According to the Daily Wire:

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi warned former FBI Director James Comey and New York AG Letitia James on Monday that the Department of Justice is not done with them, promising an appeal after a federal judge dismissed charges against the pair.

“We’ll be taking all available legal action, including an immediate appeal, to hold Letitia James and James Comey accountable for their unlawful conduct,” Bondi told the press on Monday, Fox News reported.

“I’m not worried about someone who has been charged with a very serious crime,” she said specifically of Comey. “His alleged actions were a betrayal of public trust.”

U.S. District Judge Cameron McGowan Currie dismissed charges without prejudice against both Comey and James on procedural grounds, The Daily Wire reported Monday. Currie said Lindsey Halligan, the Trump-appointed prosecutor who secured their indictments, was unlawfully serving as interim U.S. attorney.

President Donald Trump appointed Halligan to serve as interim U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, replacing former U.S. attorney Erik Siebert. Siebert resigned from the position after leading investigations into Comey and James, but stopping short of filing charges. Halligan was previously a member of Trump’s legal team.

The Justice Department indicted Comey in September on charges of giving false statements and obstruction of a congressional proceeding. The charges stemmed from testimony Comey delivered to Congress in 2020 on his handling of the FBI investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election.

The department brought charges against James in October, over a loan she received in 2023 to secure a mortgage on a house in Virginia. James allegedly claimed the Virginia home as her primary residence while working as New York’s attorney general, a position which requires James to live in the state of New York. James secured more favorable terms on the mortgage, while the home was occupied by a relative of James instead.

President Donald Trump announced on Friday night that he will end Temporary Protected Status (TPS Program) for Somali migrants in Minnesota, who’ve been connected to a massive welfare fraud.

“Minnesota, under Governor Waltz, is a hub of fraudulent money laundering activity,” Trump posted to Truth Social. “I am, as President of the United States, hereby terminating, effective immediately, the Temporary Protected Status (TPS Program) for Somalis in Minnesota.”

“Somali gangs are terrorizing the people of that great State, and BILLIONS of Dollars are missing,” he said. “Send them back to where they came from. It’s OVER!”

During the tenure of Democrat Gov. Tim Walz, billions of taxpayer dollars have been stolen, reportedly funneled through fake nonprofits and shell companies, and — alarmingly — some of that money has ended up in the hands of the al-Qaeda-linked terrorist group Al-Shabaab, The Daily Wire reported this week.

Much of the fraud has been traced to Minnesota’s Somali community, where politically connected fraudsters have allegedly exploited numerous loopholes in the state’s welfare system. The Medicaid Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) program, designed to help seniors, addicts, and the disabled secure housing, quickly became a cash cow for fake providers. Payments soared from $2.6 million to more than $104 million in just a few years. Operators often ran companies out of dilapidated storefronts, billing for services they never intended to provide.

Additionally, Minnesota’s Medicaid autism programs exploded from $3 million in 2018 to $399 million in 2023, with Somali-run centers inflating diagnoses and paying parents kickbacks to enroll children in therapy programs they didn’t need. Thompson called this a sprawling “network” of fraud, one that has stolen billions from taxpayers while leaving state officials seemingly asleep at the switch.

That’s Good News

According to Fox Business:

Ohioans could soon be shopping like it’s 1999 if legislators pass the Currency Access to Spend Here (CASH) bill, which would require businesses and government offices to accept cash for payments up to $500.

The bill would require businesses and government entities to provide at least one point-of-sale location that accepts cash. Additionally, it bans them from charging those using cash for a transaction a higher price than those using other payment methods.

“It’s simple, cash is the basis for business in America. Our taxpayers should always have the ability to use cash in their daily lives,” said Ohio state Rep. David Thomas (R-Jefferson), who introduced House Bill 554.

“I hear from residents who may not trust virtual payment options or just prefer to use physical cash. This bill balances the needs of government and business to be efficient with the ability to still rely on physical currency,” Thomas added.

As retailers, such as Target, Walmart and Costco move towards self-checkout methods that often do not accept cash, this could mean some major changes to their strategy. However, it may not necessarily mean hiring more staff, as the bill states that the cash point-of-sale can be “automated or operated by a person.”

Thomas’ bill mirrors one that Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., and Sen. Kevan Cramer, R-N.D., introduced, known as the Payment Choice Act of 2025. Their bill would also require businesses to accept cash and bar them from charging a higher price to those who chose to pay in cash.

Gunmen abducted 303 children and 12 teachers in an attack on St. Mary’s School, a Catholic institution in Nigeria. Initial reports indicated that at least 52 had been kidnapped before the tally was increased to over 200 children and then to its final count of 303.

Most. Rev. Bulus Dauwa Yohanna said in a statement that the total number of kidnapped children was determined “after a verification exercise and a final census was carried out,” according to The Associated Press. Yohanna is the chairman of the Niger state chapter of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), who visited the school on Friday. The AP noted that the students who were kidnapped were male and female and ranged in age from 10 to 18.

No group has come forward to claim responsibility for the attack, according to the AP. The outlet added that authorities said tactical squads and local hunters were working to rescue the kidnapped children.

After the attack, the state government said that St. Mary’s School reopened despite warnings of increased threats. However, Yohanna denied this claim, the AP reported.

The NBA is reportedly seeking cell phones and other property from multiple teams as part of its investigation into illegal sports gambling.

Los Angeles Lakers assistant trainer Mike Mancias and executive administrator Randy Mims, who each have close ties to superstar LeBron James, have reportedly already cooperated in handing over their cell phones to the outside law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, which has been contracted by the NBA to help carry out the investigation, The Athletic first reported.

“The NBA engaged an independent law firm to investigate the allegations in the indictment once it was made public,” an NBA spokesman said in a statement to Fox News Digital on Sunday. “As is standard in these kinds of investigations, a number of different individuals and organizations were asked to preserve documents and records. Everyone has been fully cooperative.”

One in five Americans say they would prefer to leave the United States permanently if they had the chance, according to new polling from Gallup, with the strongest sentiment coming from young women.

Gallup’s data shows that 40 percent of women aged 15 to 44 now say they would move abroad permanently if given the opportunity, a figure that is four times higher than it was in 2014. Young women have seen the largest increase of any demographic group.

The rise began in 2016 following the end of President Barack Obama’s presidency. In June and July of that year, with Donald Trump already the presumptive nominee, the number of younger women wanting to migrate began to climb. In President Joe Biden’s final year in office, the figure reached a peak of 44 percent.

Gallup noted the widening split between younger men and younger women, as only 19 percent of young men say they would be willing to leave the US.

Only $5 Billion?

President Donald Trump said on Friday he would likely sue the BBC next week for as much as $5 billion after the British broadcaster admitted it wrongly edited a video of a speech he gave but insisted there was no legal basis for his claim.

The British Broadcasting Corporation has been plunged into its biggest crisis in decades after two senior leaders resigned following accusations of bias, including over the editing of Trump’s speech on January 6, 2021, when his supporters entered the Capitol.

Trump’s lawyers had initially set a Friday deadline for the BBC to retract its documentary or face a lawsuit for “no less” than $1 billion. They also demanded an apology and compensation for what they called “overwhelming reputational and financial harm,” according to a letter seen by Reuters.

A Darwin Award

According to the New York Post:

A Pennsylvania man blamed his dog for shooting him in the back with a shotgun in a freak accident that landed him in the hospital for surgery.

The 53-year-old Shillington man, who was not identified, told cops he was cleaning his shotgun when he placed it on the bed and sat down — a move the overenthusiastic pooch took as an invitation to join his master for some cuddles.

The next thing he knew, the weapon went off, striking the dog dad in his lower back.

“He’s not sure what stage of cleaning he was in at the time, so it’s unsure if the dog’s paw may have gotten caught inside the trigger and the safety was off or if there was some sort of manufacturer malfunction,” Shillington Police Cpl. Michael Schoone told WFMZ.

The victim’s son called 911, cops said, and the man was rushed to the hospital.

Investigators found a spent shell casing inside the shotgun, and police used the bizarre incident as an opportunity to remind gun owners about the importance of being cautious at all times when handling firearms.

The trove of Jeffrey Epstein emails released this week shed light on the relationship between the sex offender and his onetime friend Donald Trump.

Yet one of the more striking revelations from the thousands of pages of correspondence, the latest tranche of documents made public by a House committee, concerns the relationship between Epstein and another man: writer and reporter Michael Wolff.

A leading chronicler of Epstein, Wolff features prominently in the much-awaited email dump, appearing to serve as a kind of unofficial consigliere to him—and seeming to fulfill some people’s worst impression of the entangled worlds of power players and the press. 

The two exchanged dozens of emails, illustrating a notably symbiotic connection between a writer and a source. At times Wolff comes across as a shrewd image-consultant, a canny crisis-communications manager and supportive friend to a scandal-plagued tycoon.

After the Epstein email cache was released, Wolff appeared on the Daily Beast’s “Inside Trump’s Head” podcast, where a top topic was what was inside Wolff’s head when he was writing these now-regrettable emails. In hindsight, he acknowledged, some passages were “embarrassing” and he would have worded them differently.

President Trump on Friday moved to lower tariffs on beef, coffee and dozens of agricultural and food goods, marking a significant rollback of his so-called reciprocal levies as he looks for ways to address Americans’ concerns about the cost of living.

Trump issued an executive order modifying the reciprocal tariffs he imposed on virtually every trading partner in August, exempting more than a hundred common food items including fruits, nuts and spices.

The move continues a shift away from Trump’s maximalist tariff policy. When the president announced his reciprocal tariffs this spring, his economic team insisted there would be no exemptions to the levies. They later relented, removing duties on certain items not produced in the U.S., or available in sufficient quantities from domestic suppliers to meet demand. 

The newly exempted products on Friday, however, include many products commonly produced in the U.S.—such as beef, which has risen to record prices in recent months. The tariff reductions are retroactive to 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 13, according to the order.

The move is part of a shift from the administration to water down some of its so-called reciprocal tariffs in the face of both price increases for consumers and legal uncertainty following a high-stakes Supreme Court hearing this month. In their place, the administration has expanded other tariffs on individual industries like steel, aluminum and automobiles based on more established national security law—Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962.

The Trump administration is preparing to implement a sweeping and controversial overhaul of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), commonly known as food stamps — an action officials describe as part of a broader effort to increase program integrity and eliminate what they characterize as widespread abuse.

At the center of this initiative is a major requirement announced by Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins: millions of low-income Americans will be required to reapply for food-stamp benefits, regardless of whether they are already enrolled, have been long-term recipients, or have recently completed eligibility reviews at the state level.

Rollins outlined the plan during an interview on Newsmax, framing it as a necessary step to restore confidence in how federal taxpayer dollars are used. She said she plans plans to “have everyone reapply for their benefits, make sure that everyone that’s taking a taxpayer-funded benefit through … food stamps, that they literally are vulnerable and they can’t survive without it.”

Rollins has recalled that on the day she took office, she sent a letter to all 50 states saying that the federal government had never asked for the data before, but that it now needed the personal data, including names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and addresses, of SNAP recipients. She said on X that she sent the letter “so we could make sure illegal immigrants aren’t getting benefits meant for American families,” adding, “The Democrat Party has turned its back on working Americans and built its entire strategy around protecting illegal aliens. They know if the handouts stop, those illegals will go back home, and Democrats will lose 20+ seats after the next census.”

“29 states — mostly the red states — responded with their data sets, February, March, April; so the numbers that you’re talking through, those are numbers that we have been collecting and analyzing since early summer/late spring,” she said. “The fact that this spotlight shined on SNAP has allowed us to talk about it. But here’s the most unbelievable news I have [learned] really just over the last few days: That 5,000 dead people, that was just one month; the number is closer to 186,000 deceased men and women and children in this country are receiving a check.”

The administration argues that this mass reapplication process is essential to combating what it calls systemic fraud and error in SNAP. By reprocessing the entire recipient population, officials say they hope to remove ineligible participants, strengthen data accuracy, and reduce government spending.

By placing the mandatory reapplication requirement at the center of the reforms, the administration seeks to redefine SNAP as a program reserved only for those who can clearly demonstrate acute need, reflecting a broader shift toward stricter eligibility enforcement.

Photos posted online show Democrat Congressman Brad Sherman (CA) looking at what appears to be pornographic images of women on his tablet during a recent flight.

Sherman, who is fiercely anti-Trump, has denied that he was looking at pornography, while admitting to looking at the suggestive photos and blaming the X algorithm.

“If I see a picture of a woman, might I look at it longer than a sunset? Yeah,” Sherman told reporter John Bresnahan in the aftermath of the scandal. He also said what he was doing was “inappropriate.”

The images went viral after they were posted by an X account called @dearwhitestaff. With his mouth agape, Sherman is seen viewing four to five sexually suggestive photos.

“Why did California Congressman Brad Sherman feel it was appropriate to look at porn on his iPad during a flight today?” the post was captioned. “His district deserves better representation than this!!”

When interviewed about the images, Sherman “denied repeatedly that he was looking or pornography or has a problem with pornography,” Bresnahan said. “Sherman said these photos came up in ‘Twitter feed’ under the ‘For You’ heading.”

“This was on Twitter,” Sherman said. “These pictures came up on ‘For You.’ … I must’ve looked at more than 1,000 posts.”

At the University of California, Berkeley on Monday, multiple people were arrested after violence broke out before Turning Point USA’s final stop on its tour at the campus. 

Per Frontlines TPUSA reporter Savanah Hernandez, at least two people were arrested on campus after a fight broke out between a Trump supporter and an Antifa member. The Trump supporter, who was left bloodied, claimed the Antifa member had tried to rob him. Antifa members attempted to “de-arrest” the member being arrested by police. 

Antifa agitators were seen rushing the barricades set up at the entrance of the event, chanting “fascists out of Berkeley.” Another arrest was reportedly made.

Agitators lit a flare, resulting in attendees of the Turning Point event being rushed inside. A person was heard chanting, “any time, any place, punch a fascist in the face.” A car exhaust backfiring outside the venue while performing a burnout raised fears in the crowd of gunshots being fired. 

Some agitators were heard chanting “f*ck your dead homie.” This comes after Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk was assassinated in September while holding a campus event in Utah. Others were heard chanting “Antifa.”

The event featured comedian Rob Schneider, who wrote of the violence, “Thank YOU, Antifa for welcoming us tonight at UC Berkeley. We Look forward to our thoughtful, teargas free discussion and debate.”

Washington State University’s (WSU) medical school has suspended a continuing medical education (CME) course on youth gender medicine after LGBTQ activists protested the material, and the national accrediting body began an investigation into the program.

According to Fox News, the course, produced by the Society for Evidence-Based Gender Medicine (SEGM), had been approved by WSU in June after an extensive vetting process. It is now on hold while the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) reviews complaints.

CME programs are designed to help physicians and other healthcare professionals maintain and update their medical knowledge, sharpen clinical skills, and improve patient care. SEGM’s course was one such offering, focusing specifically on medical interventions for gender-dysphoric youth.

The video series from SEGM’s 2023 international academic conference covered topics such as “Transgender identities and the brain,” “Misconceptions in youth gender medicine,” and hormone treatments for gender-dysphoric youth.

According to SEGM, the course was intended to offer “guidance on the benefits, risks, and ethical considerations of medical interventions for gender-dysphoric youth.” The group says WSU’s continuing medical education team spent approximately nine months reviewing the content and ultimately concluded that it met national standards for scientific balance and educational integrity.

A Democrat-backed bill sitting on Governor JB Pritzker’s desk would turn Illinois into an assisted suicide destination and severely curtail the rights of Christian doctors, a conservative legal group is warning. 

Just a few hours after midnight on Halloween morning, Democrats in the Illinois Senate rammed through legislation that would legalize doctor-assisted suicide in a 30–27 vote. The bill, which was passed by the state House in May, is awaiting Pritzker’s signature. It would allow doctors to prescribe deadly pills to those who are sick and have been given a prognosis of less than six months to live. 

Conservative groups in the state say that the legislation would force doctors to promote and make referrals for the deadly practice.

“You’re not just allowing physicians to give people deadly drugs to kill themselves, but you’re actually forcing us or people of faith, to be part of it, to promote it,” Peter Breen, the head of litigation at Thomas More Society, told The Daily Wire. “I know of no other state where the legislature has gone this far in restricting the religious liberty rights of people of faith.”

While the bill says that doctors would not be forced to participate in prescribing the fatal pills, Breen said that the text contains provisions that would “force institutions and physicians to refer for and to inform about the opportunity to take deadly drugs and end your life.”

Breen noted that parts of the bill would make it impossible for a Christian hospital to fire a doctor who promoted assisted suicide or facilitated one off the grounds of the hospital. 

Currently, 11 states and Washington, D.C., allow for physician-assisted suicide, but Illinois would be the first in America’s heartland.

The U.S. Supreme Court sided with President Donald Trump late Friday night, temporarily blocking an order for the administration to somehow fully fund food stamps while Senate Democrats keep the government shut down.

The administration already planned to tap into emergency funds to partially pay out Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) payments to the tune of billions of dollars. Administration officials said it would be impossible to provide the remaining billions needed to fully fund the program without congressional action, noting that the shortfall was the fault of Congress, not the executive branch.

SNAP payments are made to a stunning 42 million Americans every month.

SCOTUS sided with Trump, and agreed to temporarily block the lower court order for 48 hours. Liberal Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson issued the stay.

“After six weeks — going on seven weeks — that path wasn’t working,” Sen. Angus King, I-Maine, said. “It wasn’t going to happen. The question was: Does the shutdown further the goal of achieving some needed support for the extension of the tax credits? Our judgment was that it will not produce that result.”

“The evidence for that is almost seven weeks of fruitless attempts to make that happen. Would it change in a week? Or another week? Or after Thanksgiving? There’s no evidence that it would.”

To other Democrats, it’s the party’s top figures who led a losing effort.

“Senator Schumer is no longer effective and should be replaced. If you can’t lead the fight to stop healthcare premiums from skyrocketing for Americans, what will you fight for?” Rep. Ro Khanna, D-Calif, said in a post on social media on Sunday.

The government first plunged into a shutdown 40 days ago on Oct. 1 when Democrats rejected a short-term spending bill advanced by Republicans in the House meant to keep the government afloat until Nov. 21. Democrats had demanded that lawmakers first consider expiring COVID-era Obamacare subsidies set to phase out at the end of the year. Republicans, who saw spending and the tax credits as completely unrelated, refused to negotiate on the tax credits during the shutdown.

Ultimately, Republicans avoided any substantive concessions on the Obamacare credits.

  • Federal welfare spending—including SNAP, Medicaid, TANF, housing assistance, and other low-income support programs—was $1.048 trillion in FY 2024.
    • This accounted for roughly 16% of all federal outlays.
    • SNAP (commonly known as food stamps) cost the federal government $100.3 billion in FY 2024.
  • The average SNAP benefit for a family varies by household size and composition, but in fiscal year 2023, the average SNAP household received a monthly benefit of $332. Households with children received a larger average monthly benefit of $574, corresponding to an average household size of 3.3 people. Federal prosecutors have charged two pitchers for the Cleveland Guardians on counts related to a Major League Baseball (MLB) gambling scheme.

Prosecutors unsealed an indictment against Guardians pitchers Emmanuel Clase and Luis Ortiz on Sunday. The charging document alleges that the two professional athletes committed fraud, conspiracy, and bribery while collecting on bets and receiving kickbacks for their on-field performances.

Clase and Ortiz have been on paid leave from the MLB since July, when the league began investigating allegations related to the illegal gambling scheme. If found guilty, the two pitchers face a potential punishment of up to 20 years in prison, according to CNBC.

The scheme traces back to 2023 when Clase agreed to work with “corrupt sports bettors” who would place wagers on the type and speed of Clase’s pitches. Clase would coordinate with the bettors on the pitch he would throw. In many cases, Clase’s pitches would hit “in the dirt, well outside the strike zone” to satisfy the wager, according to the Department of Justice.

Ortiz joined the scheme around June 2025 after he was traded to the Guardians in December 2024, according to prosecutors.

“Together with Clase, Ortiz agreed in advance to throw balls (instead of strikes) on pitches in two games in exchange for bribes and kickbacks. Before an MLB game on June 15, 2025, Ortiz agreed with his co-conspirators to throw a ball on a particular pitch in exchange for bribes. The bettors agreed to pay Ortiz a $5,000 bribe for throwing the rigged pitch and Clase a $5,000 bribe for arranging the rigged pitch,” the Justice Department press release states.

The transgender person caught up in a viral Los Angeles gym bathroom row had been convicted of assaulting their now-ex-wife while living in Ohio as a man — before taking the victim’s first name as their own.

Alexis Black ran afoul of women at a gym in Beverly Hills, including singer-songwriter Tish Hyman, who accused them of exposing himself and harassing her in the locker room.

Black, formerly Grant Freeman, pleaded guilty in 2022 to savagely beating his wife Alexis Freeman, causing a compound fractured jaw among other serious injuries.

So, this guy is a misogynist.

“Kyle Grant Freeman caused serious physical harm to the victim. The victim suffered a compound fractured mandible, which resulted in her needing surgery,” said court documents from Hamilton County, Ohio.

Black was sentenced to a year in prison, minus time served.

Black had been convicted of both domestic violence and drug trafficking in the past, and has faced a slew of other charges, including resisting arrest, records show.

A former Department of Justice worker on trial for throwing a sandwich at a federal officer in Washington, D.C., earlier this year was found not guilty on Thursday.

Sean Dunn struck a U.S. Customs and Border Protection agent (CBP) in the chest with a sandwich in August. He was facing charges of assaulting, resisting, opposing, impeding, intimidating and interfering with a federal officer.

Jurors deliberated for about seven hours before reaching a verdict. After it was read, Dunn hugged his lawyers in the courtroom. 

“I believe that I was protecting the rights of immigrants. And let us not forget that the Great Seal of the United States says, E Pluribus Unum,” Dunn said after the verdict was read. “That means, from many, one, every life matters, no matter where you came from, no matter how you got here, no matter how you identify, you have the right to live a life that is free.”

During the trial, Dunn’s legal team insisted he threw the sandwich in protest of President Donald Trump’s deployment of the National Guard in Washington, D.C., and it was not a violent attack.

Video of the incident quickly went viral, with Dunn being heralded as a hero by residents throughout the city who also opposed Trump’s move to occupy the nation’s capital with federal agents.

Dunn’s lawyers did not dispute that Dunn threw the sandwich at a CBP officer outside a nightclub, though they insisted it was done as an “exclamation point” to express his negative feelings about the National Guard’s deployment within the nation’s capital.

Advocates for assisted suicide in Canada, where it’s been legal for just under a decade, are pushing to expand the practice to children.

Canada’s euthanasia program, known as MAiD (Medical Assistance in Dying), started back in 2016 for people whose natural death was “reasonably foreseeable” and wanted to end their lives. It’s already been expanded — both expanding the pool of adults who are eligible and how it can be administered, leading to an explosion of suicides in recent years.

Now, groups are calling for minors as young as 12 years old to be included in the government-funded suicide program. One advocacy group, called “Dying With Dignity Canada,” recommends minors as young as 12 be included in the program, and goes as far as to suggest 16 and 17-year-olds shouldn’t even need parental consent to be killed by a doctor if they fit broad criteria. 

The group calls for assessing age eligibility based on “maturity” rather than “chronological age.”

Experts say the advocacy shows there was merit to the “slippery slope” argument made against the law from the outset.

A 21-year-old illegal immigrant from India who crossed the southern border in 2022 and was released by the Biden administration is now accused of causing a fiery semi-truck crash that killed three people in Southern California, multiple federal law enforcement sources tell Fox News.

According to federal sources, the suspect, identified as Jashanpreet Singh, was first encountered by Border Patrol agents in California‘s El Centro Sector in March 2022 and released into the interior of the country pending an immigration hearing. 

Singh has now been arrested on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated after plowing his big rig into slow-moving traffic on the I-10 Freeway in San Bernardino County.

The crash, caught on dashcam video, left at least three people dead and several injured.

Police say Singh never hit the brakes before slamming into the traffic jam, citing toxicology tests that confirmed impairment.

DHS sources confirm he is not in lawful immigration status and that ICE has lodged an immigration detainer following his arrest.

Harjinder Singh, who crossed the southern border illegally in 2018, obtained a commercial driver’s license in California and is accused of causing a crash in August in Fort Pierce, Florida, that killed three people. 

Officials investigating the wreck said he failed English and road sign tests.

The crash comes as the Trump administration announced last week that it would be withholding more than $40 million in federal highway safety funding from California for failing to comply with federal English language proficiency standards for truck drivers.

White House Attacked

According to Fox News:

A suspect was arrested on Tuesday night after ramming a car into the barricade of the White House, according to the Secret Service.

“On Tuesday, October 21 at approximately 10:37 p.m., an individual drove his vehicle into the Secret Service vehicle gate located at 17th and E St, NW, DC,” a Secret Service spokesperson said in a statement.

“The individual was immediately arrested by U.S. Secret Service Uniformed Division officers, and the vehicle was assessed by Secret Service and the Metropolitan Police Department and deemed safe,” the statement added.

Additional information will be provided upon conclusion of the investigation, the spokesperson said.

A North Carolina man says he was shot at by an angry motorist who tore down a Trump banner in his mother’s front yard, an incident he believes reflects the nation’s growing political hostility.

Mark Thomas, who owns a river rafting business in the Nantahala Gorge, said he was relaxing at home on Sept. 6 when the shooting occurred.

Thomas told Fox News Digital he checked his security cameras after seeing a man wearing an “Antifa-style mask” step out of a Jeep Cherokee to look at a Trump banner attached to a bus parked near his 87-year-old mother’s home. 

The man, identified by police as Benjamin Michael Campbell, 38, was allegedly speeding before abruptly stopping and removing the banner.

“Being a Second Amendment believer, I reached over, grabbed my rifle and took off out there to the porch,” Thomas said.

Thomas said he fired two warning shots into the air before Campbell allegedly got back into his vehicle and opened fire through the sunroof. Campbell then fled — only to return moments later and fire several more shots, striking a refrigerator inside the home, Thomas said.

Campbell, an Atlanta-based accountant, fled before police arrived. He was arrested Sept. 30 and extradited to North Carolina, where he faces charges including felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflict serious injury, discharging a firearm within an enclosure to incite fear and willful and wanton injury to personal property.

Thomas said he was stunned to learn the suspect was a professional in his late 30s.

“Some of these people, they just see a Trump sign, and they just snap,” he said. “The whole time I’m thinking, ‘This is some 20-year-old kid, and he’s going to figure it out eventually’.

“That was really my hesitation,” he added. “I thought, ‘You know, son, you’re going to live another day.’ And I came to find out this guy is 38 years old and an accountant out here in a full Antifa outfit.”

Authorities have arrested the man accused of threatening to kill Babylon Bee founder Seth Dillon.

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier announced the development on X, stating: “Last week, our Office of Statewide Prosecution was notified of multiple death threats made to Jewish conservative media members who live in Florida.”

Following the notification, prosecutors secured an arrest warrant, which law enforcement then executed. The suspect, now in custody, faces “charges of extortion, written threats to kill, and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.”

User “zionistarescum,” who authorities now identify as 28-year-old Nicholas Ray, allegedly posted a disturbing message directly threatening Dillon.

The illegal immigrant who allegedly rammed an ICE vehicle in Los Angeles Tuesday after previously escaping federal authorities was earlier given an award by the city for his efforts in exposing “illegal raids,” The Daily Wire has learned.

ICE officers fired at the Mexican illegal immigrant, who has since been identified as Carlitos Ricardo Parías, 44, shooting him in the elbow. A U.S. Marshal was shot in the hand by a ricochet bullet.

The U.S. Attorney has since hit Parías with the federal charge of assaulting an officer, which could put him behind bars for up to eight years.

Parías is a well-known TikToker documenting ICE operations across LA to his more than 132,000 followers.

He was seen earlier this year in handcuffs being hauled into a vehicle by bystanders while federal authorities were trying arrest him for allegedly interfering with immigration operations, federal law enforcement sources told The Daily Wire.

The officers engaged in a struggle with the bystanders, who refused to hand Parías over for arrest. They ultimately drove him to a nearby hospital after he wailed that his leg was broken.

He was arrested on Tuesday for attempting to flee a second time. Tuesday’s shooting comes amid a 1,000% increase in assaults on federal immigration agents.“These are the consequences of conduct and rhetoric by sanctuary politicians and activists who urge illegal aliens to resist arrest. Resisting arrest puts the safety of illegal aliens, law enforcement, and the public at risk. Our law enforcement officers are facing a more than 1000% increase in assaults against them including vehicle rammings by illegal aliens,” Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said.

A far-left Howard University professor called for White allies of the leftist political cause to mirror a pre-Civil War-era vigilante mass murderer, who was eventually hanged for his crimes. 

Stacey Patton is a professor of journalism at the Washington, D.C., private school. In a recent blog post titled “John Brown Didn’t Ask Enslaved People How to Be A Good White Ally,” she discouraged White liberals from asking her how to be a better “ally” to minorities, and encouraged them instead to emulate Brown.

Brown was a militant slave abolitionist during the pre-Civil War “Bleeding Kansas” period. In 1856, he orchestrated the Pottawatomie massacre. He and fellow abolitionists dragged five Kansas settlers, at least three of whom were pro-slavery sympathizers, out of their homes and executed them. 

In October 1859, Brown led a 21-man raid on a federal armory in Harpers Ferry, part of Virginia at the time. His goal was to start a slave uprising, but few slaves joined the fight. A local militia confronted Brown and his men and fought back. Four townspeople, including freed slave Heyward Shepherd, were caught in the crossfire and killed in the skirmish.

After 10 of his men were killed, Brown was captured. He was later tried for treason and eventually hanged.

“So when white allies ask, ‘What can I do?’ here’s the answer: Be like John Brown. Ask yourself, what am I willing to burn so somebody else can breathe?” Patton wrote. 

“Brown didn’t need a syllabus, a think piece, or a guidebook on allyship. He didn’t need affirmation from Black folks that he was one of the good ones,” Patton wrote. “He saw the horror for what it was and decided that ending this racist f—ery mattered more than being understood.”

She explains in the piece that trying to guide White people in their allyship is “exhausting as hell.”

“Even the well-intentioned versions drag you back into the same cycle of having to translate pain into curriculum. It’s the paradox of white ‘goodness.’ They want to be seen trying, but the trying itself becomes another demand on the people that are already harmed,” she wrote.

“We are not the architects. We are the collateral damage. You don’t ask the people choking on the smoke to explain how to put out the blaze,” she continued. “You go get the damn hose. You stop pretending you don’t see the flames. That’s the real answer: you already know what to do. Be honest: you just don’t want to lose the warmth that fire gives you.”

Later in the piece, she conceded that White allies don’t have to die like Brown.

“If you don’t want to die like John Brown, fine,” Patton wrote. “But understand that somebody always does.”

Howard University condemned violence in a statement to Fox News Digital.

“Howard University condemns all forms of violence, particularly actions that may result in the loss of life,” the Office of University Communications said. “The University remains steadfast in its commitment to upholding and protecting the First Amendment rights of free expression. However, the views and opinions expressed by individual faculty, staff, or students are solely their own and should not be construed as reflecting the official stance of Howard University.”

Patton declined to comment.

And you might be asking what those people were protesting at the “No Kings” protest. Turns out a lot of the protesters didn’t know either.

Some things:

  • $1700 a month? I don’t eat $1700 a month.
  • Why can’t she work?
  • She “should be getting the maximum amount”? Why?
  • He shouldn’t be eating chips pop and she shouldn’t be buying energy drinks.
  • She actually should be watching her kid. He’s going to take a header off the high chair.

Some things

  • $2800 a month?!
  • What are you suppose to do?! Does he look unhealthy?
  • GET A JOB!
  • He shouldn’t have had 5 kids.
  • He would be a better father being a good example and showing what a man does, which is work hard and improve himself.

  • Wait till he’s sees what other countries do with their hungry people.

This Needs to Happen

According to the Daily Wire:

U.S. Attorny for D.C. Jeanine Pirro announced on Monday charges against two teens allegedly involved in the attack against a Department of Government Efficiency staffer over the summer.

Federal prosecutors have charged Lawrence Cotton-Powell, 19, along with Anthony Taylor, 18, with robbery, assault, and carjacking in connection with the attack on a DOGE staffer, Edward Coristine, known as “Big Balls,” and another person in early August. Not long before Coristine was beaten while defending a woman, Cotton-Powell and Taylor were involved in the mugging of a victim named Ethan Levine, Pirro said.

In addition to the mugging prior to Coristine, Pirro said that both suspects are repeat offenders who should have been in jail for other offenses and never had the opportunity to attack the two men in August.

“Lawrence Cotton-Powell is 19 years of age. He is now charged with robbery, first-degree robbery for which he faces 15 years in prison. He also faces a charge of assault with intent to commit robbery, another 15 years, and robbery for Edward Coristine, 15 years, assault with intent to commit robbery, another 15 years, and attempted carjacking, five years,” Pirro said.

The U.S. attorney then went on to detail how judges ignored her office’s requests for jail time for Cotton-Powell, instead letting the teen loose on probation. A short time after he was released in each case, he allegedly committed other crimes that landed him back in the crosshairs of prosecutors.

“The codefendant in this case is an individual by the name of Anthony Taylor. He – charged also with the same arrest – he is fraught with the same crimes,” Pirro said.

The attack on Coristine, which left the federal staffer bloodied, appeared to trigger President Donald Trump’s crackdown on crime in major American cities. The president has deployed National Guardsmen to areas such as Washington, D.C., and Memphis, Tennessee, to deter crime. He has attempted to deploy troops to other locations, such as Seattle, but has been blocked by the courts.

The charges against Cotton-Powell and Taylor come after two teens involved in the attack received probation, a punishment criticized by Pirro and Trump.

The president called the sentences of probation, handed down to a 15-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy, “terrible.” The president and Pirro have called for stricter penalties against youth in D.C. to deter crime that has exploded among the capital’s teens.

“I think the judge should be ashamed of himself,” said Trump.
