Some things:

• This is the messed up messaging. If I’m vaccinated, why do I need to worry about the unvaccinated? I don’t.
• This is the big problem with the Left. They think what they believe is right and will listen to no counter arguments. Their truth is absolute and everyone else is wrong.
• I also think the “safe” thing is really overdone. One is never really safe. One can be fully vaccinated and still catch COVID from another vaccinated person. Nothing is absolute with this flu.
• Chris Rock, who is fully vaccinated, got COVID. In a statement, he said COVID sucked and everyone should get vaccinated. Dude, you were vaccinated and got COVID!
• His last statement is the most disturbing and is being pushed by governments such as the UK, Australia and the United States. Freedom is not a “reward” given by the government. It is what is given by God.
• I get that Australia and Canada are not the United States with a Constitution that states that. But the United States and the Biden administration are now pushing this narrative.
• Australia has been completely shut down because the government said so. There have been, literally, a hundred cases and a couple of deaths and they shut down the economy and prevented Australians from coming back to their country for over a year.
• People are done with it and now they are protesting in Australia. Notice, no one is talking about it.
• Canada is also really shutdown and they are putting priests in prison for holding church services.
• The United States is trying to force the military to get vaccinated. Guess what? A lot of good soldiers refuse and are being forcibly removed. I’d say weeded out.

I know Rahm Emmanuel gets credit for this, but it was actually said by Winston Churchill: “Never let a good crisis go to waste.” The world was fine until China decided to release this virus. Now, the Left sees an opportunity to change the world into what they want. This is something they never could have done a year and a half ago.

Tyranny Doesn’t Care About Cruelty

There is a video that went viral over the Internet. It shows a child at a day care facility that is being forced to wear a mask to save the teachers.

Yeah, like all three-year-olds, he’s having nothing to do with it. But the teacher just keeps trying to put the mask on. Listen:

This is child abuse. What you are not hearing is this kid is actually wrapping the mask’s laces around his throat. Maybe I’m way off here but that’s bad. I know this kid is smarter than his teachers and, eventually, he’s going to leave the mask on, wait until the teachers leave and then take it off, wrapping it around his neck. That seems more dangerous than him spreading or catching the China virus.

But this is one of the more atrocious viral videos.

In this video, a two-year-old who has asthma is forced to wear a mask on an American airlines flight. The baby and her mother were kicked off the flight. The airline stated the baby was kicked off the flight for “being a person not complying to mask regulations”.

It’s a two-year-old!

The video is heartbreaking. Not because the mother and daughter got kicked off the plane but because this child is suffering with a mask on. She can’t breathe. Listen:

The small child, maybe two, is choking and crying with this mask on. How is this right? How is this not abuse?

The fact is that it is abuse. And we are all being abused thanks to this virus that China released (whether on purpose or not, doesn’t matter). We have to get vaccinated or be punished. We have to wear a mask or be punished. Even children have to endure this torture. They must comply.

But there are those that don’t have to comply.

Let Them Eat Cake

The elite don’t need to comply. We see this day in and day out. And it is always the same people.

• Lori Lightfoot goes to Lollapalooza and gets her hair done with no mask.
• Gavin Newsome shares a $2000 meal at the French Laundry without a mask.
• Gretchen Whitmer travels to Florida when she instituted a travel ban.
• Bill De Blasio goes to a gym when he has shut all gyms down in New York.
• Nancy Pelosi gets a hair blowout when her city is shutdown.

But the Met Gala and the Grammys really show the us and them mentality of the of the elites an us dirty little serfs. While all the elitists are walking around, maskless, all the servants are all masked up. Heck, AOC, one of the elite in a dress, we found, that cost over $10,000 at the Met Gala (which costs $30,000 a ticket) had a servant (masked of course) holding up the train of her dress while she is walking toward her car.

The Grammys (bet you didn’t know it was on this Sunday) was indoors, no social distancing and maskless. When anyone won an award there was lots of hugging and kissing.

Seth Rogan said the quiet part out loud:

They’re not only hiding it, they’re making fun of it. Some said Seth Rogan was being serious but I doubt that. Why? He never left. He wasn’t concerned.

L.A. County claimed that safety protocols were implemented and that television productions were exempted from COVID-19 restrictions:

“The Emmy Award Show is a television production, and persons appearing on the show are considered performers. All persons appearing on or in the audience of the Emmy Award Show were fully vaccinated against COVID-19.”

Bend the knee, people!

But the violator is the San Francisco mayor, who implemented a mask mandated throughout her city, London Breed was caught at a jazz club partying without a mask and in tight quarters. She was confronted and this is what she said:

You know, I have no problem with any of this. Good for her. That all makes sense and I should be able to that in San Francisco. Guess what? I can’t because she said I can’t. That’s the story. The story is her hypocrisy. Do as I say, don’t do as I do.

But then she does something that all bad politicians do. She kept talking. She just dug herself into a hole and will be mocked for this for years to come:

She’s talking about Tony, Toni, Tonee and, no, they are not one of the greatest bands in American history. Hearing them that night in the incriminating video, I’m not sure they were the best group in the club. They sounded awful. That’s all I have to say about that. The excuse was just too stupid and she’s being lambasted by the media and in social media. It just shows how out of touch she and the rest of the elite are. We’re all seeing this and get what’s going on.

Should we be afraid of the China virus? We should be afraid of it as we are about the flu. I don’t think it’s worse. I think we should get the vaccination and then just live our lives. These people, the elite, aren’t afraid of it. If it were that dangerous, they would be. They’re narcissists.

Biden Putting America Last Again

Joe Biden is putting Americans last again.

Right now, we have 200,000 people coming over the border illegally. We have about 150,000 Afghans that want to come into this country. We are in the middle of a stagnant economy and our spending is out of control.

So what does Joe Biden want to do?  He wants the State Department to increase immigration of refugees from 62,500 to 125,000. We can’t deal with the ones at the southern border.

The Biden administration said in a statement:

“A robust refugee admissions program is critical to U.S. foreign policy interests and national security objectives, and is a reflection of core American values. The United States has long been a global leader in refugee resettlement. The U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) reflects our tradition as a nation that has long welcomed immigrants and refugees.  It is an important, enduring, and ongoing expression of our commitment to international humanitarian principles and reflects the best of America’s values and compassion.”

What about using those same values and compassion to the people within this country. What about the citizens here? We have a drug problem, a homeless problem and a mental health problem. Maybe the Biden administration should be worried about our people first. Maybe he should be removing the plank from the eye of this country before worrying about the splinter in the eyes of another country.

Mind you, the administration is going to be picky. They’re not going to take people from Cuba or Venezuela. Those people have lived under communism and they will vote Republican. They only want to take people who will vote Democrat.

You’re Buying What From Who?

In one of the dumber things the government can do, law enforcement agencies have decided to purchase drones for law enforcement agencies. This includes the FBI (which bought nine of them).

The company they brought the drones from is a Chinese company called DJI. Now, as a point of transparency, I own two DJI drones. They are fantastic pieces of machinery. But I don’t use mine for law enforcement purposes. I use them for fun and flying over the ocean to look for sharks. Not a lot the Chinese want.

I also own a Lenovo computer. These are IBM based computer from another Chinese company. These computers are not permitted for government work because the Chinese, in the older models, would stick chips and software within them that allowed the company to record and gather data.

But here’s the thing: the United States invented drones and drone technology. Even today, the Chinese, Russians and Iranians are dying to get a hold of our drones to learn what we are doing to them and how they work. In Afghanistan, these countries are already bidding to get a hold of the drones Joe Biden left behind. I’m pretty sure Boeing or Raytheon would love to get paid to make small drones that will be used by our law enforcement.

We also know these countries spy on us. They want to know our procedures. They want to see all our idiosyncrasies like crime and how we investigate crime. They use this stuff against us. They also will learn about our techniques by just reading the requirements that are required to purchase these drones.

Finally, the FBI is buying this stuff? They know what China does, or at least, they should. We can’t tell anymore with the way the scandals the FBI has been going through in the last couple of years.

Here’s my concern. I bring it up last because it is a bit of a conspiracy theory, though a lot of conspiracy theories seem to be coming true. Is our law enforcement, including federal law enforcement agencies, working with the Chinese government? Are they trying to gain tips from them? This may seem somewhat far fetched but looking at what Big Tech is doing with China. Companies like Google and Facebook are working with China to sharpen their social score algorithms. Google and Facebook are censoring content in China and ore, likewise, beginning to do it here. Any tech company working with the Chinese have to turn over their technology to be reviewed by the government.

Another piece of evidence that the government might be working with the Chinese is the protection they receive from the government. All this talk about China being the enemy is just rhetoric. It’s just talk. No action is being taken. China released a virus, whether accidently or on purpose, that shutdown our country and the world and no one is doing anything about it and no one so much as shrugs when China refuses to cooperate.

It’s About Time

Notice the Joe Biden doesn’t answer question from the media anymore? Guess who else has noticed: the media.

Yesterday, a complaint was filed by a group of the media, led by White House Correspondents’ Association President Steven Portnoy. This stemmed from a meeting that Biden was having with British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson.

The statement within the complaint stated:

“The entire editorial component of the U.S. pool went immediately into Jen Psaki’s office to register a formal complaint that no American reporters were recognized for questions in the president’s Oval Office, and that wranglers loudly shouted over the president as he seemed to give an answer to Ed O’Keefe’s question about the situation at the Southern Border. Biden’s answer could not be heard over the shouting.

“Psaki was unaware that the incident had occurred, and suggested that she was not in a position to offer an immediate solution.”

Jen Psaki gets this question quite a bit and she always gives the same answer. She says that he answers questions several times a week. She’s referring to questions Biden takes when he’s just walking around. That’s just a flat out lie. Questions he’s asked while walking around are very controlled by his handlers. If a question is out-of-bounds, his handlers shuffle him off or his mic is cut. I can’t remember when the last time he held a press conference that wasn’t scripted.

Some of the reporters complaining:

• Ashley Parker, The Washington Post: “Worth noting that Biden ran for office promising to restore democracy after 4 years of Trump. But today it was the British leader, NOT the American one, who spotlighted a key tenet of a flourishing democracy — respect for a free press — by taking questions from his press corps.”
• Stephen Miller, The Spectator: “Joe Biden has not taken or answered a single question regarding the border, FDA boosters getting shot down and the drone strike that killed 7 kids. His aides shout down reporters and herds them out of rooms, and the press complies with them.”
• Jennifer Jacobs, Bloomberg News: “Biden aides shouted over the president in the Oval Office, trying to prevent a back-and-forth between @POTUS and the press corps.”
• Andrew Restuccia, The Wall Street Journal: “A chaotic scene in the Oval Office today as Boris Johnson unexpectedly took questions from British reporters, and White House aides shouted over American reporters as we tried to ask Biden questions.”

I’m surprised it took this long to get a real complaint. He has been one of the most inaccessible Presidents since Woodrow Wilson and he was incapacitated with a stroke while his wife and doctor were running the country.

Got to Bring the Narrative Back to Race

One of the dumber stories of the week involved Border Patrol on horseback being accused of beating Haitian illegal aliens with whips for illegally crossing the border.

What happened is that it’s really hot right now in Del Rio, Texas where all the illegal Haitians are being housed under a bridge. In order to get water and ice, the illegal aliens are crossing back into Mexico, buying the ice and water, then crossing the river back into the United States…illegally.

At the U.S. end of the river, border patrol on horses were seen preventing the illegal aliens…who are illegal…from coming back over the border. In the pictures, because there is no video, you see the border patrol holding leather straps and waving those straps in the air as they are trying to block the illegal aliens…who are illegal and breaking our laws.

Kamala Harris had a comment about this:

Couple of problems with this:

• She didn’t see anything. There was no video and the videos that were released, showed that the Border Patrol never touched the illegal aliens…who are in the country illegally…were touched by those straps.
• The leather straps were not whips or lassos. They were the reins for the horse, connect to the horse. The waving of the reins is a common method used to get the horse to change direction quickly.
• I have ridden horses for years when I was a kid. I know what they are doing. I have done the same thing.
• She’s, again, blaming the Border Patrol for doing their jobs, an impossible job, because of the failed policies of this administration and her lack of interest in dealing with this problem.
• Don’t forget, she’s suppose to be the border czar and dealing with this problem!
• Her last statement brings up some questions:
  • Why are we responsible for Haiti? Aren’t there other countries in the Western Hemisphere who can help with that responsibility?
  • From what we can tell, the Haitians are not from Haiti. They are from Central and South America. If that is the case, doesn’t it mean that they already have been accepted in those countries as refugees?
  • Doesn’t that mean they are just illegal aliens in this country? They could stay in the country that accepted them?
  • Just saying.

Reporters are really pushing this narrative because they need to bring up racism again. Let’s face it, they are losing the argument here and racism seems to be the go-to when they are losing. But even Texas Democrats, who live there and have to deal with their constituents, are pushing back against this new narrative.

This is a clip from CNN with Democratic Rep. Henry Cuellar. The CNN host, Victor Blackwell, has to be corrected twice about the Border Patrol not carrying whips and lassos:

Big News…Sort Of

An attorney who represented Hillary Clinton’s failed 2016 presidential campaign was indicted on Thursday for allegedly lying to federal law enforcement officials during a 2016 meeting about who he was representing when he presented information about Trump and Russia to the bureau.

Reuters reported:

“Michael Sussmann, a partner with Perkins Coie who also represented the Democratic National Committee in connection with Russia’s hack of the organization, is accused of making false statements during a Sept. 19, 2016 meeting with former FBI General Counsel James Baker. This marks the second criminal case Durham has filed so far since former Attorney General William Barr tapped him in 2019 to investigate U.S. officials who probed the Trump-Russia contacts.”

Michael Sussman is a garbage human being. You may remember that name because, not only did he work for Hilary Clinton but he was also one of the attorneys involved in the Mueller investigation. That is one of the reasons a lot of Conservatives thine the Mueller investigation is bunk.

The Daily Wire reported:

Durham reportedly found that Sussmann told [James] Baker during the meeting in 2016 that he was not representing any client when he sought the meeting. However, in a 2017 deposition before Congress, Sussmann testified that he sought the meeting on behalf of an unnamed client who specializes in cybersecurity.

Duh! That’s the big problem with lying all the time. Eventually, one can’t keep the lies straight.

According to the indictment:

During the meeting, SUSSMANN lied about the capacity in which he was providing the allegations to the FBI. Specifically, SUSSMANN stated falsely that he was not doing his work on the aforementioned allegations “for any client,” which led the FBI General Counsel to understand that SUSSMANN was acting as a good citizen merely passing along information, not as a paid advocate or political operative. In fact, and as alleged in further detail below, this statement was intentionally false and misleading because, in assembling and conveying these allegations, SUSSMANN acted on behalf of specific clients, namely, (i) a U.S. technology industry executive … at a U.S. Internet company … and (ii) the Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign.

It continues:

SUSSMANN’s lie was material because, among other reasons, SUSSMANN’s false statement misled the FBI General Counsel and other FBI personnel concerning the political nature of his work and deprived the FBI of information that might have permitted it more fully to assess and uncover the origins of the relevant data and technical analysis, including the identities and motivations of SUSSMANN’s clients.

Basically the guy lied to get involved in the Mueller investigation. He was a political operative on behalf of the Democratic Party and, specifically, Hilary Clinton.

This is a serious charge, a felony. He will be disbarred if he is convicted. He pled not guilty like they knew he would. The Clintons and the media are waving this off as nothing. No big deal. But it is. If this goes to trial, things are going to come up in public that is going to show The level of corruption during the Russia investigation. And the Dem aren’t going to be able to hide it. I expect this Sussmen guy to either plead out or end up dead somewhere.

Dunham, though not saying anything specific, hinted that more indictments were on the way. I hope so. I’m going to be disappointed that a two year investigation into one of the most corrupt investigations in American history only leads to a crappy lawyer getting 14 days in jail.

Joe Biden is Having a Bad Week Already

Biden had a really crappy week last week. Looks like this week ain’t going to be much better. But that should be OK. Old Joe decided it would be a good time to take another vacation. That’s right! It’s his third in a month and a half.

But that OK. He’s got a lot to deal with when he gets back.

The Capitalist that Wants to Steal Your Money

Joe Biden said something stupid. He claimed to be a capitalist while, in the same breath, said that he was excited to raise taxes on everyone. Weird.

He said:

Big corporations and the very wealthy were doing very well before the pandemic. That’s why I’ve said — starting back in my campaign for president — that it’s not enough just to build back; we have to build back better than before. And that’s how it all begins. 

I’m not out to punish anyone. I’m a capitalist. If you can make a million or a billion dollars, that’s great. God bless you. All I’m asking is you pay your fair share. Pay your fair share just like middle-class folks do. But that isn’t happening now.

Couple of things:

• Democrats always talk of taxing wealth, not income. There s a difference and every wealthy person pays taxes based on their income. It would be illegal otherwise.
• I want to point out it was the government shutdown, really supported by Democrats, that make the rich, richer.
• Things before the pandemic were great economically. To get that back, the government should just stop f-ing with the economy by over spending and raising taxes.
• That “build back better” thing is really getting annoying.
• Joe Biden is not a capitalist. He has never done anything in his miserable life that can be likened to capitalism.
• The wealthy do pay their fair share! It’s the middle class that doesn’t pay their fair share!
  • The top top 50% in this country pay all net taxes!!!!
  • The poor pay nothing!
  • It’s a lie made to split the country!
• Finally, if the “wealthy” have to pay higher taxes and the wealthy are the people employing people, who do you think is going to suffer?

As the Daily Wire reports:

As The Daily Wire’s Ben Johnson detailed in August, Internal Revenue Service data from 2018 show that the top 1% of American income earners paid more in federal income taxes than the bottom 90% percent of income earners combined. Additionally, 61% of all American taxpayers paid no taxes last year, and the bottom half of taxpayers paid less than 3% of all income taxes.

Biden also claimed that only wealthy Americans will pay more taxes:

We’re not going to raise taxes on anyone making under $400,000. That’s a lot of money. Some of my liberal friends are saying it should be lower than that. But only corporations and people making over $400,000 a year are going to pay any additional tax… Not only will no one making under $400,000 see their taxes go up, the middle class are going to get some tax cuts — some breaks.

This is a BS lie. Everyone is going to pay because the wealthy do not have enough money to pay his BS policies! 

The Need to Raise the Debt

There is going to be a huge problem facing the Biden administration.

We are reaching the debt limit. What will happen is if we do not raise the debt limit, we will not be able to borrow money to pay off our debt and that could lead to defaulting on our international loans. If we default, we could end up not being able to fund the government and even under austerity. Austerity means that countries we defaulted to will have a say in how we structure our economy. That also includes ending or suspending certain programs that a lot of people are depending on.

Some Republicans think that it is best not to raise the debt limit at all. We should default because we need to control the wild spending that is occurring under the Biden administration including that $3.5 trillion budget bill. They want Biden to own the debt.

Our debt is now at $29 trillion. It is out of control and no one wants to control it. Maybe it is time to start taking responsibility for this out-of-control debt and spending. Here’s the reality, we are going to have to suffer eventually. We either suffer now and get this under control or our kids and grandkids will in the future.

I Knew This Was Coming

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is calling for the extension of enhanced federal unemployment insurance through 2022.

If you don’t know what that is, the federal government enhanced the state unemployment benefits by $300 per week for an extra $1200 per month. People who were unemployed were making about $3000 a month. The enhanced unemployment benefits ended on Labor Day. Some states ended the benefits in the summer because no one was looking for a job. This is a problem throughout the country where there are 10 million available jobs. This is also causing major production and delivery problems since truckers don’t want to work which is part of the reason we have inflation.

Don’t forget, inflation is cause by a lot of demand with not enough supply. Just to give an update, inflation was at 5.3% in August which is .3% less than projected. That’s good. What’s bad is grocery prices are up 8.7% from August 2020.

Anyway, AOC said:

“I’ve been very disappointed on both sides of the aisle that we’ve just simply allowed pandemic unemployment assistance to completely lapse when we are clearly not fully recovered from the cost effects of the pandemic. I simply could not allow this to happen without at least trying.”

Like I said, there are 10.1 million jobs available with only 8.7 million people who can work and are unemployed. So there are more jobs available than people unemployed. Democrats have said that the reason people are not working is their fear of the China virus. But a a recent poll showed that 13% of Americans who are employable, that’s 1 in 8, have actually turned jobs down to continue receiving unemployment benefits.

Not surprising. Why work when the government will pay you more for sitting on your ass all day. I know people who do this. They’re getting fatter but they don’t have to work.

The reality is AOC is pushing for something else: Universal Basic Income. She has made a platform of this. She wants the government to pay people not to work. Is it because she loves people and, like she said in her stupid little video, give people more time to write poetry and crap. That’s not it. She wants people to be dependent on the government. When people depend on the government, the government has more control and they can steal more money from people who are productive (raise taxes) and take away our freedoms (free speech, freedom of religion, right to bear arms).

When a bunch of people depend on the government, then the power goes to the government. That’s why she’s also for continuing the rent moratorium too.

She’s got some problems though I doubt anything is going to come about it. That $30K ticket for the Met Gala may have been a violation of ethics according to House Minority Leader, Kevin McCarthy. Guess what? She doesn’t care and neither do the Democrats.

Don’t Forget This

With increased inflation, the Afghanistan crisis, the recall election in California, the terrible job numbers, the COVID vaccine mandates, the $3.5 trillion budget proposal and the new tax increases in the news, it is easy to forget the border crisis

Fox News reported:

“There were more than 200,000 migrant encounters at the southern border in August, a DHS source told Fox News on Wednesday, the second month in a row where the number has been over the 200,000 mark as migrants continue to attempt to enter the U.S. Additionally, the 208,887 number for August represents a 317% increase over last August 2020 which saw 50,014 encounters — and a 233% increase over August 2019, where there were 62,707 amid that year’s border crisis.”

This non-crisis is going to become a crisis no matter what Jen Psaki says.

There are so many people crossing the border, the Border Patrol cannot arrest and process them all. In Texas, Bill Melguin of Fox News tweeted a picture of 4200 illegal aliens standing under a bridge, waiting to be arrested.

Melguin tweeted:

“Our drone is currently over the international bridge in Del Rio, TX, where Border Patrol & law enforcement sources tell us over 4,200 migrants are waiting to be apprehended after crossing into US. Local BP holding facilities are overwhelmed and over capacity. A source on the ground sent us this video showing thousands of migrants under the international bridge in Del Rio, TX with more showing up constantly. We’re told the situation there is getting worse every day and the numbers are growing by the hour.”

Former DHS Secretary under Trump said this thing is unsustainable and the border cannot be guarded. Human and drug smuggling is going on without any resistance. Wolf said:

“The men and women of federal law enforcement cannot continue to deal with these crisis-level numbers. They are already overwhelmed and overburdened. The breakdown is coming. Hundreds have been pulled off the line, from defending and safeguarding our borders, to process and care for the flood of illegal aliens apprehended at the border. Cartels and smugglers have taken advantage of our weakness, with record numbers of not just people, but narcotics, pouring across an increasingly undefended border.

“President Biden simply isn’t listening, and I fear that we are staring down the prospect of a preventable disaster stemming from this crisis. Sadly, just as we saw in Afghanistan in recent weeks, it seems that for this administration, politics trumps national security.”

But there is another issue these prophets of homeland security are pushing. We don’t know who’s coming over.

It is not just people from Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador or Guatemala. It is also people from China, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Haiti, Somalia and Afghanistan. This open border policy is becoming a terror threat. And this has become magnified with the Taliban taking over Afghanistan, the reemergence of ISIS and al Qaeda and financing of these groups by China, Russia and Iran.

The pictures were from a drone Fox News flew over. Shocking, the FAA issued a Temporary Flight Restriction to stop Fox News from flying their drone. When asked, the FAA said it was because of a “known security risk”.

This Wasn’t a Mandate

Gavin Newsom wins the the recall election and he doesn’t get it.

Throughout the campaign. the Democrats never brought up what Gavin Newsom did right by California or defend his policies. He made this election about Republicans trying to take over. They made it about Trumpism. And, because he won, the Democrats, especially Gavin Newsom, believes that this was a mandate and he now wants to do more of what he’s done. That’s right. He thinks the people want high taxes, homelessness and high crime. He thinks the people want heavy COVID restrictions, mask and vaccine mandates.

Los Angeles and San Francisco want to implement complete vaccine mandates for anyone 12 or over and prove it when you want to go anywhere including restaurants, sports venues, certain stores and government buildings. Yes, you can have a test but rapid tests are no longer free and cost between $100-$200. Who can afford that? This is basically forcing a person to get the vaccine or not have a life. How long is it going to be before they don’t allow one to go to a grocery store? They start threatening your ability to buy food?

These are what Gavin Newsom and the Democrats say was “mandated” by the recall election.

All Democrats think that. Democrats want California to be the blueprint for all the states including Texas and Florida. This is why Conservative news outlets like OAN, Blaze TV, Newsmax, Daily Wire and Fox News are talking of cold civil war and succession. Problem is Republicans are good with separating with Democrats. But Democrats are not good with Republicans separating from Democrats. They don’t want to lose power. They want submission.

Here We Go

Arizona sued the federal government on Tuesday over President Joe Biden’s sweeping order to mandate vaccinations for federal employees and contractors as well as fine businesses that don’t enforce strict COVID testing for unvaccinated workers.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich said in a statement:

“The federal government cannot force people to get the COVID-19 vaccine. The Biden Administration is once again flouting our laws and precedents to push their radical agenda. There can be no serious or scientific discussion about containing the spread of COVID-19 that doesn’t begin at our southern border.

“Under our Constitution, the President is not a king who can exercise this sort of unbridled power unilaterally. And even George III wouldn’t have dreamed that he could enact such sweeping policies by royal decree alone.”

The lawsuit states:

“Biden’s vaccine mandate violates the Equal Protection Clause by favoring migrants that have crossed into the country illegally over legal U.S. citizens. The Biden Administration allows migrants to decline the vaccine, protecting their freedom and bodily autonomy more than American citizens.

“Even President Biden’s own Chief of Staff Ronald Klain acknowledged the federal government lacks the legal authority to impose a COVID-19 mandate but is doing so anyway with this ‘ultimate workaround. OSHA doing this vaxx (sic) mandate as an emergency workplace safety rule is the ultimate workaround for the federal govt to require vaccinations.”

Be prepared for more lawsuits like this. This mandate is unconstitutional and the Biden administration knows it. So they are going in another direction.

The Biden administration has decided to ration the monoclonal antibody therapies for Conservative states like Florida and Texas. By the way, Florida has a very high vaccination rate. Why is he doing this? Punishment for not complying!

When asked about it, Jen Psaki said that they didn’t have an unlimited supply and people could get vaccinated if they are worried.

A pair of $1,190 sweatpants from tony fashion house Balenciaga are being slammed on social media as racist and a prime example of cultural appropriation.

The “Trompe-L’Oeil” sweatpants come with built-in boxer shorts that are designed to peak out above the waistband — mimicking the style popularized in hip hop culture.

Couple of things here:

• This is not cultural appropriation unless it’s racist to be a con serving a time in prison and want to have sex with other prisoners.

It looks like California is a lost cause.

Gavin Newsom is going to retain his governorship by a landslide. Though the election has not been called and won’t be called for probably a month, Newsom won it 64-36. Reality is, some news outlets were calling it last night. How, when the polls close at 7 PM, they knew who won by 8 PM I don’t know. Well, I do know. They probably cheated.

Gavin Newsom would have none of that:

You know, nothing convinces people that an election is valid and fair than calling those who don’t believe an election was valid and fair like calling them immature children. I guess the ballot harvesting, mailed ballots, mail-in ballots, DMV registrations, people being marked as voted when they weren’t, mailed ballots being sent to people in other states and people receiving two or more ballots is just me being immature. I should just grow up and cut it out?

Well, I’m going to remain immature and say that this was a corrupt election. But, the problem I have, is that if this was only a corrupt election, I would have thought it would have been closer. Maybe 55%-45% or closer. The fact that this election was a landslide tells me that California is lost. Apparently, the people of California don’t care about:

• The high taxes.
• High cost of living.
• Low standard of living.
• Crime.
• Homelessness.
• Drug problems.
• Dirty streets.
• Housing crisis.
• Our $1 trillion in debt.
• Failing education system.
• Falling population.
• Businesses leaving.
• Forestry incompetence.
• Crumbling infrastructure.
• Droughts (I do blame the California government for that).
• Immigration crisis that is supported by our sanctuary status.
• Continued lockdowns.
• Continued masking mandates.
• A Newsom’s continued hypocrisy.

People just don’t care. They’re happy that Newsom knows what pronouns to use. It’s time to write this state off. There’s no way it’s going to change anytime soon and will get far worse before it gets better.

Could Be Treason

Bob Woodward, a writer for the Washington Post and writer of All the President’s Men which took down President Richard Nixon, and Robert Costa are releasing a book called Peril. It has some rather serious charges in it.

According to the book, Gen. Mark A. Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, might have been staging a coupe against then President Donald Trump.

• Milley worried about the mental abilities of Donald Trump as early as October 30th, before the election.
• In a pair of secret phone calls, Gen. Mark A. Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, assured his Chinese counterpart, Gen. Li Zuocheng of the People’s Liberation Army, that the United States would not strike.
• One call took place on Oct. 30, 2020, four days before the election that unseated President Donald Trump, and the other on Jan. 8, 2021, two days after the Capitol siege carried out by his supporters in a quest to cancel the vote.
• The first call was prompted by Milley’s review of intelligence suggesting the Chinese believed the United States was preparing to attack.
• “General Li, I want to assure you that the American government is stable and everything is going to be okay,” Milley told him. “We are not going to attack or conduct any kinetic operations against you.”
• Milley went so far as to pledge he would alert his counterpart in the event of a U.S. attack, stressing the rapport they’d established through a backchannel. “General Li, you and I have known each other for now five years. If we’re going to attack, I’m going to call you ahead of time. It’s not going to be a surprise.”
• In the second call, placed to address Chinese fears about the events of Jan. 6, Li wasn’t as easily assuaged, even after Milley promised him, “We are 100 percent steady. Everything’s fine. But democracy can be sloppy sometimes.”

A few things about this.

• We need to take this with a grain of salt. This is from a book and a couple of news articles.
• If this is true, Milley was talking about this with others about it. There would be no way Woodward or Costa could have known about two “secret” phone conversations.
• Whether true or not, this needs to be investigated:
  • Giving information to the enemy is treason or conspiracy.
  • He undermined a dually elected President. This was a coup attempt.
  • He did not have to give information to the Chinese. If he didn’t want to do something, he could have said no.
• At best, I think Milley should resign. If any of this true, he should be thrown in prison.

I believe there is probably some truth about this. Milley is a Leftist and Woodward is liberal with no love for Donald Trump. When there is negative news against libs it does hold a little more water than stuff printed about Conservatives. That’s because negative things are always published against Conservatives.  So this needs to be investigated.

I also am intrigued by the response to this by the media. They are making Milley a hero here. Like he saved the United States from the tyranny and insanity of Donald Trump. They’re are actually pushing the narrative that Trump was going to start a war with China.

Yeah, the same President who was the only President since Jimmy Carter that didn’t start a war. So this needs to be investigated.

Battle of the Intellects

The Met Gala was on Saturday and there was one person that was conspicuously absent: rapper Nicki Minaj. The way she dresses, she would have fit right in. But she didn’t go. When asked about it on Twitter she gave the following answers.

Besides the rather descriptive antidote, there is really nothing weird here. The Met Gala wants her to be vaccinated. She’s not ready to get the vaccine because of side effects she’s heard of. She wants to do a little more research. Meanwhile, she’ll continue to wear a mask and make her decision later.

Joy Reid of MSNBC would have none of it and decided to light Nicki up for not following the narrative that all black people need to follow:

RIP, Norm MacDonald

One of my favorite comedians died yesterday. Norm MacDonald had died of cancer. He had been struggling with it for nine years. He started his career on Saturday Night Live and was known for his skits on Weekend Update.

Throughout his career, his only concern was being funny. He was irreverent. He would make fun of current events even if he could offend people. When he was told to stop because his comedy was “too soon” he would just move on and make people laugh.

Here he is on the Daily Show, talking about the Crocodile Hunter’s death ten days after Steve Irwin died. It was completely inappropriate and extremely funny. Listen:

He didn’t care about what people thought and, when he faced cancel culture, he just waved them off and kept going. I think we know why he didn’t give a damn about cancel culture if he spent 9 years fighting cancer, getting yelled at by some basement dweller on Twitter doesn’t seem like a thing.

What is really something is he told no one. He just continued on, not looking for any attention, and kept making people laugh. He was selfless. For me, he’s the example of a hero.

Joe Biden, in order to completely get rid of a virus that will never go away, has decided to implement a vaccine mandate whether you like it or not. If you fail to do what he says, you shall be banished from civil society.

This is a six step plan to “protect” everyone from the China virus.

Vaccinate the Unvaccinated

The Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is developing a rule that will require all employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated or require any workers who remain unvaccinated to produce a negative test result on at least a weekly basis before coming to work. OSHA will issue an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) to implement this requirement. This requirement will impact over 80 million workers in private sector businesses with 100+ employees.

This is probably unconstitutional.

• It is my understanding the OSHA may not be a Constitutionally valid organization. Their function is vague and broad and they may not have the abilities to enforce what Old Joe wants to do. In fact, the OSHA director this weekend couldn’t see how OSHA could actually do what Joe Biden wants.
• The federal government may not have the authority to force businesses to fire employees for not being vaccinated. More on that a little later because people are pushing the precedence of Jacobson vs. Massachusetts as a way the government can push this. That’s a bunk analysis as we will see that the precedence down not apply here.
• It forces people to take the vaccine and, if they don’t, your cancelled. That can’t be Constitutional.

Requiring COVID-⁠19 Vaccinations for Over 17 Million Health Care Workers at Medicare and Medicaid Participating Hospitals and Other Health Care Settings.

Not sure about this one. I just want to point out these essential workers worked throughout the pandemic without a vaccine. Now, they can get fired for not taking the vaccine? That just seems immoral.

Calling on Large Entertainment Venues to Require Proof of Vaccination or Testing for Entry.

Probably not an issue since it isn’t a mandate. If he mandated it, it would be the federal government forcing private businesses to behave in a certain way and that would be unconstitutional. Requiring Employers to Provide Paid Time Off to Get Vaccinated.

This could be an issue for small buinesses and, because its mandated, might be unconstitutional. A lot of medium to big businesses already do this. Again, this is being placed on OSHA which might not be legal or within their purview.

Further Protecting the Vaccinated

This is the non-scientific and, frankly, stupid part of his six step process. It is part of the terrible messaging of this administration when it comes to the vaccines. Don’t I already have protection if I’m vaccinated? Why get the vaccine if it doesn’t work? It’s really stupid.

Providing Easy Access to Booster Shots for All Eligible Americans.

Ensuring Americans Know Where to Get a Booster.

Couple of problems here:

• Boosters have been talked about but they are not FDA approved.
• We already have a great vaccination program. I know where to get my shots. There’s nothing to change here.
• The science is out on memory cells (I think these are called T-cells). One may not have the RNA antibodies in them but memory cells store the blueprint for dealing with viruses it’s seen before. It’s possible we may not need boosters.

Keeping Schools Safely Open

Here comes the politics. Gota keep those teacher’s unions happy.

Requiring Staff in Head Start Programs, Department of Defense Schools, and Bureau of Indian Education-Operated Schools to be Vaccinated

• Again, not sure this is Constitutional. I don’t think the federal government can force private school, even ones that get tax breaks and government subsidies, to be vaccinated.
• I’m pretty sure most federal law does not apply to Indian reservations.

Calling on All States to Adopt Vaccine Requirements for All School Employees.

I have no problem with this. Teachers (especially from the unions) were bitching and moaning about not teaching because the thought they wuld all die from the China virus. Screw them. They need to get the vaccine.

Still, probably not Constitutional.

Providing Additional Funding to School Districts for Safe School Reopening, Including Backfilling Salaries and Other Funding Withheld by States for Implementing COVID Safety Measures.

Seriously, how much more money do these f-ingpeople need? They haven’t worked in a year, their funding has almost doubled and, now, they need more money?

Just stupid.

Using the Department of Education’s Full Legal Authority to Protect Students’ Access to In-Person Instruction.

I think this one is completely unconstitutional and we have talked about this one before.

This states that if there is one child in a classroom (which means all classrooms across the country) then all the children must wear a mask.

Getting Students and School Staff Tested Regularly.

You know, we never did this with the flu. Why do this now?

Providing Every Resource to the FDA to Support Timely Review of Vaccines for Individuals Under the Age of 12.

You know what the science is? We know very little about these vaccines. As far as I’m concerned, any kid under the age of 18 should not get the vaccine. Hell, I think young people under30 with no pre-existing conditions shouldn’t get the vaccine. We just don’t know the side effects yet.

Also, if I’m a parent, I don’t want the federal government telling me how to take care of my kid.

Increasing Testing and Requiring Masking

This is just stupid and unscientific. only N-95 or KN-95 masks work. Period. Those crappy cloth masks and surigical masks, that we wear all day and probably don’t wash, don’t work.

If you can smell my fart while wearing a mask, the mask ain’t working. That is science.

They also want to double fines for interstate travel and not wearing a mask. Like to see how they’re going to enforce that. This is all a power play. Bend the knee.

Promises, promises, promises. They have been saying that for two years now and most small businesses (now closed) didn’t see a dime. This is just another reason for the government to raise taxes again.

It also might be a tricky-dick way of pushing for univerals basic income and sneaking in student loan forgiveness. We need to see what it’s going to do but this is prbably unconstitutional.

Launching the Community Navigator Program to Connect Small Businesses to the Help They Need.

The one thing we can say about the government during this disaster is that they’re been no help. Need evidence? Walk through the Carlsbad Mall and see how small businesses have been helped.

Improving Care for Those with COVID-19

Increasing Support for COVID-Burdened Hospitals.

I am still waiting for a list of those COVID-burdened hospitals. Last I heard they were all at 90% capacity which is normal and several hospitals that were reported overburdened, weren’t.

Getting Life-Saving Monoclonal Antibody Treatment to Those Who Need It.

I think they’ve been trying to do this from day one. This is not a God-the-government-had-a-good-idea.

Massachusetts was one of 11 states that had compulsory vaccination laws.^[1] Massachusetts law empowered the board of health of individual cities and towns to enforce mandatory, free vaccinations for adults over the age of 21 if the municipality determined it was necessary for the public health or safety of the community.^[2] Adults who refused were subject to a $5 fine.^[2] In 1902, faced with an outbreak of smallpox, the Board of Health of the city of Cambridge, Massachusetts adopted a regulation ordering the vaccination or revaccination of all its inhabitants.^[2]

Cambridge pastor Henning Jacobson had lived through an era of mandatory vaccinations back in his original home of Sweden.^[3] Although the efforts to eradicate smallpox were successful in Sweden, Jacobson’s childhood vaccination had gone badly, leaving him with a “lifelong horror of the practice”.^[3] Jacobson refused vaccination saying that “he and his son had had bad reactions to earlier vaccinations” as children and that Jacobson himself “had been caused great and extreme suffering for a long period by a disease produced by vaccination”.^[2] Jacobson believed that his family may have some sort of hereditary condition that made the smallpox vaccine particularly dangerous.^[3] Because of his refusal to get vaccinated, Jacobson was prosecuted and fined $5 (about $150 in 2020 dollars).^[4][5] Over the next three years until his case reached the Supreme Court of the United States, Jacobson argued that subjecting him to a fine or imprisonment for neglecting or refusing vaccination was an invasion of his liberty, the law was “unreasonable, arbitrary and oppressive”, and that one should not be subjected to the law if he or she objects to vaccination, no matter the reason.

The Ruling

From Wikipedia:

Justice John Marshall Harlan delivered the decision for a 7–2 majority that the Massachusetts law did not violate the Fourteenth Amendment.^[2] The Court held that “in every well ordered society charged with the duty of conserving the safety of its members the rights of the individual in respect of his liberty may at times, under the pressure of great dangers, be subjected to such restraint, to be enforced by reasonable regulations, as the safety of the general public may demand” and that “[r]eal liberty for all could not exist under the operation of a principle which recognizes the right of each individual person to use his own [liberty], whether in respect of his person or his property, regardless of the injury that may be done to others.”^[2]

Furthermore, the Court held that mandatory vaccinations are neither arbitrary nor oppressive so long as they do not “go so far beyond what was reasonably required for the safety of the public”.^[2] In Massachusetts, with smallpox being “prevalent and increasing in Cambridge”, the regulation in question was “necessary in order to protect the public health and secure the public safety”.^[2] The Court noted that Jacobson had offered proof that there were many in the medical community who believed that the smallpox vaccine would not stop the spread of the disease and, in fact, may cause other diseases of the body.^[2] However, the opinions offered by Jacobson were “more formidable by their number than by their inherent value” and “[w]hat everybody knows, … [the] opposite theory accords with the common belief and is maintained by high medical authority.”^[2] Therefore, it was left to the legislature, not the courts, to determine which of the “two modes was likely to be the most effective for the protection of the public against disease”.^[2] No one could “confidently assert that the means prescribed by the State to that end has no real or substantial relation to the protection of the public health and the public safety”.^[2]

Finally, the Court acknowledged that, in “extreme cases”, for certain individuals “in a particular condition of … health”, the requirement of vaccination would be “cruel and inhuman[e]”, in which case, courts would be empowered to interfere in order to “prevent wrong and oppression”.^[2] However, the statute in question was not “intended to be applied to such a case” and Jacobson “did not offer to prove that, by reason of his then condition, he was, in fact, not a fit subject of vaccination”.

Not the Same Thing

There are a bunch of problems with this case:

• Smallpox had a 30% death rate, especially in children. COVID has a .02% death rate and it is unheard of in children.. Sorry, folks, that’s science and statistics.
• The smallpox vaccine was approved and has been used for about 120 years. They have not tested the China virus vaccine for even a year. We have no idea what the side effects are. My ball could fall off in a couple of years, who knows?
• The biggest problem with using this precedence is that applies to a state, not the federal government. If Florida tells the federal government to kick rocks on this Executive Order, guess what the Supreme Court is going to say. State has the authority here.

Conclusion

This is a power grab. It’s tyrannical. It’s despotic. Joe Biden is trying to become a dictator.

That speech was disgusting. He was shaming people for not having the vaccine. He was pitting the vaccinated and the unvaccinated. He was stirring hate and polarization. But that’s what the Left does.

Problem: most people don’t care (or, at least, shouldn’t care). I’m vaccinated. I don’t care if you’re not. That’s your problem.

I understand why you don’t get the vaccine. OK, good for you. But I ain’t wearing a mask. It’s not my responsibility to worry about what you do or don’t do. I can only worry about me and my family. Nobody else. It’s not my responsibility or my children’s responsibility to worry about someone else.

Finally, do the vaccines work or not? If they do, why do I need to worry about the unvaccinated? If they don’t, why is the government forcing people to take it? And, in the last year and a half, when did masks work? There has been no evidence (or even research) that masks ever worked.

Finally, if the world is about to end because of the China virus, why are so many Democratic politicians not wearing masks in crowded, public events?

This is about the people bending the knee. These six steps apply to a lot of people but not the elite (politicians, unions, the famous). They know better than we do and if we don’t think so then we will be banished. No job, no social events and continued ridicule.

You know what I say? No! I’m done.

The Biden administration really wants this Afghanistan thing to go away. But, even with the media’s help, Old Joe is having a tough time making this one go away.

Weird Story

For some reason, no one on the Left likes Joe Rogan. Well, may be we do know.

• He’s a famous podcaster.
• He follows common sense which makes him somewhat Conservative though he’s more a Libertarian.
• He doesn’t buy any of the Left’s garbage and there are a lot of people listening to him.
• He’s rich.
• He’s white.
• And he’s male.
• He’s not vaccinated.

Well, he caught the China virus. He used a cocktail of recommended therapeutics, including a drug called ivermectin. Two days later, Joe posted a video of him stating that he was perfectly fine. Ten days later, he’s out of the house and doing his thing.

This blew the Left’s and the media’s mind. It goes against the media’s narrative about masking, vaccines and lockdowns. Rogan wouldn’t take the vaccine because he was younger and very healthy and he didn’t trust the vaccine. He also has been questioning Tony Fauci and the government’s motives with all this.

The media went after this drug, ivermectin, because it is not the government’s chosen drug, the vaccine is. So they said that the drug was not used for human beings, it was a horse de-wormer. This is really the only lie the media could come up with. They got called out when Trump supposedly said to inject bleach to get rid of the China virus (he did not say that). They got called out when they said a guy was poisoned when he took fish tank cleaner because is had hydroxychloroquine in it (turned out his wife tried to poison him).

But leave it to Rolling Stone to throw out the big lie that the Left could run with. They reported that a hospital in Oklahoma was so overwhelmed by over doses of ivermectin that they could not treat gunshot victims. This was according to a doctor named Dr. Jason McElyea. He said:

“The ERs are so backed up that gunshot victims were having hard times getting to facilities where they can get definitive care and be treated.

“All of their ambulances are stuck at the hospital waiting for a bed to open so they can take the patient in and they don’t have any, that’s it. If there’s no ambulance to take the call, there’s no ambulance to come to the call.”

This story was reported and pushed by MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow and Joy Reid.

• It is also an anti-parasitic drug.
• It has been used is humans for over half a century.
• It is considered a wonder drug in Africa because it cure malaria.

Turns out, the story in the Rolling Stone was another lie. Not surprising from them. They also created a huge uproar over a story about rape culture in college campuses. Their evidence was a woman who never existed. The hospital in question stated that they were not being overwhelmed by gunshot wounds or overdoses. They also said that Dr. Jason McElyea has not worked in the hospitals in months. He has also written several papers on Leftist causes.

They also stated that they have not seen one ivermectin overdose case at the hospital.

How Are Those Evacuations Going?

The evacuations out of Afghanistan are not going well. Maybe a more accurate statement is the government isn’t doing anything. Though the government says they will be stop at nothing to get people out, they appear to have no plan, no control of the airports, no control of any air space and no flights in or out of Afghanistan. In fact, all we keep hearing is how the government is depending on the Taliban to get the people out.

There’s a problem.

People on the ground are reporting that the Taliban is not letting people leave the country, even if they have papers. Six flights of Afghans trying to leave the country, run by private sources, were being held up by the Taliban. They won’t let them take off.

Rep. Michael McCaul, Member of the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee said:

“The Taliban will not let them leave the airport… They’re going to demand more and more, whether it be cash or legitimacy as the government of Afghanistan.”

The Taliban denies they are holding anyone hostage but the country is, financially, collapsing. They need money. They won’t six plane loads of people leave who have every right to leave. That sounds like a hostage crisis.

But Secretary of State, Antoney Blinkin said there was no evidence that anyone was being held hostage:

“We are not aware of anyone being held on an aircraft or any hostage-like situation in Mazar-i-Sharif.

“We’ve been able to identify a relatively small number of Americans who we believe are seeking to depart from Mazar-i-Sharif with their families. We have been assured, again, that all American citizens and Afghan citizens with valid travel documents will be allowed to leave.”

The United States government has no recourse here without the permission of the Taliban. They’re not going to get it. We are going to end up paying the Taliban to get these people out if the government wants to. I got to tell you, it sure looks like the Biden administration really doesn’t want to do something about this. It’s like they want to just let this go away and screw the people over there.

The media and the Biden administration are trying to move on to other stories:

•  Biden was talking about climate change this weekend.
• The media is talking about COVID (again) and Hurricane Ida.

There’s no interest in the people left behind. Everyone wants this whole thing forgotten.

They’re Actually Not Helping

As I said a few minutes ago, there are a lot of private companies and NGOs who are trying to get people out of Afghanistan. Yeah, well, the Biden administration, who won’t do a damn thing to fix this mess, is not letting the people who want to do something, do anything.

According to the Daily Wire:

The Biden State Department refused to give approval to private charter planes seeking to evacuate Americans and Afghan allies from Afghanistan, according to a report from Fox News based on a leaked email.

The State Department refused “to grant official approval for private evacuation flights from Afghanistan to land in third countries, even though the department conceded that official authorization would likely be needed for planes to land in those nations,” according to Fox News, which obtained the email.

Citing possible security threats to both those on board the airplanes and those on the ground at Department of Defense airbases, the State Department also said that “charter flights, even those containing American citizens, would not be allowed to land at Defense Department (DOD) airbases,” effectively grounding the evacuation mission.

If there’s any doubt that the Biden administration wants this to go away, this should pretty much erase this doubt. Old Joe Biden just wants these people to disappear and his administration appears to be doing, and not doing, everything in their power to make sure these people disappear.

You might be asking why the Biden administration is going out of their way to prevent people from returning. Let’s face it, this looks like the administration is interfering. That’s because what is going on over there is horrid. People are being raped, sold into slavery, tortured and killed. People who get over here are going to tell those stories. This is the kind of stuff the Biden administration doesn’t want to come out.

If Biden is intentionally leaving people behind to the tender mercies of the Taliban, this could lead to an impeachment or resignation, and not just of Joe Biden. Unfortunately, I doubt the stuff that is going on over there is going to be kept a secret long. The Taliban likes executing people, like filming it and like social media. Within a month or two, stuff is going to leak and there will questions that need to be answered.

Take As Much Credit As You Can

Not only is the government not doing anything but they are taking credit for things they’re not doing.

Last Monday, the State Department celebrated the safe passage for a woman and her three children:

“U.S. has facilitated the safe departure of four U.S. citizens by overland route from Afghanistan. Embassy staff was present upon their arrival.”

There was a problem with that statement. The State Department had nothing to do with it. Fox News reported:

“But those actually involved in the dangerous rescue operation say the State Department deserves little to no credit for Mariam’s escape from Afghanistan.

“Cory Mills and a private team of military veterans, drawing on funding by private donors including the Sentinel Foundation, led the effort to rescue Mariam and her three children from Afghanistan, where they had been left behind by the Biden administration, multiple sources with knowledge of Mariam’s evacuation confirmed to Fox News.”

What a shock! The Biden administration has lied again. They are so hurting for victories that they need to steal them from someone else.

While in New Jersey on Tuesday, inspecting the Damage from Hurricane Ida, some people reminded Old Joe that he was not going to be allowed to forget the people he left behind. Some of this is rather prickly so listen with caution.

The Abortion Debate Continues On

There was a guest on Joy Reid’s show on MSNBC who had an interesting solution on how Leftists could stop the abortion ban in Texas.

The Nation magazine contributor Elie Mystal first compared the disaster from hurricane Ida to the abortion law in Texas:

I live in New York, OK? It is wet right now. If I was on top of my roof looking for help, I would expect the cavalry to be coming directly, right? FEMA, Coast Guard, Operation Dumbo Drop, somebody should be coming to get me. In fact, when it happened in Katrina, the failure of the federal government to go get people was viewed as one of the biggest failures of George W. Bush’s presidency. Similarly, we need to go and get women in Texas and protect their constitutionally protected medical rights.

• If he was in trouble, the cavalry would come to rescue him. Where’s the cavalry to rescue the thousands of unborn babies that are being killed on a daily basis?
• Of course, he’s got to blame Katrina on George Bush. These people don’t realize that the reason the levees broke, which caused the disaster in New Orleans was a failure of the Democratic governor and mayor. They never
• Bush’s errors were after the fact.
• Finally, something the Left tries to convince us of is the Constitutionality of abortion. There is, again and forever, nothing in the Constitution about abortion. Therefore, it is not protected by the Constitution.

The way you do that is that you deputize doctors. You federalize doctors. You create, through an executive order, an army of federal doctors who are going to go into Texas and protect the Constitution by consulting women about their privacy rights and their medical history. By federalizing the doctor force, that would protect those abortion providers from the Texas law.

• This is what Leftists want to do with everything. Nationalize the infrastructure, the police, the medical field. They think the central government is that powerful.
• Here’s the problem that they have: the federal government isn’t that powerful. States have rights. One of those rights is to create laws that the federal government cannot overturn, even if passed by Congress.
• That’s what makes the Constitution so powerful and why they hate it so much.
• This guy believes that the federal government is more powerful than state governments. They just need to make doctors federal employees and then they can commit all the abortions they want in Texas.
• Well, they can’t. State laws outweigh government edicts per the Constitution.

But the pro-abortionists do have a powerful ally.

The the Satanic Temple has officially condemned the Texas abortion law.

According to their website:

“This ritual may be performed by our members as a way to fortify self-worth, instill confidence, and provide spiritual comfort. The performance of the Satanic abortion ritual is protected by religious liberty laws. It exempts Satanists from fulfilling any medically unnecessary and unscientific requirement, such as mandatory waiting periods or unwanted sonograms, that interferes with the practice of our ritual.”

So abortion is a ritual for the TST. How appropriate. It’s a religious ritual for the Left also.

They stated on their website that they would be filing a lawsuit against the Texas abortion law:

“Abortion laws in TX violate our religious rights and TST has taken legal action. If TX judges abide by the Constitution and legal precedent, then those who share our deeply held beliefs will be exempt from the state’s inappropriate efforts to restrict access to abortion services.”

This is not going to be taken seriously but it would be a good argument. Religious ceremonies are protected. The problem is this could be seen as human sacrifice which is illegal and not protected.

The Gaffs Are Becoming Difficult to Hide

Old Joe Biden held a luncheon with a bunch of Jewish leaders today. He was unusually off his game. More so than usual. He was mumbling forgetting things including details of his daughter’s wedding. But he said something that is not going viral on Twitter:

“Barb Feige, executive director of the Tree of Life, said that Biden did not visit the synagogue in the nearly three years since the anti-Semitic attack. In a phone interview, Feige, executive director since July 2019, said firmly that ‘no’ Biden didn’t visit, even before taking office when he had a lower public profile as a former vice president and then-Democratic presidential candidate.”

Oops. These gaffs are becoming more and more common.

Now here’s the question. Does Joe Biden think he went to the Tree of Life? Is he confusing it with another place? Or is he just lying? No matter the answer, it ain’t good and he’s losing credibility.

Another Disaster

More bad news for Old Joe. The job numbers came out and there’s going to be explaining that needs to be done.

Forecasters were predicting that there would be 720,000 jobs created in August. Divide that by three and then you’ll get the really number. Only 235,000 were created last month. This breaks the win streak the Biden administration had in June and July where almost two million jobs were created.

The unemployment rate did drop to 5.2% from 5.4%. That might sound good, folks, but remember that the unemployment rate was at 3.6% before the pandemic and there are over 10 million available jobs. I guess it doesn’t pay to just give people money for nothing. Hopefully that will be cured by the end of this month when the enhanced unemployment ends. We will have to see.

Anyway, according to the Labor Department:

“In August, employment in leisure and hospitality was unchanged, after increasing by an average of 350,000 per month over the prior 6 months. In August, a job gain in arts, entertainment, and recreation (+36,000) was more than offset by a loss in food services and drinking places (-42,000). Employment in leisure and hospitality is down by 1.7 million, or 10.0 percent, since February 2020.”

The media is blaming the delta variant of the China virus but many, more Conservative observers say that with most people either having natural immunity or the vaccine and, if not, the vaccine is available. Blaming the delta variant is a messaging problem and shouldn’t be blamed for the economy.

Ben Shapiro, editor of the Daily Wire, made that very clear saying:

“The problem is not the delta variant. The problem is the media, the Biden administration, and blue state politicians telling people to freak the hell out about the delta variant. This has resulted in the vaccinated freaking out and the unvaccinated acting as they always did.”

“Americans divide into two groups: the worried and the unworried. Nearly the entirety of the worried are vaccinated, unjustifiably; most of the unworried are unvaccinated. It is the worried vaccinated who are calling for lockdowns and mandates and tanking the economy. That’s a big reason why 9 of the 10 best states for unemployment are red, and ~17 of the top 20. And it’s why all nine+DC of the worst are blue.”

This is all true. I don’t think the China virus has anything to do with people not working. It is simply because people are getting a lot of money for not doing anything. California is still handing out money. Stimulus checks for those earning under $75K are being sent out. People are earning and extra $300 a week because of enhanced unemployment benefits. The savings accounts of most people have gone up tremendously because of all this extra money.

Then we need to combine overspending by the government, printing of money, interruptions of supply lines and not enough workers and then we get higher prices for everything because demand is out of balance with supply and we get inflation.

And, apparently, more unemployment.

GMC just announced they are suspending production of their truck in all North American facilities because there is a huge shortage of the chips required for the trucks. The downtime is scheduled for two weeks but they can’t be sure if it won’t be extended.

Lies, Lies, Lies

Joe Biden is facing another semi-scandal. I say semi-scandal because I don’t think it’s as big a deal as a lot of Republican politicians are making it out to be. It looks bad, makes Old Joe seem dishonest (which he is) and makes him seem that he really didn’t know what was going on in Afghanistan.

On July 23, Old Joe had a phone call with Ashraf Ghani, the then President of Afghanistan for 14 minutes. Old Joe was concerned about the battle with the Taliban not going well and requested that Ghani go out and “change the perception” of how the war was going.

Well, that transcript was leaked. According to Reuters:

Biden lauded the Afghan armed forces, which were trained and funded by the U.S. government. “You clearly have the best military,” he told Ghani. “You have 300,000 well-armed forces versus 70-80,000 and they’re clearly capable of fighting well.” Days later, the Afghan military started folding across provincial capitals in the country with little fight against the Taliban.

In much of the call, Biden focused on what he called the Afghan government’s “perception” problem. “I need not tell you the perception around the world and in parts of Afghanistan, I believe, is that things are not going well in terms of the fight against the Taliban,” Biden said. “And there is a need, whether it is true or not, there is a need to project a different picture.”

Biden told Ghani that if Afghanistan’s prominent political figures were to give a press conference together, backing a new military strategy, “that will change perception, and that will change an awful lot I think.”

The American leader’s words indicated he didn’t anticipate the massive insurrection and collapse to come 23 days later. “We are going to continue to fight hard, diplomatically, politically, economically, to make sure your government not only survives, but is sustained and grows,” said Biden.

Now, people, especially on the right, are calling for blood. They want impeachment. They rightly compare this to the leaked transcript of Trump and the Ukrainian President Zelenskey. That’s what-about-ism and I don’t think anything should be done about this including impeachment.

• First off, yes, it looks bad. He’s telling another President to lie about the situation and Old Joe doesn’t sound like he understood the gravity of the situation.
• It makes Old Joe look dishonest and naive.
• But, no, it’s not a high crime or misdemeanor. Therefore, it’s not impeachable.
• Everyone screams about The Trump phone call. Two things with that:
  • They were charging Trump with a crime that may or may not have been a crime (quid pro quo).
  • The phone call was not great but I never saw it as a crime. It was just Trump being Trump.
  • Just like I didn’t think Trump should have impeached, I don’t think Biden should be impeached.
  • An impeachment over this call (it won’t happen) will go nowhere and just looks like political revenge.
  • It’s a waste of time.
• Finally, politicians lie all the time. Trump did it too. It’s not a crime.

Listen, it’s not good. It’s a bad optic. But that’s it. It’s not a crime.

If Joe Biden is going to be removed from office, there are going to be only two ways: the 25th Amendment or he resigns. I don’t think either is going to happen.

Only Biden’s cabinet can recommend the 25th Amendment and they won’t. Why? Because Kamala Harris would be President and and people hate her. She has an approval rating of 35% (though we will see in a bit that’s not much worse than Old Joe’s ratings).

He won’t resign because Old Joe is an arrogant fool who has the media on his side. He thinks he did the right thing and the media will go along with him. Even with failure in Afghanistan, the media is already making up excuses and running odd fact checks. Social media is going it also. But This Can’t Be Ignored

The love affair is over and the media is now calling the Biden administration a polarized administration. New polls are out.

According to NPR, Old Joe’s approval rating has dropped to 43%, down six points. This is huge, like off a cliff huge. According to the same poll, only 36% of respondents approve of the job he’s doing.

• He lost 5% amongst Democrats.
• He lost 11% amongst Independents (ouch!).
• He lost 1% amounst Republicans (only 6% approved of him in the first place).
• 61% of all adults saw Afghanistan as a failure including 71% of Independents.
• 40% of voters think he’s doing a good job with the economy.

According to a USA Today poll, Biden’s approval rating is down to 41%. In the poll, 55% disapprove of how Biden handled the Afghanistan debacle.

This is a big deal:

• He won the 2020 election on the backs of Independent voters. He’s now losing him.
• The 2022 election season starts in about a month and a half. This is not going to help Democrats because Biden’s popularity is so low. They may not want Biden’s support. An example of that is the recall election in California. Newsom doesn’t want Biden coming.
• It is now looking like Republicans have a great chance to take over both the House and the Senate.
• If the Democrats lose the House and/or the Senate, Biden will be a lame duck President.
• Now, Democrats, knowing they are in trouble, are trying to push through their $3.5 trillion budget and the $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill. The problem of the President losing public support is that Democrats are not so keen about voting for this bloated spending. Sen. Joe Manchin (D, W. Va.) has written and Op Ed in the Wall Street Journal stating that this spending is irresponsible.
• He also has to worry about Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D., Az). She’s not thrilled with it.

After only eight months, we may already be watching the end of Joe Biden’s Presidency.
