Episode 278 – An So It Begins

Time to Join Parler

Twitter announced on Friday afternoon that they have banned President Donald Trump from using their platform due to “risk of further incitement of violence.”

Twitter stated:

This determination is based on a number of factors, including:

  • President Trump’s statement that he will not be attending the Inauguration is being received by a number of his supporters as further confirmation that the election was not legitimate and is seen as him disavowing his previous claim made via two Tweets (1, 2) by his Deputy Chief of Staff, Dan Scavino, that there would be an “orderly transition” on January 20th.
  • The second Tweet may also serve as encouragement to those potentially considering violent acts that the Inauguration would be a “safe” target, as he will not be attending.
  • The use of the words “American Patriots” to describe some of his supporters is also being interpreted as support for those committing violent acts at the US Capitol.
  • The mention of his supporters having a “GIANT VOICE long into the future” and that “They will not be disrespected or treated unfairly in any way, shape or form!!!” is being interpreted as further indication that President Trump does not plan to facilitate an “orderly transition” and instead that he plans to continue to support, empower, and shield those who believe he won the election.
  • Plans for future armed protests have already begun proliferating on and off-Twitter, including a proposed secondary attack on the US Capitol and state capitol buildings on January 17, 2021.

As such, our determination is that the two Tweets above are likely to inspire others to replicate the violent acts that took place on January 6, 2021, and that there are multiple indicators that they are being received and understood as encouragement to do so.

Trump responded, saying:

“As I have been saying for a long time, Twitter has gone further and further in banning free speech, and tonight, Twitter employees have coordinated with the Democrats and the Radical Left in removing my account from their platform, to silence me—and YOU, the 75,000,000 great patriots who voted for me.”

“Twitter may be a private company, but without the government’s gift of Section 230 they would not exist for long.”

“I predicted this would happen. We have been negotiating with various other sites, and will have a big announcement soon, while we also look at the possibilities of building out our own platform in the near future. We will not be SILENCED!”

“Twitter is not about FREE SPEECH. They are all about promoting a Radical Left platform where some of the most vicious people in the world are allowed to speak freely,” Trump continued. “STAY TUNED!”

What crap. What Twitter is doing is not reading the words, for the are not violet or inciteful but are interpreting the words and forming them so they can be construed as violent and inciteful. I also must add that this is a hell of a stretch.

I find it amazing that the social media platforms continue to allow the leaders of Iran, China and Russia use their services and have no trouble with the incitement by Left wing hacks, who actually do say things to incite violence, but they will ban the President of the United States because he doesn’t want to go to the Inauguration.

By the way, did Twitter ban all the Democrats who said they weren’t going to Trump’s Inauguration or piss on them when Left wing protestors did get violent outside the grounds of the Inauguration?

This is just the beginning. We knew it would happen especially when the Democrats took the government. Big tech was going to do whatever the Democrats want.  Republicans could have stopped this but they didn’t. Now the shit sandwich is ready and we are all going to have to take a bite.

What?! They See a Problem with This?

The ACLU released a statement on Friday taking a shot at Trump before suggesting that minorities would end up being affected by Big Tech’s policies surrounding censorship.

“For months, President Trump has been using social media platforms to seed doubt about the results of the election and to undermine the will of voters. We understand the desire to permanently suspend him now, but it should concern everyone when companies like Facebook and Twitter wield the unchecked power to remove people from platforms that have become indispensable for the speech of billions – especially when political realities make those decisions easier. President Trump can turn to his press team or Fox News to communicate with the public, but others – like the many Black, Brown, and LGBTQ activists who have been censored by social media companies – will not have that luxury. It is our hope that these companies will apply their rules transparently to everyone.”

This is good. The ACLU is not a friend to the President or Conservatives and I have never cared for the, but the have always been for free speech until about two years ago. This was a group that defended a neo-Nazi group’s right to march in the south. A couple of years ago, they went full Left wing and would not defend Conservative principles anymore. But, seeing what is happening in social media, they are a little afraid of what could happen if the tech tyrants start getting rid of people with some BS and vague rules and policies. And it’s all being done to one side.

Even the Left leaning ACLU thinks this is dangerous.

Did I say, “Time to Join Parler”?

Parler is a social network site much like Twitter. The difference is they allow for free speech and will not suspend people for saying controversial things like men can’t be women and stuff like this (I was suspended for “dead naming” on Twitter already). Parler is seen as an alternative site for Conservatives afraid of getting banned or suspended by Twitter because of their views.

Megacompany Apple is threatening to remove social networking service Parler from its App Store unless the company starts moderating its platform more harshly.

“We have received numerous complaints regarding objectionable content in your Parler service, accusations that the Parler app was used to plan, coordinate, and facilitate the illegal activities in Washington D.C. on January 6, 2021 that led (among other things) to loss of life, numerous injuries, and the destruction of property,” Apple wrote in the letter. “The app also appears to continue to be used to plan and facilitate yet further illegal and dangerous activities.”

Apple then made its threat, “to ensure there is no interruption of the availability of your app on the App Store,” demanding Parler update its app and submit to Apple a “requested moderation improvement plan within 24 hours of the date of the message.”

Parler CEO John Matze said:

“We will not cave to pressure from anti-competitive actors! We will and always have enforced our rules against violence and illegal activity. But we WONT cave to politically motivated companies and those authoritarians who hate free speech!”

“Anyone who buys an Apple phone is apparently a user. Apperently [sic] they know what is best for you by telling you which apps you may and may not use.”

Google has already removed the app from the Google Store. By the way, Trump does not, as of yet have an account on Parler so they are just attacking them because they won’t go along with Apple’s and Google’s terms of use.

By the way, I’ll just mention this again: Apple produces the iPhone, iPad and Mac Books in China using slave wages that is supported by the communist government then, sell you their product for a 1000x over production value. Yeah, I don’t think Apple has the moral high ground.

Google was working with the Chinese government to limit what people could see or search and has been working with them in creating a surveillance system so they can monitor their systems.

But it’s gotten worse. Amazon was hosting Parler on their AWS platforms. They gave Parlet 24 hours to come up with some sort of moderation standards. Parler didn’t and Amazon shut them down. To this moment, Parler is still down.

That is scary. That someone’s business can be blackballed like that. But it is happening today. Parler is suing and they will probably win but it’ll take years.

It’s Not Just Social Media Being Attacked

It’s not just Donald Trump that is getting attacked here. This is part of the reason I added the poem to the beginning of the post.

So far, Trump has been banned from Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit and TikTok.

Companies Stripe and Paypal have banned payments of any kind to Trump’s campaign store. This is scary when one can be banned from making financial transactions because of a political point of view, even a wrong one. None of these companies banned donations allowing from freeing rioters over the summer led by Kamala Harris. Remember the rioters that caused $2 billion in damage.

Last week, Jason Lee, was blocked from entering a film studio so that he could try out for a Fox Business news show. The excuse is that he is on a “list”. No one really knows what the list is but we have suspicions.

A host of American corporations have announced that they are halting donations to Republican members of Congress who on Jan. 6 objected to certifying the Electoral College votes cast for President-elect Joe Biden. Those corporations include: American Express, AT&T, Amazon, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Commerce Bank, Dow Chemical, Marriott, and Mastercard. These are private companies and they can donate to who the want but I’ll remind you that they never did the same thing to Democrats who supported the BLM/Antifa riots over the summer.

The Washington Post reported on the alleged memo from Cumulus, a syndicate that owns 416 radio stations in the United States, on Jan. 11. The memo purportedly threatened to fire conservative hosts who fail to tone down discussions about election fraud. A number of left-wing media outlets picked up the story. The company supposedly targeted Conservative talk show hosts Ben Shapiro, Mark Levin and Dan Bongino. All three denied getting the letter and Cumulus has not responded to inquiries.

According to the Daily Wire and reported on by Tucker Carlson on Fox News:

Following Big Tech’s censorship of President Donald Trump in his last days of office, CNN’s media reporter Oliver Darcy has suggested cable providers do something similar to conservative voices.

Darcy, who routinely writes up alleged bias at Fox News and other right-leaning networks and publications, insisted that the most-watched news channel (Fox routinely beats Darcy’s employer CNN) spent months spreading disinformation about the November election results.

“We regularly discuss what the Big Tech companies have done to poison the public conversation by providing large platforms to bad-faith actors who lie, mislead, and promote conspiracy theories. But what about TV companies that provide platforms to networks such as Newsmax, One America News — and, yes, Fox News?” Darcy wrote in CNN’s “Reliable Sources” newsletter.

So, now CNN, who always gets their ass kicked by Fox News, wants televisions companies to stop carrying news stations that do not agree with the mainstream. Tell me this isn’t scary.

These are just a few instances and within a week of Democrats taking full control of the government. This isn’t going to stop. It’s going to get worse.

Not Everyone Thinks Banning Trump is a Great Idea

A lot of people don’t think that it was a great idea for the Big Tech tyrants to ban Trump. And they are coming from places that are a little surprising.

Alexei Navalny, a Russian dissident who was supposedly poisoned by Vladimir Putin, tweeted:

“Don’t tell me he was banned for violating Twitter rules. I get death threats here every day for many years, and Twitter doesn’t ban anyone (not that I ask for it).”

“Among the people who have Twitter accounts are cold-blooded murderers (Putin or Maduro) and liars and thieves (Medvedev). For many years, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram have been used as a base for Putin’s ‘troll factory’ and similar groups from other authoritarian countries.”

“Of course, Twitter is a private company, but we have seen many examples in Russian and China of such private companies becoming the state’s best friends and the enablers when it comes to censorship.”

German Chancellor Angela Merkel believes that banning President Donald Trump from Twitter is “problematic,” her spokesman said on Jan. 11.

Merkel’s spokesman said:

“This fundamental right can be intervened in, but according to the law and within the framework defined by legislators—not according to a decision by the management of social media platforms. Seen from this angle, the chancellor considers it problematic that the accounts of the U.S. president have now been permanently blocked.”

Clement Beaune, the junior minister for European Union affairs, said he was “shocked” a private company made this kind of decision.

Bueune said:

“This should be decided by citizens, not by a CEO. There needs to be public regulation of big online platforms.”

Manfred Weber, the leader of the European People’s Party—a centre-right political party—echoed Beaune and called for Big Tech firms to be regulated.

Weber said:

“We cannot leave it to American Big Tech to decide how we can or cannot discuss online. Today’s mechanisms destroy the compromise searching and consensus-building that are crucial in free and democratic societies. We need a stricter regulatory approach.”

Meanwhile, Norway’s left-wing Labor Party leader Jonas Gahr Støre said

“This is a line where freedom of expression is also at stake. If Twitter starts with this sort of thing, it means that they have to go around the world and look at other people completely astray, and shut them out.”

Acting Prime Minister from Australia, Michael McCormack said:

“There’s been a lot of people who have said and done a lot of things on Twitter previously that haven’t received that sort of condemnation or indeed censorship. I’m not one who believes in that sort of censorship.”

Mexican President Manuel López Obrador:

A “court of censorship like an inquisition to manage public opinion.”

“I don’t like anybody being censored or taking away from the right to post a message on Twitter or Face(book),”

Do you know why all these other countries, countries that do censor and regulate speech, are saying this is a really bad thing? That’s because the United States is the bastion of freedom that all these countries aspire to be. And with the United States gives them hope that this experiment can be successful.

Episode 276 – The Skinney

Tell me if you think

Not a great speech. But does any of this sound like sedition? No.

The AG for Washington D.C. has not thrown out the idea of prosecuting Trump for sedition.

And the House is about to impeach Trump again…with eleven days left in his Presidency.

2020 might have ended but the insanity has just started.

Sad and Scary

A witness to the fatal shooting of Ashli Babbit told a local news station that the 35-year-old woman was shot by police after she “rushed to the windows” of the U.S. Capitol as officers told protesters to get back.

According to the news report, Babbit’s husband, Aaron Babbit, saw graphic video clips of the incident and tried to get ahold of his wife, fearing it was her who was injured. Later, the victim was confirmed to be his wife.

Aaron said Babbit, a 14-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, went to D.C. to protest alone. He planned on picking her up later in the week.

I know this is not going to be a popular opinion but I did see the video. Babbit was ordered by the Capital Police to stand down. She crawled on someone’s shoulders and tried to enter. She was shot in the neck and died a short time later. She didn’t listen to police and was breaking the law. The fact she is a Conservative and is a 14-year veteran of the Air Force does not change the fact she was breaking the law and refused to listen to police. She was shot. It was a justified shoot. I’m sorry she dies but, if she had been allowed to do what she was trying to do, more would have done it.

Now that I think the police were justified in shooting an unarmed white woman who was breaking the law, I feel it is appropriate to question the bad.

Sixty police officers were injured and one died of a medical condition. He had some sort of medical condition. Two other rioters dies of medical conditions. There were 68 arrests of rioters.

The explosive devices found at the Republican National Committee and Democratic National Committee’s officers in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday were reportedly real.

Sources told ABC News late Wednesday that investigators were analyzing the remnants of the devices to find clues about their construction and conducting chemical tests. The investigation is ongoing.

He also said a cooler with a long-gun and molotov cocktails was also recovered from the area around the Capitol. According to The New York Times, a 70-year-old Alabama man was arrested while in possession of molotov cocktail materials and a weapon.

Where the Hell Were the Police?

Though the building was soon secured, with protesters arrested or removed, many Americans were left wondering: where’s all the security?

Ahead of the protest, federal authorities reportedly wanted to maintain a “minimally visible presence” to “avoid inflaming tensions,” after months of violent protests and riots in cities across America.

Despite advanced knowledge of the impending protest, United States Capitol Police — the federal law enforcement agency tasked with protecting the complex — declined to request additional support ahead of time from the Department of Homeland Security, according to one senior official.

The lack of manpower was evident in footage posted to Twitter which appeared to show the moment rioters first breached the perimeter set up by Capitol Police.

Terry Gainer, the former Capitol Police Chief, told NPR:

“We lost control of the steps and the areas around the exterior of the Capitol where the skin of the Capitol can be a bit more vulnerable because we don’t anticipate that vigilantes and riotous people are up there that close.”

The National Guard finally arrived and the controlled the scene.

According to The Wall Street Journal:

“Optics” were the main reason National Guardsmen weren’t closer to the Capitol grounds to begin with. “They wanted to avoid the optics of having any U.S. military personnel on the steps of the U.S. Capitol, and ordered the officers to avoid straying east of 9th Street in downtown Washington, blocks from the Capitol grounds, officials said.”

Timothy Dimoff, a former SWAT team member who now operates an independent security consulting company, said:

“They knew this group was coming, they knew it was going to be enormous, but they didn’t do any preparation.”

Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH), chair of the committee which funds the Capitol Police, said:

“It’s pretty clear that there’s going to be a number of people who are going to be without employment very, very soon. Lack of professional planning and dealing with what we knew was going to occur.”

So far, and this won’t be the last story, the police chief of the Washington DC police has resigned. Here’s a news flash: Probably not his fault. Rumor has it Muriel Bowser, who thinks this is a reason for Washington D.C. into a state that she leads as governor, has told the police to stand down throughout the BLM riots. I may be cynical but I’m pretty sure that’s what happened on Wednesday. Heck, she told 500 National Guard troops to stand down.

This is a complicated issue. More investigations, which are worthless, are on the horizon.

The media will blame the following:

  • Trump
  • Conservatives
  • The police

Republican leadership

They’re not going to blame Muriel Bowser, who is using this as an excuse to make her city a state and, therefore, her a governor.

They’re not going to blame to conditioning of the police, who were made to stand back in every riot for the past six months. If a police officer defended himself, he was a racist and lost his job.

They’re not going to blame the media who said that the only way a message could be received is by violent riots.

Remember this?

This is whataboutism and I hate it. Here’s the thing: the police do not celebrate whataboutism. The police are just going to do what they need to do not to get into trouble. That’s it.

The problem with the media is that there hypocrisy is causing this. They justify riots. The accept riots. Now, Conservatives riot and it’s not OK after five months and billions of dollars of damage from Antifa and BLM riots?.

Well, here’s the thing: It’s not OK. It’s not OK when Conservatives riot. It’s not OK when BLM riots. It’s not OK when Antifa riots. The media needs to be consistent to have any legitimacy. But they’re not legitimate so that’s not going to happen anytime soon.

The Media, Ugh!

This first cut talks about the riots, and there were over 500 of them, from May to September and beyond. These riots were run by BLM and Antifa, caused $2 billion in damage and injured 600 police officers. Thousands of businesses were destroyed and we were in the middle of a pandemic. Episode 265 – Trump’s Hail Mary

Trump’s Hail Mary to the Supreme Court goes for naught.

The Electoral College meets and will vote today.

The vaccine is being handed out starting today but some of the decisions on who gets them is a little strange.

And California continues to run the race for stupidest state in the Union.

 

Hail Mary

On December 8th, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit against the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin in the United States Supreme Court. According to Paxton’s official government website, he believes that these four states “exploited the COVID-19 pandemic to justify ignoring federal and state election laws and unlawfully enacting last-minute changes,” and that these last-minute changes were responsible for “skewing” the results of the presidential election on November 3rd.

Continuing, the post claims that Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin — states which are crucial to Biden’s presumed victory — had “flooded their people with unlawful ballot applications and ballots while ignoring statutory requirements as to how they were received, evaluated and counted.”

The lawsuit is being described by critics as a “Hail Mary play for President Donald Trump,” with Sen. Ben Sasse calling the lawsuit a “PR stunt.” However, over 100 GOP members of the House of Representatives disagree, filing an amicus brief supporting Texas’ case. Among these Republicans are Ohio’s Rep. Jim Jordan, Texas’ Rep. Dan Crenshaw, and Florida’s Matt Gaetz.

On Wednesday, seventeen states “filed documents with the Supreme Court,” as Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia joined with Missouri to file an amicus brief supporting Texas.

The next day, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and Utah “formally joined Texas in its Supreme Court suit.”

In response, the attorneys general for Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin have asked the Supreme Court to reject the lawsuit with “blistering language,” calling the attempt “an affront to democracy and the rule of law.” According to the New York Times, “legal experts” have criticized the basis of the suit, citing that the case relies on the claim that “Texas can dictate how other states run their elections because voting irregularities elsewhere harm the rights of Texans.”

The Electoral College

Today, Monday, the Electoral college gets together. By tonight, Joe Biden will be named President. This is what is going to happen:

  • The electors from each state will get together and vote based on the popular vote in that state. The winner will get all the electors.
  • Several states will have a split vote based on the the voting percentages. Nebraska and Maine are states that will give voted to both Biden and Trump.
  • Seventeen states will have faithless electors. These people vote for the candidate they feel should have been chosen. How states treat faithless electors is dependent on the state.

 

Trump vows that he will continue to fight even if he loses the electoral college. That doesn’t mean much. The window is closing for Trump and, so far, he has lost all but one court battle (out of 49) and the Supreme Court will not take up any of the cases.

 

A Big Victory

The FDA has approved Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine through an emergency use authorization, clearing the way for Americans to receive inoculations against COVID-19 for the first time since the pandemic was declared in March, according to multiple reports.

The first vaccines should be released on Monday. Frontline workers and the elderly will be the first to receive the vaccine. This is a huge victory for Donald Trump. He created laws that allowed a vaccine that should have taken 5 to 10 years to create in less than a year. Joe Biden is going to receive the fruits of this victory and he deserves none of it. Especially since his running mate said she would not trust the vaccine since it came out if this White House, like Trump was actually producing the vaccine in the White House basement.

This brings up the debate: Should we take the vaccine?

I was talking to Josie, my fiancé, who works in a clinic as a medical assistant. Needless to say, she is a front line worker. She said she would not take the vaccine even if it was a requirement for her to work there. We had a nice long talk about it on Saturday night. Here’s what we came up with:

  • Risk versus Reward: Is the virus more dangerous than taking a vaccine? I don’t think so.
  • Has the vaccine been suitably tested? I think so. I doubt companies are going to release something that will kill people.

 

I do not have a problem with vaccines but I also don’t like sticking crap into my body unless there is a real reason. I usually don’t take aspirin when I get a headache (unless it’s really bad). My job requires me to take a flu shot every year. And I do without argument. That doesn’t mean I like it.

Though I doubt there are any side effects from the vaccine, I just don’t think it’s worth it because I am in the age group that is not a threat. I have a 99.8% survival rate if I contract the China virus. It’s not like it’s polio or the measles or anything. Yes, it’s easier to contract and deadly than the flu but I have more of a chance dyeing in a car accident than by the China virus.

I do think those who are older and those that have pre-existing conditions should take the vaccine. For them, this virus is deadly. I would never recommend that someone who is in danger of dying should avoid the vaccine. I’m just not sure it’s necessary for someone like me.

The Media Gets Skunked Again

When Trump announced in August that there would be a vaccine by the end of the year, the media made asses of themselves.

NBC actually fact-checked the President:

“Fact check: Coronavirus vaccine could come this year, Trump says. Experts say he needs a ‘miracle’ to be right.”

I guess Trump is a miracle worker.

NPR said that Trump, “contradicting the CDC,” said a COVID-19 vaccine could be ready by the end of 2020.

The next day, another NPR article featured the transcript of one of its programs knocking Trump for suggesting the vaccine would be ready by the end of the year. The outlet used testimony from CDC Director Robert Redfield before a Senate panel that month, in which he said the vaccine would not be ready until the spring or summer of 2021.

CNBC said:

“President Trump says Covid-19 vaccine will be coming by the end of the year, despite contrary evidence.” The article featured footage from the presidential debate between Trump and Democratic nominee Joe Biden in which NBC News’ Kristen Welker noted Trump administration health experts saying a vaccine wouldn’t be ready until 2021 and asking Trump if his predictions were “realistic.”

Well, we have a vaccine. Is anyone going to apologize? Of course not. The media is now trying to find a way to give credit to Joe Biden. Kind of hard to do since all Old Joe can think of is that everyone should wear a mask.

Only in California

The Los Angeles Times reports, “the move came in response to a lawsuit filed in April by the American Civil Liberties Union against Orange County Sheriff Don Barnes, seeking the release of medically vulnerable and disabled inmates as well as necessary measures to protect those remaining in the jails from the coronavirus.”

According to Judge Peter Wilson:

“The uncontested facts found here include that conditions in the jail do not permit proper social distancing, there is no mandatory testing of staff or asymptomatic detainees after intake, and no strictly enforced policy of requiring masks for all staff interaction with inmates.”

Sheriff Don Barnes said:

“If the order stands, it will result in the release of more than 1,800 inmates. Many of these inmates are in pre-trial status for, or have been convicted of, violent crimes and will be released back into the community. This order puts our community at substantial risk and does not take into account the impact on the victims of these crimes.”

As the Los Angeles Times reported:

The judge ordered Barnes to reduce the population in all congregated living areas by 50%, including all dormitory and barracks-style housing and multi-person cells. He also instructed Barnes to provide a release plan by Dec. 31 that lists all medically vulnerable inmates, and to identify measures to protect all people in that category who won’t be released or transferred from jail.

He ordered Barnes to maintain the reductions “until the current COVID-19 emergency is declared terminated” and to impose a strict policy for staff members to wear face masks anytime they are within six feet of an inmate.

Is there ever going to be anything that makes being a felon a person that needs to be punished? A strong flu is now going to release felons?

Episode 102 Show Notes – Tis the Season

So much stupid after the holidays. It must be the tryptophan.

 

Only 1500 Candidates Left

We lost three candidates this week. Two of them I doubt you’ve heard of. Heck, I didn’t even know they were running.

Gov. Steve Bullock of Montana dropped out. He polled at 1% for a week before he crashed out at 0%.

Joe Sestak also pulled out. He never went above 0% and was only able to raise $500,000 during his entire campaign. He was a former Navy Admiral. He blamed the press of course.

The biggest surprise was Kamala Harris pulling out of the race. Though she never really got any traction, I thought she’s stick in there waiting for a second wind. Let’s face it: the other candidates are such garbage.

Harris said, “I’ve taken stock and looked at this from every angle, and over the last few days have come to one of the hardest decisions of my life. My campaign for the presidency simply doesn’t have the financial resources we need to continue.”

Of course, everyone blamed racism and sexism. They also pointed out how everyone in the field is white (I guess Booker changed his race recently). Here are some colorful Tweets.

“Kamala Harris officially ended her campaign today, which means that all of the candidates who currently qualify for the December Democratic debate are white (Sanders, Warren, Biden, Buttigieg, Klobuchar, and Steyer). “Kamala Harris dropping out of the race while only white candidates qualify for the next presidential debate shows that white privilege and white supremacy cut across party lines. It’s not just Trump. We have a racism problem in all of the United States of America, and it sucks,” tweeted SJW activist Dr. Eugene Gu.

Terror Attack in London

A convicted terrorist used a knife to kill two people and seriously injure three more. Now, stay with me, this gets really weird.

The main hero worked at a museum and was attacked by the terrorist. He was cut in the hand. That’s when he grabbed a Narwhal tusk hanging on the wall. If you don’t know what a Narwhal is, it’s a whale that has a unicorn tusk.

Another guy grabbed a fire extinguisher and started spraying the terrorist.

A third man joined the fray and grabbed the knife from the terrorist.

The police showed up and shot the terrorist dead.

The terrorist was already convicted of being a terrorist for wanting to blow up a building and was sentenced to 16 years in prison. But he was released for good behavior.

This is the problem with a society that is run by Leftist ideology.

The story gets weirder.

One of the “heroes” was convicted of strangling and slitting the throat of his girlfriend. He was on a work-release program. Oh, by the way, she was mentally disabled.

What?

And not this guy is probably going to get off of his murder because he did something during this attack (we don’t know what).

Auntie of his victim is pissed. She did not know he was on a work release from a 15-year sentence.

“He is not a hero. He is a murderer out on day release, which us as a family didn’t know anything about. He murdered a disabled girl. He is not a hero, absolutely not. The police liaison officer called me saying he was on the TV. I am so angry. They let him out without even telling us. Any of my family could have been in London and just bumped into him.”

Good job, England!

Gee, Why is He Not on a Football Team?

Colin Kaepernick showed up at an American Indian event called un-Thanksgiving Day where Americans Indians protest the “stealing 1.5 billion acres of land from Indigenous people.”

“And that struggle has continued for that 50 years. It’s our responsibility to honor our ancestors and honor our elders by carrying on that struggle. Don’t let their sacrifices be in vain.

“That’s why it’s important for all of us to be here today – to show that we’re together, that we’re unified, that we have that solidarity. And I hope to spend many more of these with you.”

He later Tweeted:

This year marks the 50th anniversary of when Native Americans took and held Alcatraz Island in San Francisco to protest the “loss” of their lands. The former prison was decommissioned in 1963 so there were a whole lot of tourists that were inconvenienced.

Two things are at point here: the United States is bad and Native Americans are victims. Neither is right. Things to know about the Native Americans:

  • Thanksgiving did happen. There is documentation that even named who attended.
  • Native Americans and the settlers were at peace for fifty years after the original Thanksgiving, trading goods and land. Only after conflicts over land deals did they start fighting (Manhattan is an example).
  • This was not a genocide. Yes, the settlers killed 50% of the Native American population but the Native American population killed 30% of the settler population. This was a war.
  • We forget that the Native Americans were also warring with each other and committing atrocities such as enslavement, rape, cannibalism, scalping and human sacrifice. Watch Mel Gibson’s Apocolypto. That movie was pretty accurate.
  • The Native Americans did not have this love for the land everyone is talking about. They were responsible for the endangerment of the local animals through hunting.
  • The American Indians were way behind technologically. They had not discovered the wheel and did not domesticate animals such as the horse. The settlers showed them this.
  • The settlers did not purposefully infect the the Native Americans with disease. They did not give them blankets infected with small pox. In fact, they knew little about how disease was transferred.
  • The settlers did not steal the Native American land. They traded land for lumber, metals and technology. And the Native Americans were not under paid. Land was also claimed when the Native Americans lost the war.
  • The United States, when acknowledging their faults, and they were at fault on a lot of things, tried to make amends through the reservation system, lower or no taxes and reparations. The Native Americans never acknowledged their atrocities.

 

The United States did what every other civilization has done throughout human history: take over land. In other words, migrate. You think American Indians (South and North) didn’t do that? You think the Incas, Mayans and Aztecs did not claim land through violence?

And that goes with slavery too. The New York Times wanted everyone to believe that slavery began in 1619 when 20 African slaves were brought to America. That’s a lie.

Here’s the thing: slavery and death are common when it comes to human migration. It’s still happening throughout the world. The United States didn’t discover this. It’s still happening today. But the Left only wants to blame the United States. Even though we have done more than any other country to make up for it.

I think that is why we are going through this today. The United States has taken responsibility for its actions but the Left needs to keep beating on it.

Jan Williams of Black Lives Matter said:

“Part of the Black Xmas campaign is to educate black folks about what we’re doing, about the importance of holding back our dollars during this holiday season.”

Dr. Melina Abdullah said Christmas is, “frenzy of consumerism that’s rooted in white capitalism.”

From the Daily Wire:

According to BLM’s Black Xmas website, the seasonal exercise “is not a call to replace White capitalism with Black capitalism, but to engage in ‘cooperative economics’ (the Kwanzaa principle of Ujamaa).”

Of course, There has to be a comment about Donald Trump:

“Donald Trump embodies White capitalism. If you are anti-Trump, you should hold back your resources from him and the like.”

It her Op-Ed from the L.A. Sentinel, Dr. Abdullah states about “police violence”:

“In addition to investing in our own communities, #BlackXmas and the emerging economic empowerment work of Black Lives Matter is intended as a divestment from White corporations that contribute to the murder, death, abuse, and exploitation of Black people in real terms. We assert that White capitalism is killing our people in very real terms, most starkly through its utilization of a violent, racist, police force to protect its quest for profit. …

“Black people, we must be radical in our approach, daring to get to the root of it all. White capitalism requires racist, violent policing to protect it. In order to eliminate police violence, and the killings of our people at their hands, we must also target the economic systems that built it and rely on it.”

This is getting so old. No wonder Black Lives Matter has become irrelevant.

The Media Searches for a New Narrative

Trump is accused of sexual assaulted but the accuser is a little iffy. The democratic presidential candidates are going way left in preparation for the debates. And the Chicago Police department is really laying in to Jussie Smollett.

And I’m not even going to bring up the immigration crisis. Lots of stuff going on.

 

Another Trump Accusation

E.Jean Carroll is an advice columnist and author. She is also the latest woman to claim to have been sexually assaulted by President Trump in the mid-90s. Now, here’s what’s funny: this was a big deal on Friday. This gal went to several news outlets telling her story.

I am very skeptical about this whole story. Here’s the CNN interview with Carroll. It is graphic but I think you’ll see where I’m coming from one you listen to this woman.

I don’t know what’s worse: This woman’s really strange story, her woke-ness or the interview with CNN’s anchor Alisyn Camerota. Camerota never pushed back, never questioned why she didn’t go to the police, never asked her why she doesn’t go to the police now (we’ll get into that later) and called Trump a rapist without any proof being offered up. She didn’t even ask for proof. Awesome journalisming!

Like I said before, I do not put a lot of stock in this woman or her story. Matt Walsh from the Daily Wire (subscribe) had a great article about why this gal has no credibility. I’ll talk about his talking points and then throw in a couple of other things.

First, the description of the scene is completely implausible. They’re in a department store and go into a dressing room. But no one sees anything. Cameras do not catch anything. It’s a sexual assault. There’s noise and struggling but no one heard or saw anything before, during and after? Also, why would she go into a dressing room with a man she didn’t know? The story makes no sense.

Next, she never reported it to police and doesn’t want an investigation opened. In New York, there is no statute of limitations for rape and she says she still has the dress she was wearing that day (weird). There could be DNA evidence. But she doesn’t want the police to open an investigation. What’s her reasoning? Well, she gave an answer: “I would find it disrespectful to the women who are down on the border who are being raped around the clock down there without any protection. The women have very little protection there. It would just be disrespectful.” Yeah, OK.

So why even bring this up? To sell books. That’s the only reason to bring up after twenty years and still not want an investigation being done. She needs to generate some excitement for her book. Give people a reason to want to read it. Because she’s trashing Trump and making her rounds though the left wing media outlets, she’s sure to see a few copies. Very few looking at CNN’s ratings.

But I also have a theory. Listen to this short clip of her on Anderson Cooper’s show on CNN and you might get where I’m going with this:

Hello? She’s nuts! I’m not talking about her being slightly loopy, I mean sitting-in-a-bathtub-filled-with-jello crazy. She doesn’t want the police to investigate because of the border crisis? She thinks rape is kind of sexy? I might read her book because God only knows what she is going to say.

Well, the media tried to get this brush fire started but it turned out to be raining out. I know the media needs a new narrative but this story died fast. It was released on Friday and, by Monday, it was dead.

 

The Must Be A Debate Coming

The first democratic debates are Wednesday and Thursday and that means that the candidates have been going crazy to get attention. And it’s all so delicious.

Bernie Sanders says that he wants the government to tax Wall Street with a transaction tax. Then, take the $2.2 trillion and pay off all the student debt. Of course he’s forgetting about people currently in college so the number is closer to $4 trillion. While he’s at it, he should pay off my car loan and mortgage.

Reparations for blacks because of slavery is so last week. Elizabeth Warren says we should pay reparations to gay people. No kidding. She says that since gay people were not allowed to be married they should be able to get tax breaks from years before for having a partner. Yeah, that has about as much chance of working than slavery reparations.

When asked if he would meet with the anti-Semite Louis Farrakhan, Cory “Spartacus” Booker said he wouldn’t mind meeting with him to hear what Farrakhan had to say. Mind you, this is after he lambasted Joe Biden for saying that he used to have to negotiate with segregationists back in the 1970’s to get things done. I guess being anti-Semitic is not the same as being a racist.

Pete Buttigieg isn’t saying much of anything but he is sure to get torn up in the debates. He had to go back to South Bend, Indiana, where he is mayor, because of an officer involved shooting of a black man. He had a town hall event to try to calm the racial tension. It didn’t go well for him:

He looked weak and uncertain. Not a good look for a man who wants to hold the most powerful position in the world. He asked the government to do a special investigation of the police and the shooting. So not only did he piss off the black people but now he pissed off law enforcement and those who support him. This guy can’t even run South Bend, how in the heck is he going to run the country.

The debates are going to be an absolute riot! I think we’re just seeing the tip of crazy. Can’t wait to see what is going to be promised.

 

Speaking of Crazy

Jussie Smollett really ticked off the Chicago Police Department.

This week, along with all of the other evidence against him, they released the body cam video from the officers who first met Smollett after his “attack”. You remember the attack? The one where he paid two of his buddies to rough him up, put a noose around his head while yelling “this is MAGA country” while wearing red hats. Take a look at the video.

I thought him getting attacked at 2:30 in the morning while getting a Subway sandwich by two white guys who loved Trump in Chicago was dumb enough. There are no Trump supporters in Chicago. But this video is so ridiculous I had to show it off.
