A Terrible Story

This is an awful story in every way. One of the reasons I didn’t bring it up is because there was so much mystery surrounding it. There still is and I’m sure I’m going to have to talk about this again later as more news comes out. But what makes this story so terrible, besides what happens, is how the President, the media and activists used an apparent tragedy involving a child as a political talking point.

What’s worse, it turns out it is Biden’s own policies that may have created this tragedy.

Here’s the story:

• The Supreme Court overruled Roe versus Wade.
• A doctor said to the Indianapolis Star that there is a story of a 10-year-old girl who was raped in Ohio but had to go to Indiana to get an abortion. She used this as a reason why overturning Roe versus Wade is such a bad thing.
• President Biden, in a speech, used the story as an example of why Roe versus Wade should not have been overturned.

There were some real problems with the story. Enter Fox News. They went after it to find out what happened. One of the first things they found out is that no one in Ohio or Indiana knew anything about it.

• It is required by law that violence against a child be reported to law enforcement (including by the doctor who gave out the story).
• The doctor knew too much about the child’s condition. She said the child was three days past the cutoff for an abortion in Ohio. How would she know that?
• By the way, abortion laws are not that strict in Ohio. They have a heartbeat bill not a ban after a set amount of time.
• Law enforcement in both states said nothing has been reported.
• The doctor is apparently very popular on cable news, appearing on CNN and MSNBC.
• The doctor is also a rabid proabortion activist.

I was going to talk about this on Tuesday, but I knew there had to be more to this story. Well, there is but things are still really fuzzy.

• An illegal immigrant in Ohio has allegedly confessed to the rape of a young girl in a case that bears similarities to a widely reported claim about a pregnant child who traveled to Indiana for an abortion.
• Gershon Fuentes, 27, of Columbus, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with first-degree rape.
• He confessed to raping the child at least twice.
• The outlet noted that police were informed of the girl’s pregnancy after her mother reported it to Franklin County Children Services on June 22.
• It is still unclear whether Ohio law forced the girl to cross state lines to obtain an abortion, since the pregnancy likely would have caused a health risk to the girl and thus would be covered under Buckeye State law.
• Fox News’ Aishah Hasnie, citing a “source,” questioned whether the girl was “simply referred to an expert in a different state.”
• The doctor is now under investigation for a HIPAA violation.

Not a good look for the Biden administration to run with this story without knowing all the details. More so that we have 250,000 illegals crossing the border on a monthly basis. They just gave Peter Doocy a ton of questions for Karin Jean Pierre. I can’t wait to hear them.

People just don’t want to go to work anymore.

According to the Daily Wire:

Over 300 Virginia bureaucrats have quit since Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin announced in May that state employees must show up to their jobs following more than two years of remote work since the onset of the COVID pandemic. 

Employees from five different state agencies resigned after Youngkin’s new work policy, some specifically citing “telework options” as their reason for leaving, ABC 8 News reported. 

Good. When costs end up to high and they go through all the money in their savings accounts that they got from the government, let’s see how all those people get through life.

• The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) lost 183.
• Virginia Department of Health lost 78 employees.
• Virginia Employment Commission had 38 workers quit.
• The Department of Housing and Community Development and the Department of Emergency Management lost 13 workers.

Virginia Governmental Employees Association (VGEA) lobbyist Dylan Bishop said:

“We had anticipated that the shift in policy would result in an exodus of workers, which is really concerning because of the state’s recruitment and retention issues.”

This is why there should not be any public sector unions. What this guy should have said to his constituents is, “Get back to work because the boss wants you there.”

Listen, we have high inflation, high energy prices, housing is costing more and, very soon, interest rates are going to soar to control inflation which is going to raise unemployment and the ability to get a job. I think the worst thing someone can do is quit simply because they are told they have to go to work.

Could This Be True?

According to the New York Post:

A Brazilian influencer had to be wheeled through a Portuguese airport after she experienced “horrible pain” from holding in her farts.

Viih Tube, whose real name is Vitória De Felice Moraes, 21, was at the Rock in Rio Lisboa 2022 music festival in Portugal with her boyfriend Eliezer, when she began experiencing pain.

Moraes was too embarrassed to pass gas in front of her significant other, according to The Sun.

Moraes posted a video to her Instagram stories of her being pushed in a wheelchair and tagged Brazilian singer Pocah, who had been hospitalized with trapped gas earlier this year.

Apparently this is a common problem for Brazilian women. Apparently, a gal named Viviane de Queiroz Pereira had to be hospitalized because she held her farts in because her relationship with her boyfriend was not yet on “farting terms”.

I didn’t know this was even a thing but apparently it is.

Parent of the Year

Here is an example of what good parenting is.

According to the New York Post:

A mom went viral for making her 18-year-old daughter sign a lease to stay at home and then experienced a wave of negative comments.

The Oklahoma mother of six posted a video of her daughter signing the document to TikTok. She called it a “teaching moment” as the song “It’s a Hard Knock Life” from the musical “Annie” played in the background.

The video has since received more than 1.6 million views, almost 130,000 likes and over 4,000 comments.

But despite framing this decision as a way to set up her daughter for success, not everyone is on board with making her child pay for room and board.

Multiple commenters talked about their own life, and how they aren’t on speaking terms with their parents after they made the same decision.

She got a lot of crap from the TikTok community which usually means that you’re doing something right. The detractors are complaining that mom would be helping her more by teaching her how to save money.

She is charging her daughter $100 a month and points out, because she signed a lease, she now is creating a renter history. She believes she is teaching her daughter how to be independent.

This is being a good parent.

Up, Up and Away

The new Consumer Price Index for June is out and it’s bad. Worse than I’ve ever seen it and it doesn’t look like it’s going to get better any time soon.

• Inflation spiked to 9.1%.
• Forecasters saw this going to 8.8%.
• Prices jumped 1.3% in the one-month period from May.
• Core prices, which exclude more volatile measurements of food and energy, climbed 5.9% from the previous year.
• Energy prices rose 7.5% in June from the previous month, and are up 41.6% from last year.
• The food index, meanwhile, climbed 1% in June.
• Rent costs also surged in June, jumping 0.8% over the month.

That might not even be the worst news for the economy this week. Businesses are suppose to release their profit reports and they are not expected to be great. Looking at what some of the tech companies are doing, we could be in for some rocky days.

Biden keeps touting the jobs report which has been pretty decent over the last year. But that could change sooner than we think. Tesla is laying off workers. Google is in a hiring freeze and Amazon’s profits are way down so expect them to freeze hiring.

Here’s what we can expect:

• Interest rates are going to have to go up again and go up a lot.
• With interest up, homes and cars are going to become very expensive.
• Investment within business is going to go down which means:
  • The stock market will go through a correction again.
  • There will be layoffs.

And this administration is doing absolutely nothing about it.

The World Health Organization will update its gender guidance to reflect its belief that gender goes “beyond non-binary,” the organization has announced.

The WHO has an existing “gender mainstreaming manual” which argues that there are many genders existing on a spectrum from male to female. The organization now says that does not go far enough, however.

The updated guidance will focus on “highlighting and expanding on the concept of intersectionality, which looks at how gender power dynamics interact with other hierarchies of privilege or disadvantage, resulting in inequality and differential health outcomes for different people,” the WHO website reads at the time of reporting.

The update will also emphasize “going beyond non-binary approaches to gender and health to recognize gender and sexual diversity, or the concepts that gender identity exists on a continuum and that sex is not limited to male or female.”

So if I have prostate cancer but I identify as a woman, what is the WHO’s recommendation? Yeah, it’s BS. I’ll even go so far as to say this is a Chinese plan. Don’t forget, the UN and the WHO are in the pockets of China. The WHO lied about the China virus coming from China and promoted all the lies China was spitting out about the China virus. I can see China pushing this crap (by the way, China is trying to create a more masculine military) and then, while we’re arguing about pronouns, they just take over the United States.

Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Ala. thinks like I do. He released a statement about this:

Good Luck with That

So Michael Moore, who did some movies 20 years ago has decided he’s going to write the 28th Amendment which would over turn the 2nd Amendment. I know this is all bullshit and no such thing is going to happen. If we lose the 2nd Amendment, it will just be taken away. I also want to point out that Michael Moore hates the Constitution so I thought this would be entertaining.

The first thing to take note of is the amendment has eight sections. In other words, he made it long and complicated. That is one of the things the Founding Fathers didn’t want to do. That’s why the Bill of Rights can be read in fifteen minutes.

So let’s take a look at this piece of fairy tale.

Section 1

The inalienable right of a free people to be kept safe from gun violence and the fear thereof must not be infringed and shall be protected by the Congress and the States. This Amendment thus repeals and replaces the Second Amendment.

Fear. That’s the key word here. Understand something, to be free means one cannot fear to free. Freedom must be fought for and that takes bravery.

What Moore also misses here is if we were allowed to carry guns, we would not have to fear criminals. Criminals would think twice robbing anyone if they thought the law abiding citizen could protect himself.

I also want to point out the Second Amendment is made to protect us from the government. Moore just wants to give the government all the control and protect us instead of us relying on ourselves. We already see how this worked out.

Section 2

Congress shall create a mandatory system of firearm registration and licensing for the following limited purposes: (a) licensed hunters of game; (b) licensed ranges for the sport of target shooting; and (c) for the few who can demonstrate a special need for personal protection. 

All who seek a firearm will undergo a strict vetting process with a thorough background check, including the written and confidential approval of family members, spouses and ex-spouses and/or partners and ex-partners, co-workers and neighbors. A mental health check will also be required. There will be a waiting period of one month to complete the full background check. 

Yeah, no problems here. I would love to get a personality check from my ex-wife. The mental health check is another thing. Psychiatrists are witch doctors as far as I’m concerned.

Firearms registration is unconstitutional because of the 2nd Amendment (thank God). It’s none of the government’s business what I own.

By the way, none of this matters. You’ll find out why later.

Section 3

Those who meet all the requirements for the restricted gun owners groups and successfully pass the background check must take a firearms safety class and pass a written test on an annual basis. 

Just making it hard to have guns. I’m surprised he didn’t put in that one must have gun owner’s insurance.

Section 4

The minimum age for the restricted groups who can own a firearm is 25 years old. Renewal and review of the firearms license will occur on an annual basis. 

Who does the review? The government? And what matrix do they use?

Section 5

Congress will stipulate and continually update the limited list of approved firearms for civilian use, including weapons in the future that are not yet invented. The following firearms are heretofore banned:  

 • All automatic and semi-automatic weapons and all devices which can enable a single-shot gun to fire automatically or semi-automatically;    

• Any weapon that can hold more than six bullets or rounds at a time or any magazine that holds more than six bullets;    

• All guns made of plastic or any homemade equipment and machinery or a 3D printer that can make a gun or weapon that can take a human life.

Weapons that have not been invented?

He wants to ban all guns. With his description, revolvers can be considered semi-auto.

Section 6

Congress shall regulate all ammunition, capacity of ammunition, the storage of guns, gun locks, gun sights, body armor and the sale and distribution of such items. No weapons of any kind whose sole intention is the premeditated elimination of human life are considered legal. Congress may create future restrictions as this amendment specifically does not grant any American the “right” to own any weapon.

Regulate body armor? Why?

Congress can create future restrictions as long as they don’t grant a “right” to own a firearm? I’m pretty sure this is contrary to what the Founding Fathers believed when they wrote the Constitution.

Section 7

Police who are trained and vetted to use firearms shall be subject to comprehensive and continuous monitoring and shall be dismissed if found to exhibit any racist or violent behavior.

Of course, that needed to be added.

Section 8

Persons already owning any of the above banned firearms, and who do not fall into the legal groups of restricted firearms owners, will have one month from the ratification of this Amendment to turn in their firearms for destruction by local law enforcement. These local authorities may organize a gun buy-back program to assist in this effort.

And if I don’t turn in my legally owned weapon? You going to throw a law-abiding citizen in prison?

As much as Michael Moore likes calling Conservatives Nazis, this is Nazi crap. How do we know? Because this is what the Nazis did.

We talk about this a lot, but it is still uncommon to have someone who has been through the process and explains he/she has gone through gender transition only to regret it. It is becoming more common though it is being suppressed by the media, the psychology profession and educators.

Seventeen-year-old Chloe Cole, who de-transitioned after chemical and surgical treatments in a fruitless effort to become male, said Florida officials. The radical gender theory sweeping the nation can have dangerous and even deadly consequences on kids.

Chloe, who at age 13 took puberty blockers and two years later had a double mastectomy, which “irreversibly and painfully” damaged her body, said she now is unlikely to ever be a mother and faces a heightened risk of cancer. Her testimony came during a public hearing on whether Florida should reimburse people for what advocates call “gender-affirming care.”

AOC and Ted Lieu are really pissed off at the overturning of Roe versus Wade. So they have asked Chuck Schumer, the majority leader of the Senate to use the “liar, liar, pants on fire” condemnation in the Senate.

In a letter, they wrote to Schumer:

“We request that the Senate make its position clear on whether Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch lied under oath during their confirmation hearings. We must call out their actions for what they were before the moment passes so that we can prevent such a mendacious denigration of our fundamental rights and the rule of law from ever happening again.” 

Here’s the thing, the Justices never lied.

The Daily Wire explains it best:

Both Gorsuch and Kavanaugh stated during their confirmation hearings that they considered Roe — along with its successor, Planned Parenthood v. Casey — to be settled precedent in the eyes of the court. Many took those statements to mean that they would never vote to overturn the two landmark abortion cases — which they did in late June. But stating that those cases were “precedent” did not mean that either justice was lying — nor did it necessarily constitute a promise to never overturn said precedent.

The fact that both Roe and Casey were “precedent” did not mean that they were necessarily constitutional or that they were not simply bad law, however. Plessy v. Ferguson — which allowed for segregation under the banner of “separate but equal” — was also precedent once, until Brown v. Board of Education reversed that. Korematsu v. United States — which allowed for the internment of Japanese Americans during World War II — was also considered precedent until it wasn’t.

What the Justices did, and that includes Amy Coney Barret, that Roe was precedent. That’s it. They never said it was a super precedent like Brown versus the Board of Education. Sad Day

Another mass shooting occurred in Highland Park, Illinois. Here are the details:

• The suspect was a 21-year-old man.
• The suspect was from the area and had been planning this for several weeks.
• He dressed as a woman to blend in and disguise himself. He has several facial tattoos that needed to be covered.
• He had two rifles were purchased by him in Illinois, legally. That’s going to be a huge issue.
• He climbed onto a roof of a store via a ladder that was in the back of the store.
• Once on the roof, he started shooting killing six and injuring thirty.
• He then crawled down the roof and started running like the rest of the people, blending in. He was able to escape that way.
• He was taking off in his car when he was spotted by the police. He gave up without incident which is not a shock.
• There has been no motivation found.
• The shooting seems to be completely random. No motivation of race, religion or politics.

Of course, this can’t go without making it political. This is going to be another example of just-make-it-political-and-don’t-wait-for-the-information kind of thing. Here is Illinois governor, J.B. • This guy was obviously insane. There is nothing that makes sense about why he did this.
• Police and educators have known about this guy’s mental problems since he was in middle school.
• His social media accounts are filled with violence and signs of mental problems.
• His uncle said he was a lonely kid who had issues.

No one did anything about it including the government bureaucracies. He had no problem buying the guns, background checks didn’t work…again. The school system and police knew this kid had issues and they did nothing. I should give my guns up and trust the government to protect me and my family

Real Patriotism

According to the Daily Wire:

NPR’s Steve Inskeep scrapped his traditional 4th of July reading of the Declaration of Independence on Monday after more than three decades, and instead opted to devote the segment to a discussion on equality.

After a bit of a false start in 2021 — when the hosts read the Declaration but drew attention to what they believed were flaws and hypocrisies — Inskeep and his co-host Leila Fadel ended the 33-year tradition in 2022. They replaced it with an 11-minute segment examining what equality truly meant, both when the Declaration of Independence was written and in the years since then.

According to Harvard historian Jill Lepore:

“It’s fashionable, and rightfully so, to indict the limits of [Jefferson’s] vision. But in the 18th century, even the idea that all white men are created equal was a radical notion at the time. Those men lived in a highly ranked culture, and a declaration of equality is throwing that away, or challenging that in a revolutionary manner.”

This is the problem with these people. They look at the history and then compare the document with the flaws in the country at the time and invalidate the document because of those problem. Yes, we had slavery, women did not have the rights they deserved, property owners had more rights than regular citizens. The Founding Fathers knew this. They wrote it in the Constitution. They discuss this in the Federalist papers. They acknowledge that there was injustice in the country and only time would fix those injustices. That’s why there is an amendment process in the Constitution, to fix the flaws.

What’s worse with these people, though, is it’s not enough just to point out to the inconsistencies in the document with the time, they have to make crap up about the founding documents. What is she talking about “all white men are created equal”?

Let’s read the most important text of the Declaration of Independence:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Mind you, “all men are created equal” should not be read literally, which the Left does all the time. By “men” the mean “human beings”. That includes black people, women, the Irish and German. Everyone. We know this because there are tons of documents that state this like the Federalist Papers. These people are so busy trying to invalidate these documents, they fail to see the beauty of the words and ideas and how far we have come as a country.

Why do they do this? Because they hate the freedoms the Constitution and the promises of the Declaration of Independence. They want to transform this country into some weird European globalist thing. Unfortunately for them, the Constitution is getting in the way.

Wow, these people are miserable. The only thing they all agree with is that the flag is bad and the want to leave America. Here’s what I have to say to all these miserable, angry, stupid people: Leave the country already. You’re are free to go. Go to Ukraine. These people support Ukraine.   • That’s going to be a problem for the trans community.
• Jessica Chastain flashed her middle fingers online in a photo she captioned, “Happy ‘Independence’ Day from me and my reproductive rights.” And she posted a picture of her flipping off the camera.
• Michael Moore tweeted his thoughts:
  • “A mass shooting to celebrate the 4th. A wealthy class that doubled its wealth while the country suffered. A Supreme Court that stripped 51% of our citizens of their reproductive rights while removing gun laws & killing the EPA.”
  • Then added: “I cannot in good conscience continue to receive the privileges of ‘full citizenship’ in this land when all of its women and girls have now been, by Court decree, declared official second-class citizens with no rights to their own bodies and conscripted to a life of Forced Birth should they fall pregnant and not want to be.”
  • He concluded: “Until women’s rights have been fully reinstated, and their equal rights are enshrined in our Constitution (now that the required 38 states have passed the Equal Rights Amendment), I will not shut up about this. If you invite me to dinner that’s all I’m gonna talk about. • Chris Hayes of MSNBC kept up the love for the United States:“We won’t acknowledge that we are a violent people to begin with. • The Supreme Court has ordered, 6-3, that states cannot deny funding to religious schools because they are religious. Now, states have to pay parents who choose to send their kids to a religious school.
• Joe Biden has asked Congress that will pass a law that pauses the gas tax for three months.
• A 6.1 magnitude earthquake hit Afghanistan. So far, 1000 are dead and 1500 are injured but the numbers are expected to go up.
• No one wants a picture with Kamala Harris. The DNC cancelled a a fund raiser hosted by Kamala Harris because they couldn’t get anybody to attend.
• The police in Uvalde are in big trouble.
  • Police were at the school 3 minutes after the shooting started outside the school.
  • Police could have engaged before the shooter went within the school.
  • Police had all the equipment they needed including shields and weapons.
  • The door to the classroom was unlocked.
• Democrats are getting desperate to find someone to run for president in 2024. They are now floating the idea of pushing California governor, Gavin Newsome.

They Don’t Even Have to Fake It Anymore

The trans-thing has become a big deal over the last week. Let’s take a look at some of the stories.

 

FINA

FINA, the world’s top international swimming association, has banned all men from swimming in female events. That means someone like Lia Thomas will no longer be able to swim in the women’s events.

 FINA President Husain Al-Musallam said in a statement:

“We have to protect the rights of our athletes to compete, but we also have to protect competitive fairness at our events, especially the women’s category at FINA competitions.”

He added:

“FINA will always welcome every athlete. The creation of an open category will mean that everybody has the opportunity to compete at an elite level. This has not been done before, so FINA will need to lead the way. I want all athletes to feel included in being able to develop ideas during this process.”

So, I guess they are going to create a trans-category, which will be stupid. I know a lot of people think a trans division is the way to go, but I think that’s crap. No one is going to watch it. That’s because the trans-division will be faster than the women but slower than the men. There is no such thing as watching an elite trans-division. It’s like the NFL versus the USFL. The USFL is bad football. I don’t want to watch it. That will be the trans division.

Now, does this sound like a good thing that FINA is doing. Well, hold on.

According to the Daily Wire:

The only biological males who could compete in women’s swimming under the new policy would include swimmers who have had “male puberty suppressed beginning at Tanner Stage 2 or before age 12, whichever is later, and they have since continuously maintained their testosterone levels in serum (or plasma) below 2.5 nmol/L.”

Conservatives are screaming that this is a great move but the fact is this is going to end up encouraging parents to transition their kids so they can compete as that sex. Listen, the only way that this crap is going to go away is for everyone to reject that biological men can compete in women’s sports. Even a little opening like this is going to be problematic.

 

Track Might Have This Right

World Athletics, the body that deals with track and field and cross country, said they are reviewing what FINA did but they are taking a far more strict stance than FINA and it is not politically correct.

Sebastian Coe, president of World Athletics and a four time Olympic medal winner, said:

“We see an international federation asserting its primacy in setting rules, regulations and policies that are in the best interest of its sport. This is as it should be.

“We have always believed, and repeated constantly, that biology trumps gender and we will continue to review our regulations in line with this. We continue to study, research and contribute to the growing body of evidence that testosterone is a key determinant in performance, and have scheduled a discussion on our regulations with our council at the end of the year.”

He does two things here. He admits biology is more important than gender and he admits that testosterone is a thing. I don’t think he buys the whole trans thing.

Continuing:

“We’ve always tried to find a navigable way through. We haven’t wanted to stigmatize.

“But when push comes to shove, if it’s a judgement between inclusion and fairness, we will always fall down on the side of fairness — that for me is non-negotiable.

“The integrity of women’s sport is really, really important here, and we can’t have a generation of young girls thinking there is not a future for them in the sport. So we have a responsibility…maintaining the primacy and the integrity of female competition is absolutely vital, and that’s why we were at the forefront of tabling those regulations that allow as close as you can get to a level playing field.  Those regulations are always under review… if there are events, distances or disciplines that we think are being unfairly impacted we will of course look at those again in the light of the science.”

This is what we need. Someone who is powerful and knows it and doesn’t give a damn about the wokesters. He sounds like he isn’t buying any of this and needs to see some hard scientific evidence to make any changes. Good for him.

 

Soccer Isn’t a Sport Anyway

According to the Daily Wire:

FIFA, the world’s largest soccer association and the organization behind the World Cup, is considering a plan that would drop the measurement of testosterone among biological men who identify as women to participate in women’s soccer.

The association’s current eligibility standard for biological men who identify as female requires less than five nanomoles per liter after at least 12 months, The Daily Mail reported.

“The new regulations are still at the consultation stage and it is understood that some members of FIFA’s senior management are unconvinced that they should be published in their current form,” the outlet noted on Sunday.

So, now, men don’t even have to fake being women to compete i women’s soccer. By the way, a man did compete for the Canadian women’s team in the Olympics in the last summer games.

But not everyone is happy about this, as you can imagine.

Women’s rights activist, Julie Scott, was pissed off. She tweeted:

“If this goes through, it’ll kill women’s football. How can they claim this would ‘balance fairness & inclusion’? It’s the opposite of that.”

She’s right.

Remember that war on women that Joe Biden ran on in 2020? This is the real war on women and the woke are the enemies of women.

 

Big Talk From Her

One of the worst people in sports, Megan Rapinoe, formerly of the U.S. women’s Olympic soccer team, had to put in her two cents about this trans crap. That’s because she puts her two cents into everything. She’s also no longer on the team because she’s old and wasn’t good enough.

She said:

“I would also encourage everyone out there who is afraid someone’s going to have an unfair advantage over their kid to really take a step back and think what are we actually talking about here. We’re talking about people’s lives. I’m sorry, your kid’s high school volleyball team just isn’t that important.

“And I think people also need to understand that sports is not the most important thing in life, right? Life is the most important thing in life.

“We’re talking about kids. We’re talking about people’s lives. We’re talking about the entire state government coming down on one child in some states, three children in some states.”

What about the lives of the girls who are having the opportunities taken away? What about the girl who is not going to earn $5 million a year because she was beaten out by a man? What would she have given up? Let’s face it, she’s worth about $5 million and is retired. She never had to face any of this stuff.

Finally, why is it the girls and women have to suck it up and deal with it? Why can’t the trans people who have an unfair advantage deal with it?

I Thought This Wasn’t Happening?

In New York City, there is a Republican Councilwoman, Vickie Paladino, who said that it was sick that drag queens were reading to children in libraries and schools. She said is was “child grooming and sexualization”. Of course, she’s right. It is absolutely nonsensical that people think it is OK for drag queens to be working directly with kids.

But she caught crap for what she said from NYC mayor Eric Adams. He said is a statement:

“At a time when our LGBTQ+ communities are under increased attack across this country, we must use our education system to educate. The goal is not only for our children to be academically smart, but also emotionally intelligent. Drag storytellers, and the libraries and schools that support them, are advancing a love of diversity, personal expression, and literacy that is core to what our city embraces.”

Some things with this statement:

• Remember when we were told this wasn’t happening?
• Remember when we were told it is happening but it is really rare?
• Remember when we were told it is happening and more often than we thought but it was good?
• Now we are being told that our kids won’t learn to read unless they are read to by a pervert.

Vickie Paladino didn’t take that well. She posted this on Twitter with pictures of the perverts reading to kids:

She then stated:

“NYC is spending taxpayer dollars to bring adult drag queens into elementary schools across the city to perform for small children. This is unacceptable and grotesque, and follows a deeply disturbing national pattern.”

She is receiving a ton of backlash which isn’t a shock for a Republican with morals in the Sodom that is New York City.

Co-chairs Crystal Hudson and Tiffany Cabán of the New York City Council said in a statement:

“We urge the Council to take immediate action by censuring this member and removing her from her committee assignments. This is not an issue of ideological differences, but a question of our collective belief in all New Yorkers’ right to an existence free from discrimination.”

Brooklyn Councilmember Chi Ossé, who identifies as queer, tweeted:

“@DQSHTweets teaches youth about gender diversity and how we accept all of our neighbors with love, dignity, and respect — lessons that @vickiefornyc can use. There is no room for hate in NYC, especially in the Council. CM Paladino must be held accountable for her comments.”

Council Member Linda Lee tweeted:

“I don’t make it a habit to comment on the conduct of my colleagues, but rhetoric accusing LGBTQ+ people of pedophilia — ‘grooming’ — is unacceptable and should never be uttered by anyone. The LGBTQ+ community has been oppressed throughout history due to these comparisons and stigmatizations.”

Council Speaker Adrienne Adams stated:

“I stand with all of my Council colleagues, LGBTQ+ communities, and New Yorkers in unequivocally denouncing Council Member Paladino’s repugnant views and statements against specific members of the Council and the trans community. A New Yorker’s choice of dress, gender expression or identity must be not only protected legally, but also against vile, hateful attacks.”

Notice there’s no debating in any of these responses? They are just right and anything else means that person is a racist, sexist, bigot and must be thrown out of office. Well, here’s a news flash for these pervert politicians, this isn’t popular. Most normal people don’t want their kids being raised like this.

You know what New Yorkers will also not like? The fact that their taxpayer money is going into this perversion.

According to the New York Post:

Since 2018, the group — previously known as Drag Queen Story Hour NYC, before changing its name early this year — has received a total of $207,000 in taxpayer cash.

The tally includes $50,000 from New York State through its Council on the Arts, along with $157,000 from the city’s Departments of Education, Cultural Affairs, Youth and Community Development, and even the Department of Transportation, city data shows.

So, someone in the New York has been lying to the people. They said this wasn’t happening. Not only was it happening, New York taxpayers were paying for it.

The Department of Transportation? Really?

The Stupid of the Weekend

Joe Biden was spending his weekend in Delaware this weekend. To be honest, his antics at the White House are following him to Delaware. He can’t escape it anymore.

While riding his bike, he came to a gaggle of reporters. Or is it a herd. Trump probably thinks it’s a murder of reporters. Whatever.

Anyway, he came to a stop, lost his balance and fell straight down. He was fine. It’s not like he was moving or anything. He even tried to do a little jig when he saw reporters again later that day.

I have one question about this and it should be an obvious one. What the f- is wrong with his wife? This guy trips (at least twice) when he boards Air Force One. He looks terribly unstable when he walks anywhere. Why the hell would she put he decrepid old husband who has no idea where he is on a frigging bike? What if he breaks a hip? Is she trying to off him to get all that Ukrainian and Chinese money? How’s Hunter supposeto make a living?

I know I’m suppose to have empathyand feel sorry for him but I don’t because he has none for the rest of the country. He goes galavanting around while the rest of us can’t do a thing because of inflation and the high gas prices so screw him. I am glad that every time he goes in public, he makes an ass out of himself.

Donald Trump Jr. summed it up perfectly with this tweet:

But it isn’t only Joe Biden who is an incometent buffoon. There is Karin Jean-Pierre who couldn’t find her ass with both hands and a roadmap. Peter Doocy is making sure we all know that. He’s going to make this gal cry on stage one day.

Here he is, asking her why Joe Biden keeps saying inflation is worse throughout the world and not just here. He wrecks her.

These People Are Not Under Arrest…Why?

According to Fox News:

Pro-choice protesters congregated outside Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s Virginia home on Saturday, dressed in clothing appearing to be soaked with blood and holding baby doll toys. 

“Abortion on demand and without apology,” signs held by members of the group Rise Up 4 Abortion Rights read on Saturday as they stood outside Barrett’s home in Falls Church.

The protesters were armed with baby doll props and were wearing pants appearing to be soaked in blood to show a future of forced births if the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade.

In some graffitti spread on these places of abortion alternatives, statements like, “If abortion isn’t safe, neither are you.” Does that sound like a terrorist threat? Sounds like it to me.

So far, the Justice Department has yet to investigate any of these attacks and no one has been arrested.

The ruling is expected this week. Be prepared for a long summer of violence and no one is going to stop it. And they want to take our guns away?

President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is drafting plans to drop off migrants in American towns hours past the U.S.-Mexico border, Republican lawmakers say.

The potential policy is one way DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is seeking to ease the influx of migrants to U.S. border towns, according to a report from the New York Post. Rep. August Pfluger, R-Texas, sent a letter to Mayorkas expressing his concern about the government sending waves of migrants to San Angelo, Texas, a town he represents.

“San Angelo is a welcoming community, but the locality has not volunteered for this mission, nor are they responsible for the burdens of the border crisis,” Pfluger wrote in the letter.

“This situation is a direct result of DHS’ shortsighted policies that encourage more illegal immigration and the agency’s failure to establish operational control of the southern border,” he added.

Democrats are going to get murdered in November. I think I say this every podcast but it’s true. When Republicans take over the House and the Senate, One of the things when it comes to impeachment and the Republicans is that the Republicans need a reason, a “high crime or misdemeanor” that the Constitution requires. Democrats don’t need that stuff like legal reasons. That’s why the impeached Trump twice for a phone call and when Trump wasn’t even President anymore.

President Joe Biden will direct the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to expand access to “gender-affirming” care at a Pride month event Wednesday, the White House said.

Biden will issue an executive order telling HHS to strengthen efforts to ban conversion therapy and increase access to sex change treatment for transgender Americans, including for children. The order will also target legislation passed in some Republican-led states to limit the promotion of LGBT material to children, such as Florida’s parental rights law.

This executive order will:

• Push affirming care over actual treatment which many in the LGBTQ community call “conversion therapy”.
• This has the goal to facilitate the use of hormone therapy and transition surgeries.
• It also addresses universal bathrooms and locker rooms.
• The Left believes that stopping children from converting leads to higher suicide rates.
• He will sign the bill surrounded by LGBTQ kids from Texas and Florida.
• The goal is to counter news anti-conversion for youth policies that states like Texas and Florida and other states have implemented.

In a statement, the administration states:

“President Biden believes that no one should face discrimination because of who they are or whom they love. Since President Biden took office, he has championed the rights of LGBTQI+ Americans and people around the world, accelerating the march towards full equality.”

“Over 300 anti-LGBTQI+ laws have been introduced in state legislatures over the past year, and many of them specifically target transgender children and their parents by banning access to medical care and support at school. President Biden is addressing these harmful, hateful, and discriminatory attacks head-on – not only by speaking up for America’s families, but taking action to stand up to the bullies targeting LGBTQI+ people. 

“To help support impacted families, President Biden is charging the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) with protecting LGBTQI+ children and families from attacks on their access to health care, and has instructed HHS to release new sample policies for states on how to expand access to comprehensive health care for LGBTQI+ patients.

“The President is also directing the Department of Education with addressing the impacts of state laws that target LGBTQI+ students, and has charged the department with releasing a sample school policy for achieving full inclusion for LGBTQI+ students.”

Some things about this whole thing:

• This is probably unconstitutional. Joe Biden is not a king.
• Suicide rates among trans people does not lower after transition. It remains at about 40%.
• What he does not bring up is schools have been accused of providing affirming care with notifying or getting permission from parents.

 

Your Little Girl Doesn’t Need Privacy

Assistant Speaker of the House of Representatives Katherine Clark (D-MA), and House Democratic Caucus Chairman Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) sent a letter to the House Administration Committee Wednesday pushing the Committee to support efforts to install single-occupancy restrooms in the House of Representatives and the office buildings in which Congresspeople and their staff work. Clark and Jeffries said that installing the bathrooms is critical for both tour groups and Capitol staff who identify as transgender.

Really? This is important right now? With all the crap that is happening in this country and around the world, this is the big problem? What about the 240,000 illegal aliens who crossed the border (a record) in May?

These guys are going to get slaughtered in November.

Well, Duh!

Do you know why I know they are going to get killed in November by sticking to this LGBTQ BS? Because people don’t like it and think it is going to far.

A Washington Post-University of Maryland survey released Tuesday asked a random national sample of adults whether they think “transgender women and girls should or should not be allowed to compete in sports with other women and girls at each of the following levels.”

The majority – 58% – said it should not be allowed in college or professional sports, compared to 28% who said it should. Fifty-five percent of respondents said it shouldn’t be allowed in high school sports, compared to 30%, and 49% said it shouldn’t be allowed in youth sports, compared to 33%.

I do want to point out this is coming from the Washington Post and the University of Maryland, two very Left leaning sources. We can be pretty sure they did not go to rural Nebraska to interview these people. Other polls said the number opposing this trans-crap is between 70-80% with one poll having it at 86%.

Other things:

• 68% believed trans girls had an advantage over girls. 2% said the girls would have an advantage and 30% said there would be no advantage.
• Respondents were also asked whether they were concerned that not allowing transgender girls to compete with other girls in youth sports would negatively impact the “mental health of transgender girls.” Fifty-two percent said they were “very” or “somewhat” concerned, while 48% said they were “not too” or “not at all” concerned. That’s an incredible stat but, upon thinking about it, most sports are co-ed.
• The survey also found that 40 percent of Americans say greater social acceptance of transgender people is “good for society,” while 25 percent say it is “bad for society,” and another 35 percent say it is neither.

What do we learn about this poll:

• People don’t care much about transgenderism.
• Most people just don’t want it impacting their lives.
• The trans community is very small (<1%).
• Studies have even showed that a lot of people who identify as trans, queer or LGBTQ are actually straight and only identifying that way for politics or attention.
• The Left is standing on a platform that no one cares about or that is f-ing with their lives.

Who Didn’t See This Coming

I have always been against legalized drugs even marijuana. I have a few reasons for this:

• I have a very bad personal experience with addiction.
• Marijuana is not as safe as people make it. It is a gateway drug for some people.
• There’s no benefit to it. Make drugs for medical purposes if needed it.
• We have become a nanny state. There is incredible expense at taking care of addicts.
• The Give a Mouse a Cookie will eventually will legalize far more dangerous drugs even making them acceptable.

Well, we have proof about how bad legalizing everything is. According to Fox News:

The streets of downtown Portland, Oregon, resemble an open-air drug market. 

Heroin, meth and fentanyl use is rampant and often visible on city streets. Portland police officers drive by homeless addicts buying and using. 

The signs of drug addiction are actually increasing throughout the state, according to law enforcement sources. Oregon ranks second-highest among U.S. states for substance abuse with nearly one in five adults addicted.  

In November 2020, voters overwhelmingly passed Measure 110. The Drug Addiction Treatment and Recovery Act secured 58% of the votes and decriminalized possession of small amounts of hard drugs such as heroin, meth, cocaine and fentanyl. 

The new law made possession of those substances no more than a Class E violation, the equivalent of a traffic ticket punishable by a maximum $100 fine. But the fine is dismissed when someone who is fined calls a help hotline, Lines for Life, and completes a health assessment. The idea is to connect drug abusers with services and treatment instead of putting them behind bars. 

Here is what’s going on:

• Drug overdose deaths hit an all-time high in 2021 with 1069, a 41% increase from 2020.
• According to The Lund Report, after one year, just 136 people had entered treatment, less than 1% of those helped by Measure 110.
• The Oregon Judicial Department reports that, through the end of May, police throughout the state had written 2,576 tickets for drug possession.
• Seventy-five percent of the tickets resulted in convictions, the vast majority because the offender never showed up in court.
• Property and violent crimes have also gone up since this law was passed. Portland, the state’s largest city, set an all-time record with 90 murders in 2021 mostly from turf wars with gangs.

I have friends who believe in legalization and I know the worst things would not happen to those people. They are smart and responsible and I think they can handle it. But they aren’t looking at using hard drugs and they don’t expect anything from anyone. The problem is most people in today’s society isn’t like that.

• The House passed a bill Tuesday to increase security for Supreme Court justices’ immediate families, with 27 Democrats voting against, less than a week after a man was arrested for allegedly plotting to kill Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
  • The bill passed 396-27.
  • This bill would provide 24/7 security for the Supreme Court Justices.
  • 27 Democrats, mostly the Leftist wing, voted against the bill.
  • A statement was released talking about the need to protect federal judges also.
  • AOC said:“I wake up this morning and I start to hear murmurs that there is going to be an attempt to pass the Supreme Court supplemental protection bill the day after gun safety legislation for schools and kids and people is stalled. Oh, so we can pass protections for us and here easily, right? But we can’t pass protections for everyday people? I think not.”

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine today signed House Bill 99 and provided an update on new and ongoing school safety initiatives in Ohio.

DeWine said:

“Our goal is to continue to help our public and private schools get the tools they need to protect our children. Working together, we have come a long way to improve school safety in Ohio over the last decade, and we must continue this progress. We have an obligation to do everything we can every single day to try and protect our kids.”

The bill does the following:

• Allows the previous practice of permitting school boards to choose to arm specific staff members and mandates reasonable training requirements for those individuals. It is important to emphasize that the bill does not mandate the arming of school staff members but leaves the decision entirely to local school boards, which have the best understanding of the needs of their individual districts.
• Appropriates $6 million over the remainder of the current budget cycle to expand the Ohio School Safety Center (OSSC) and create a new OSSC Safety & Crisis Division.
• Governor DeWine has also instructed that the OSSC expand its number of school safety liaison positions from five to 16.
• Governor DeWine has also worked with the Ohio General Assembly to secure $100 million in funding to help K-12 public, private, and parochial schools pay for physical safety and security upgrades.
• Governor DeWine has also directed the OSSC and Ohio Department of Education to offer free, evidence-based threat assessment training for Ohio schools.

There are other things like improving mental health care and reducing violent crime. This is a good start and should be a blue print for the rest of the states.

As well as renaming the actual pathogen itself, strains will likely be lettered, such as A or B, to remove any mention of the parts of Africa where they were first spotted.

• Over 30 researchers last week signed a position paper stating there was an ‘urgent need’ to change its name given the current outbreak, which has mainly struck gay and bisexual men.
• They wrote: ‘Continued reference to, and nomenclature of this virus being African is not only inaccurate but is also discriminatory and stigmatizing.’
  • It was discovered in Africa.
  • It is not called “monkeypox” because of black people. It is called that because it was first discovered in lab monkeys.
• Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, who heads the World Health Organization said:  ‘[The] WHO is working with partners and experts from around the world on changing the name of monkeypox virus, its clades, and the disease it causes. We will make announcements about the new names as soon as possible.’

It’s good to see that, instead of finding out more about this virus, they are handling the racism.

HIV-positive individuals may now serve in the U.S. military, but the Pentagon continues to ban those who refuse to get vaccinated for COVID-19 from serving.

The Department of Defense (DOD) updated a previous rule barring HIV-positive members from serving, saying that members with the virus may not be discharged as long as they do not display symptoms, according to an official memo made public Wednesday.

“Individuals who have been identified as HIV-positive, are asymptomatic, and who have a clinically confirmed undetectable viral load… will have no restrictions applied to their deployability or to their ability to commission while a service member solely on the basis of their HIV-positive status,” the memo stated. “Nor will such individuals be discharged or separated solely on the basis of their HIV-positive status”.

Military personnel can be discharged or reassigned for other reasons, including refusal to take the COVID-19 vaccine. The U.S. Army began carrying out orders to discharge all unvaccinated personnel in January.

New Gun Control Bill

The Senate has agreed to a new gun control bill. Though the bill has not been put into text yet, the bill focuses on nine separate issues:

• Support for State Crisis Intervention Orders – Provides resources to states and tribes to create and administer laws that help ensure deadly weapons are kept out of the hands of individuals whom a court has determined to be a significant danger to themselves or others, consistent with state and federal due process and constitutional protections.
• Investment in Children and Family Mental Health Services – National expansion of community behavioral health center model; major investments to increase access to mental health and suicide prevention programs; and other support services available in the community, including crisis and trauma intervention and recovery.
• Protections for Victims of Domestic Violence – Convicted domestic violence abusers and individuals subject to domestic violence restraining orders are included in NICS, including those who have or have had a continuing relationship of a romantic or intimate nature.
• Funding for School-Based Mental Health and Supportive Services – Invests in programs to expand mental health and supportive services in schools, including: early identification and intervention programs and school based mental health and wrap-around services.
• Funding for School Safety Resources – Invests in programs to help institute safety measures in and around primary and secondary schools, support school violence prevention efforts and provide training to school personnel and students.
• Clarification of Definition of Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer – Cracks down on criminals who illegally evade licensing requirements.
• Telehealth Investments – Invests in programs that increase access to mental and behavioral health services for youth and families in crisis via telehealth.
• Under 21 Enhanced Review Process – For buyers under 21 years of age, requires an investigative period to review juvenile and mental health records, including checks with state databases and local law enforcement.
• Penalties for Straw Purchasing – Cracks down on criminals who illegally straw purchase and traffic guns.

Right now, there are 10 Republican Senators who have sided with the bill. This means that the filibuster can be avoided and a vote can be held.

Joe Biden needs a win. Though he says that this law doesn’t go far enough (he wants to ban guns), he says it’s a step in the right decision.

What do I think? Looking at this, what would have prevented any of these mass shootings? I don’t see anything here but more bureaucracy and spending of money. I do not see much here except the expansion of what already exists and failed.

I also want to know what they mean by increasing security in schools. Does this mean schools are going to have the ability to armed security? Metal detectors? Walls instead of fences? What type of training do they want to implement?

We need to see the bill in its entirety.

What isn’t in it:

• A ban on any weapon (unconstitutional).
• An expansion of red flag laws (unconstitutional).
• Raising the age to 21 (unconstitutional).
• A gun database (unconstitutional).
• Removing the culpability of gun manufacturers (unconstitutional).

More Pain

Michigan is in some big trouble.

Isabella County Sheriff Michael Main posted on face book that they have run out of money in their fuel budget and have a few months to go before the budget resets. Gas in Michigan is $5.20 a gallon.

Main said:

“We have exhausted what funds were budgeted for fuel with several months to go before the budget reset. I have instructed the deputies to attempt to manage whatever calls are acceptable over the phone. I want to assure the community that safety is our primary goal.”

He assured that police would still be sent out if there was any violent crime or serious event.

So there you go. Have an issue, it’ll now be taken care over the phone because the police departments can’t afford gas. Michigan is not the only place to have these issues. Small towns in Texas are also having issues with the budgets and the high cost of gas. Be prepared to see more of this.

According to their official website, PKI’s purpose is to provide access to “gender-affirming treatment” to the public “regardless of factors like non-binary identity, sexual practice or having other diagnosis.” Moen has also served as academic council at Civita, Norway’s largest liberal think tank, since 2015.

I want to point something out here. Norway is not the United States. They have very different laws there. There is a woman, right now, that is facing three years in prison for saying men can’t be lesbians. But this guy is not facing a thing for trying to destigmatize pedophilia and he has been doing this for a while.

• Moen wrote in a 2015 paper titled “The Ethics of Pedophilia.”
• That paper was republished in 2018 within a college text book that is distributed throughout the world.

The abstract of the paper says:

“In this paper it is argued that pedophilia is bad only because, and only to the extent that, it causes harm to children, and that pedophilia itself, as well as pedophilic expressions and practices that do not cause harm to children, are morally alright [sic].”

He writes in the paper:

“We must appreciate that sexual attraction towards children is often a deep and integral part of pedophiles’ personalities,” he writes, while suggesting that pedophiles should not be held responsible for their actions as “many pedophiles are ignorant of the truth that adult-child sex exposes children to [harm].”

He says that we should admire the will-power of pedophiles who do not sexually abuse kids. This is one sick f-er.

“When you were 11, it is not unlikely that you were sexually attracted to prepubertal children… the mental state of finding children sexually attractive is very common. Youngness, the property children have in excess, is a property that, when present to a lesser extent, is widely considered sexually attractive. As such, what makes pedophiles diverge from others is that they prefer more youngness than does the average person.

“To prevent harm to future children, we would also be well-advised to start teaching high school students not just what to do in case they are victims of sexual abuse, but also what to do in case they themselves are pedophiles. A certain percentage of high school students either are or will become pedophiles, and currently they are not given any advice on how to handle their sexuality.”

You know how you can teach high schoolers not to be pedophiles? Don’t normalize or admire pedophiles. Treat them like the sick garbage they are.

Now I know this is in Norway, but aren’t we kind of already sexualizing kids now in this country? We just haven’t, for the most part, said that pedophilia is OK here? But it sure looks like we are trying and I bet this guy’s books are being read in our colleges here.

I had to actually stop and read this story because the I couldn’t believe the title. Turns out it was exactly as the title stated.

According to the New York Post:

Masturbation may no longer be considered NSFW.

As part of a social sex-periment, an enterprising Spanish porn company allowed its workers to pleasure themselves at the office —with the lucky employees claiming it improved their attitude and productivity. A video detailing their stimulating workplace experiences is blowing up online.

“I feel more balanced in my workflow,” Yeraldine, a social media manager with the adult entertainment firm Erika Lust Films, told Jam Press of the groundbreaking measure.

Porn purveyor and director Erika Lust implemented the salacious policy last year after noticing that her employees were “agitated” and “performing with less energy” due to the coronavirus pandemic.

In accordance, she allowed the firm’s 36 employees a half-hour self-gratification session every day — and set up a masturbation station outfitted with lube, sex toys and screens streaming the company’s products. There’s even a bed to enhance the effect.

The masturbation room, located in the break room, has a television and disk player where they can play the company’s porn videos. a soft couch and even a vagina pillow. It is not required by the company.

They say it is working. People are more relaxed and more productive. I’d hate to be the janitor of that company.
