Philosophy

Sorry, Guys, He’s Right!

Yesterday, Donald Trump was asked a question about how the government was going to handle the problem with expensive childcare. It’s a poison question because the reporter knows what Trump going to say, and it ain’t going to be pretty.

Let’s listen:

Nancy Pelosi posted in response on X:

Trump says America is “too big” to take care of child care, Medicaid and Medicare and instead must focus on waging wars of choice.

He’s wrong. Our country has the ability—what’s missing is a President willing to put people first.

There are hundreds of posts just like this from the usual suspects. Here’s the thing, she’s wrong. Our country cannot handle this.

I know Nancy is a bis fan of Modern Monatary Theory and thinks all we have to do is print more money when we need it. This is socialist trash of a theory that has failed everywhere it’s been done. The Soviet Union, Cuba, China, Venezuela, Portugal, Spain and Greece have all tried this and have failed. Some ending up in austerity.

We also have a hell of a debt crisis in this country. I know we all know about the national debt of about $39 trillion dollars. But our actual debt is around $160 trillion when you include all of the nanny-state program, social security, and subsidies. Folks, we are actually in some trouble.

There are a couple of points I want to make that show Trump is right (though he is a little clumsy with his language).

The first thing I want to point out is all these things the Left tells us are human rights are not. No one has a right to housing, healthcare, food, childcare, or a job. No where in the Constitution does it tell you we have a right to those. We used to be a country that believed that. The reason these are not rights is because these things depend on the labor or property of others.

  • Housing requires the property of another person.
  • Healthcare requires the labor of a doctor.
  • Food requires the labor of a farmer.
  • Childcare requires the labor of a childcare provider.
  • A job requires the capital (money) of a business owner.

None of this stuff is free and the government cannot afford to pay for it all. Especially since the government does not have any money. The taxpayers pay for it.

As far as the states taking care of all of the social programs, Trump is right. States, cities, and communities are much better able to handle what they need than the federal government. In fact, localities and communities are better able to handle these things better than the state government.

Right now, state governments, like California, provide all this crap to get federal money, which they waste through incompetency and corruption. What do you think California would do if they had to pay for it? Especially since California is already $34 billion in debt.

Finally, as far as wars and having to pay for the military, Trump is also right. Yeah, it was gruff and blunt, but it is right.

When the Constitution was written, the government only had three jobs:

  • Protect the country from threats, both foreign and domestic.
  • Ensure the sovereignty of our borders.
  • Resolve interstate commerce.

That’s it. Nothing more.

Throughout the 20th century, the courts have expanded the federal government’s power and responsibility (mostly on the grounds of interstate commerce). This has created the bureaucracies we have today. Conservatives like me point this out every time we get the chance.

When Trump says that the federal government shouldn’t worry about crap like childcare or healthcare, he is right.

the Left needs to get over it.

Episode 1181 – It’s All About God, Family, and Country!

Our country is a mess. I believe that because we have lost our way that that has led to a disintegration of our institutions that used to be run on justice, truth, and reason.

This country used to be built on three principles: God, family, country.

God, specifically the Judeo/Christian faith, was the moral fabric of this country. Our laws were based on it. Justice was defined by Judeo/Christian principles. And, yes, God did support the death penalty. God did believe in separate communities and they must protect and care themselves. God did believe in the authority of the government.

But God specified more than just justice. He declared that he was the authority over His creation. No authority was over Him. And He gave us free will. He gave us the freedom to execute our free will. No one has the right to take that away. Only He does. The Bill of Rights is based on those freedoms.

The family is important. Very important. A family is made up of a father, a mother, and children with extended family of grandparents and siblings. The family is the ultimate community. They are there to help and protect each other. There should be no one in the world that can be trusted more than the family.

But the parents have a greater purpose. They are to lead the children. They are to raise them with the religious education that will give them that moral base. They are to civilize the little savages. They are to teach them so they have all the tools needed to succeed in life. For the parent, children are the ultimate reason to be alive. For the children, the parents are the beacon for their success and contentment.

And, finally, country. Our country is the framework for it all. It has created the framework and pathways for God and family. A country’s government is only there for two things: protecting the country (an army) and solving inter-community conflict using the framework that was created. That’s it.

And we, the people, have the power to control the government. We elect our leaders based on our beliefs. We fire the people who don’t do what we want them to do. We also risk our lives to defend this country. Not for the government, but to protect and maintain the framework that will maintain our lives and the lives of our families.

The big problem with a country’s government is when it tries to replace God. Unfortunately, that’s been the problem with most governments in human history.

Our country was the exception. We were based on all the principles I just talked about. What happens when those principles that have made our country go away? When God, family, country irrelevant concepts? Well, we get the stories we are going to talk about today.

There Are Advantages of Being Black

So, He Didn’t Do It?

According to Andy NGO on X:

A Seattle man who shot and killed an eight-month pregnant Korean-American woman and nearly killed her husband when they were driving to work has been found not guilty by reason of insanity.

Cordell Goosby m—rdered Elina Kwon and her unborn baby in June 2023 when they were stopped at a red light. Prosecutors did not charge him for killing the baby due to concerns about protecting abortion in the liberal state.

After hearing testimony from defense medical experts that Goosby was “insane” at the time of the shootings, the prosecution agreed to have the case ended through the not guilty motion. Goosby will be committed to an institution and regularly evaluated to see if he is fit to be released to the public.

They Hate You and All Americans

According to NBC News Chicago:

According to Perplexity:

What Happened

  • In the early hours of a recent Thursday, Sheridan was walking with friends near Tobey Prinz Beach, close to Loyola’s campus, reportedly to get a view of the skyline and even the Northern Lights.
  • A male suspect approached the group on foot, pulled out a gun, and opened fire; Sheridan was shot in the head and died at the scene, while no one else was physically injured.
  • Her family emphasized that she was simply walking near her dorm in an area believed to be safe and that there was nothing reckless about her actions.

Investigation and Suspect

  • Chicago police quickly identified and questioned a person of interest and later announced an arrest.
  • Prosecutors have charged 25‑year‑old Jose Medina, a Venezuelan national living in the U.S. illegally, with first‑degree murder and related offenses in connection with the shooting.
  • Officials say Medina entered the U.S. illegally in 2023, was released by immigration authorities, and had a prior shoplifting arrest in Chicago; DHS has now requested an immigration hold so he can be processed for deportation after the criminal case.

Family, Community, and Political Reaction

  • Sheridan’s family has issued public statements calling her killing a “violent and preventable act” and urging anyone with information to help investigators.
  • Memorial services are being planned in Yorktown, and both the Yorktown and Loyola communities have held vigils and called for stronger safety measures near campus.
  • National and local political figures have pointed to her case in broader debates over immigration enforcement and public safety, including references to legislation like the Laken Riley Act.

Is there a particular aspect you want to know more about—her life, the legal case, or the political/immigration angle?

Episode 1154 – She Has Some ‘Splainin To Do!

Unfortunately, Conservatives are doing what I said they should not do. Let’s talk about.

Ilhan Omar has some explaining to do.

And Zorhan Mamdani is doing exactly what he said he wouldn’t do.

Unfortunately, This Is Going To Happen

According to Fox News:

House Republicans are coalescing around progressive “Squad” member Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., after she was attacked during a town hall in Minneapolis on Tuesday night.

“This is totally unacceptable. I am glad Rep. Omar is okay,” Rep. Pete Stauber, R-Minn., wrote on X in response to a video of the incident.

It’s a rare show of bipartisanship in the face of political violence that has become common in recent years amid increasingly volatile rhetoric on both sides.

Support for Omar came from both conservative and moderate Republicans after a man appeared to confront her and spray a substance on her before he was quickly subdued at her public event.

Of course it is Donald Trump’s fault. AOC made that clear:

“It is not a coincidence that after days of President Trump and [Vice President] Vance putting Rep. Omar in their crosshairs with slanderous public attacks, she gets assaulted at her town hall.”

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/ilhan-omar-backed-house-republicans-after-minnesota-town-hall-attack

Then Do Something About It

According to the New York Post:

The House Oversight Committee is probing “Squad” Rep. Ilhan Omar’s skyrocketing family wealth after a $9 billion Somali social services fraud scandal exploded in her district,The Post has learned.

Oversight panel Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.) said staff lawyers are exploring the extraordinary step of subpoenaing Omar’s spouse over his allegedly shady business practices.

“We’re going to get answers, whether it’s through the Ethics Committee or the Oversight Committee, one of the two,” he told The Post.

Republicans want to know how Somali-born Omar (D-Minn.) and her politically-connected husband Tim Mynett went from nearly broke to being worth up to $30 million in just a year, according to her 2024 disclosure forms.

“There are a lot of questions as to how her husband accumulated so much wealth over the past two years,” Comer said. “It’s not possible. It’s not. I’m a money guy. It’s not possible.”

Separately, federal law enforcement is also probing.

“We are investigating all politicians potentially connected to any of this [fraud] in Minnesota. You can read between the lines,” said a law enforcement source.

Unlike the Biden administration, which took no apparent action, Team Trump is “on top of it,” the source said.

The comments came as The Post learned the FBI was briefed during the Biden administration on suspicions about an array of companies run by Omar’s hubby.

Investment firm Rose Lake Capital, formed by Mynett and partner Will Hailer in 2022, is part of a web of companies created by the lefty “Squad” member’s husband of five years.

Rose Lake Capital had a paltry $42.44 in its bank account in late 2022, according to court documents in a lawsuit against a related company filed in South Dakota.

Yet the firm rocketed in value from zero to up to $25 million in just a year, according to Omar’s 2024 filing.

Associates were perplexed enough in 2024 about alleged irregularities and questions about where the money was coming from that they brought information to the attention of federal investigators, sources said.

They wondered whether the businesses — including a winery — might be up to something improper, since none had a public track record.

Several prominent people had previously been listed as advising the Rose Lake firm, but are no longer present on its bright pink web page. They include former Sen. Max Baucus (D-Mont.), who once chaired the Senate Finance Committee and served as U.S. Ambassador to China under Barack Obama.

Baucus said he had a single phone call with Hailer back in 2022 about a proposed deal to make storage units. “Then nothing came of it” beyond occasional emails from Hailer. “That went on for about four or five months or so, then just radio silence,” he told The Post.

“He stopped writing his emails about the investment – about how well he’s doing, all that stuff. You can read between the lines – it sounded a little bit fishy,” he said. Baucus said no one ever asked to use his name as an “advisor” on the company website.

Also previously listed were former Rep. Collin Peterson (D-Minn.), who once chaired the House Agriculture Committee, and J. Peter Pham, a fellow at the Atlantic Council who served as President Trump’s Special Envoy to Africa’s Great Lakes Regions.

“Obviously I’ve seen reporting, including in The Post, about Will’s partner who I’ve never met and his wife [Omar] – Tim and his wife’s sudden coming into riches. But [I] can’t say anything about that, other than certainly I had no share in that,” said Pham, who indicated he had a single meeting about a potential deal to build solar panels in South Africa and was called an “advisor” by the company. Peterson didn’t respond to requests for comment.

Rose Lake’s website claims to have had officers with “previous” experience managing assets worth $60 billion, an amount that would make the firm a player that might attract notice.

But Wall Street insiders told The Post they had never heard of Rose Lake, or of anyone investing with them despite the firm boasting on its website that it had been running billions of dollars of assets under management and engaging in an array of high-end financial activities including “deals, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring and capital raising.”

Another Wall Street source expressed shock that Mynett — a longtime political consultant in Minnesota — was suddenly running a financial firm.

The firm also is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Wall Street’s top regulator, and doesn’t say how much it is managing now.

The Dodd Frank reforms imposed after the 2008 financial crisis created registration requirements for advisors overseeing $100 million in assets, or $150 million for private fund advisors, with some exceptions. So-called family offices can sidestep disclosure rules because they don’t solicit outside investors. Venture capital firms are also exempt and Rose Lake touts VC work as one of its specialties.

Still, Rose Lake’s boast on its website that it does private equity work and that its officers’ had billions in “previous” assets under management would suggest the fund would be required to register, said a former high-ranking SEC official. “I would continue to push on the disclosure issue because this looks funny,” the person said.

Financial experts have also pointed to multiple variations of similar names for Rose Lake entities as raising “red flags,” and that the company was scrubbing a list of its officers from its site in the wake of the multi-billion dollar fraud scheme involving the Somali community in his wife’s district after a front-page report from The Post.

In recent days, the firm has deactivated its LinkedIn page. Hailer is no longer mentioned on it.

His own LinkedIn page no longer lists the firm – although it does identify him as a co-owner of the eStCru winery, which he launched with Mynett in 2020.

Hailer previously worked as political director for then-Democratic National Committee chair Keith Ellison, now Minnesota’s attorney general.

The widening web of investigations are long overdue, House Majority Whip Rep. Tom Emmer (R-Minn.) told The Post.

“While Minnesotans have been getting fleeced to the tune of $9 billion by Somali fraudsters, Ilhan Omar and her husband have been raking in millions through their shady businesses,” he said.

“The explosion of wealth, plus the fact that convicted fraudsters helped fund Omar’s campaign, is worth an investigation by the Ethics Committee at the very least.”

An SEC spokesman would not comment when asked about Rose Lake and its filings. The Post has contacted Mynett, Hailer, and Rep. Omar’s office seeking comment.

They Love Law and Order

According to the New York Post:

NYPD cops have been ordered to cut back on overtime — in what the rank-and-file fear is just the beginning under far-lefty Mayor Zohran Mamdani, who campaigned on eliminating the department’s entire OT budget, The Post has learned.

Officers have been told they need to reduce their extra time by nine to 11 hours next month as part of a cost-cutting initiative, multiple sources said Friday.

It wasn’t immediately clear if the department planned to keep those caps in place after the shortest month of the year or if further cuts were in the works.

Insiders said the order didn’t come down from City Hall and chalked it up to a short month with few big-ticket events.

Episode 1113 – Those Founding Fathers Weren’t Dumb!

The Left constantly thinks they are morally and intellectually superior to our Founding Fathers. I have a quote that will prove to disprove their feelings and their policies.

Columbus Day has brought out the nut jobs.

And the Right is finally playing by the Left’s rules.

Maybe Those Guys Weren’t Dumb

Here is a quote from John Locke:

So that, however it may be mistaken, the end (reason) of (for) law is not to abolish or restrain, but to preserve and enlarge freedom: for in all the states of created beings capable of laws, where there is no law, there is no freedom: for liberty is, to be free from restraint and violence from others; which cannot be, where there is no law: but freedom is not, as we are told, a liberty for every man to do what he lists: (for who could be free, when every other man’s humor might domineer over him?) but a liberty to dispose and order as he lists, his persons, actions, possessions, and his whole property, which the allowance of those laws under which he is, and therein not to be subject to the arbitrary will of another, but freely follow his own.

A Lot of Bitter People

We Are Finally Getting Our Footing

According to the Daily Wire:

Pro-gun organizations are suing the federal government to challenge regulations on silencers and short-barreled firearms in an attempt to parlay a legal change in the Big Beautiful Bill into a complete overhaul of longstanding restrictions on guns.

Dubbed the “Big Beautiful Lawsuit,” the suit from the Silencer Shop Foundation, Gun Owners of America, Palmetto State Armory, and other pro-gun organizations argues that the regulation of the items by the 1934 National Firearms Act (NFA) is unconstitutional in the wake of a legislative change.

The lawsuit against the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms comes in the wake of the passage of the Big Beautiful Bill, which will eliminate the $200 tax on silencers, short-barreled rifles, and other firearms regulated through the National Firearms Act beginning in 2026.

The suit contends that the elimination of the tax on silencers, short barreled rifles and shotguns, and a third category referred to as “any other weapon,” removes the Constitutional justification for their inclusion in the act.

The NFA has allowed the federal government to maintain a registry of those purchasing items covered by the 1934 law for the purposes of ensuring tax compliance, but now with the tax set to be sunsetted, the justification for the federal list becomes increasingly legally flimsy.

The Leftist Threat Continues

According to NBC7 News, San Diego:

United States Attorney General Pam Bondi on Friday announced criminal charges against a 69-year-old man living in San Diego who is accused of sending a threatening letter in the mail to conservative influencer Benny Johnson.

Bondi shared at a press conference held in Florida that George Russell Isbell Jr. was arrested after the United States Postal Service helped trace the letter and Federal Bureau of Investigation agents found his fingerprints on it.

According to the Department of Justice, the letter said Johnson needed to be “exterminated” and included other graphic notes about him being killed. Johnson stood next to Bondi for the press conference and said, “This individual described orphaning my four beautiful children and widowing my wife with great joy.”

Bondi said Isbell was arrested in San Diego on Friday morning, however, the DOJ press release said he was taken into custody days earlier on Oct. 7. NBC 7 reached out to the FBI San Diego spokesperson who confirmed they were the arresting agency but could not clarify the timeline because the government shutdown limits their ability to respond to media requests.

Maybe They Shouldn’t Be Judges

According to the New York Times:

More than three dozen federal judges have told The New York Times that the Supreme Court’s flurry of brief, opaque emergency orders in cases related to the Trump administration have left them confused about how to proceed in those matters and are hurting the judiciary’s image with the public.

At issue are the quick-turn orders the Supreme Court has issued dictating whether Trump administration policies should be left in place while they are litigated through the lower courts. That emergency docket, a growing part of the Supreme Court’s work in recent years, has taken on greater importance amid the flood of litigation challenging President Trump’s efforts to expand executive power.

While the orders are technically temporary, they have had broad practical effects, allowing the administration to deport tens of thousands of people, discharge transgender military service members, fire thousands of government workers and slash federal spending.

The striking and highly unusual critique of the nation’s highest court from lower court judges reveals the degree to which litigation over Mr. Trump’s agenda has created strains in the federal judicial system.

Sixty-five judges responded to a Times questionnaire sent to hundreds of federal judges across the country. Of those, 47 said the Supreme Court had been mishandling its emergency docket since Mr. Trump returned to office.

The judges responded to the questionnaire and spoke in interviews on the condition of anonymity so they could share their views candidly, as lower court judges are governed by a complex set of rules that include limitations on their public statements.

Of the judges who responded, 28 were nominated by Republican presidents, including 10 by Mr. Trump; 37 were nominated by Democrats. While those nominated by Democrats were more critical of the Supreme Court, judges nominated by presidents of both parties expressed concerns.

In interviews, federal judges called the Supreme Court’s emergency orders “mystical,” “overly blunt,” “incredibly demoralizing and troubling” and “a slap in the face to the district courts.” One judge compared their district’s current relationship with the Supreme Court to “a war zone.” Another said the courts were in the midst of a “judicial crisis.”

The Violence Escalates

According to the New York Post:

An off-duty U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer was shot in the face after being robbed by a moped-riding illegal immigrant in a New York City park on Saturday — but he shot back and wounded his attacker, according to sources.

The suspect has been identified as Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez, a 21-year-old Dominican national with a lengthy rap sheet in New York according to sources — but he was let go each time he was busted, despite having a deportation order.

Mora entered the US illegally via the southern border under the Biden admin, the Department of Homeland Security said Sunday.

The 42-year-old federal agent and a female companion were sitting on a rock along the Hudson River in Fort Washington Park in Manhattan when they were ambushed by the two men on a moped around 11:50 p.m., according to police sources.

After a brief exchange and tussle, one of the moped-riding men fired a gun and hit the victim in the face and left forearm.

The agent then drew his own pistol and fired multiple shots at the perps, hitting the suspect.

Mora was struck and wounded three times by the return gunfire, sources said.

Harrowing video released by DHS caught one suspect hopping off the moped and approaching the CBP officer before firing shots at him — then reeling back after the officer returned fire. The suspects eventually fled on the moped, the video showed.

We Won’t Get Fooled Again!

According to the Post Millennial:

An illegal immigrant from Mexico has been charged with faking her own “kidnapping” by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to generate donations. LA Mayor Karen Bass also promoted the claims.

According to a DOJ press release on the case, Yuriana Julia Pelaez Calderon, 41, who has been living in South Los Angeles, has been charged with conspiracy as well as making false statements to federal officers. If convicted of the charges, she can face up to five years in prison.

The charges come after local outlet in California, KTLA, ran a report in June with the headline “LA mother says she was taken to US border, being held until she self-deports,” in which the outlet reported that “loved ones and attorneys” said that a “mother and community leader” was “kidnapped” by ICE “bounty hunters” and was being held at a warehouse.

LA Mayor Karen Bass on July 1 touted Calderon’s tall tale of being “kidnapped” in a post to X. “She’s a mother from L.A. — taken out of her car on her way to work, and then held in a warehouse as officers hoped she would “self-deport.” No hearing. Just fear. This doesn’t make anyone safer,” Bass wrote, citing KTLA’s report.

A press conference and protest were held at the time the claims were made, and images of the gathering were spread across different news outlets.

At the time, DHS responded to the story, saying that it was “clearly fabricated.” Fox News reported that the criminal complaint against Calderon said that she and others “planned a hoax kidnapping” to benefit themselves, “including their own pecuniary gain.” A GoFundMe page was set up by Calderon’s daughter, who managed to raise $4,500 and claimed that her mother was “taken by masked men in an unmarked vehicle.”

After the daughter filed a missing person report, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) determined that Calderon was not in ICE custody and launched its own investigation into the matter, only to find out that “kidnapping” did not add up.

The affidavit added, “when confronted with true information that contradicted their kidnapping story,” Calderon and others “attempted to thwart law enforcement efforts” to find out where she was.

HSI Los Angeles Special Agent in Charge Eddy Wang slammed the scheme, saying, “My office invested valuable time and resources working this alleged kidnapping investigation only to discover that it was a hoax.”

“Diverting critical law enforcement resources is not only reckless and irresponsible, but it also endangers the community,” Wang added. “The real cost of a fraud like this is the amount of fentanyl not seized, child predators not removed from the communities and human trafficking victims not rescued because law enforcement redirected resources to recover the defendant. We want to assure the public that allegations of criminal activity will be thoroughly investigated by HSI and our law enforcement partners and that those who engage in fraud and deception will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”

This Is Going to be a Slam Dunk Case

According to the L.A. Times:

California’s high-speed rail authority sued the Trump administration Thursday over its cancellation of billions of dollars in federal funding.

The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California by state Atty. Gen. Rob Bonta, comes one day after the Federal Railroad Administration pulled $4 billion from the project that was intended for construction in the Central Valley. The suit seeks declaratory and injunctive relief and challenges the legality of the decision.

The lawsuit calls the administration’s actions “arbitrary and capricious, an abuse of discretion, and contrary to law, and threatens to wreak significant economic damage on the Central Valley, the State, and the Nation.” It names Department of Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy and acting FRA Administrator Drew Feeley as defendants and details President Trump’s “personal animus” toward the project and long-standing criticism of it. Trump previously pulled funding from the train during his first term.

The suit calls the president’s past statements over the project’s budget as untrue. The project is about $100 billion over budget from its original proposal of $33 billion. Trump previously said it was “hundreds of billions of dollars” more.

“Trump’s termination of federal grants for California high-speed rail reeks of politics.” Gov. Gavin Newsom said in a statement Thursday. “It’s yet another political stunt to punish California. In reality, this is just a heartless attack on the Central Valley that will put real jobs and livelihoods on the line. We’re suing to stop Trump from derailing America’s only high-speed rail actively under construction.”

The fast train to connect San Francisco to Los Angeles was originally expected to be completed in 2020. But while the entire route was environmentally cleared last year, no portion of the line has been finished and construction has been underway only in the Central Valley. The Trump administration initiated a compliance review in February after Republican lawmakers called for an investigation into the project and demanded that it be defunded.

Some things:

  • 2008: California voters approved Proposition 1A, authorizing funds and plans for the state’s high-speed rail (HSR) system, originally targeting completion in 2018.
    • The initial vision set a price tag of $33 billion for a full system linking San Francisco and Los Angeles in under three hours.
  • 2015: Construction started on the Central Valley segment, running from Merced to Bakersfield—a stretch intended as the project’s Initial Operating Segment (IOS).
  • 2024: Substantial completion of one of the major construction packages in the Central Valley, while right-of-way acquisition for the Merced and Bakersfield extensions advances.
  • 2030-2033: The Merced to Bakersfield portion will be complete (about 164 miles).
  • The rest of Phase 1 (San Francisco-Anaheim, ~494 miles) does not have a fully funded or fixed completion date. Tentative goals are set for environmental clearance, design, and gradual construction of other sections, such as Gilroy-Palmdale, with possible completion by 2045—dependent on funding and private investment.
  • Phase 2 would eventually extend service north to Sacramento and south to San Diego, but there is currently no timeline for these extensions.

Some math:

  • It will take 18 years to complete 164 miles for Phase 1. That’s 33% of Phase 1.
  • With that pace, it would take 54 years to complete the 494 miles of Phase 1.
    • I will not even go into the price tag. I would need quantum computing to figure that one out.
  • Phase 1 would take 72 years to complete!
  • It’s about 514 miles from San Diego to Sacramento which is Phase 2. That’s another 56 years.
    • Forget about the cost.
  • Phase 1 and 2 would take 128 years to complete!
  • Phase 3 is suppose to be from the Mexican border to San Francisco. I’m just going to say that’s not going to happen.

Maybe California is not getting that $4 billion.

What is worse for California, they are going to have to explain why they are so far behind and where did that $133 billion go.

Episode 1063 – JESUS WAS NOT A TRANS COMMUNIST!

We are going to debunk a common belief of what Jesus is about by the Left.

The Democrats have a new strategy on how to get people back to voting for them.

And it looks like the days are number for the penny.

Dumbass of the Day

Some things about this:

  • Let’s go through a little timeline:
    • Israel was established in 1300 BC.
    • The Romans conquered Judea in 63 BC.
    • Jesus was born on 0 AD.
    • Jesus died in 33 AD.
    • The Romans changed the name of Judea to Palestine (Philistia) in 135 AD.
    • Mohammad was born in 570 AD.
    • Islam was established in 610 AD.
    • Who were the colonists?
  • Capitalism did not exist back then. Mercantilism did (everybody get a piece).
  • Jesus was a Jew. He was probably pretty white.
  • He never hated the rich. He didn’t hate anyone. Jesus had tax collectors following Him.
  • What this guy doesn’t point out is that Jesus was a Jew, from birth to death.
  • Jesus was not a communist. He believed in God and religions. Communists ban religion.
  • Christians don’t do any of that stuff. In fact, one of the reasons he can say this crap and not get slapped around because Christians are the most tolerant of any religions.
  • Why isn’t this guy saying this about Muslims? They are far less tolerant than Christians.
  • Peter, Jesus’ greatest apostle, started the Catholic church. It’s ridiculous to think Christ would not approve.

Authenticity Matters

SAM: Speaking with American Men – What Is It?

SAM—short for Speaking with American Men: A Strategic Plan—is a new $20 million Democratic Party initiative launched in 2025 to address the party’s declining support among young and working-class male voters, especially in online spaces245. The project is a direct response to recent election cycles where the gender gap shifted, with more men, particularly young men, moving toward the Republican Party, contributing to Democratic losses in key battleground states124.

The Strategy and Its Components

SAM’s primary focus is on understanding and engaging with men—especially young men—in the digital environments where they spend their time. The plan includes:

  • Studying Language and Virality: SAM promises to “study the syntax, language and content that gains attention and virality in these spaces,” essentially treating young men’s online culture as a subject for anthropological research245.
  • Advertising in Video Games: One of the more concrete recommendations is to purchase advertisements in video games, aiming to meet young men where they are most engaged245.
  • Content Analysis: The initiative seeks to analyze the themes and formats that resonate with men in digital communities, hoping to inform future messaging and outreach2345.

Criticism and Internal Debate

The SAM initiative has faced significant criticism from both inside and outside the Democratic Party:

  • Consultant-Driven Approach: Many see SAM as a product of the “consultant class”—expensive, top-down, and disconnected from the real concerns of its target audience. Critics argue that spending millions on consultants to study men’s online behavior is unlikely to address the core issues driving the shift in male voting patterns25.
  • Marketing vs. Substance: There’s skepticism that focusing on marketing tactics (like ads in video games) misses deeper policy and cultural issues that have alienated men from the party, such as economic concerns, cultural identity, and perceptions of the party’s stance on masculinity and working-class values45.
  • Party Disconnect: Some Democratic strategists and donors have been described as viewing working-class and male voters almost as an “anthropological” curiosity, furthering perceptions of disconnect between party leadership and these communities24.

Broader Context

The launch of SAM comes amid a broader reckoning within the Democratic Party after a series of electoral setbacks, including a historic drop in approval ratings (down to 27% in recent NBC News polling)24. The party is engaged in internal debates over policy direction, messaging, and how to rebuild coalitions that once included more male and working-class voters1.

Cultural and Political Landscape

  • Republican Outreach: The GOP, especially under Trump, has actively courted young male voters through influencer partnerships, support for issues like Bitcoin, and direct engagement in online spaces7.
  • Democratic Messaging: Efforts like the SAM Elliott ad for Kamala Harris, which frames voting for a woman as an act of masculine courage, illustrate the party’s attempts to reframe gender and masculinity in its favor7.
  • Media and Podcast Influence: Figures like Joe Rogan, who attract large male audiences with independent, anti-establishment views, highlight the complex, shifting allegiances among American men—many of whom feel disconnected from both parties4.

Episode 1044 – The Uncomfortable, Necessary Conversation

Let’s have an uncomfortable and necessary conversation about race relations.

Let’s Have That Uncomfortable Conversation

On April 2, 2025, a tragic stabbing at a high school track meet in Frisco, Texas, claimed the life of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf, a junior at Memorial High School. The incident occurred during the UIL District 11-5A track meet at Kuykendall Stadium, where students from multiple schools were competing. Austin’s twin brother, Hunter, was present and attempted to save him after the stabbing, but Austin succumbed to his injuries shortly after being transported to a hospital126.

Details of the Incident

The altercation began under Memorial High School’s team tent when Austin reportedly asked Karmelo Anthony, a 17-year-old student from Centennial High School, to leave the tent as he did not belong to their team. Witnesses stated that Anthony responded by opening his bag and warning, “Touch me and see what happens.” When Austin pushed or grabbed him, Anthony pulled out a knife and stabbed him once in the chest before fleeing. He was later apprehended near the stadium349.

Aftermath and Reactions

Hunter Metcalf described holding his brother as he died, saying he tried to stop the bleeding but was unable to save him. Their father, Jeff Metcalf, expressed anguish over the loss and questioned how such an event could occur without adequate security measures in place67. The family has received an outpouring of community support but is focused on grieving and honoring Austin’s memory3.

Anthony was charged with first-degree murder and is being held on a $1 million bond. According to arrest reports, he claimed self-defense during his initial statements to police but admitted to stabbing Austin48. The investigation is ongoing as authorities work to piece together the full circumstances of the incident.

Community Impact

The tragedy has deeply affected students and staff at Memorial High School and raised concerns about safety at school events. The track meet was postponed and relocated, with Frisco ISD promising updated security measures moving forward59.

What is wrong with black people and people in general (some of this is not just a black problem):

  • The get-rich-quick mentality (education is not important).
  • The hip-hop culture (thug mentality).
  • The destruction of the nuclear family.
  • The loss of self-respect.
  • The loss of religion.
  • Loss of community.

I Thought You Couldn’t Do This?

A GoFundMe campaign has been launched to support the legal defense of Karmelo Anthony, a 17-year-old charged with murder following the stabbing death of Austin Metcalf at a high school track meet in Frisco, Texas, on April 2, 2025. The incident reportedly began with a dispute over seating, escalating into a fatal altercation. Anthony’s family and supporters claim he acted in self-defense, while Metcalf’s family disputes this narrative128.

The crowdfunding efforts have raised significant amounts across multiple platforms. A GiveSendGo campaign has collected over $85,000 as of April 6, while GoFundMe campaigns have also been organized by supporters under titles such as “Support Karmelo Anthony’s Legal Defense” and “Support Karmelo Anthony’s Fight for Justice”234. These campaigns emphasize Anthony’s academic achievements, lack of a criminal record, and the family’s need for financial assistance to cover legal fees and other expenses13.

They Want Your Kids

Colorado is currently considering House Bill 25-1312, known as the “Kelly Loving Act,” which proposes significant legal protections for transgender individuals. The bill aims to address issues such as misgendering, deadnaming, and gender-affirming care, particularly in contexts involving family law, education, and public accommodations.

Key Provisions of HB25-1312

  1. Misgendering and Deadnaming as Child Abuse:
The bill classifies misgendering (using pronouns inconsistent with someone’s gender identity) and deadnaming (using a person’s birth name rather than their chosen name) as forms of “coercive control” in child custody cases. Courts would consider such actions when determining parental responsibilities and the best interests of the child146.
  2. Anti-Discrimination Protections:
Misgendering and deadnaming would be explicitly defined as discriminatory acts under the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act. This would prohibit such behavior in places of public accommodation, including businesses and schools. Violators could face penalties such as fines or mandatory anti-discrimination training146.
  3. School Policies:
Schools would be required to adopt inclusive policies regarding chosen names and gender-neutral dress codes. They would also need to accommodate any reason a student might use a name different from their legal name356.
  4. Public Entities’ Use of Chosen Names:
Public agencies would be mandated to provide space for both legal names and chosen names on official forms. Once a chosen name is listed, it must be used on all future documentation administered by the agency67.
  5. Parental Rights Protections:
Colorado courts would be prohibited from enforcing out-of-state laws that penalize families for supporting gender-affirming care for minors36.

Criticisms and Concerns

Critics argue that the bill could infringe on free speech rights by compelling individuals to use specific names or pronouns, even if doing so conflicts with personal beliefs. Some opponents also view the classification of misgendering and deadnaming as child abuse as overly broad and potentially harmful to parental rights15. Additionally, concerns have been raised about the administrative burden on public entities required to track chosen names5.

Broader Implications

If passed, HB25-1312 could set a national precedent for transgender protections, reinforcing Colorado’s position as a sanctuary state for gender-diverse individuals37. However, it remains controversial due to its potential impact on free speech, parental rights, and business practices.

The bill is still under consideration in the Colorado legislature, and its final form may include amendments addressing some of these concerns.

They Won’t Listen

Major corporations, including Amazon, Costco, Microsoft, and Nordstrom, are warning Washington state lawmakers that proposed tax increases could lead to a corporate exodus and harm the state’s economic stability. These companies, alongside others such as Alaska Airlines, Zillow, T-Mobile, and Puget Sound Energy, co-signed a letter urging the legislature to reconsider payroll and wealth tax proposals aimed at addressing a significant budget shortfall of $12–16 billion134.

Key Concerns Raised by Businesses

  1. Economic Impact of Taxes:
    • The proposed taxes include a statewide payroll tax modeled after Seattle’s 2020 “JumpStart” tax. This tax would impose a 5% levy on employee wages above the Social Security wage limit for companies with annual payrolls exceeding $7 million2.
    • Critics argue that these measures would increase operational costs, making Washington less competitive compared to other regions. For example, it is reportedly 30% cheaper to employ software engineers in Vancouver, Canada, than in the Puget Sound area12.
  2. Threats to Job Growth:
    • Business leaders warned that higher taxes could drive jobs out of the state. Microsoft President Brad Smith highlighted that Amazon has reduced its Seattle workforce by 10,000 jobs since the implementation of the “JumpStart” tax, while adding 25,000 jobs in Bellevue16.
    • Smith also pointed to historical examples in Europe where similar wealth taxes were abolished due to negative economic consequences, including job losses16.
  3. Unsustainable Spending Growth:
    • The letter criticized Washington’s spending trends, noting that the state’s operating budget has more than doubled over the past decade, growing by 37% in just the last four years—far outpacing population and income growth13.
    • Businesses argued that even without new taxes, existing revenue sources are projected to grow by 6.8% in the 2025–2027 biennium and 7.7% in the following biennium13.

Legislative Context

Democratic lawmakers have floated various revenue measures to address the budget gap, including payroll and business taxes. However, Governor Bob Ferguson has stated he would veto any bill containing a wealth tax due to concerns about its economic impact34. While proponents of these taxes argue they are necessary for funding public services like education and housing, opponents—including Republicans and business leaders—believe spending cuts should be prioritized instead45.

Broader Implications

The business community has warned that these tax proposals could lead to long-term damage to Washington’s economic competitiveness. Companies have already begun shifting jobs to more business-friendly regions like Idaho or British Columbia. Additionally, some wealthy residents have reportedly moved out of Washington to avoid higher taxes23.

In summary, corporate leaders are urging lawmakers to reconsider these tax hikes, emphasizing their potential to undermine entrepreneurship, discourage job creation, and harm economic stability across the state134.

The Trans Thing Just Keeps Marching Forward

Here’s is some trans news that we can’t skip. That’s because it is being ignored by the media and is really becoming a problem for women.

  • Stephanie Turner, a female fencer, was disqualified from the Cherry Blossom Open in Maryland on March 30, 2025, after refusing to compete against Redmond Sullivan, a transgender woman. Turner protested by kneeling and removing her mask prior to the match, stating that she would not fence against Sullivan because she believed it was unfair for a transgender woman to compete in a women’s event. This act of protest resulted in her receiving a black card, which disqualified her from the tournament135.
  • The governing body for high school sports in Washington State has announced that it will not ban men from women’s sports following legal threats from Democratic officials.
    • Washington state law currently requires educational agencies to allow students to participate in interscholastic sports “that most closely aligns with their gender identity.”  The Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA)  previously announced that it had proposed two bylaw amendments that would limit participants in girls’ sports to students who were born as females and prevent students who were born male and now identify as female from competing in girls’ sports following multiple headline-grabbing victories by boys in Washington competing in girls’ events.
  • A transgender athlete took home first place in a varsity high jump competition at an Oregon high school meet Wednesday, roughly two years after finishing last while competing against junior varsity boys, according to a report.
    • Lia Rose, who reportedly used to compete as Zachary, won the high jump at the Portland Interscholastic League Varsity Relays with a height of 4 feet, 8 inches, beating the second-place finisher by two inches.
  • A trans-identified male is lashing out against the New York City Tennis League Network after being banned from competing against women. Cameron ‘Cammie’ Woodman, 25, is now on a crusade to have the Network banned from using public courts by complaining to city officials.
    • Last week, Woodman played two sets against female opponents in the Lincoln Terrace Park tennis courts of Brooklyn and was victorious in both matches. One of his opponents then contacted the Tennis League Network’s CEO, Steve Chagnon, to alert him about the presence of a male in the women’s matches. The Tennis League Network is an amateur recreational league with branches nationwide.
    • Chagnon, head of the Tennis League Network, forwarded the complaint to Woodman with the accompanying message: “Can we move you over to an appropriate level Men’s Division?”
    • Woodman refused the offer, stating: “I am a transgender woman who has been medically transitioning for the past four years. I believe in my integrity as a woman player, as I play women often… I am not willing to join a men’s league where I would have a disadvantage due to my medical transition.”
    • He went on to name the woman who had sent in the complaint, and slammed her as “a very inexperienced player who wouldn’t even have rated as high as a 3.0 based on her skills,” and added that he found it “offensive” that she had brought the matter to Chagnon.
    • Woodman additionally shared a series of posts further demanding action to “fight transphobia on NY courts” and stating that the Tennis League Network “should be removed from our city’s courts for violating NY Human Rights Law”. He is calling on the New York City Parks Department and the New York City Commission on Human Rights to investigate.
  • Professional disc golf athlete Abigail Wilson walked off the tee in protest over the inclusion of a trans-identified male in the women’s competition this week. Wilson found herself being expected to compete against male participant Logan ‘Natalie’ Ryan in the Music City Open held in Nashville, and refused in an act of defiance being celebrated by women’s rights advocates the world over.
    • Wilson posted a video of her protest to her Instagram account, saying: “Females deserve to have their gender protected division be protected. This is unfair. I have worked so hard to get to this point to play on the DGPT, but the sacrifice of my career and my hard work is worth it if it means I can make a difference for other women, daughters, nieces, and the future of our sport. If you feel how wrong it is to have biological males be competing in female protected divisions in sports, now is the time to speak up and stand your ground.”
    • She added that she had been having “anxiety” about playing against the trans-identified male because of “threats of violence” at last year’s competition, referencing a terrorist threat that had suspended the Music City Open last year.
  • When Ultimate Pool crowns a women’s champion for the Pro Series event on Sunday, the winner will be a biological male. That’s because both the finalists, Harriet Haynes and Lucy Smith, are males who “identify” as women.

That’s Not Enough Justice

Anjela Borisova Urumova, a 20-year-old woman from Bristol Township, Pennsylvania, was sentenced on April 1, 2025, to 45 days to 23 months in the Bucks County Correctional Facility after filing a false police report about an alleged attempted rape and kidnapping. The incident occurred in April 2024 in the parking lot of a Redner’s grocery store in Middletown Township. Her false accusations led to the wrongful imprisonment of an innocent man, Daniel Pierson, for 31 days before her claims were disproven through a thorough investigation by law enforcement126.

Urumova initially alleged that Pierson attacked her from behind, attempted to pull down her pants, punched her, and tried to abduct her. However, inconsistencies in her account were uncovered through surveillance footage and forensic analysis of her cellphone data. Confronted with the evidence, Urumova admitted she fabricated the entire story. She later revealed that she had targeted Pierson because she found him “creepy” after seeing him and his truck in the area previously27.

In January 2025, Urumova pled guilty to seven misdemeanor charges, including filing false reports, tampering with physical evidence, and unsworn falsification to authorities. She faced a potential sentence of up to 17 years but received a reduced sentence due to her plea deal. In addition to jail time, she was ordered to serve one year of probation, undergo a mental health evaluation, pay $3,600 in restitution to the victim, and avoid any contact with him or his family368.

The case has drawn significant attention due to its impact on the victim and broader societal implications. Bucks County District Attorney Jennifer Schorn emphasized that such false accusations can erode public trust in the justice system and jeopardize legitimate cases of sexual violence16.

Episode 642 – We Have An Illness…

Let’s look at how far down the slippery slope can go.

And let’s go over some news we should all be hearing but is being squashed by the legacy media.

These Are Groomers

This is a guy who dresses as a woman. He is a TikTok influencer. Who is he trying to influence? Our children. He even says that in the beginning of his videos. He tells parents to let him talk to the kids.  I’m not kidding. Listen:

OK, outside of being extremely creepy and this guy is an obvious groomer, everything he said is just wrong. There is biological sex. We have had biological sex throughout mammalian history. How do we know this? Because every species must have a male and female mate in order to produce offspring and not go extinct. That’s the problem the pandas are having. They’re going extinct because they’re not mating in the wild. They’re too busy rolling and crap.

Also, we need to quit qualifying biology. Gender and sex are the same thing. The definition was changed in 1955 by a pedophile named John Money. If you don’t know who John Money is, look him up. He’s a horrid human being. But this “assigned at birth”, and “trans-this” and “biological whatever” is stupid. Your man or a woman. You’re born that way. You can never convert. End of story.

But that’s not what’s important because you’ve heard all this before. What’s important is how a civilization can become infected with a single idea.

  • Starts with an idea from an “authority” or “expert”.
  • People around the “expert” agree with the idea and build upon it, giving the idea legitimacy. These people are usually educators.
  • The idea gets pushed to the students.
  • Groups get created that proclaim the idea to those outside the group.
  • It becomes part of the culture.
  • The culture embraces the idea and begins to influence the institutions.
  • The institutions embrace the idea and begin to proclaim it.
  • Politics become influenced by the idea.
  • Politics makes the idea part of law.
  • We are all forced to embrace the idea.

Why do I bring this up? Because the trans idea started in the 1950s as an idea by a guy by John Money and now we have government officials pushing this crap and trying to have this perversion pushed on our children. Here is Rachel Levine, who used to be Richard, promoting this trans crap:

This is where the slippery slope leads.

Some things:

  • This is not science. Science proves that this ideology is false.
  • He talks about wanting to have discussions about this ideology. That’s not what they want. They cannot debate this subject. They want to indoctrinate. That’s why they go after children. They’ve given up on trying to convince people like me because I’ll tear the ideology apart by using actual science.
  • He calls himself a doctor and healer, but supports cutting off healthy tissue on children and pumping them full of hormones without knowing what the side effect could be.
  • And, no, there are no long-term studies on any of this. Why? Because it’s never been done before. And, as we will talk about later, the things we know now, within this short period:
    • Suicide side rates have not gone down and still remain extremely high (40%).
    • Many of the youth that said they were the opposite sex are de-transitioning.
    • None of this stuff is talked about.
  • The people who are “politically perverting” science are these guys. No one ever thought of this crap until recently and simple questions like, “Why can’t kids wait until 18 to transition?” will get you called a bigot, with no answers.
  • In this clip, he says “compassion” and “understanding” about three times. Basically, he is making science into feelings.

I am going to say something very controversial. The LGBTQI+-#@ community supports Malthusianism. Malthusianism is the belief that the world cannot support the population and we should just let certain culture or groups of people go extinct. That’s a simplistic definition. That’s why the Left support abortion, euthanasia and trans-ing kids. You trans a kid, he won’t have children. That’s why they hate the nuclear family and religion. Both philosophies are very supportive of having children.

It’s also a Marxist philosophy. Karl Marx supported Malthusianism. China supports Malthusianism (One Child Policy). Bill Gates supports Malthusianism (though the media said it is not true but he did say it).

Now, it’s been debunked. Thomas Malthus, who came up with the philosophy, believed that it was food that we were going to run out of. Reality is, we are producing more food than we ever had. But the Left changed the goal posts. They believe the problem is the religion of climate change.

https://byjus.com/biology/malthusian-theory-of-population/#:~:text=The%20Malthusian%20theory%20explained%20that%20the%20human%20population%20grows%20more,over%20the%20past%20three%20centuries.

Finally

All this crap is coming to a head. It is going to be up to alternative media (Daily Wire, New York Post, Rumble, Twitter, Libs of TikTok, Gay Against Groomers, the Blaze, the Joe Rogan Experience and podcasts like this) are going to have to bring out the real news the the legacy media won’t promote.

  • A Navy Seal from Seal Team 6, who made news by transitioning from a man to a woman has decided to de-transition.
    • Chris Beck served in the Navy SEALs for 20 years on special operations teams and also served on the famed SEAL Team Six. Through 13 deployments, he received over 50 awards and medals for his service, including the Bronze Star with valor and the Purple Heart.
    • Beck became a prominent national figure after announcing on CNN’s Anderson Cooper in 2013 that he had become a transgender woman named Kristan Beck.
    • I’m going to go out on a limb here and say he probably had some issues.
    • He told political commentator Robby Starbuck that he was prescribed hormones after a one-hour session with a Veterans Affairs doctor.
    • “I walked into a psychologist’s office [and] in one day I have a letter in my hand saying I was transgender. I was authorized for hormones. I was authorized all this other stuff,” Beck said.
    • “I walked into a psychologist’s office [and] in one day I have a letter in my hand saying I was transgender. I was authorized for hormones. I was authorized all this other stuff,” Beck said.
    • “Everything you see on CNN with my face, do not believe a word of it,” he said. “Everything that happened to me for the last ten years destroyed my life. I destroyed my life. I’m not a victim. I did this to myself, but I had help.”
    • “I just want to speak up because there are a lot of people out there who are confused about who they are,” he told CBN News. “I just want people to be the way they are born, the way that God intended.”
    • “There are thousands of gender clinics being put up over all of America. As soon as [kids] go in and say, ‘I’m a tomboy or this makes me feel comfortable’ and then a psychologist says, ‘oh, you’re transgender’. And then they set you on hormones – the same hormones they are using for medical castration for pedophiles. Now they are giving this to healthy 13-year-olds. Does this seem right. This is why I am trying to tell America to wake up.”
    • “Transgender ideology is cultish and it is not science-based at all. They take that innate human desire to want to change and want to help people and they use it, just like a cult leader would.”
    • This happened a couple of days ago. Notice no one is covering this?
  • A woman, who admittedly had mental problem is suing the doctor that cut off her breasts for almost a million dollars.
    • Camille Kiefel, 32, had her healthy breasts removed in 2020 to align with her nonbinary gender identity. She says her doctors approved the surgery after two Zoom meetings, breezing past a whole host of mental health issues.
    • Now that Camille is in a better place mentally, she realizes her surgery was a mistake. So, two and a half years later, she’s suing her social worker, therapist, and the gender clinics they work for — Brave Space Oregon and Quest Center for Integrative Health — seeking up to $850,000 in damages.
    • As a child, Camille never gave her gender identity a thought. But when her best friend was raped by a relative in sixth grade, she said she became acutely aware of her femininity. Around that time her father also imparted well-meaning advice that backfired.
    • One of the most disturbing things she said: “Sometimes in the shower, I realize they’re gone. I just have these scars.”
  • Chloe Cole, who is a de-transitioning activist, is also suing her doctor for trans-ing her at 16.
    • She de-transed at 17.
    • “These butchers have gone unquestioned and unchallenged for too long. My goal in this lawsuit is to set a precedent that will change the landscape for these barbaric processes and to create a pathway for other de-transitioners to seek justice.”
    • She should sue. She is a beautiful girl who has had her life ruined at the age of 16.

Episode 597 – What is Wrong with Memphis?

Susan Sarandon comes out as bi-sexual and this is something we can learn from.

Kamala Harris is an idiot.

And some horrid crimes in Memphis, Tennessee puts a spotlight on crime.

Time to Start Calling It Out

So, Susan Sarandon has confirmed that she is bisexual. Probably shouldn’t be a real shock since she is a liberal actress in Hollywood. Normally, I wouldn’t even bring this up because I don’t really care. To each is own. Live and let live and all the other clichés apply here. I think it’s perverted but it’s none of my business. That’s how Conservatism works. We believe in freedom and you should be able to do what you want, even if it is perverted. All as long as you don’t impede my life and rights. Most Conservatives don’t say anything. We’ve paid the price for it. Our religions are being attacked. Our rights are being eroded away. The Law of the Land is being ignored. Our kids are being  indoctrinated. There’s crime, drugs and illegal aliens pouring over the border. BLM and Antifa riots.

Through most of it, we have been silent. We just didn’t want to rock the boat. Meanwhile, the Left is kicking sand in our faces. Well, I say no more. It’s time to stop being silent. Schools are teaching critical gender theory, we need to say they are grooming kids. They want to say men can be women or vice-versa, we need to say, “BS”. You’re are a man or a woman and that can’t be changed.

And when they ask why we care, we say, “because you want me too.” They want us to fall in to their “religion” and I say no. Their ideology is being forced into our schools on our kids, forced in the workplace and forced in business. It’s in our entertainment, in the commercials we watch and is changing our history.

So I will say it because I am tired of the normalization of perversion.

Susan Sarandon is a pervert. Gosh, that feels good.

Kamalaism

She’s back!

Kamala, who was MIA for the last couple of weeks has made her presence known and is giving us a lot of sound bites.

Here she is, talking about illegal immigration with Chuck Todd of MSNBC. He’s asking her about the “secure souther border” and doesn’t seem to buy it. But Kamala, she doubles down and gives a waundering answer without ever really answering the question. Listen:

Couple of things:

  • The border must be secure before we deal with legal citizenship for illegal aliens.
  • There will be 2 million people illegally crossing the border this year. What does she define as an emergency?
  • Trump’s last year, there were only 36,000 illegal crossings. It was over a million last year and will hit 2 million this year. Seems that Trump actually did fix the border problem. These overturned everything he did and now look at it.
  • What about the drugs, human trafficking, the trafficking of human organs, the deaths. None of these are being addressed.
  • Even Chuck Todd isn’t buying her crap.

Of course, we have to have Kamala saying stupid and she doesn’t disappoint. Tell me what word she’s pushing on.

So she’s there to find out the work that’s been done the work the still needs to be done and the work that needs to be done that they don’t know about. What?

Maybe They Are Just Bad People

Over the last week, we have had some absolutely horrific crimes in Memphis and Canada.

  • Ten people were stabbed to death in Canada by a pair of brother of indigenous decent. Both are dead.
  • In Memphis Tennessee, a career criminal kidnapped a woman who was jogging, raped and murdered her. He has also been charged with another rape a year after serving a 20 year prison sentence for, you guessed it, kidnapping.
  • Another teen in Memphis went on a shooting spree, killing four and injuring three. He was livestreaming his shootings on Facebook.
  • Also in Memphis, two teens were arrested for livestreaming that they were going to kill white people including a grandmother in front of her grandchildren.

You know what all these people had in common. They all had major criminal records but none stayed in jail for their entire sentences. One guy got an attempted murder dropped down to aggravated assault and only served 11 months of a four year sentence. Crime is getting out of control and the offenders, seeing there are no consequences for their crimes, are getting more brazen and nobody id doing anything about it.

I want to talk about how we fix this. Believe it or not, this is not as hard to repair as made out to be. I have several things that will fix this problem and lower crime.

Overincarceration Problem? No!

A lot of people on the Left say we have an over incarceration problem. BS! We have an under incarnation problem. How do I know? Because our crime problem has gone through the roof over the last couple of years. We have gotten rid of bail for criminals for equity. People are not being prosecuted and when they are, they are being released early.

In reality, only about .5% of the population commits crime. Problem is there is about a 50% recidivism rate. Even if a guy serves 10 years for a crime, there will be a 50% he does it again. Higher if he belongs to a gang. These are the people that need to be put in prison and stay in prison for a long time. If they think there will be consequences for committing crime, they may not do it. There are no consequences now, especially in the big cities, and so they keep doing it.

By the way, there is no injustice or inequity when someone is thrown in prison like all the movie stars say. The first question I have is who is unjustly in prison. No one answers that question.

Not for Rehabilitation

Prisons are not there for rehabilitation. They are there for punishment. For justice.

There has been this push to believe prisons should be there for rehabing the felon so they can become a working member of society. That’s just wrong. That individual committed a crime and needs to be taken out of society for a specified time to punish him and to protect society from him.

I understand prison sucks. It’s meant to suck. Heck, have you seen prisons in Mexico. Those prisons suck. Criminals have it good in our prisons compared to other countries.

I am also tired of hearing about the rights of people in prison. Yu gave up your rights when you got arrested. You have no rights. You also lose a bunch of them when you are convicted. ne cannot have a gun or vote again. You may even have lost your privacy rights depending on what you’ve done.

Bring Back the Death Penalty

There are three reasons why the death penalty does not work in the United States while it works in every other country in the world.

  • It needs to be done often.
  • It needs to be done expeditiously after conviction.
  • It needs to be done in public.

We did none of these. By the time someone is put to death, people have forgotten why they are in trouble. We need to implement the death penalty like they do in other countries. No one should ever serve life in prison. They become a drag on society. It costs hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to house an inmate. If that guy is so bad he will never be let out of prison, he should just be put to death.

Also, this cruel and unusual punishment thing is been overblown. You know how the Founding Fathers executed people? Firing squad or hanging. They never thought this was cruel and unusual. Now look at all the BS and expense we have to go through to execute an animal. Russia used to convict someone, take that person in the back of the court and shoot him in the back of the head. I’m not say we should follow the lead of Russia but murder was not a thing they put up with.

That Right Has Become Important

You know why crime has not really gone up in Florida, Texas, the Dakotas, Montana, Nevada or Arizona? How about open carry. If a criminal thinks that he is going to victimize someone who is armed and ready to protect himself or herself, that criminal will probably not commit a crime. That’s because criminals are cowards. They don’t want anybody fighting back.

Even in Memphis, the commentator said it is likely that the guy walking around shooting people will probably run into someone who is armed and taken out that way. Tennessee is an open carry state. You do not need a permit to carry. By the wat, before the gun control nuts go off on the need to get rid of guns, the guy shooting people was a felon and wasn’t allowed to carry a gun. Turns out criminals don’t think twice about breaking the law.

Culture Shift

I know the Left hates Western Civilization and our systems and culture. They hate that we have a culture that blossomed through religion. I know they respect indigenous peoples who were known for war, brutality, cannibalism and slavery but that just tells me we shouldn’t listen to them.

We need to re-embrace what we were and raise our children with the same values that the previous generations were raise:

  • Religious morality.
  • Patriotism.
    • Understanding out history.
    • Understanding the concept of the Constitution.
    • Embracing tradition.
  • The value of a complete nuclear family.
  • Responsibility.
  • Hard work.
  • Integrity and honor.
  • Reason over feelings.
  • Respecting and celebrating life.

This stuff is not going to easy. All our institutions are so “woke” that it might require creating alternate institutions or destroying the current institutions. Look at the school system. Can we tear it down? Well, yeah. People are leaving the public school system (about 20% have left). People are sending their kids to private schools or home schooling. Companies are now offering help to home school children.

It sounds like a lot of work and it is. But not doing something will leave our civilization in tatters. Crime is part of that destruction.

Just Accept This

Some people are just bad. Their life’s goal is to victimize others.

That’s one of the reasons I loved the Three Strikes Laws that were implemented throughout the United States that have been rejected by Left-wing government. If you committed three felonies, you were considered a habitual offender and you would never stop committing felonies and victimizing people. The courts would then just throw you in prison for twenty to life.

I know there were some outliers there. Somebody would steal a candy bar with a twenty dollar bill in his pocket and that was considered a felony. But I say, so what? This person should know better but cannot stop committing crimes.

Episode 545 – The Fourth Industrial Revolution

They are having a meeting in Davos, Switzerland. The people in the meeting do not have well-known names or are open political figures. But these people are influencing politicians that are changing our way of life.

We should listen to what they are saying which can be hard because the media is not covering it at all. Let’s do that.

The Conspiracy Theory That Isn’t

We have talked about the Great Reset. A lot of people who are on the Left say that it is a conspiracy theory that should be ignored. Well, there’s a problem with that. Klaus Schwab, the founder and leader of the World Economic Forum and a globalist, has written three books about it. One is called COVID-19 and the Great Reset. It’s on the WEF’s website. The economic departments of colleges are teaching it.

So let’s just get off the conspiracy theory garbage. It’s not one and we are actually seeing the effects in our day-to-day lives.

  • Inflation is not an accident.
  • Our national debt is not an accident.
  • High gas prices are not accidents.
  • Food shortages are not accidents.

Then we have other things that are going on in society that would never be something we would’ve seen 30 years ago.

  • Riots and protests.
  • Justice reform.
  • Woke corporations.
  • Attacks on the courts.
  • Energy shortages.
  • The indoctrination of children in schools.
  • Racism claims.
  • Attacks on religion.
  • Attacks on the nuclear family.

None of this stuff would have happened 30 years ago. Heck, we didn’t even think of race in the 70’s and 80’s. All this stuff is necessary or part of the Great Reset.

So, let’s define it based on Klaus Schwab’s definition. It is the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

  1. The use of steam and water to mechanize production.
  2. The use of electricity to power mass production.
  3. The use of electronic technology to automate mass production.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution will allow for a global integration, through advanced technology, of business, supply chains and governments. That’s a simple definition.

Essentially, all aspects of life will become global in nature. Corporations and governments will work together following a centralized global board that will define regulations everyone must follow. The goal is to control the global warming, promote equity (not equality), redistribute wealth from rich countries to poorer countries and centralize the means of production.

As you can imagine, there are some real issues with this. Glenn Beck calls this 21st century fascism. To me, it looks like global communism with all the pains. But there are real issues:

  • The dissolution of national sovereignty.
  • The destruction of capitalism, replacing shareholder with stakeholders.
  • Reorganizing wealth to raise poor nations but also weaken strong nations.
  • Replace the use of fossil fuels with…well, we don’t know. This is being done right now:
    • Gas prices. Get an electric car.
    • Energy prices and production. We are expecting brown and black outs in California this summer.
    • This is going to be the norm because we are limiting ourselves on how we produce energy.
  • Drastically reduce food production.
  • Change what we eat.
  • End property ownership. End ownership altogether. You will own nothing.
  • Tracking people and scoring them based on their social interactions.
    • Where you go.
    • What you eat and drink.
    • What you buy.
    • All this is happening already but this will be on a global scale.
  • Censorship.

All of this is described in his book (through a rosy lens) and a lot of it is already happening.

Why do companies go woke even though they can face backlash? A lot of corporations use a score called an ESG score. This stands for Environmental, Social and Governance score. You may even have seen this in your investment portfolio. This score is a WEF invention that rates a company based on the regulations of this global board. That’s why companies are going woke. They think we are going to go global and follow this WEF and, with the politics right now, we could be. Joe Biden and Barrack Obama are huge Great Reset fans. They say it.

Here is what is the most disturbing about this. This is a centralized board of elites who are not elected and do not take into account the culture of nations. They use China as an example of how this newly created system should work. Xi Jinping is speaking at this conference. George Soros, who is a communist and a fascist and is responsible for a lot of the mess within this country, spoke at this conference.

That should disturb everyone.
