The World Cup

I am a huge soccer fan. I know that’s weird coming from an American, but I do love it. Because of that, you know I love the World Cup.

Yesterday was the World Cup final. Argentina played France. There was a lot of drama. Lionil Messi is considered the best player in the world but has never won a World Cup and this was going to probably be his last one. France won the World up four years ago and would have been the first team in 60 years to win back to back cup. They also had the leading scorer in a guy name Kylian Mbappe. The guy would probably win the Golden Boot or their version of the MVP.

Argentina started quickly with a 2-0 lead in the first half. It was looking like it was over. Messi scored a goal on a penalty shot. With 10 minutes left Mbappe scored and, two minutes later, scored again. With the game tied at the end regulation, 2-2, the game went into overtime. Overtime is made up of two 15-minute periods. If no winner can be found after 30 minutes, a shootout occurs. Mind you, it is not a sudden death.

Messi scored again with 9 minutes to go to take the lead, 3-2. With about two minutes left, Argentina committed a penalty within the goal box giving France a penalty kick. Mbeppe knocked it in. Game tied, 3-3. Mbappe ended up with a hat trick.

During the shootout, Argentina hit on the first four shots and France missed two. Argentina wins. So congrats to them.

Of course, one group will not be congratulating the Argentine team and that is the Washington Post. Last week, the released a story titled Why Doesn’t Argentina Have More Black Players in the World Cup by Erika Denise Edwards. In the article, she said:

But roughly 200,000 African captives disembarked on the shores of the Río de la Plata during Argentina’s colonial period, and, by the end of the 18th century, one-third of the population was Black. Indeed, not only is the idea of Argentina as a White nation inaccurate, it clearly speaks to a longer history of Black erasure at the heart of the country’s self-definition.

She goes through the history of Argentina in the slave trade. She does, begrudgingly admit, in paragraph 18, that Argentina does have a huge Hispanic population, but her history is about the whitewashing of the Hispanic population.

Well, here’s a problem she had and never points out. The entire population is either Hispanic or white. The entire population is 45 million people. The are about 145,000 black people. And, no, they are not slaves. They’re just not good enough to play soccer for the national team. And, looking that Argentina won the World Cup, the coaches made some good decisions on their personnel. They wanted to win. They wanted the best players. None of those players happen to be black.

What she also failed to mention is not that Argentina never had a black player on the team. They have. His name was Alejandro De Santos. He was really good and they put him on the team.

This story got huge pushback. People, from Argentina, were pointing out the facts of the case. Eventually, the Washington Post had to make a correction to the story that stated:

Due to an editing error, an earlier version of this piece noted that roughly one percent of the Argentinian population was Black according to a 2010 government released census. While the number of Black people cited was accurate, the percentage was actually far less than one percent and the piece has been amended to state that.

Of course, the question is, who the hell allowed this story to go forward?

The greatest response to this came from La Libertad Avanza, an official Argentine account (whatever that means). They tweeted in answering the Washington Post’s question of why there are no black players on the team:

People at the Washington Post just don’t get it. People in other countries don’t care what they think and even think it’s dumb.

Heck, people in the United States don’t care what they think. The news outlet has lost 500,000 subscribers over the last year. You know what that means! Layoffs! Merry Christmas.

Revenge is a Dish Best Served Cold!

Elon Musk is rocking and rolling with the suspensions at Twitter. Mostly for doxxing. Contrary to what the media is saying, he is not suspending people for no reason. His main reason is doxxing.

You have probably heard this name before and I know I have mentioned her in the past, Taylor Lorrenz. She is truly a terrible person that will find herself in hell if she does not get herself together. I am not damning her, I don’t have to. Her actions damn her.

In the past:

• She has written hit pieces filled with lies.
• She has contacted companies to get people fired or discontinue business with people she doesn’t like.
• She has tried to cancel people she doesn’t like from using social media companies.

But one of her worst sins is doxxing. She has given out the names and addresses of people who want to remain anonymous. One of the most notorious cases is with an account named Libs of TikTok. To this day, the owner of the account stays in her home because she’s afraid to leave.

Anyhow, Tay Tay was suspended by Twitter for violating their terms of service, specifically for doxxing. At least, that’s what Elon Musk said.

So, as what attention whores do when they want attention, Tay Tay decided to go on other platforms and proclaim that she has been suspended. Of course, the BS flowed. Here’s the first post I found:

• Notice, she uses the first name of the gal that runs Libs of TikTok. The doxxing continues.
• All seven strikes that Lorenz is talking about have been shown not to violate Twitter policy. Elon Musk showed this in his Twitter Files. The old employees just didn’t like her.
• She can join a segmented Twitter. It’s called the echo chamber of Instagram, Facebook, SnapChat, TikTok and YouTube.
• She’s on Twitter to create an echo chamber on Twitter.
• Misgendering, whatever that is, was never a policy. The old Twitter made it a policy. It’s also not a thing.

She’s not done. She loves this crap because she gets ton of attention. Well, Tay Tay, we’ll give it to you. But your fifteen minutes has started to count down.

• She did not have three tweets on her account. This sick bitch deleted all of her tweets that could get her suspended.

• The stuff she was pushing on her other social media accounts also involved things that were against Twitter’s policies (e.g.. doxxing).
• No one kicked her out because she said things no agreed with. She kicked off because she put people’s lives in jeopardy.

Finally, Tay Tay has delusions of grandeur. She thinks that she is so important that Elon Musk is personally monitoring and suspending her. Little hint, he knows but doesn’t care much. He’s in Qatar for the soccer championship. Here she goes:

Could This Be the End of the Church?

This is a very interesting story that is sure to stir a lot of controversy in the future concerning the Catholic Church’s commitment to what it professes to believe.

According to Fox News:

Father Frank Pavone, a firebrand pro-life activist who has stirred controversy over the issue within the Church, was removed from the Roman Catholic priesthood this fall.

Pavone was officially removed from the clergy on November 9 following receipt of a letter from Pope Francis’ representative in the U.S., according to the New York Times. The letter ordered that Pavone was to be removed with no possibility of appeal.

“This action was taken after Father Pavone was found guilty in canonical proceedings of blasphemous communications on social media, and of persistent disobedience of the lawful instructions of his diocesan bishop,” the letter reportedly reads, without specifying the communications.

Pavone claimed he had received no communication from the Vatican in an interview with the Catholic News Agency Saturday. Nevertheless, he said his removal comes as little surprise.

“I’ve been persecuted in the church for decades, decades. This is nothing new for me,” he told CNA. “They just don’t like the work I’m doing for these babies.”

What was his blasphemous communication? He said G-D once on Twitter in 2020. I looked through his feed and did not see anything that would be considered blasphemous. I didn’t even see the G-D remark. What I did say was a heavy social media presence, very anti-abortion and his belief that Democrats pro-abortion views are evil.

This can be difficult for the very Left-wing Pope Francis, who is anti-abortion but seems to tippy-toe around it because he’s a globalist and a climate activist. The United States is the enemy of the globalists because of the Constitution, the personal freedoms and individuality and guns. Pope Francis is not a fan of the United States and supports Democrats and the Left because he wants the transformation of the United States. He does not need to have a priest attacking his preferred political sect.

You can see this crack between the Conservative and Liberal philosophies within the Catholic Church just on the announcement of the defrocking.

This crack in Catholicism bothers me because anti-abortion is church doctrine. It has not changed but it seems this pope has gotten really soft with it because of…wait for it…politics. If the Catholic Church cannot take a hardline stance on something as evil as abortion, I don’t see how the religion survive. We are already seeing bending on gay relationships, individual freedoms and children out of wedlock. All this stuff is doctrine. It hasn’t changed.

I also feel that when the church bends to something as evil as abortion, I smell nothing but cowardice and I can’t support something like that.

The first openly transgender woman slated for execution in the US is appealing to Missouri’s governor for mercy, citing mental health struggles.

Lawyers for Amber McLaughlin, 49, on Monday asked Republican Gov. Mike Parson to spare her life before her Jan. 3 execution.

She was convicted of killing her 45-year-old ex-girlfriend Beverly Guenther on Nov. 20, 2003. Guenther was raped and stabbed to death in St. Louis County.

In a phone interview with the St. Louis Post-Dispatch Monday, McLaughlin described her looming execution as “a sad thing.”

“I don’t agree with it,” she said. “People should know I’m mentally ill.”

There is a singer in Wales who got married. I am going to go out on a limb and say the marriage isn’t going to make it. Apparently, the new hubby got really drunk on the honeymoon and made her pay for everything. Doesn’t sound like much of a story, huh? Well, there a caveat.

British singer Brocarde said Wednesday that her Victorian ghost husband Edwardo ruined their honeymoon by allegedly drinking too much in Wales and making her pay for everything, reports the Daily Star.

Disney continues to woke themselves out of a lot of money.

According to the New York Post:

A Disney announcement caused quite a splash with fans of “Splash Mountain.”

Disney said Friday that the iconic amusement park ride will go on its final hike on January 23, 2023 before being shut down indefinitely in order to become “Tiana’s Bayou Adventure” based on the 2009 film “Princess and the Frog,” reports Newsweek.

Splash Mountain first opened in 1989 and is based on the 1946 film ” Songs of the South.” The ride and film have since been criticized several times for having “racist undertones.”

“Here’s the thing, when I first heard Splash Mountain was on its way out a while back my first impression was ‘oh I guess that’s a bummer.’” tweeted one user. “But then I learned it was a ‘Song of the South’-themed ride and immediately switched to ‘oh burn it down 33 years ago,’ it’s not that hard.”

“There’s a reason that not a lot of people know it’s a Song of the South ride even if they’re familiar with the movie, and it’s because *nobody likes to talk about it,” continues the tweet.

I had to look at a video of someone going through the ride because I couldn’t remember it. What I do remember it was a bunch of animals singing Song of the South. There were no people in the ride. Just animals. I understand why people might think something is racial, well, I don’t understand. Brer Rabbit was a cartoon. I understand the tar baby thing. But, none of that was on the ride. Even Brer Rabbit wasn’t there.

Song of the South also actually embraced black culture. Uncle Remus was a character that passed down black folk lore. The music was mostly made by southern black people. The movie employed five black people in 1946 in the middle of Jim Crow. One was Hattie McDaniel, the first woman to win an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress in Gone with the Wind (another movie they wanted to cancel). Even the Tar Baby story of Brer Rabbit is African American folk lore. They’re basically wiping out black southern culture.

What are they replacing with? The theme will be Disney’s version of The Princess and the Frog. This movie is based on a Grimm Fairy Tale called The Frog Prince. It was written in Germany in 1812. Basically, Disney replaced the white characters with black characters, but it’s still a German story.

So, in short, Disney is changing the theme of this ride which now represents southern black culture, music and folklore and replacing it with the theme of a German fairy tale because of racism. Good job, Disney. Racism over.

  • To this day, we have no idea who did it. It’s just assumed it was a right wing person. In fact, Walsh and the Libs of TikTok offered a reward to find the person.

We can point to acts of violence like the attack on Rand Paul, the assignation attempt on Brett Kavanaugh and the attacks (multiple) on Lee Zeldin.

No evidence of anti-trans violence was given yesterday. Colorado Springs was by a guy who is non-binary and possibly trans. There was an incident where guys protested a drag time story time. None were armed and they were escorted out. They point to a bomb threat that was never solved and no motive was found. They accuse parents of being terrorists because they don’t want their kids sexualized. Heck, if you say a man can’t be a woman, you’re considered a terrorist and should be thrown in jail like we talked about yesterday.

They simply want you to shut up. They want social media to shut you up. That’s what this whole thing is about. Elon Musk is villain. It ain’t going to work. This whole thing orchestrated by the Left, backfired big time.

This Is Who He Cares About!

I love when Joe Biden signs a bill into law. Not because the law is probably a good one (and this one isn’t) but because he celebrates and says stupid things and things that reveal his true beliefs.

Yesterday, he signed the Respect for Marriage Act which basically legalizes at the federal level, gay and inter-racial marriage. • Clarence Thomas said that because those precedents are bad rulings.
• But Thomas also said he didn’t think the Supreme Court had the stomach to overturn those precedents.
• No one is going after inter-racial marriage, contraception or gay marriage. But two things can be right at once. They can be considered super precedence and they can be based on bad rulings.
• Finally is he talking about. Where exactly are gay people getting kicked out of diners? I’m sure we would have heard about if it was true. Hell, that cake shop in Colorado has been sued three times over just not baking a cake for a gay couple. I’m pretty sure if gay people were kicked out of a diner, this would have been a news story.
•  By the way, the LGBTQI+ group is the highest victim group in the intersectionality chain. Are these people really that victimized?

• Colorado Springs was committed by a guy who identifies as as non-binary. He’s part of the LGBTQI+ group. He definitely is because he “identifies” as it. That’s enough according to these people.

• “Callous laws” in certain states? They don’t believe that man on man marriage is as valuable as a man and woman marriage that can create children and a family? “Callous laws” that prevent doctors from assigning untested, castration hormones to children at the age of 12? “Callous laws” that prevent doctors from cutting the healthy tissue of 16-year-old children.
• By the way, I wish he was as concerned with straight marriages as much as he is about gay marriages.

Where is all this “trans-hate crap” going when it comes to this administration? The best way to find out is to look at Europe and Canada. Their policies always seem to be close to what we want to do.

A woman in Norway is facing criminal charges and a possible prison sentence of up to three years for stating that men can not be lesbians. Tonje Gjevjon, a lesbian artist, was notified on November 17 that she was under police investigation for hate speech over a statement she posted to Facebook.

In her post, Gjevjon railed against trans-identified males who call themselves “lesbians,” and condemned trans activists who seek to criminalize women who oppose gender ideology.

“It’s just as impossible for men to become lesbian as it is for men to become pregnant,” Gjevjon wrote, “Men are men regardless of their sexual fetishes.”

That’s what transvestitism is. That’s what drag is. It’s a fetish. It is impersonating women but to the extremes. It’s blackface.

Gjevjon particularly singled-out the actions of prominent Norwegian trans activist, Christine Jentoft – a man who claims to be a lesbian mother, and who currently serves as a representative for the nation’s leading trans activist group, Foreningen FRI.

Jentoft has been at the center of a clash between women’s rights activists and Norway’s hate speech legislation, which was revised in 2020. The amendments, which went into effect last year, included the category of “gender identity or gender expression” – a move women’s rights campaigners in the nation warned would result in a chill over free speech, especially where it related to the reality of biological sex.

Earlier this year, Jentoft filed criminal charges against Christina Ellingsen, a representative of Women’s Declaration International (WDI) Norway, for stating that men can neither be lesbians nor mothers. As reported by Reduxx in May, a police investigation was launched into Ellingsen’s alleged “transphobia,” and, like Gjevjon, she is facing up to three years in prison if found guilty.

By the way, this is already happening in Canada. There’s a guy named Jessica Yaniv who thinks he’s a chick in Canada who sued a beauty parlor because the woman would not wax is balls. Rob Hoogland is facing charges for fighting the trans-ing his kid in a court in Canada. They want to put you in jail if you don’t tow the party line. That’s why they compare people who don’t want to cut the boobs off of 16-year-old girls with anti-Semites, racists, bigots and homophobes.

Tis the season where we celebrate the birth of Christ and enjoy the holidays with family and, for Christians, the Christian community. Unfortunately, the Christian community is seen as evil and dangerous.

According to Fox News:

The head of conservative Christian group in Virginia is speaking out after members of her organization were turned away from a restaurant based solely on their religious views.

Victoria Cobb, president of the non-profit Christian lobbying organization Family Foundation of Virginia, told Fox News Digital that several members of her group were scheduled to hold a private event at a side room at Metzger Bar and Butchery in Richmond, Virginia when they received a call an hour and a half before the reservation saying their reservation had been canceled. 

The reason given for the cancelation, according to Cobb, was that a member of the staff at the restaurant had looked up the organization’s website, which states that the group advocates “for policies based on Biblical principles that enable families to flourish at the state and local level”, prompting the wait staff to refuse to serve the group.

“It’s alarming and disgraceful that a restaurant has a religious or political litmus test for who gets in the door,” Cobb told Fox News Digital. “I think people will find that very disturbing.”

Metzger Bar and Butchery released a statement on Instagram:

“Metzger Bar and Butchery has always prided itself on being an inclusive environment for people to dine in. In eight years of service, we have very rarely refused service to anyone who wished to dine with us.  Recently we refused service to a group that had booked an event with us after the owners of Metzger found out it was a group of donors to a political organization that seeks to deprive women and LGBTQ+ persons of their basic human rights in Virginia.”

“Many of our staff are women and/or members of the LGBTQ+ community. All of our staff are people with rights who deserve dignity and a safe work environment.  We respect our staff’s established rights as humans and strive to create a work environment where they can do their jobs with dignity, comfort and safety.”

Some things about this story:

• It is really tacky that they waited until an hour and a half before the event to cancel. But this will come back to hurt the bar.
• The bar is probably not in a great position when they let their employees run everything.
• The bar does not understand that what they are doing is pure discrimination against a group that makes up most of the country. Replace Christians with blacks and see what happens to Metzger’s Bar.
• Remember, this type of discrimination always takes a toll due to capitalism. I would never go to Metzger’s Bar again.
• I say, let Metzger’s Bar do what they want. They should be allowed to do this. But I don’t want to hear anything about a baker not baking a cake for a gay couple anymore.

  • That is good but still way over the two percent it’s suppose to be.

  • The fed is expected to raise the interest by .50% next week.
• Cambridge Dictionary is being criticized by conservatives on social media for altering the definitions of the words “man” and “woman” to include people who identify as a gender other than their biological sex.

This is Who the Left Supports

Tomorrow, Joe Biden is going to sign the Respect for Marriage Act. This is a big deal for the President because it could be the last bill he signs during his presidency. So he decided to pull all the stops and invite a bunch of people for the signing.

That includes two activist drag queens.

Marti Gould Cummings and, jeez, Brita Filter have been invited to the White House for the signing. Cummings (and I’m sure that name is not accidental) tweeted:

“To be a non binary drag artist invited to the White House is something I never imagined would happen. Thank you President & Dr. Biden for inviting me to this historic bill signing. Grateful doesn’t begin to express the emotions I feel.”

Cummings is a bit of an activist. She tried to run for city council once. Thank God she lost. She tweeted last June, during her campaign:

“I’m a proud fem queer nonbinary drag artist who wants to defund police & fund education, affordable housing, social work & I’m running for city council along w lot of other queer candidates & we are going to fight for you the people not police unions, not real estate, but for you.”

Last I checked, people don’t like crime and need places to live so I believe her message may have been part of the reason he was not elected. He also wants to abolish ICE and want to build the ACAB Café that would serve everyone except police officers.

He also likes to dance in front of children. In the video I saw, he was wearing a skimpy blue leotard lip syncing Baby Shark to a little girl. It was pretty gross. She tweeted about performing in front of children this:

“Anyone who thinks drag isn’t for children is wrong. Drag is expression, and children are such judgment-free beings; they don’t really care what you’re wearing, just what you’re performing.”

Seeing the Joe Biden likes to smell the hair of little girls and has been accused of showering with his daughter, it shouldn’t be surprising that Joe Biden invited this pervert to the White House.

I also want to point out that gays, lesbians and bisexuals don’t like trans-people. Lesbians are insulted by these people and want them kicked out of the community because they think they are being ghosted by these men. That’s where the term terf (trans-exclusionary radical feminist) comes from. In fact, this weekend, a group of lesbians protesting trans people were attacked by a group of men who think they are women. The guys stole their signs and assaulted the women. In fact, they had a pretty easy time of it. I wonder why?

But they are higher on the insectionality victim list.

A member of a Boston suburb’s Human Rights Commission resigned after posting a profanity-laden post to Facebook last week that mocked God and cursed her fellow citizens amid controversy regarding a local library’s Christmas trees.

The town of Dedham, Massachusetts, about 30 miles southwest of Boston, drew national attention after Lisa Desmond, manager of the local Endicott Branch Library, wrote on Facebook earlier this month that its annual Christmas tree display had apparently been canceled to prevent offending people.

“I have never posted a negative post on Facebook,” Desmond wrote on Dec. 2. “That is, until now. I found out today that my beautiful library will not have [its] Christmas tree this year.”

Understand something about this library. It celebrates Juneteenth, it celebrates Chanukah, it celebrates Kwanza. But the powers that be decided to skip Christmas this year. For the first time in the library’s history.

This really pissed off the gal who made the decision to get rid of the tree.

Fox News says it best:

Diane Loud, who was appointed to the Human Rights Commission in Dedham, Massachusetts, by the town’s Commission on Disability, reportedly called Desmond “a selfish f—ing b—-” in a subsequent Facebook post that accused her of endangering lives by raising the issue.

“For a tree? For a motherf—ing tree? You have put people’s lives in a lot of danger. A LOT of danger,” Loud wrote to Desmond.

Addressing others she speculated might also have been responsible for bringing the controversy to wider attention, Loud continued in part: “I hope the fact that you – who claim to believe in Christ and Christmas or whatever happy horses— you’re trying to hide behind – are the least gracious, most hateful, most disgusting trash in the world.”

“Is this what you think your magic sky daddy wants? Where in the Bible was this again?” she also wrote.

“In closing, I would like to add a F— YOU, YOU PIECES OF TRASH. I hate each and every one of you and I do wish great suffering on you. You are terrible, terrible people. And you did it all because you didn’t get your way. You are despicable,” Loud concluded.

A Pennsylvania school board member who refused to vote for “the only cis White male” on the board to serve as president has decided to resign from her position at the start of 2023.

Upper Moreland School District board member Jennifer Solot made the comments during an open school board meeting on Dec. 6, just before a vote was held to appoint a new board president.

• Notice she said “ciz” instead of “cis”? That’s because she’s working hard to be woke.
• So he’s the only straight white male on a school board? I would suggest that is half the problem with this school board.
• She doesn’t by her own BS. She realizes she is not voting for the other person because she’s good but because he a straight white guy. She suddenly decides to complement the other gal.

What have we learned about this gal? She doesn’t like straight people so she’s a bigot. She doesn’t like white people, so she’s a racist. She doesn’t like men, so she’s a sexist.

Part IV of the Twitter files was released on Saturday. This one was about what led up to the banning of Donald Trump from Twitter. This one was quite interesting. It was written by author Michael Shallenberger. In included, as usual, screen grabs of chats and E-mails and data dumps.

Here’s what we learned:

•  Michael Shellenberger showed examples of pressure from major outside figures calling on the company to ban the former president.
• Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey was on vacation at the time and that “Twitter’s staff & senior execs were overwhelmingly progressive.”
• The next several tweets showed internal discussions between Roth and other Twitter employees, who Shellenberger shielded by not disclosing their names, that showed Roth and his team were excited about “progress!” that the company was making toward taking action against Trump’s Twitter account.
• Some Twitter employees were worried about what they were doing, calling it “dictatorial”.
• We learned that the shadow banning of Trump started a week before the 2020 election. Oops.
• We found out that the Terms of Service were changed several times with the sole purpose of banning Trump.
• All this was done before the January 6th riot. It’s been proven now that his suspension had the riot.
• Finally, it was shown that Twitter employees were influenced by some big people which include Michelle Obama and the ADL.

These things just keep coming and everything we thought has been proven to be true. The problem is none of this is illegal. No one is going to jail over this. It’s unethical and it did influence the election and maybe they will have some of their privileges taken away, but I don’t see much coming out of this so far.

In the biggest news this weekend, the terrorist responsible for the Lockerbie bombing in 1988 is finally being released from a Libyan prison and being sent to the United States.

According to the Daily Wire:

The Libyan man suspected of making the bomb that took down a commercial flight over Lockerbie, Scotland, in 1988, killing 270 people, is in U.S. custody after more than three decades, authorities said Sunday.

Details involving Abu Agila Mohammad Mas’ud Kheir Al-Marimi’s handover by Libyan officials were not divulged, but he is due to appear in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia as early as this week. Some 190 of the victims were Americans.

Some details about the story:

• Pan Am Flight 103 was brought down on Dec. 21, 1988, by a bomb placed in the Boeing 747’s cargo hold in what remains the single deadliest terror attack in the history of the United Kingdom. The plane had departed London and was en route to John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York.
• Among the dead Americans were 35 students from Syracuse University.
• Masud was a Libyan intelligence operative who allegedly carried out the attack on the orders of late Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.
• In 2003, Gaddafi agreed to a $2.7 billion settlement that provided $10 million to each of the victims’ families.
• As part of the deal, Libya was removed from the U.S. list of governments that supported terrorism.
• Masud has also been linked to a 1986 bombing at a Berlin disco that killed three people.
• Libyan Abdelbaset al-Megrahi, convicted in 2001 for his role in the bombing, is the only person brought to justice in the attack to date.
  • He was sentenced by a Scottish court to 27 years in prison but was released in 2009 after being diagnosed with terminal cancer.
  • He died in Libya three years later.

This is great news. I remember when this bombing happened and it was a terrible tragedy. Hopefully, he’s not given a $7500 bail amount and released right away. This is the Washington DC court system.

This Needs to be Said More Often

This is something that needs to be said more often.

A reality star named Daniel Holmes is in trouble. He stars in the reality show  “Married at First Sight” and is a personal trainer. I do have to point out that he is also a recovering steroid addict.

He posted a picture on Instagram of overweight mannequins modeling plus size Nike workout clothing. He made a post stating:

“Those that say this is empowering are completely delusional. It’s promoting early death. There is no power in that.”

Of course, he was lambasted online. People said he was body shaming. one person even made a comment about his steroid addiction, which is dirty pool since he admitted the problem. He said that his post was taken out of context, but he did not apologize. In fact, he doubled down:

“I’ve done a bit of a scan of all the crazy DMs and got a bit of an overview of what people were saying. And what people were saying was ‘what are people supposed to wear in the gym if they can’t promote overweight activewear.’

“Hey – clothes? It’s just the gym. It’s just a bunch of metal objects that you pick up. You don’t necessarily need to wear a particular brand of clothing to do that. That’s not the issue, it’s when brands start to cater to unhealthy body types — my concern is where does that lead?

“I understand it is quite difficult to lose weight. The steps in order to do it are relatively simple but to execute it is pretty difficult… I worked in the fitness industry for close to 10 years and it isn’t a new subject to me.

“When we have brands that essentially promote this idea to make money, yes, I have an issue with that.”

He’s absolutely correct and good for him for standing his ground. Let’s just hope he doesn’t cave.

Two things about this story:

• I’m glad he’s calling out this body positivity movement.
  • There is no reason to be ashamed of one’s body, even if one is overweight.
  • But it should be that one always wants to improve.
  • There is nothing beneficial to being over weight.
    • It doesn’t look good.
    • It’s extremely unhealthy.
    • People like Lizzo have normalized morbid obesity.
    • Lizzo is not pretty, not attractive and I don’t want to see her in thongs.
  • I said I don’t body shame. That’s not true. I body shame myself. That’s why I go to the gym.
• I’m also thrilled that he called out Nike especially.
  • They are one of the worst corporations in America. They are as bad an Apple and Disney.
  • They make their shoes in China with slave labor.
  • They turn around and sell their shoes to you for $200.
  • They have been caught saying they are a Chinese company.
  • They are woke as sin when in comes to America but will not call out China.
  • They are a big part of the reason the NBA threw fits about all the anti-Chinese sentiment when they took over Hong Kong.

The three co-founders and stockholders cleared regulatory hurdles to acquire First State Bank of Elmore City, Oklahoma, the state’s first and oldest bank, and will rename the financial institution Old Glory Bank. According to a press release, the company will “never cancel law-abiding customers for their beliefs or for exercising their lawful rights of free speech.”

Some things about the story:

• Another investor will be William Shine, the former co-president of Fox News and president of Fox Business News, who serves as executive chairman.
• John rich said: “It’s been dismaying to see the political weaponization of the financial system. Old Glory Bank was created to be the full banking solution for folks who still believe in freedom and the greatness of America.”
• Ben Carson said: “Old Glory Bank will serve lower- and middle-income Americans and those Americans that other banks have marginalized and ignored, hard-working patriots who keep this country running every day.”
• People will be able to round up to the nearest dollar and determine what charity the bank would donate to.
• It will be backed by the FIDC.
• The venture comes as established financial institutions grow increasingly hostile toward free expression. PayPal, which has deplatformed multiple organizations and commentators for their political views, unveiled a change to its acceptable use policy two months ago that would have banned the promotion of “misinformation” and drawn $2,500 penalties from account holders deemed to be in violation.
• Other companies, such as Amazon, Twitter, and Facebook, have sanctioned conservatives over their positions on controversial social issues, including transgenderism, vaccine mandates, and homosexuality.
• GoFundMe seized millions raised for trucker protests in Canada earlier this year.
• Google began suppressing search results for crisis pregnancy centers.
• Companies like American Express, Visa and Mastercard are reclassifying gun purchases. This is in preparation to ban gun purchases with these cards. We’re already seeing this with smaller credit card companies.

I hope this bank goes national and more people go out and do this. This is how woke companies will go away. People don’t want to be lectured every time they want to buy something or do some business.

That’s not how it is working. Musk wants everyone to be able to say anything they want (to a point). He believes that banning and suspending people should be a last resort. But he is doing it. He suspended Kanye West for posting anti-Semitic material. I don’t think he should have, but he did. He has also permenantly banned Alex Jones.

I don’t know why she is bitching about. Musk making the determination of what can be said is a good thing because it is really transparent. We know it is Musk making the decisions. As far as the “billionaire” thing, what about Facebook, Instagram, the New York Times, the Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal and all the other platforms and publications? They are all run by billionaires. She doesn’t have too much of a problem with them (except the Wall Street Journal which is run by Rupert Murdoch). Maybe it’s because, to those companies, she’s a hero.

I am also shocked that there is so much being made about Twitter, everyone is forgetting about Apple, who more and more appears to be a Chinese company controlled by the CCP. During the riots in China, Apple decided to discontinue their Air Drop service in China. This service was used by Chinese citizens to transfer information outside of China without being blocked or monitored. Here is the same Fox News reporter asking Apple CEO, Tim Cook, who uses slave labor in China to make your iPhones including Uyghur concentration camp prisoners, about cancelling air drop and the protesters in China. Yeah, we should worry about Twitter allowing free speech. Maybe we should worry about companies like Apple and TikTok (an actual Chinese company) that help the tyranny of China and not worry about Elon Musk and Twitter.

More Twitter Drama

Elon Musk continues to light the world up. On Friday, he released a rather long Twitter thread on journalist, Matt Taibbi’s Twitter account. Musk sent his findings to Taibbi who published it to Twitter. I will summarize the tweet storm and then tell you what I think.

Here is the introductions:

As time progressed, however, the company was slowly forced to add those barriers. Some of the first tools for controlling speech were designed to combat the likes of spam and financial fraudsters. Slowly, over time, Twitter staff and executives began to find more and more uses for these tools. Outsiders began petitioning the company to manipulate speech as well: first a little, then more often, then constantly. 

The next 30 posts involved evidence which included E-mails and forensic information. What we learned:

• The Biden campaign team was directly involved with what on Twitter should be censored. Some of the accounts banned include pro-Republican and anti-China accounts. Forensic information was provided.
• Forensic information was also provided concerning James Woods account being suspended at a direct request by the DNC.
• Here’s what disturbing, both the Trump administration and the Biden campaign were in contact with Twitter.
• But the censorship was not balanced. 99% of Twitter employees donated to the Democrats. A chart was provided showing this.
• Now, to the Hunter Biden story:
• Twitter took extraordinary steps to suppress the story, removing links and posting warnings that it may be “unsafe.” They even blocked its transmission via direct message, a tool hitherto reserved for extreme cases, e.g. child pornography.
• White House spokeswoman Kaleigh McEnany was locked out of her account for tweeting about the story, prompting a furious letter from Trump campaign staffer Mike Hahn, who seethed: “At least pretend to care for the next 20 days.”
• This led public policy executive Caroline Strom to send out a polite WTF query. Several employees noted that there was tension between the comms/policy teams, who had little/less control over moderation, and the safety/trust teams.
• Strom’s note returned the answer that the laptop story had been removed for violation of the company’s “hacked materials” policy.
• Although several sources recalled hearing about a “general” warning from federal law enforcement that summer about possible foreign hacks, there’s no evidence – that I’ve seen – of any government involvement in the laptop story. In fact, that might have been the problem…
• The decision was made at the highest levels of the company, but without the knowledge of CEO Jack Dorsey, with former head of legal, policy and trust Vijaya Gadde playing a key role.
• “They just freelanced it,” is how one former employee characterized the decision. “Hacking was the excuse, but within a few hours, pretty much everyone realized that wasn’t going to hold. But no one had the guts to reverse it.”
• You can see the confusion in the following lengthy exchange, which ends up including Gadde and former Trust and safety chief Yoel Roth. Comms official Trenton Kennedy writes, “I’m struggling to understand the policy basis for marking this as unsafe”.
• Several E-mails were revealed that said the censoring of the story was “f-ed”. But they went with it anyway.
• There was an e-mail exchange involving Ro Khanna concerned this might be a First Amendment issue. It is not clear if Khanna was worried about violating free speech or being caught violating free speech (though I think it is the former).
• A consulting company called NetChoice sent an E-mail stating that the House Judiciary Committee was polled (3 Democrats and 9 Republicans) and they wondered why the story was blocked. NetChoice warned that a “blood bath” was coming from investigations.
• Carl Szabo, a guy from NetChoice, sent a letter that showed the attitudes of law makers:

That is an amazing letter. The Democrats want more moderation of Democratic scandals so the coverup of this scandal doesn’t look like that big a deal. And the 1st Amendment is not absolute? Since when?

I listened to a space on Twitter while the thread was being released. One of the guys talking was political commentator Sebastion Gorka, a Conservative political commentator. He said the release of these files was not that big a deal because there was no real evidence. I disagree. I think this is the perfect amount of evidence. Here’s why:

• We have names, dates, E-mails.
• There are a lot more that they would not release. E-mails never go away, I’m sure he has a bunch more.
• That forensic data clip, there’s a lot more. That is going to be used to figure out how slanted the company was.
• The fact that Ro Khanna used his G-Mail account is telling. This is an unsecure account that cannot be tracked by the government.
• We also see the philosophy the old regime had when it comes to free speech.

So disagree with Gorka. Yes, there isn’t a ton of evidence, but it shows Musk potentially has a ton of evidence.

What happens now, we’ll have to see. Republicans barely control the House so they will investigate. The have nothing to do with the Senate and Presidency, so nothing will be questioned there. The media is dead silent about this except for Fox News and other Conservative media outlets. I’m thinking everyone is hoping this just goes away.

It won’t. Elon Musk is planning another data dump this week. She will be using Taibbi and Bari Weiss this time. Can’t wait to see what this one reveals. But if it reveals nothing, Elon Musk has proven to be the champion troll and marketer. Twitter was going insane on Friday.
