I was watching The View yesterday. OK, I know, but I was bored, just finished listening to Ben Shapiro and wanted to see the what all these women and feminine men saw in this show. Let’s just say I must have lost a few dozen IQ points.

Their first story was about Fox News lying when it comes to the Dominion voting machines and the lawsuit by Dominion. Apparently there was an ex-Fox News worker that reported, on Fox News, that lawyers told her to run a narrative about how the Dominion voting machines interfered with the 2020 elections. This gal also accused Fox News of being sexist and anti-Semitic.

Of course, the old harpies started going off on Fox News and all their passed issues, how the elections were not stolen and how Fox News is not a news outlet. They went off on Sean Hannity and Tucker Carlson on pushing disinformation.

At the very end of their rant, twenty seconds until the end of the segment, they read a press release from Fox News stating that the lady who brought the charges is wrong, they are prepared to defend that and she was also a problem employee that was going to be let go.

I do need to point out that Dominion voting machines have not been proven innocent. Mike Lindell of MyPillow was also sued by Dominion but they quickly dropped their lawsuit when Lindell said he would prove the machines were vulnerable. It was also proven that these machines were illegally connected to the Internet.

It’s amazing that these broads have the audacity to say Fox News isn’t a news outlet when they talk about a news story and leave out a rather big part. I got bored and watched Law & Order.

Let’s just kick this off with the Pentagon Press Secretary, John Kirby, talking about the country of Uganda. Apparently, they are going to do something that is a threat to the United States. Listen:

That’s right! According to the media and the White House, Africans not accepting the LGBTQ crap are a threat to the United States.

The story comes from Ghana which has a law that is going to be voted on that involves making illegal being gay or dressing like a chick or whatever. But don’t worry. First off, this is what this administration is watching closely and will deal with. I think this administration is the most unserious administration of all time.

Notice what he said about the type sanctions he’s talking about. Help assistance. This sick administration is thinking of holding back medicines including AIDS assistance, medical supplies and food. In other words, this administration will allow poor people in a poor country to die because they will not embrace LGBTQIXYZ+ ideology. But that OK, it’s not like Ghana is a Muslim country or anything. They are a Christian country so screw them.

Question: I wonder if Black Lives Matter will start screaming about the Biden administration being racist? The country is 99% black.

Do you realize he never made an argument? He only said that trans-people and drag shows are being attacked. That they are victims. He doesn’t talk about the man wearing a thong and fake tits dancing provocatively in front of kids in a “family friendly” drag event. DeSantis didn’t ban drag shows, he banned drag shows in front of kids. DeSantis didn’t ban all gentil mutilations and hormone therapy, he only banned it for kids.

Kids aren’t allowed to go to XXX movie theaters. They’re not allowed in strip clubs. I’m not allowed to walk provocatively dressed at a school. At least that’s what it used to be.

The economy is very unstable right now, so you may be looking into investing in something. California has given us something to invest in: U-Haul.

The city that is most unstable is, of course, San Francisco. The good news with San Francisco, outside I don’t live there, is the city council spends more time virtue signaling than passing laws that would actually fix things like their high taxes, cost-of-living, homelessness, crime, homelessness and drug use.

• I should have talked about this last week but I wanted to hear if the crazy city council would pass it first. That is slavery reparations.
  • Here’s what this will do:
    • Every eligible Black adult in San Francisco would receive payments of $5 million.
    • Elimination of personal debt and tax burdens.
    • A guaranteed annual income of at least $97,000 for 250 years.
    • The ability to purchase a home in San Francisco for only $1.
  • The bill would cost trillions of dollars. That would cost each non-black family 600,000. Why is the most common race in San Francisco? Asian, not white.
  • California was never a slave state.
  • They also never designed a way to what qualifies a person for this program.
  • The city council said it wasn’t their responsibility to find the money so this is a virtue signal. It will never happen.
• According to Fox News: The Bay Area Air Quality Management District, which oversees air pollution and emissions regulations for the nine counties surrounding San Francisco, greenlighted amendments to regulations Wednesday evening related to eliminating nitrogen oxide emissions from natural gas furnaces and water heaters in the region. The action requires all commercial and residential furnaces and water heaters to be electric by 2027.
• Crime is a huge problem in San Francisco. Do you think the media might cover the real problem? CNN might start.
  • Correspondent Kyung Lah was in town to report on rampant street crime when she discovered that her rental car had been broken into – even with security reportedly on hand to watch the vehicle.
  • She tweeted: “Got robbed. Again, @jasonkCNN & I were at city hall in San Francisco to do an interview for @CNN. We had security to watch our rental car + crew car. Thieves did this in under 4 seconds. Security stopped the jerks from stealing other bags. But seriously- this is ridiculous.”

San Francisco, a once beautiful city, is becoming unlivable. Be prepared for California to lose more reps after the next census.

There are a few problems with Leftist entertainment.

First, they have nothing new. Hollywood has no more ideas. That’s why companies like Disney just rehash the same crap they had 70 years ago. They create nothing.

One of the reasons they create nothing new is because it is very hard to create art if your hands are tied. Wokeness makes everything sterile. That is, except if you’re going to try to pervert a beloved and moral story. Apparently, theater has the same problem, but they would much rather corrupt than recreate.

A sexy “Star Wars”-themed show is stripteasing its way to a galaxy near you.

“The Empire Strips Back: A Burlesque Parody” opens on May 10 at the Orpheum Theater in the East Village. It’s based on characters from the franchise and features “Sultry Stormtroopers, a dangerously enticing Boba Fett, and a lady-like Skywalker.” 

“We have scantily clad droids. We have a female feminine Darth Vader,” publicist Victoria Westbrook told The Post.

“It’s a night of pure fun … This is a show that’s really for all ‘Star Wars’ lovers. We call it the gathering of the clan, a place for nerds to come and have the best night ever.”

The production is the brainchild of Russall S. Beattie, who first launched the show in his native Australia in 2011. It came to the States as a one-night-only performance in California in 2018 and in 2019 played at the PlayStation Theater on Broadway.

“The costumes … the set pieces are super detailed. So for the most nerdy ‘Star Wars’ nerd there is a clear reference for the work we are parodying,” said producer David Foster.

Maybe I am being a little hard on them because it does sound kind of cool.

My only problem with it is it perverts something that has been past down for the last three generations because of its wholesome themes. It’s kind of like painting the image of the Virgin Mary using crap and putting in a museum, using the Madonna as the model. It was not made for the sake of art, it was made to shock.

  • Both houses in Congress passed the request unanimously. This would have been a bad look if he didn’t sign the bill.
  • But Old Joe doesn’t want to bite the hand the feeds him. He delayed this for three weeks.
• Xi Jinping went to visit Vlad Putin of Russia yesterday.
  •  Vladimir Putin hosted his “dear friend” Xi Jinping for dinner at the Kremlin on Monday.
  • The White House said the affection between the two is fake.
  • Some think Xi is trying to get a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine, putting China in the role of peacemaker. Xi is set to visit Ukraine right after his trip to Russia.
  • Some think Vlad is requesting weapons from China.
  • Either way, this alliance is not good news for the U.S. and the rest of Europe.
• 35,000 teachers in Los Angeles voted to go on strike for three days next week.
  • They want, wait for it, more money.
  • LAUSD has one of the worst educations systems in the country.
  • They care so much about the kids, have received billions of dollars from the pandemic and had two years off of teaching.
• Apparently, Donald Trump will not be indicted this week so we’ll have to wait until next week for the perp walk.

Just Leave the Country

The Oscars were last weak. I didn’t talk about any of it because I only saw one more. That was Top Gun: Maverick. It was the only more that interested me. I thought it was pretty awesome. I’ve seen at three times. I wasn’t the only one who liked it. It was the second highest earning mouses of the year.

There is a guy from MSNBC named Zeeshan Aleem who thinks that Top Guns Maverick is a real problem. You’ll never guess why. Let’s take a little look at his article.

“Top Gun: Maverick,” an action flick, a summer blockbuster and a sequel, is not the kind of movie that tends to win accolades at award shows. Yet it’s received six Oscar nominations, including, remarkably, best picture. “Top Gun” has secured an air of gravitas, and could be poised to become canonized as a highly decorated film. 

The unusual cultural cachet of “Top Gun” is tied to how it fulfills a certain yearning felt across the world of film lovers. In a cinematic climate in which superhero and CGI-animated films have saturated the silver screen, it was a breath of fresh air to see dazzling live-action aerial combat scenes involving real actors (trained to withstand G forces by real pilots) and (mostly) real planes. Although movie theaters are dying and streaming is thriving, this old school thrill attracted huge crowds of all ages to the theaters to make “Top Gun” the second-highest grossing film in 2022 behind James Cameron’s “Avatar: the Way of Water.” 

Alright, not so bad so far. Let’s continue.

But “Top Gun” is as insidious as it is entertaining. It does not merely revive a forgotten human-centered spectacle; it also beckons for a return to accepting the American war machine as a beacon of virtue and excitement. It’s a poisonous kind of nostalgia, one that smuggles love of endless war into a celebration of live action.

The United State military is a beacon of virtue and excitement. Ask Afghanistan.

“Top Gun” is literal propaganda: In exchange for access to military aircraft, the producers of the movie agreed to allow the Defense Department to include its own “key talking points” in the script. Perhaps equally important, the script had to be written in a manner that flatters the military in order to secure the buy-in of the Pentagon. (Even then, defense officials requested “revisions” to the characters and their actions.) This collaboration in jingoism is evident throughout the script. The minor rebellions of Pete “Maverick” Mitchell, played by Cruise, against his higher-ups in the military are minor diversions from his obedience to the logic of empire. It should be no surprise that just like with the first “Top Gun” movie, released in 1986, the military viewed the sequel as a promising recruitment tool, and ran U.S. Air Force ads before showings of the movie with imperialistic lines like “the entire sky belongs to us.” While the first movie helped rehab the military’s poor reputation in the wake of the Vietnam War, this one diverts from the failed war on terror, and comes as defense officials eye the rise of China.

Yeah, and so it goes. The rather long article continued to destroy the concept of American being a good country and the military being a good thing. In this rather long article, Aleem also added:

• The movies was “piming Americans for war” against China.
  • There won’t be a war if China doesn’t attack anyone.
  • There wouldn’t have been a proxy war with Russia if Biden was strong and Russia didn’t attack Ukraine.
• He points out that the military industrial complex has a bloated budget and is testing weapons that we don’t need.
  • He doesn’t mention anything about the enemy at the end of the movie having more advanced aircraft protecting the nuclear development complex of a tyrannical country.
• He defends Iran’s sovereignty since the movie is mostly based on Iran’s nuclear research program
  • That’s right, the United States is bad for destroying the nuclear program of a country that wants to wipe another country completely off the face of the Earth.
  • Oh, yeah, and us too.
• He continues to push the Iran Nuclear Agreement, which would have not stopped Iran from making a nuclear bomb.
• He says: War is portrayed purely as a source of glory and camaraderie for Maverick and his colleagues, who are all attractive people and manage to pull off their daring mission with zero casualties.
  • It’s a feel-good movie with a happy ending!
  • It’s the way movies used to be made. Exciting, patriotic and with happy ending.

He concludes the article:

Back in 1990, four years after the first “Top Gun” came out, Playboy magazine grilled Cruise by challenging him on whether the original “Top Gun” movie was dangerous war propaganda. Playboy’s interviewer described the movie as “war by Nintendo game and a paean to blind patriotism.” Cruise defended the movie as a “an amusement park ride, a fun film with a PG-13 rating that was not supposed to be reality.” But he also seemed to acknowledge that there were still dangers to using a war movie as a form of mindless entertainment. He continued: “That’s why I didn’t go on and make Top Gun II and III and IV and V. That would have been irresponsible.”

Here’s the thing with guys like this, nothing about America can be good. Our country is bad, our military is bad and all our intentions are bad. We are a bad country. Iran, good country and we should let them do what they want. China, good country and we should let them do what they want. He does not consider, for one second, that these other countries that he mentions may have insideous intentions and are being a lot more agressive than us.

Finally, to hear MSNBC talk about this film being propaganda for the military industrial complex is rich. MSNBC is known for being part of the press wing for the Democratic party, supporting Black Lives Matter and Antifa, stoking racial division and pushing doctors to drugging and mutilating kids through gender affirming care.

• The heat is being turned up on the Hunter Biden investigation by the House.
  • Members of the Biden family received more than $1 million in payments from accounts related to Hunter Biden’s business associate Rob Walker and their Chinese business ventures in 2017, subpoenaed financial records obtained by the House Oversight Committee reveal.
  • Walker worked with Hunter Biden, President Biden’s brother Jim, their business associate James Gilliar and Tony Bobulinksi in a joint-venture called Sinohawk Holdings, which was meant to be a partnership with Chinese energy firm CEFC.
  • A spokesperson for Hunter Biden’s legal team confirmed the payments Thursday, but stressed that the accounts “belonged to Hunter, his uncle and Hallie – nobody else.”
  • The records revealed that on March 1, 2017, less than two months after then-Vice President Joe Biden left office, State Energy HK Limited, a separate Chinese company, wired $3 million to Robinson Walker, LLC.
  • “The next day, Robinson Walker, LLC wired $1,065,000 to European Energy and Infrastructure Group in Abu Dhabi, a company associated with James Gilliar,” a memo from the committee states.
  • “After the Robinson Walker, LLC account received $3 million from State Energy HK Limited, Biden family members and their companies began receiving incremental payments over a period of approximately three months,” the memo states. “The recipients of the money included Hallie Biden, companies associated with Hunter Biden and James Biden, and an unknown bank account identified as ‘Biden.’”
  • According to the committee, President Biden’s daughter-in-law, Hallie Biden, the widow of President Biden’s son Beau who later was romantically involved with Hunter, received a payment from Walker’s account — Robinson Walker, LLC — in March 2017 totaling $25,000.
  • Of course, they are not implicating Joe and have not said who the big guy is.
•  TIKTOK continues to be under investigation by the FBI for collecting data from U.S. citizens.
  • The company has been surveilling American journalists.
  • This is calling for a push to ban TikTok on a federal level or, at least, get the Chinese company, ByteDance, to sell it to an American company.
  • ByteDance spokesperson Jennifer Banks confirmed to the publication that the spying did occur. “We have strongly condemned the actions of the individuals found to have been involved, and they are no longer employed at ByteDance,” she said. “Our internal investigation is still ongoing, and we will cooperate with any official investigations when brought to us.”
  • Just get rid of TikTok on your phones. Read a book.
• Donald Trump expects to be arrested on Tuesday.
  • The charges are expected to have something to do with the $130,000 payout Trump made to Stormy Daniels back in 2016.
  • We do not know the exact charges yet but this is a misdemeanor.
  • Big problem: The statute of limitations has passed.
  • Alvin Bragg, the liberal DA of Manhattan is bringing the charges which is amazing considering he doesn’t charge rapists and murderers. He’s getting a lot of crap about this so these charges better be solid.
  • Republicans, of course, are throwing a fit. Even Mike Pence said these charges are politically motivated.
  • Democrats remained silent about this until this weekend and they are saying the same crap. “Nobody is above the law.”
    • Half the Republicans and Democrats should be in jail for corruption.
  • Trump will turn himself in.
  • The big question is, will there be a perp walk? If there is, Elon Musk and Scott Adams said Trump will win re-election in 2024 by a landslide. I’m not sure about that.
  • If the charges are what they are saying they will be, Trump will not spend one minute behind bars.
  • I will tell you, this is not about an election. This is about our country becoming a banana republic where someone can be charged simply because of their political stance. This is bad.

Here’s a Great Idea

Baltimore, Maryland in the second most dangerous cities, when it come to murder in the United States, trailing only St. Louis. In the world, this year, it is ranked 23rd most murderous city in the world. It has more murders than San Salvador, El Salvador. By the way, this is a blue city within a blue state. This is a real problem for Maryland.

Well, they came up with a solution. According to Fox News:

Maryland Democrats are pushing a bill in the state legislature that would prevent anyone under the age of 25 from being charged with felony murder.

Democratic Del. Charlotte Cruchfield introduced into the Maryland General Assembly the Youth Accountability and Safety Act, which would prohibit a person younger than 25 at the time of the offense from being convicted of first-degree murder under the state’s felony murder provisions.

Under those provisions, murder is classified as being in the first degree if it was committed during the perpetration or attempted perpetration of several specified crimes, such as rape, arson, robbery, burglary, carjacking, and other serious offenses.

But with Cruchfield’s proposal, which has the support of several Democratic co-sponsors, anyone under age 25 who murders someone while trying to commit one of these other crimes couldn’t be charged with first-degree murder — a crime that in Maryland carries life imprisonment with or without the possibility of parole.

Why are they doing this? Proponents say that the human brain does not fully develop until the age of 25.

Yes, the human brain does not develop the prefrontal cortex, which controls reason and inhibition until 25. We’ve known this for decades. That being said, there are some major issues with the reasoning.

There’s a reason when a dog bites a human, the dog is put down. There is a reason when a shark eats a person, that shark is hunted down. And there is a reason there is no statute of limitations on murder. That’s because when one kills and gets away with it, killing is easier in the future. That natural trait that humans should not kill is no long there. That’s part of the reason 16-year-olds can be charge for murder as an adult and spend the rest of their lives in prison. They will likely do it again.

Second, criminal organization like gangs, which Baltimore has a real problem with, will recruit kids to do their killing because they won’t be prosecuted. They already use children for drug trafficking because kids don’t face huge sentences. The Mexican drug cartels do this also.

Third, there will be absolutely no deterrent for murder. Should I kill them, why not? Nothing is going to happen to me. Stiff consequences for an action do create deterrents. Yes, the recidivism rate for criminals in prison is high, but that’s why you put criminals with serious crimes away for a long time or life.

Fourth, criminals who do commit serious crimes need to be removed from society. No one should care about the criminal’s well-being. We should care about the safety of the citizen and the society in general.

Finally, and I have said this before, prison is not about rehabilitation. It’s about punishment. It’s about justice for the victim. It’s suppose to suck. Prison should be miserable. Our prisons have become humane. Why make a prison humane for people who have done inhumane things?

There also has to be a realization that people CAN’T be rehabilitated. That’s where the death penalty comes into play. Get rid of these leaches. Stop letting them suck from society. Kill them. F- that “kill them humanely” BS. A .45 in the back of the head after all their appeals are done.

Alexander was a student at a Canadian (St. Joseph’s) Catholic high school in Ontario until he spoke his mind over concerns of men in women’s restrooms at the institution.

Distinguishing men from women and believing God created only two genders, he suggested, eventually led authorities to arrest and charge him for the offense.

The kid’s name is Josh Alexander.

So what happened was this kid complained to the administration and he was escorted off the property and was suspended for the rest of the year. He returned the next day and they arrested him.

In other news, remember we talked about Mid Vermont Christian school forfeiting a tournament because they refused to play a basketball game against a biological male? Well, the powers to be took revenge.

A Vermont Christian school that forfeited a game in the girls state basketball playoffs because its opponent had a transgender student on the team’s roster will be prohibited from participating in future tournaments, the sports governing association in the state said Monday.

The Vermont Principals’ Association (VPA) ruled that Mid Vermont Christian School had violated policies and is ineligible to participate in future tournaments that it sanctions. The move applies to all sports.

“The VPA again reiterates its ongoing support of transgender student-athletes as not only a part of building an inclusive community for each student to grow and thrive, but also as a clear expectation by Vermont state law(s) in the Agency of Education Best Practices, and in VPA Policy regarding transgender student athletes,” the governing body said in a statement.

The school responded by saying:

“Mid Vermont Christian school is disappointed with the decision of the VPA Executive Council to ban us from participation in all VPA activities. We intend to appeal the decision. Cancelling our membership is not a solution and does nothing to deal with the very real issue of safety and fairness facing women’s sports in our beloved state. We urge the VPA to reconsider its policies, and balance the rights of every athlete in the state.”

Notice the only person that matters here is the boy that wants to play on the girls’ team? It doesn’t matter that the girls don’t want him to play. It doesn’t matter that the girls don’t want him in the locker room. Doesn’t matter that the girls don’t want the boy in the restroom. None of that matters, just how he feels. And if you complain about it, you will be banned and shamed.

It’s amazing that this inclusivity movement must exclude anybody who might have a different opinion.

• The Biden administration announced Monday that it is moving forward with approving a massive 30-year oil drilling project in Alaska over objections from climate activists and Democratic lawmakers about its environmental impact.

  • He has approved drilling on 3 of 5 site to a company called  ConocoPhillips in North Slope Borough, Alaska.
  • The company has forecasted the project will produce up to 180,000 barrels of oil per day, create more than 2,500 construction jobs and 300 long-term jobs, and deliver as much as $17 billion in revenue for the federal government, Alaska and local communities, many of which are Indigenous.
  • Climate activists are pissed. They are calling this a “carbon bomb”.
  • The problem Biden is facing is rising gas prices and a depleted oil reserve. He cannot take out of the reserve anymore.

• Joe Biden is getting nervous about the debt. So he has plans to cut the deficit. Is he going to require controlled spending by the government? Of course not. He’s going to raise taxes.
  • President Biden is reportedly planning to unveil a series of major tax hikes on billionaires, investors, and those making above $400,000 as part of his administration’s aim to reduce the deficit.
  • The budget request, slated for release on Thursday, calls for a 25% minimum tax on billionaires and would nearly double the capital gains tax rate from 20% to 39.6%.
  • The proposal, first reported by Bloomberg, would increase the top tax rate for Americans earning $400,000 from 37% to nearly 40% – reversing President Trump’s signature tax cuts.
  • The tax rate for those earning less than $400,000 would remain the same, according to the report.
  • Meanwhile, rich investors – those making at least $1 million – would see taxes on their long-term investments nearly double from 20% to 39.6%.

•  Nine boxes of documents were taken from President Biden’s attorney Patrick Moore’s Boston office, but have yet to be reviewed, the National Archives disclosed in a response letter to Sens. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., and Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, this week first obtained by Fox News Digital.
  • The Archives had not previously publicly disclosed the number of boxes taken from Boston.

The news out of California continues to be bad or, as Democrats describe it, are awesome.

Gavin Newsom has decided that it is very important to go after Walgreens. Why, you ask? Because they will not sell over the counter abortion pills.

Wait, hold on. That’s not the entire story.

Walgreens will not have over the counter abortion pills in twenty states. Specifically, the states that have banned abortion. Mind you, they are not stopping to sell the baby-killing pills to Californians. Just in the states where it is illegal. So, Newsom decided not to do any business with Walgreens. Alright, there’s motivation for another business to leave that crap-hole state.

In a further attempt to make everyone in California, the state has decided to take away more of life’s little enjoyment.

According to CBS Sacramento:

Some California lawmakers want to eventually ban all tobacco sales in the nation’s most populous state, filing legislation to make it illegal to sell cigarettes and other products to anyone born after Jan. 1, 2007.

If signed into law, it would mean by 2073 people wanting to buy cigarettes would have to show ID to prove they are at least 67 years old.

“We can ensure that the next generation of children in California do not become addicted to smoking,” said Assemblymember Damon Connolly, a Democrat from San Rafael and the author of the bill.

So, let me get this straight:

• We have legalized pot (which is worse than cigarettes).
  • Pot burns hotter so is worse than the lungs.
  • Pot can cause psychosis.
• We have practically legalized heroin, meth and fentanyl.

Why do this? Not for protecting the health of people. If they did, they’d go after alcohol and not legalize pot. It’s simply control. They won’t go after alcohol, pot or any other drugs. You wonder why? They want to keep people lazy and stupid.

This little thing is going to hurt California. California charges a 67% tax on cigarettes.

Finally, California has decided to force another business out of the state.

Gavin Newsom is pissed off because Walgreens will not sell over-the-counter abortion pills in 20 states. He tweeted:

“California won’t be doing business with [Walgreens] — or any company that cowers to the extremists and puts women’s lives at risk. We’re done.”

This guy is such an idiot. The twenty states Walgreens won’t sell the abortion pills have banned the selling of the pills. Walgreens will still sell the pills in California.

So why do this? It’s a lot of bloviating. Newsom wants to run for President or, at least, become Vice President if Kamala Harris is shown the door. He’s trying to become recognizable at a national level.

Men Are Better at Being Women Than Women

We keep hearing about toxic masculinity, the patriarchy and misogyny. We keep hearing how bad men are, especially straight, white men. So, men have gotten smarter. We just decided to become, scream that we are victims now and do woman stuff. Luckily, a lot of the things we do in their realm, we do better than them. We run faster. We swim faster. We hit harder.

International Woman of the Year

Yesterday was International Women’s Day during Women’s History Month. The Biden administration decided to give out an award called International Women of Courage. A Minnesota state court ruled the organization must revise its policy within two weeks and allow trans-identifying men to compete in the women’s categories, per Fox News. They are being called to “cease and desist from all unfair discriminatory practices,” which in this case means limiting inclusion based on gender identity.

“The harm is in making a person pretend to be something different, the implicit message being that who they are is less than,” the ruling says in part. “That is the very essence of separation and segregation, and it is what the [Minnesota Human Rights Act] prohibits.”

The original complaint was filed in 2019 by JayCee Cooper, a trans-identifying man who accused the organization of violating the state’s Human Rights Act by barring men from female competitions. Cooper filed a lawsuit against USA Powerlifting in state court in 2021, the publication noted.

“I was fed up with the way that I was being treated; I was fed up with the way that my community was being treated, and enough was enough,” Cooper told KARE-TV.

This guy is over six feet tall, weighs over 250 pounds and looks like a dude. All the guys out there that can’t keep up men are just going to say they are women and start competing. Eventually, the women’s events will just be men’s events.

I saw a video on Vice and there was a big argument that testosterone in men who have gene therapy is lowered, making them women. BS! This is a huge guy. He looks like a guy, talks like a guy, and walks like a guy. He stands about six inches taller than the other women.

Yesterday, I played a clip of Kendrick Perkins, a former NBA star, whining that Nicola Jokic was going to win the NBA MVP because he was white. He was referring to an analysis by JJ Redick who said Jokic should win the MVP because he is averaging a triple-double for the entire season.

JJ Redick responded and it was delicious. Listen:

The only thing missing from this is Redick calling Perkins a racist which he should have done.

I’m sure this is going to piss off the big guys at ESPN because they love this type of narrative. I hope Redick doesn’t apologize because he was absolutely correct.

Angel Jones is a visiting professor at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville whose work is grounded in critical race theory and critical race feminism.

Jones argued that Black faculty should be granted special paid time off and mental health therapy to deal with events of alleged police brutality in an article published in Times Higher Education on Feb. 23.

Jones did not immediately respond to a request for comment on whether she supported bereavement leave for all minorities in oppressed categories.

“I am a proud educator who loves what I do. But before that, I am a Black woman,” she wrote. “A Black woman who is expected to return to ‘business as usual’ on Monday after seeing a member of my community murdered on Friday. Although it is customary for employees to receive support and understanding while grieving the loss of a loved one, the same care is rarely shown to the Black community when we lose someone in horrific and traumatic ways. Where’s our Black bereavement leave?”

She called campus-wide statements to students in the aftermath of racial events in the news as “obligatory” and “performative,” adding it didn’t go far enough to address Black faculty’s “trauma,” which they need to “process.”

“Where are our counseling services? Where is our grace for missed meetings and deadlines while we mourn? Yes, we have jobs to do and students to support, but we also have trauma to process.”

In order to deal with “racial battle fatigue,” the professor said funding should be allocated to the mental health of Black staff. 

Racial battle fatigue refers to the “psychological and physiological consequences of experiencing racism.” Jones said the proclaimed psychological phenomenon “has been well documented and can have ‘deadly’ symptoms, including ‘suicidal thoughts.’”

Color Me Shocked

Rebel News came out with a profile of the group, and the individual, who are going out there and rewriting the great books of Western Civilization. Apparently, this is a pretty big group and have been doing it for a while.

The group is called Inclusive Minds and it has been around since 2013. This is what they say on their About page:

Over the years, many children’s book publishers in the UK (from small independents to members of the big five publishing houses) have contacted us to be connected with our network of Inclusion Ambassadors. This is a network of young people with many different lived experiences who are willing to share their insight to help them in the process of creating authentically – and often incidentally – inclusive books.     • The media lied about it saying he killed by rioters.
    • He died of two strokes the day after the riot.
    • Sicknick was a Trump supporter.
  • There is a ton of video of a guy named Ray Epps who is encouraging the riot.
    • He lied to the committee about instigating the riot. He finally admitted it and there was a text message proving it.
    • There was a video of Ray Epps at the capitol even though he said he left.
  • Congressman Barry Loudermilk was accused of casing the Congress with a group of insurrectionist.
    • The video showed Loudermilk escorting a bunch of people.
    • Turned out those people were his constituents and they were allowed to be there.
    • The building they were touring wasn’t even the Capitol Building. It was another building on the campus.
  • There was a tape of Sen. Josh Hawley running out of the Senate chamber.
    • Democrats edited this tape to make Hawley look like a coward.
    • Democrats laughed at the edited video and Hawley’s “cowardice”.
    • Turns out the entire chamber was cleared and Hawley was one of the last to leave the chamber.

Something Shocking is Happening in the NBA

ESPN continues to prove that all the sports commentators are racist and that diversity in the NBA is just a catch word. Not only is the NBA and ESPN not diverse companies, they do everything they can to make sure the status quo stays within their little concept of the world.

First off, the NBA is about diverse as a KKK meeting. According to GZERO Media, 74.2% of the NBA is black, 16.9% is white (unknown what Asians are considered) and 8.9% are people of color. Keep that in mind when I read you this story.

Nikola Jokic is the odds-on favorite to win his third-straight NBA MVP Award.

The Serbia native is well on his way to becoming the fourth player in NBA history to win three straight MVPs, joining Wilt Chamberlain, Bill Russell and Larry Bird.

Jokic is averaging a triple-double (24.6 points, 11.7 rebounds, 10.0 assists) for the first-place Denver Nuggets.

But former NBA champion Kendrick Perkins, now an ESPN analyst, says there’s racial hypocrisy in the award’s voting.

Stepping Into It

Michael Knowles of the Daily Wire sure lit up social media on Saturday.

Knowles was speaking at CPAC on Saturday and he this:

The Left flipped completely out!

HuffPo, The Rolling Stone, Yahoo! News and the Daily Beast all wrote that Knowles was promoting a genocide against transgender people. That’s not what he said and any honest person would know that if they actually listened to the clip. The Daily Wire and Knowles himself threatened a lawsuit if the publications did not retract their stories and issue an apology. The outlets all changed the titles of their stories after the threat but I am not aware if any of them apologized.

California state representative Scott Weiner tweeted:

“These words were in a speech by a major right wing figure at a national conservative conference. It’s a straight up call for genocide. That’s what this fight is about. They want us gone.”

This genius wants to lower prison sentences for pedophiles and rapists (We’ll talk about this later this week) and thinks drag and trangenderism should be taught to kids as young as 6 years old.

Here’s the thing, Knowles didn’t say to eradicate trans people. He said the ideology needs to be eradicated because it affecting and confusing people, which is true. It needs to be removed from all institutions, especially the education system. We should be allowed to have norms in this country.

The other thing Knowles points out is this ideology is just wrong. There is no truth behind it. There is no science behind it. The ideology cannot stand up to scrutiny. That’s why these people just start screaming names at people who disagree with it.

Journalist Mark Hemmingway said:

“Transgenderism isn’t an orientation or anything we historically recognize; it’s an overwhelmingly new mimetic ideology where confrontationally transgressing against norms is part of the kink. The trans community are the aggressors here.”

They want to dance in front of kids, read to them in libraries and put this trans-crap in school curriculums. Who are the ones that are breaking the norms?

Podcast star Liz Wheeler tweeted:

“Good day to everyone especially michaeljknowles who was absolutely correct when he said we should eradicate transgenderism – the cultural practice of indulging psychiatric delusion to the point of mutilating children’s healthy bodies & erasing women.”

Matt Walsh of the Daily Wire tweeted:

“He is of course completely right about this,” wrote Walsh. “Trangenderism as a concept and an ideology is false, poisonous, and destructive to both the individual and society. It needs to be destroyed entirely. The fight to save children from this lunacy is but one phase in the overall war.”

Conservatives Need to Make Their Own

I talked bit about how Conservative outlets should work to create alternative products and services for people who want the stuff but don’t want the woke lecture that comes with it. Well we have a new business that Conservatives can tap into: Slack.

According to the Daily Wire:

The software company Slack informed Chaya Raichik, the founder of Libs of TikTok, this week that it permanetely suspended her from being able to use their services over a violation that the company would not disclose.

Babylon Bee CEO Seth Dillon, who is a top supporter of Libs of TikTok, posted a screenshot of the email that the company sent explaining their decision to not do business with Raichik.

“We are writing to let you know that we have suspended your workspace, lott-chat.slack.com, for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy,” the company said. “As highlighted in Slack’s Acceptable Use Policy, Slack may exercise its right to suspend or terminate your access.”

“We have refunded the most recent monthly charge of $75 to your credit card,” the email continued. “You can expect to see a refund on our card in 5-7 business days. We can provide you with a copy of the data stored in your Slack instance using an electronic file transfer service on request.”

If you don’t know Slack, it is a collaboration software that allows you to chat, video conference and share applications with multiple people.

If you don’t know who Libs of TikTok is, it’s a Twitter account that posts video from TikTok of trans people and Left wing teachers and what they say with very little commentary. Basically all this gal does is let Leftists show how screwed up their ideology and how they are pushing it on your kids. If you’re a person who thinks he’s trans, no problem for Slack. But if you post a teacher saying all her kids are trans and she’s not going to tell the parents, you’re gone.

So, if there any Conservative software developers, here’s an opportunity to make some money. Go to it.

In other examples of cancellation,  PNC Bank is going after the Trumps again.

According to Fox News:

PNC Financial Services Group Inc. abruptly terminated its business relationship with the news aggregation app company launched last year by Donald Trump Jr. and former Trump spokesman Taylor Budowich, Fox News Digital has learned, which the company called the latest move by “woke corporations” to silence conservatives.

MxM News was founded and launched last year by Trump Jr. and Budowich to compete with apps that aggregate news content for readers, like Apple News, Google News and others that conservatives have accused of censorship. The parent company of MxM News is ROCDIGITAL, LLC.

Budowich told Fox News Digital that he first learned of the abrupt closure of the company’s PNC account when he visited a Florida branch office to pay vendor invoices.

“The teller said he was unable to complete the transfers as the account had been closed and balance had been zeroed out,” Budowich told Fox News Digital.

This is what is really scary. When a bank, holding your money, just closes and zeros out an account without any real reasons. This can happen to anyone if it’s happening to a multimillion dollar company. This should also be illegal. The Trumps should be able to sue this bank and they should win.

Haircuts Are Racist?

Here is another dumb story about everything being racist. Honestly, I’m not exactly sure what is racist here because there are so many things that could be considered racist in this story and I’m not going to read the entire 3000 word essay.

The story is from the New York Times and is called, Black Equestrians Want to Be Safe. But They Can’t Find Helmets by McKenna Oxenden. Of course, she’s white.

Again, this broad wrote over 3000 words on this crap, but we can get the gist of it with the first few paragraphs. Here it is:

Chanel Robbins has been riding horses most of her life, ever since her grandmother traded a cow from their family’s farm in Ontario for a pony when she was 7.

Galloping through the fields on her pony, Star, offered an escape from thoughts that weighed on her — that she didn’t have a relationship with her biological parents, for instance, or that she was the only Black girl in the neighborhood, aside from her sister.

About eight years ago, she reconnected with her father, a native of Jamaica. As the two grew closer, Ms. Robbins decided to style her hair in locs, like her dad. But there was a problem: Her riding helmet no longer fit, and she couldn’t find one that did.

“I finally freaking feel like myself, and now society is asking me to change,” Ms. Robbins, 27, of Alliston, Ontario, said as she choked back tears. “I just want to be able to ride.”

Here’s the question I have for you, what racist? The horses? Horse riding? Is it helmets? Or is it making someone get a haircut. This article was kind of all over the place. I’m going to make an assumption, all of it is. She may not have meant that in the article but she did imply it. Let’s break this down.

Horses, like sidewalks and bridges, of unaware things. Horses wouldn’t know race if it fell on them. So this is just stupid but I’m not a hundred percent sure she was calling horses racist.

Is horse riding racist? Well, she says that in the title. But is it? The subject of the article can still ride horses. She says in the article that the rider wants to wear a helmet to be safe but she doesn’t have to. The rider decided to grow her hair out into these huge dreadlocks and now can’t find a helmet that fits. So she feels “unsafe.” She even said her grandfather suffered a neck injury while riding a horse.  No one is saying she can’t ride and she was riding with a helmet before she grew her hair out. It doesn’t sound like the sport is racist. It sounds like there are some requirements for the safety of the rider.

There are other sports that have requirements no one likes. You can’t have long hair in NASCAR because of the snugness of fit and all the drivers hate those neck braces they have to wear. But it is required and no one has died in a car crash in a while.

Are the companies who make helmets racist for not making a helmet to sccomodate this broad’s huge hair style? A helmet is designed to protect the skull and, therefore, must conform to the skull. It is not on your head to protect your hair. If one has a lot of hair, the skull does not have that protection. Also, a lot of hair makes it difficult for a helmet to stay securely on the head. Football players go through this in high school and college. Helmets are standardized and are made to fit a head with little hair. In the NFL, where you see everyone with dreadlocks, the helmets are customized. Even then, the hair needs to be shaped in a certain way. With all that, helmets still fall off more now than they did before everyone had big hair.

Finally, are haircuts racist? Here’s something the article never brings up. She can have long hair and wear a helmet. My daughter rode horses and had really long hair. She got the helmet on. This woman just can’t have the dreadlocks because it makes her hair too thick. She could grow her hair out.

You what’s stupid about this story? The fact the the New York Times made this into a story. These folks at the Times are running out of things to call racist. That’s why a story like this is so stupid and an obvious overreach.
