X — or the Great Eastern Brood — of periodical cicadas. These ‘large, winged, kind of scary-looking but mostly harmless flying insects known for their almost deafening buzz’ emerge in-unison every 17 years.”

We’ve been shut down for the last year and a half so, why not throw in a swarm or a plague or two.

Brood X is expected to appear in Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Ohio, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.

I love this explanation from University of Maryland entomologist Michael Raupp:

“You’ve got a creature that spends 17 years in a Covid-like existence, isolated underground sucking on plant sap, right? In the 17th year these teenagers are going to come out of the earth by the billions if not trillions. They’re going to try to best everything on the planet that wants to eat them during this critical period of the nighttime when they’re just trying to grow up, they’re just trying to be adults, shed that skin, get their wings, go up into the treetops, escape their predators.

“Once in the treetops, hey, it’s all going to be about romance. It’s only the males that sing. Is It Really a Surprise?

A large out-of-control Chinese rocket is going to smash into Earth this coming weekend.

According to CNN:

“The large Chinese rocket that is out of control and set to reenter Earth’s atmosphere this weekend has brought about an alarming but not unprecedented situation.”

Notice CNN really wants to make this a big deal? Happens all the time. Guess where it doesn’t happen all the time: With rockets made in the United States!

Most of the time, when a rocket heads back to earth, it is burned up in the atmosphere. This ship is huge. It was suppose to drop supplies up on the space station when China lost control of it. The think weighs 22 tons and is traveling at 18,000 miles an hour.

Though NASA won’t know for an hour or two before the rockets enters the atmosphere, there is very little chance that this rocket is actually going to land on something.

This isn’t the first time China has lost control of a rocket. The last time they launched a rocket of this type, it came down and there were a bunch of rods landed on a house. No one was killed but it could have been a bad situation.

This just shows the incompetence of China and how iffy their technology really is. Well, it’s our technology that they stole but they can’t get any of it to work.

And let’s talk about Joe Biden’s American Families Plan.

 

What is this American Families Plan Thing

Joe Biden wants to spend another $2 trillion for his American Families Plan. He made a big stink about it in his speech last week. Let’s take a look at the plan from the horse’s mouth at whitehouse.gov.

It starts:

Right now, too many Americans are struggling to meet basic needs and cover basic expenses. An economy that fails so many of us is not only unfair, it’s unsustainable. The American Families Plan is a once-in-a-generation investment in the foundations of middle-class prosperity – education, health care, and child care. It recognizes that policies to make life easier for American families must focus on bringing everyone along: inclusive of gender, race, or place of residence – urban, suburban, or rural. Beyond helping American families meet the needs of today, this plan powers the innovation and growth of tomorrow.

Of course, gender and race have to be brought up. You know something, I’m pretty sure all laws apply to you no matter your gender or race. That’s because this country is not systemically racist and all are laws are applied equally. I think I read that somewhere.

The plan is broken up into three sections.

The first section is titled Make education more affordable and expand opportunity. It includes:

Investing in education is a down payment on the future of America. The American Families Plan will make transformational investments from early childhood to postsecondary education so that all children and young people are able to grow, learn, and gain the skills they need to succeed.

Two free years of community college for millions of Americans.

What a waste. Today, people out of college are given entry level jobs. Why? Because they have no useful skills. Apparently mastering in Lesbian Dance Theory is not a useful skill. Reality is most college students take liberal arts not STEM courses. These are not useful.

Also, there is no limit on what students can take. They can take anything. Maybe force them to take something useful. I think trade schools would be far more helpful than a community college degree. To me, this seems like more of an opportunity to indoctrinate.

Here’s something I might support: money for trade schools where students actually learn a skill that can benefit society.

Universal access to high-quality, free Pre-K for 3- and 4- year-olds.

Really? Kids at 3 need free access to an education in block building? One word: indoctrination.

Lower college costs for low-and middle- income students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs), and institutions such as Hispanic-serving institutions (HSIs), Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-serving institutions (AANAPISIs), and other minority-serving institutions (MSIs).

This is racist and unconstitutional. It is a law that favors one race over the other.

An increase of up to approximately $1,400 in Pell Grants and allowing DREAMers to access the funding.

Making future voters, illegal aliens, legal. Why is my tax money going to people who are not citizens and actually have no business being in this country?

Provide support to students to increase retention and completion.

Not sure what this is going to do but if students need help to retain and complete their college education, should they really be going to college?

A $9 billion investment to strengthen teacher pipelines and address shortages, increase the number of teachers of color, and support the growth of teachers.

This is more money to the teacher’s unions. Seriously, how much money do these people need? They haven’t worked in over a year!

The next section is entitled, Provide economic security for families. 

Our nation is strongest when everyone has the opportunity to join the workforce and contribute to the economy. But many workers struggle to both hold a full-time job and care for themselves and their families.

Ensure no one earning under 150% of state median income has to pay more than 7% of their income on high-quality care for children under 5.

This encourages single-home families. That’s what it’s for. I know we are in a society that discourages single motherhood and really doesn’t care about fathers. Heck, nuclear families with a stay-at-home parent has been condemned my Karl Marx himself. That’s because they want the government to be the second parent. Be damned to the kid being raised in a healthy, caring environment with two parents, the government will look like a foreigner.

This also brings up something that annoys the crap out of me: If you can’t afford kids, do not have kids until you can afford kids! 

Provide comprehensive paid family and medical leave, allowing workers to take the time they need to care for a new child, their own serious illness or a seriously ill loved one.

You know, I never got this. The reason is that business needed to run  even if I had a kid. Taking six months off to have a baby was never an option. If I needed six months off then I better start looking for another job. This is just not fair to the business, the business owner and my fellow employees.

That brings up another point: who is going to pay for this? What the hell do you need three to six months off for to take care of a kid and why should you get paid for it? Again, if one cannot afford to have a kid, do not have a kid.

Expand nutrition assistance, including school meal programs and the summer nutrition benefit program, for children and families.

More nanny-state crap.

There are three jobs of a parent: provide shelter, clothing and food. It’s not the government’s job to do that and none of those are a “right”.

If you can’t afford to feed a child, don’t have children.

Invest $3 billion in maternal health.

Not sure more money is a thing. There are a ton of services available already. I used to work for one. I would like to see what that $3 billion will be going to. Abortion on demand? Planned Parenthood? I might have a problem with this.

The final section is to Expand tax credits that help workers and families.

I don’t like this one. Tell me what you think:

Make the Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit permanent, providing up to $4,000 to cover expenses related to care for a child under age 13 or dependent with a disability needing care and up to $8,000 to cover expenses for multiple children or dependents. Families making under $125,000 can claim the full credit, and families earning up to $438,000 can claim a partial credit. It will be fully refundable so low-income families who don’t owe a lot in taxes can fully benefit.

No, no, no.

This is paving the way for Universal Basic Income. This is already a serious drag on the debt. It is too expensive.

Again, if you can’t afford to raise a kid, do not have a kid.

Make the Earned Income Tax Credit Expansion for Childless Workers Permanent, benefitting 17 million low-wage workers, many of whom are essential workers including cashiers, cooks, delivery drivers, food preparation workers, and child care workers.

Paves the way for Universal Basic Income and more dependence on the government. If you are single, you should be able to take care of yourself.

Extend the Child Tax Credits increases in the American Rescue Plan for another five years – increasing tax credits for child under 6 from $2,000 to $3, 600 and for child over 6 from $2,000 to $3,000.

I wouldn’t mind this much except for the fact that the extra money given to those who qualify will be stolen from people who make more and are already paying a ton of money. This is just another way of redistributing wealth.

Lower health care costs by making the American Rescue Plan’s health insurance premium reductions permanent, saving families an average of $50 per person per month.

Make a bad idea permanent. We are going to see in the coming “Biden ideas” that he is slowly and through deception try to implement parts of the Obamacare plan. This is part of it.

And, remember this, it sounds like a little thing but that money is going to come from somewhere.

My Thoughts

The American Families Plan is simply a wealth redistribution plan. It’s socialism. It uses the greed of the middle and lowers classes to justify stealing money from those who make more. It’s a bad plan.

  • It is introducing us to the untenable Universal Basic Income.
  • It embraces bad decisions. Having children out of wedlock and having children when one can’t afford them just to name a couple.
  • It creates dependence on the government.
  • Doesn’t encourage people to work and improve themselves or their circumstance.

It is a bad and wasteful plan. It won’t pass by itself, if Republicans have the balls to wave it off. Joe Machin and Kirsten Sinima have already said they are not sure of this bill so it hardly looks like it has any chance of getting passed (much like Old Joe’s infrastructure bill).

Episode 339 – That’s Racist!

The Left continues to prove that they are racist.

Joe Biden is bringing back Obama’s tyranny.

And Old Joe just keeps creating his owns controversies.

 

That’s Racist

Tim Scott, the Senator from South Carolina said something that just could not be tolerated from a black man. Scott said this in response to Joe Biden’s speech last week. Listen:

Here’s the thing:

  • I did not listen to the speech because I thought he would be right. I like Tim Scott.
  • Time Scott was right.
  • Joe Biden’s speech was terrible, racist and completely missed the target when it came to the United States and the Constitution.
  • Old Joe is suffering from dementia.

But the Democrats response to Tim Scott’s speech was priceless because it showed just how racist the left is. And I mean they are racist. The way they have always been racist. And the blacks who have been subjugated by leftist racists have decided to join them and have also become racists.

By the way, all these people are white.

Sonny Hostin of The View said about Biden’s speech:

“We haven’t seen that kind of speech in four years. So I was really enamored of that. I was also really happy that he called out white supremacy. He clearly said that white supremacy is — our intelligence agencies have determined that white supremacy is terrorizing our country. That is just the truth of it.”

No, she was wrong. The speech was boring, filled with lies and divisive.

Then, Sonny had this to say about Tim Scott’s speech:

“I was disappointed that he said America is not a racist country without also talking about the systemic racism that is plaguing this country. Why was he chosen to give this rebuttal? He was chosen because he is the only black Republican senator,” she added. “He is that person. He is the person that Republicans want to put out front because of the problem of racism in this country and he knows that. So I was sort of disappointed that he was used in this way and didn’t take that opportunity to address that type of — this type of issue head-on. That was a disappointment to me.”

I do want to point out that Scott is the only black Senator. Guess how many black Senators the Democrats have: 2.

By the way, saying that the only reason Scott was picked to do the rebuttal is because he’s black, not an intelligent and important part of the Republican party and that he is right, is racist.

Not to be out-dumbed on The View, Joy Behar, an old, rich white woman said:

 

Gary O’Conner, a white representative from Texas stated:

“I had hoped that Scott might show some common sense, but it seems clear he is little more than an oreo with no real principles.”

There have been calls for him to resign. Probably won’t happen.

Are you seeing the pattern? There are more but I am not in the mood to hunt for ALL the racist videos out there because a black man, who is a Republican Senator, told the American public that the country is not systemically racist.

I just want to say something really out there:

  • Every comment by the leftist media and politicians about Tim Scott is racist.
  • Democrats are racist. They always have been…historically.
  • The Left is racist.
  • Critical race theory is racist.
  • American is not racist or systemically racist.
  • Most people in the United States are not racist.

Do you know who else thinks so? The Left. Their opinions are not being embraced by the public and we have an election coming up.

  • Spread disinformation through the news media.
  • Ignored Joe Biden’s indiscretions, Hilary Clinton’s E-mail, blocked the Fast and the Furious scandal and lied about Benghazi.
  • Had news agencies investigated by the Justice Department.
  • Used CIA spies infiltrate the Trump campaign.
  • Created the scenario that led to the impeachment of President Trump.

Guess what? All that fun is starting again with Barrack’s minion Joe Biden.

Rudy Giuliani’s home in New York was raided early in the morning last Wednesday and confiscated a bunch of electronic equipment including phones, computers and tablets.

The raid, which was unjustified according to Giuliani’s attorney, who was all ready cooperating with the DOJ. Apparently, the DOJ is investigating a FARA violation that may have been committed by Giuliani when he was investigating Hunter Biden while in Ukraine.

Couple of problems with this:

  • FARA is the Foreign Agent Reporting Act.
  • Giuliani was Trump’s personal attorney. His investigation had nothing to do with the government so he was technically not an agent for the United States.
  • John Kerry did represent the United States, didn’t apply as an agent with Iran and tried to undermine Trump during his administration. This is what-aboutism but I find it disturbing.
  • FARA is probably unconstitutional because of free speech. That has never been litigated.
  • Seven people have been accused of a FARA violation and only three went to trial and no one got convicted. It’s a BS investigation.
  • This is just governmental bullying. The problem is that this type of bullying has a tendency to lead people to go broke. Ask Mike Flynn and Roger Stone.

So be prepared for all our governmental institutions are going to be politicized and they are going to be coming after us.

India is having a massive problem with COVID. The infection rates are the highest since the pandemic began and the death rates are so high they are burning bodies in the streets.

In order to contain the virus, Joe Biden has banned travel to and from India.

This makes sense and really shouldn’t be a surprise or controversial, right? Well, it is. That’s because when Trump halted travel to and from China in January of 2020, Joe Biden, then candidate for President, tweeted this:

Episode 338 – Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire!

Joe Biden has his first State-of the-Something speech. I bet if you talk to Joe Biden, he wouldn’t know what it was. Or what time it was. or where it was. Or what day it was.

Whatever, let’s talk about it.

 

How’d the Speech Go

This speech was suppose to be a, kind of, State of the Union and an address for the Congress. Basically, Biden has hidden himself so much that he, or should I say, his administration is getting pressure to start talking.

But there is also a reason he needed to talk. He wants to push his American Families Plan. This is another $2 billion plan that does all sorts of bazaar things that will put us further into debt. This stuff is going to get harder and harder to sell.

In his first hundred days, Biden has passed:

  • The COVID rescue plan that was $2.4 trillion.
  • Proposed an infrastructure plan that only provides 6% of the $1.9 trillion to actual infrastructure.
  • We still have to pay over $4 trillion just to keep the government open.

 

Biden wants to spend over $10 trillion of our money, which we don’t have, on garbage programs. Later, we are going to go through the American Families Plan from the WhiteHouse.gov website and talk about what this plan is going to give money to. I don’t even want to waste much time on the speech because it was simply a a bunch of platitudes and lies.

  • First off, there were only 200 invited guests in a hall that holds about 1800. Everyone was distant but all were required to wear masks.
  • As Biden was walking in, everyone was fist bumping. Seemed more of a backyard grunge party than a political speech.
  • Biden started by pointing out he had a black woman as President of the Senate and a really old white woman as Speaker of the House. I’ll point out that this is a man who believes gender is fluid so why does he care.
  • He started by talking about how America is awesome. Weird since he, this week, was saying how we were all systemically racist.
  • He started selling his new plan saying how great it would be and that it would not add to the deficit. What?
  • He said that his plan would only affect people earning $400K a year. A lie.
  • He said the rich need to pay their fair share. A lie.
  • He took credit for the COVID thing…again.
  • We would “build back better” by “building back better”. OK.

As the speech went on, Joe began to lose it. He began to stumble. Fifty minutes into it he started to get mean against the United States. Just when people stopped listening. Or, like Ted Cruz and Chuck Schumer, started falling asleep. He talked about:

  • America is racist.
  • Guns violence is an epidemic and we must get rid of a gun.
  • He talks about rifles having 100 rounds. I’ve never even seen one.
  • He lied about gun violence and the “assault weapons” ban of the 90s.
  • He brought up the “ghost guns” thing…again.
  • White supremacy is a threat and is terrorism.
  • He said that January 6 was the worst thing to happen to the United States since the Civil War. No talk about the riots of the last year.
  • Allow men to compete against women.
  • Violence against women act. Guess what? It’s already illegal to kill or beat a woman.
  • He said some things that are really bad. Listen to the first:

 

No, no, no!

  • OK, the deer in the Kevlar vest thing was kind of funny. But the number of rounds doesn’t count, it’s the size of the bullet that matters.
  • By the way, armor-piercing bullets are illegal? Really?
  • I’m a proud gun guy but I’ve never seen a 100-round magazine. In fact, I thought they were already illegal.
  • Anyway, who is he to say what I need? Maybe I do need a 100-round magazine. Maybe I have a bad rabbit problem who keep eating my “organic” lettuce and carrots? Maybe there are so many bunnies, their farts are eating the O-zone layer?
  • Gun owners do not support this. That’s a lie.
  • Or maybe I fear a tyrannical government is trying to violate my Constitutional rights and I want to fight that tyranny. That’s what the Second Amendment is about. Don’t believe me? Read it.
  •  Finally, the Constitution is absolute. If the law is not mentioned in the Constitution, then the law is up to the states.
  • In fact, the Second Amendment of the Constitution is so absolute, people were able to keep cannons in there homes and ships. Because it was absolute.
  • As far as the “You can’t yell fire in a crowded theater,” that’s BS. It’s not law. You can. If there’s a fire in a crowded theater. If you do and there is no fire, you are civically libel. Not Constitutionally.

 

This just proves that Joe Biden doesn’t not believe in the Constitution.

In the Constitution, “We the people…” does not mean all people. Those in the government are not considered, “We the people…”. The Constitution means citizens of the United States. It’s written to protect us from government.

Here’s the thing, the Founding Fathers were afraid we would free ourselves from one tyrannical government just to be overtaken by another, in this case organic, tyrannical government. Government officials are still considered citizens from “We the People” but were seen as very ambitious. So ambitious that they would become tyrants is left unchecked.

Episode 336 – I’m Becoming Cynical in my Old Age

Let’s talk abut Caitlyn Jenner. Some things may surprise you.

Joe Biden does a good thing…I think.

Then he does a bad thing.

Why Not?

As I said last week, Catlyn Jenner, or Bruce Jenner to my generation, has decided to run for California governor. She’s trying to replace Gavin Newsom, who is being recalled.

In his statement, Jenner said:

“California has been my home for nearly 50 years. I came here because I knew that anyone, regardless of their background or station in life, could turn their dreams into a reality. But for the past decade, we have seen the glimmer of the Golden State reduced by one-party rule that places politics over progress and special interests over people. Sacramento needs an honest leader with a clear vision.”

“I am a proven winner and the only outsider who can put an end to Gavin Newsom’s disastrous time as governor.”

You knew that was coming. He is going to be running as a Republican on the platform of lowering taxes and pushing business. Something he says was destroyed due to overdone lockdowns during COVID.

He also took some at Newsom:

“This isn’t the California we know. This is Gavin Newsom’s California, where he orders us to stay home but goes out to dinner with his lobbyist friends.”

He was referencing Newsom getting caught dining with friends indoors without masks at The French Laundry, an opulent Napa Valley restaurant that charges $1,200 per person for a white truffle and caviar dinner.

Reaction

One would think that Jenner, a Trans female, would be really popular in California. He won an Olympic gold medal in 1976 in the decathlon, he was on the popular reality TV show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians. He has always been a supporter of the LGBTQ community. Then he had a sex change a few years ago and became ESPN’s Person of the Year.

Shortly after Jenner made the big announcement that they would run for governor, LGBTQ activists were upset that Jenner would be running as a Republican.

Equity California, an LGBTQ organization, tweeted right after Jenner announced:

“Make no mistake: we can’t wait to elect a #trans governor of California. But @Caitlyn_Jenner spent years telling the #LGBTQ+ community to trust Donald Trump. We saw how that turned out. Now she wants us to trust her? Hard pass.”

I find it funny. Trump actually has always been supportive of the LGBTQ except when it came to the military. And that was based on a recommendation from the military itself.

See, it’s all about the identity until the beliefs are different.  Then their identity doesn’t matter.

Well, it doesn’t sound like Jenner buys all the LGBTQ crap either. Last week,  The Views Joy Behar apologized for “misgendering” him. Kind of like I’m doing now. But I can’t get over calling Bruce Jenner a her. When asked about it, Jenner said  she thought there were more important things to worry about in California than using the wrong pronouns. I like that.

Politics isn’t going to be what the media will be beating on. Jenner does have some skeletons. He was involved in a car accident that killed a person. Neither drugs nor alcohol were involved but it was found to be Jenner’s fault.

Jenner supported Ted Cruz in the 2016 election. When Trump won, Jenner didn’t like what Trump did with the LGBTQ and stopped supporting him though rumors have it he loved Trump’s foreign and economic policies.

Will I vote for him? Not sure. I don’t know who else is running and still need to see his policies on important things like the economy, immigration and the homeless issue. I am also curious to see what he does about voter reform in this state.

Be honest with you, I would vote for a transgender rabbit with wings and horns if it fixed this state.

This Was a Good Move

I give Joe Biden a load of crap but I will give him credit when credit is due.

In a call to the President, or dictator, of Turkey, Joe Biden said he was going to acknowledge the Armenian genocide that occurred about a century ago. The genocide and displacement was responsible for the deaths of about 1.5 million Armanians.

Acknowledgement of this has been promised by past presidents. I remember this being a story during the Clinton administration. But no President had the guts to do it because Turkey has been such an important ally.

Though I agree with this,  I am cynical. I asked myself why he would do this now when there really isn’t much of a benefit to it?

Well,  tensions between Israel and Iran are kicking up again. Apparently, Israel attacked an Iranian nuclear facility, destroying several nuclear centerfuges. Iran responded by using their terrorist network in Syria to shoot missiles into Israel. Of course Israel is responding. Things are really heating up in the Middle East and we know how Joe Biden loves Israel.

So what does that have to do with Turkey?

Turkey has always been a base for the United States when there are conflicts in the Middle East. They were during the Iraq wars and the conflicts in Syria. If Turkey refuses to be an ally because of this, it would be an excuse the Biden administration can use not to get involved in a conflict between Iran and Israel.

Biden is also really pushing rejoining this Iranian nuclear agreement. I think he’d do anything to get that ball rolling again including screwing Israel.

The left, for some reason, loves the Palastinians and have always d we demonized Israel for it. Even the  Palistinians are run by a terrorist organization that suppresses their people. They would love to see Israel wiped from the face of the earth.

We will have to see what is going to happen. But I don’t think Biden did this for some sort of historical significance.

This Is a Dumb Move

With the good the Biden administration does comes a dumb move.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken has given blanket approval for U.S. embassies and consulates around the world to fly the rainbow LGBT pride flag on the same pole as the American flag.

This Was done because the Trump administration banned flags of these sorts on federal buildings. He did this because he believed the flag of the United States said all about us it needed to. Our flag represents all the people not just a subset of its population. It was part of his America First policy.

The thing is, for Americans, we understood this. Biden’s move just shows that he’s not America First. He’s about creating divisions. He’s about certain groups, certain Americans. Not America as a whole.

I know if I walked into a federal building,  like an American embassy,  I can tell you that flag doesn’t represent me. The only flag the represent me is the old stars and stripes. Our flag encompasses all Americans no matter their beliefs.

This story makes me wish Trump was still on Twitter. I would love to hear his opinion on this one. And you know he’d have an opinion and it would probably be funny.

A bunch of cops were on a call and, of course, they had to be harassed by a couple of black teens, recording with $600 cell phones so they could upload it to social media. But one of the police officers had a response when asked by one of the teens if he was going to shoot him.

The video did go viral. But I don’t think it went viral for the right reasons. That cop made that little rat scallion look stupid, admitting that the girl actually tried to stab someone.

Now, there is a rumor on Twitter, which one has to take with a grain of salt, that the police officer is facing suspension for “unprofessional behavior”. Not sure how it is unprofessional. Unprofessional would have been to pull his billy club out and start beating the crap out of this kid which is what he really needs.

By the way, I think the cop might have been a person of color. It’s hard to say because he’s wearing a mask but there was at least one black cop there.

And, just a little update, the kid didn’t get cited, arrested, beaten, tased or shot. He just looked stupid in the video when he posted it.
