We just had Independence Day and it was great! But we also have all the wet blankets out there that Want to tear up the country on its birthday. Let’s listen to some of the blasphemy.

Is He A Dumbass Though?

There’s more than that:

  • Zohran Mamdani had the subways wrapped with the Iranian flag.
  • Islamists were climbing street lamps and tearing down American flags.
  • Two Leftists were trying to light an American flag on fire and were beaten up by a guy trying to stop them.
  • In Washington DC, a group of Leftists protested “250 years of exploitation, plunder, and terror.
  • In Newport Beach and Los Angeles, there were riots and looting.
  • In Minniapolis, they had a Somali independence day led by that beta-male mayor Jacob Frye.

They Hate You

A couple of things:

  • It is only immigrants who know how to be American and know what path America should take.
  • Anyone who was born here is a supremacist.
  • I wonder how many of those immigrants with him can speak English or on some sort of entitlement program.
  • This is a Democratic trick. They talk of division but everything he is saying is divisive. It’s always “us and them.” They are bad, evil, supremacists. They hate you. They didn’t want you here. It’s never you should feel blessed to be here.
  • I think Mamdani misread Thomas Paine. He also felt that people should be involved in a free economy.
  • This country isn’t an asylum for the persecuted. This country is a melting pot.
  • Poverty is a part of life.
  • As usual, he creates a new victim class.
  • He complains about the misery created by the landlords. Of course, that misery was created by his own policies.

BY the way, his wife decided to take off to Spain to attend an Islamist retreat.

According to the New York Post:

NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s wife Rama Duwaji ditched America’s 250th anniversary, jetting off this week for an Islamic “spiritual wellness” retreat on the Spanish resort island of Mallorca ahead of the patriotic celebration, The Post has learned.

The Dallas-raised, Dubai-educated, Syrian-American artist – who has a long history of bashing the US — was spotted at Newark International Airport on Monday, boarding an eight-hour flight to Palma, Mallorca’s capital city in the Western Mediterranean.

She was heading to a sold-out retreat run by The Women’s Sanctuary. The 29-year-old illustrator and ceramist is the for-profit’s “artist in residence” and among the gathering’s hosts.

The “Plants Of The Quran” retreat costs $3,400 in US dollars for guests to attend. It began Wednesday and runs through Monday, and revolves around sacred flora mentioned in Islamic texts through art, botanical workshops, and spiritual reflection, according to the group’s website.

This Will Happen…A Lot!

According to the New York Post:

A Somalian flag that was raised outside of Buffalo’s City Hall to commemorate Somali Independence Day was stolen in an overnight heist, the city’s leftist mayor decried.

“The City of Buffalo’s flagpole in Niagara Square sustained damage after unknown vandals broke the access panel, cut the cable, and removed the Somali flag during the overnight hours of Wednesday, July 1,” Mayor Sean Ryan wrote on Facebook.

Ryan said the Buffalo Police Department was investigating the alleged vandalism after the city approved non-profit HEAL International to raise the white star, blue flag on July 1.

“The flag had been raised by an organization called Heal International in honor of Somalian Independence Day. Heal International has been raising the Somali flag at Niagara Square for at least the last four years,” Ryan said.

The mayor’s office shared that the “public use” flagpoles have flown banners of several countries and territories over the years, including Ukraine, Greece, Ireland, Puerto Rico, Italy and Bangladesh.

Episode 1219 – Nope, They Don’t Belong Here!

The Iran cease fire has, shockingly, ended because Iran cannot control themselves.

It seems that people have finally taken the red pill when it comes to Islam. It’s about time. I have an excellent book people should read if the have any doubts or misunderstanding about Islam not being a religion of peace.

Hang Them From a Yardarm!

According to Fox News:

Interior Secretary Doug Burgum vowed “full” prosecution Saturday for vandals who allegedly slashed a 350-foot long gash into the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool and defaced the area with a slew of anti-Trump graffiti.

“When people are attacking it [the Reflecting Pool], it is like an attack on our country,” Burgum said. “These are our most sacred monuments, and they [the perpetrators] are gonna be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.”

Burgum discussed the damage and the Trump administration’s response to it during a “Fox & Friends Weekend” appearance, revealing that authorities have made seven arrests, issued multiple citations and filed 18 police reports in connection with the vandalism.

According to Burgum, the damage extended roughly 350 feet along the pool’s industrial rubber liner, which he said investigators believe was cut with a box cutter.

Images show some of the anti-Trump markings the vandals left behind, including “8647,” interpreted by many as a call to violence or a call to remove the president.

He said more than 50 parks and circles have been restored, 48 monuments repaired, 22 fountains returned to service and roughly 1,700 lights fixed throughout the National Mall.

Fencing now surrounds the Reflecting Pool amid an investigation into the damage.

Burgum said the fence was installed in part to protect the pool and in preparation for July 4 festivities, which will include fireworks on either side of the monument.

According to Fox News:

An Iranian lawmaker warned Sunday that Tehran will continue to control the Strait of Hormuz, declaring that other nations must submit to Iran’s rules.

“We unequivocally support the ever-victorious Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ decisive action against the American enemy and the assertion of Iranian sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz,” Ebrahim Rezaei, spokesperson for the Parliament’s Foreign Policy and National Security Commission, said in a post shared on X.

“The Strait of Hormuz will not return to its previous state, and others have no choice but to submit to Iran’s directives in the Strait,” he added.

Rezaei’s remarks came after President Donald Trump said on June 27 that the U.S. military would “complete the job” if Tehran did not comply with the ceasefire agreement.

The interim Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Tehran and Washington includes provisions governing control of the Strait of Hormuz intended to guarantee toll-free passage for vessels for a 60-day period.

Iran has been busy and not in a good way:

  • Iran has been threatening the United States.
  • They have attacked Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain. Their goal was to hit American bases.
  • They maintain they are in charge of the Straight of Hormuz.
  • They have attack a cargo ship from Singapore.

Episode 1218 – This MOU Ain’t That Great!

The memorandum of understanding is out (we think). Though we don’t have the official document, it seems this is the agreements.

Let’s Take a Look

Here is the memoradum of understanding:

Paragraph 1

The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran and their allies in the current war, by signing this MOU, declare the immediate and permanent termination of military operations on all fronts including in Lebanon, and undertake from now on not to initiate any war or any military operation against each other and to refrain from the threat or use of force against each other and ensuring the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Lebanon. The final deal will confirm the permanent termination of the war on all fronts including in Lebanon and other provisions of this paragraph.

Some things:

  • I don’t like this. Why is Lebanon involved in this? Lebanon is a Iranian satellite terror group.
  • What happens if Hezbollah attacks Israel? Would that be a bad thing put on Israel or would it be a violation of the MOU?
  • There is absolutely no mention of Israel. Why?
  • I doubt this is going to hold.

Paragraph 2

The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran undertake to respect each other’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and to refrain from interfering in each other’s internal affairs.

Some things:

  • What the hell does that mean?
  • What are the territories?
  • What about the Straight of Hormuz? Who’s is that?

Paragraph 3

The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran commit to negotiating and achieving the final deal in maximum 60 days extendable with mutual consent.

Some things:

  • I hate this!
  • We shouldn’t be negotiating anything. We won the war. We should be telling them what they are going to do.
  • This is weakness and will not be embraced by Americans.

Paragraph 4

Immediately upon the signing of this MOU, the United States of America will begin the removal of its naval blockade and any disturbances or impediments against the Islamic Republic of Iran and will fully end the naval blockade within 30 days. During this period, the traffic of vessels will be in proportion to the numbers of pre-war traffic being restored by the Islamic Republic of Iran. The United States of America further undertakes to remove its forces from the proximity of the Islamic Republic of Iran within 30 days after the final deal.

“What we’re saying is that after 30 days, or within 30 days after the final deal—meaning assuming we get to the final deal, we may not—but assuming we get to the final deal, then we will return our force posture in the region to that which existed before the conflict started,” the senior administration official noted. “That’s what that paragraph effectively provides.”

Paragraph 5

Upon the signing of this MOU, the Islamic Republic of Iran will make arrangements using its best efforts for the safe passage of commercial vessels with no charge for 60 days only from the Persian Gulf to the Sea of Oman and vice versa. The traffic of commercial vessels will immediately start and considering the need for removing the technical and military obstacles and demining by the Islamic Republic of Iran will be reinstated within 30 days. The Islamic Republic of Iran will conduct dialogue with the Sultanate of Oman to define the future administration and maritime services of the Strait of Hormuz in discussion with other Persian Gulf littoral states in line with applicable international law and the sovereign rights of coastal states of the Strait of Hormuz.

The senior administration official made particular note that the MOU says “the safe passage of commercial vessels with no charge” for the first 60 days.

“It says that Iran will work not just with Oman, but with the Gulf States to set up a broader agreement, a longer-term agreement on the Strait of Hormuz,” the official explained. “And of course, I’m sure the Iranians will assert their rights as aggressively as they can, but fundamentally toll-free passage of the Strait of Hormuz for 60 days, and that will continue because the Persian Gulf States will never agree to an arrangement that doesn’t permit toll-free access to the Strait of Hormuz for themselves and their industries.” 

The senior administration official also emphasized that on Tuesday, Iran did not fire at any vessels in the Strait of Hormuz. 

“So fundamentally, even before the formal signing ceremony on Friday, we see Iran actually ceasing its efforts to cut off traffic from the Strait of Hormuz,” the official noted. “This is one of the reasons why Brent crude is hovering around $79 and West Texas crude is even lower.” 

Paragraph 6

The United States of America undertakes with regional partners to develop a definitive, mutually agreed plan, which could reach $300 billion for the reconstruction and economic development of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The definitive implementation of this plan will be finalized as part of a final deal within 60 days. All required licenses, waivers, and permissions needed for the relevant financial transactions will be granted by the United States of America.

This paragraph, the senior administration official pointed out, is probably one of the most controversial paragraphs in the deal. 

“Note that it doesn’t require us to do anything,” the official said. “Number one, to ever pay a cent of money to the Iranians, to ever contribute money to this reconstruction fund. What it says is that if we get to a final deal and if the Iranians behave, we will permit the sanctions relief that would allow, for example, the Emiratis to build a power plant in Iran.”

“That’s all it says,” he emphasized. “If they do what they have to do, we will permit the investment in the reconstruction of their country, which of course, if they do what they say they’re going to do and they change their behaviors as a country, that would be great for everybody.”

Paragraph 7

The United States of America undertakes to terminate all types of sanctions against Islamic Republic of Iran, including United Nations Security Council resolutions, i.e., IAEA Board of Governors resolutions, and all unilateral US sanctions, primary and secondary, in an agreed-upon schedule as part of the final deal. The Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States of America acknowledge the critical importance of the sanctions termination issue above mentioned and express their intention to immediately address these issues in the negotiations in order to achieve mutual agreement on them.

Paragraph 8

The Islamic Republic of Iran reaffirms that it shall not procure or develop nuclear weapons. The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran have agreed to resolve the disposition of stockpile enriched material pursuant to a mechanism that will be mutually agreed upon in accordance with the schedule mentioned in paragraph seven with a minimum methodology to be downblending on site under the supervision of the IAEA. 

The two parties also agreed to discuss the issue of enrichment and other mutually agreed matters related to the Islamic Republic of Iran’s nuclear needs based on a satisfactory framework to be agreed upon in the final deal. Final deal will confirm the provisions of this paragraph. The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran acknowledge the critical importance of the nuclear issues above mentioned and express their intention to immediately address these issues in the negotiations in order to achieve mutual agreement on them.

On this point, the senior administration official emphasized that while the Iranian media has claimed that there will be no mention of nuclear issues in this MOU, the agreement doesn’t just say that they will discuss the nuclear question.

“It sets a minimum standard where at a minimum, the enriched stockpile will be destroyed by downblending,” the official explained. “Of course, that’s the floor, and we will push for more than that, but the fact that they’re conceding to that is a major, major win for the United States of America. They’re saying, ‘We will destroy the enriched stockpile and this is how we’re going to do it, at a minimum.’” 

Points seven and eight play off one another, the senior administration official said. 

“So when I see the media saying that they’re going to get all their sanctions relief, the sanctions relief in seven is tied to the nuclear settlement in eight, and in fact, we use the exact same language to finalize both of those paragraphs,” the official explained. “We’re saying the sanctions relief and the nuclear issues are connected, and to the extent that you perform on the nuclear questions, you’ll get the sanctions relief.”

Paragraph 9

In the final deal, the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran agree to maintain the status quo. The Islamic Republic of Iran will maintain the current status quo of its nuclear program and the United States of America will not impose any new sanctions and will not deploy additional forces in the region.

Paragraph 10

The United States of America undertakes that immediately upon the signing of this MOU and until the determination of sanctions, US Department of Treasury will issue waivers for the export of Iranian crude oil, petroleum products, and derivatives, and all associated services including banking transactions, insurances, transportation, etc.

The senior administration official here pointed out that when the U.S. was sanctioning Iranian oil, the U.S. was actually giving China a “massive discount on the purchases of petroleum.”

“Regardless of whether we had had efficacy, regardless of whether we lift a single other sanction, the President of the United States and the entire team agreed that it’s absurd to sanction Iranian oil in such a way that they are still allowed to sell that oil, we just give China a big fat discount. We stop that process, and of course, it’s part of the broader agreement.”

Paragraph 11

The United States of America undertakes to make fully available for use the frozen or restricted funds and assets of the Islamic Republic of Iran upon the implementation of this MOU. The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran will mutually agree on the procedures related to the release of these funds during the negotiations. Such funds, whether retained in the original account or transferred, shall be made fully usable for payment to any ultimate beneficiary designed by the Central Bank—excuse me—ultimate beneficiary designated by the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The United States of America undertakes to issue all necessary licenses and authorizations accordingly.

Iran will get access to the restricted funds and assets upon the implementation of this MOU, the senior administration official explained. 

“So assuming we reach the agreement and implement the terms of this MOU, assuming we get to a final deal, then they will have access to these assets,” that official noted. “And indeed, what we’ve contemplated is that if they engage in good behavior, for example, they give us the nuclear dust while we’re engaged in this final negotiation, then we will release some frozen assets in response to that.” 

The official emphasized a point that he believes will be misreported. 

“What Iran wanted was restricted funds and assets of the Islamic Republic of Iran upon the signing of this MOU,” the senior administration official said. “And what they eventually conceded is that they wouldn’t get any money unless they perform good behavior, even though of course it’s their own money, just in frozen assets, which is why we structured it the way that we do. If they implement the MOU, they then get access to some of their frozen assets.” 

Paragraph 12

The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran agree that an executive mechanism will be established to monitor the successful implementation of this MOU and the future compliance of the final deal.

Paragraph 13

After signing this MOU and subject to the beginning of the implementation of paragraphs 1, 4, 5, 10, and 11 of this MOU, and the continuing implementation of these measures, the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran will start negotiations regarding the final deal exclusively on the other paragraphs.

The final deal will be endorsed by a binding UN Security Council resolution and then there’s the signature page and that is it

Episode 1216 – That’s Why the SPLC Is Being Investigated!

A terror plot was exposed that targeted the UFC Freedom 250 even to kill all the billionaires. We will talk about it since the mainstream media won’t.

A big company will discontinue using the Southern Poverty Law Center’s hate map when in comes to their charity program.

Why Does This Keep Happening?

According to Fox News:

The FBI and its law enforcement partners disrupted an alleged plot targeting this weekend’s UFC Freedom 250 event in Washington, D.C., officials told Fox News Digital.

Five people were in custody as of Monday, and investigators identified 23 people as part of a potential network of plotters. The alleged plan involved using explosive-laden drones to hit buildings near the event, force a mass evacuation and steer crowds toward a pre-staged sniper team, officials said.

A “second wave” was then allegedly planned to storm the White House gate, according to officials.

The FBI first learned of the threat on June 10 and worked with partners to secure probable cause for an arrest in Cincinnati, where one suspect was taken into custody.

Investigators later uncovered Signal chats in which multiple people allegedly discussed attacking the UFC event. An initial review of one suspect’s iPhone identified at least 23 Signal users discussing pre-operational activity, officials said.

Some of those involved allegedly planned to travel to Fredericksburg, Virginia, on June 12 or 13 to prepare for the attack.

One suspect allegedly told investigators the goal was to target “capitalist elites,” “billionaires” or politicians who received donations from the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.

The investigation stretched across at least 12 FBI field offices.

That’s Why They Are Being Investigated!

DoorDash has officially ended a policy that automatically blocked certain nonprofits from its employee giving program after criticism from investors and advocacy groups.

According to a report by The Daily Signal, DoorDash has instructed its workplace giving platform, Deed, to stop using the Southern Poverty Law Center’s “hate map” as a default filter for charitable organizations participating in the program.

The change means employees will no longer be automatically prevented from donating to nonprofits that have been designated by the SPLC as hate groups through DoorDash’s charitable giving system.

The policy drew scrutiny from conservative organizations that argued the SPLC’s classifications have expanded beyond extremist groups like the KKK to include mainstream conservative and religious organizations such as Turning Point USA and PragerU. Critics claimed the practice limited employees’ charitable giving options.

According to the Daily Wire:

The Department of Justice has launched multiple investigations related to California Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom, including a probe dating back to the Biden administration, The Daily Wire has learned.

The revelation comes just hours after Newsom accused President Donald Trump of directing the DOJ to investigate him and his wife.

In a nearly five-minute video statement, Newsom said federal agents have knocked on the doors of his family, friends, and former employees.

In May, Newsom announced plans to make California the first state to provide “free diapers” to newborns leaving the hospital — funneling the money for the program through a nonprofit headed by a friend of California’s self-described “First Partner,” The Daily Wire previously reported.

According to ESPN:

Major League Baseball on Monday decried the use of personal writings on any team-issued Pride Night hats after members of the San Francisco Giants had Bible verses etched into their caps during Friday night’s game against the Chicago Cubs.

In a statement to multiple outlets, MLB chief communications officer Pat Courtney said, “The writing on the cap violates our rules, and consistent with normal practice, we have warned the players about future violations.”

San Francisco’s Landen Roupp, a 27-year-old right-hander from Rocky Mount, North Carolina, started and pitched 4⅔ innings with “Gen 9:12-16” on the front of his hat. Roupp spoke to reporters after the 5-1 loss about his decision, and he was adamant that “there’s no hate at all. It’s just what I stand for, and what I stand on: I believe in God.”

The DoJ is finally going after the anti-Semitism on college capuses.

A man in Los Angeles is suing the city council after being fired for not supporting the city’s official religion.

And the Texas Dems have a Senate candidate has a rather odd view of the Christian religion. Let’s talk about it.

Systemic Hate

According to the New York Post:

A group of antisemitic UCLA students beat their Jewish classmates unconscious, attacked them with sticks and pepper spray and created Jewish exclusion zones — all while the school did nothing to stop it — according to a new lawsuit against the University of California.

The school allowed for vile antisemitic attacks on Jewish students on the campus following the Hamas attacks on October 7, the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division said in the suit, obtained by The California Post.

“Antisemitic hatred against UCLA’s Jewish and Israeli students reached a point where students were physically assaulted, injured, excluded from campus, and deprived of educational opportunities because of their perceived Jewish or Israeli heritage,” the lawsuit said.

The explosive Department of Justice complaint alleges anti-Israel protesters seized control of UCLA’s main quad in April 2024, setting up barricades and physically blocking Jewish and Israeli students from entering classrooms, libraries and walkways.

One Jewish student was knocked unconscious with an open head wound, while others were kicked, beaten with sticks and blasted with pepper spray. Another victim was assaulted and told “Hitler missed one.”

One Native Jewish woman-who counter protested by holding a sign reading “Hamas supporters are not welcome on native land”-was “violently assaulted,” per the complaint. UCLA police were “directly behind [her] and [did] absolutely nothing,” it added.

Protestors established militia-style checkpoints on UCLA’s campus and refused to allow Jews to traverse public property unless those Jews denounced a core tenet of their religion, per the complaint.

The encampment took over Royce Quad — the heart of campus — with barricades, checkpoints and graffiti including “F*** ALL Jews” and ‘F*** Israel’ scrawled on buildings.

The vile students also allegedly set up “human phalanxes” to stop access for Jewish students for some areas — demanding students renounce Zionism to pass through checkpoints.

By the time police finally moved in, the situation had spiraled into what officials later described as a “war zone,” with fireworks, strobe lights and violent clashes between rival groups.

The DOJ says UCLA violated Title VI of the Civil Rights Act by showing “deliberate indifference” to widespread harassment and discrimination.

More than 100 complaints were filed by Jewish and Israeli students — many allegedly ignored by the school.

Internal findings cited in the lawsuit say UCLA leadership repeatedly refused to enforce its own rules, allowing the illegal encampment to persist for days.

Nearly 60% of Jewish students said they avoided campus at the time, while more than 40% considered leaving UCLA altogether, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit claims UCLA officials knew students were at risk of assault but “took no serious action whatsoever” for nearly a week.

Instead, administrators told students to “avoid the area if they wish” while describing the chaos as “mostly peaceful.”

Behind the scenes, the school chose a “de-escalation strategy” — even as protesters armed themselves with pepper spray, lumber and makeshift weapons

The DOJ also alleged UCLA breached its federal funding contracts and grants by claiming it complied with its Title VI obligations while allowing discrimination against Jewish and Israeli students to persist on campus.

LGBTQ is a Religion

According to Fox News:

A Christian lifeguard for the Los Angeles County Fire Department who says he was punished for his religious beliefs after objecting to Pride flag duties is headed toward trial.

Captain Jeffrey Little, a veteran of more than 20 years in the L.A. County Fire Department’s Lifeguard Division, sued Los Angeles County and several fire department supervisors in 2024 after the county adopted a policy in 2023 requiring the Progress Pride flag be flown at county facilities throughout June to honor LGBTQ Pride month.

Little, a devout Christian, argued the policy conflicted with his religious beliefs about marriage and sexuality and sought a religious accommodation exempting him from personally raising the flag or ensuring subordinates raised it. Little said the county initially granted this accommodation before revoking it just two days later.

Little took down several flags and was later placed under investigation and ultimately suspended for 15 days without pay.

The county says Little was not punished for his religious beliefs but for taking down government-issued Pride flags without authorization and violating department policy.

Jonna also said there were other lifeguards who “vandalized and desecrated” the LGBTQ flag but were either not disciplined or were given shorter suspensions than Little, whom he says went through the proper channels to request a religious accommodation for flying the flag.

The lawsuit alleges Little faced retaliation, harassment and discrimination after requesting the accommodation. It also claims Lifeguard Division Chief Fernando Boiteux told Little that his “religious beliefs don’t matter,” an allegation the county disputes.

This Ain’t My Religion

According to the Daily Wire:

Texas Senate hopeful James Talarico, a Democrat, is again claiming the Bible supports his position that the government should allow the murder of unborn babies up until the moment of birth.

During a recently published episode of the hyper-progressive Jamie Kern Lima Show, Talarico claims the Bible is “silent” on abortion and suggests scripture backs his position that the government shouldn’t restrict abortion at all.

Here’s what he said:

The Left always talks about how rape and incest are the main reason abortion should be allowed. This is dumb. Incest and rape make up about 1% of the abortions.

The reason incest and rape are not considered valid reason is the circumstances that led to the pregnancy doesn’t change the fact that a child has been conceived. The moral dilemma is the same no matter the circumstances. But that is not important. The reality is we would allow for abortion in the cases of incest and rape if the Left got rid of all the other abortions. They won’t do that.

By the way, a 10 year old can get an abortion because a pregnancy could harm the 10 year old. In case of the mother’s life is in danger, you can get an abortion in Texas. That’s just a lie.

The Bible is not silent on the killing of babies.

The Bible is extremely clear about children and their origin.

  • Jeremiah 1:5: “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I dedicated you.”
  • Psalm 127:3-5 declares that “children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him” and compares children born in one’s youth to “arrows in the hands of a warrior”.
  • Psalm 139:13-14 celebrates how God forms each child in the womb, describing them as wonderfully made.
  • Matthew 18:3-5 records Jesus saying “unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven” and teaching that “whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me”.
  • Matthew 18:6 contains one of the strongest warnings about harming children, stating it would be better for someone who causes a child to stumble “to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea”.
  • Matthew 18:10 warns believers not to despise children, revealing that “their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven”.
  • Mark 10:14-15 shows Jesus telling his disciples to “let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these”.
  • Jeremiah 19:4-5 identifies spilling the blood of innocent children as a grave sin that provokes God’s anger.
  • Isaiah 10:2, Ezekiel 22:7, and Zechariah 7:10 all warn against oppressing orphans and vulnerable children.
  • And the Fifth Commandment is “Thou shall not kill.”

But this guy, a fake pastor, recruited by the Devil, I suspect has said many odd things about God.

This is pure blasphemy. It also is a sign that this guy has no idea what the Bible says.

The Vatican is formally entering the global debate over artificial intelligence as governments and tech companies race to develop increasingly powerful AI systems with limited international regulation.

The pontiff invoked Pope Leo XIII’s 1891 encyclical “Rerum Novarum,” which addressed worker exploitation during the Industrial Revolution, arguing that AI represents a similarly transformative moment threatening human dignity.

“Today we find ourselves facing a transformation of similar magnitude, with perhaps even greater consequences,” the Pope said.

The pope warned about increasingly autonomous weapons systems that are beyond meaningful human control. He also said AI systems could block access to healthcare, employment and security because of biased data. He compared AI governance to nuclear arms control.

The Law Is the Law

According to Fox News:

Ryan Mehaffey, a Marine veteran and Virginia prosecutor, is taking a hard-line stance against what he believes is an “unconstitutional” new gun ban signed by Democratic Gov. Abigail Spanberger.

Spanberger, who has been slipping in the polls amid criticisms of her progressive policy agenda, signed a new bill last week banning the future sale and manufacture of “assault weapons,” including many semiautomatic rifles, pistols and shotguns. The law also bans the future sale of magazines with a capacity of more than 15 rounds.

The move caused immediate backlash from many Virginians and raised new Second Amendment violation concerns. Rather than protest, however, Mehaffey, who serves as the commonwealth attorney for Spotsylvania County, is drawing a line in the sand and flatly refusing to enforce the ban.

With the bill set to take effect this July ahead of America’s 250th anniversary of independence, Mehaffey sent a letter to Spotsylvania Sheriff Roger Harris, instructing him that the ban is “unconstitutional and cannot be lawfully enforced.”

He said

“Our founders were careful to make sure when they drafted our founding document, that the ultimate right of the people was preserved to defend themselves and to defend their community. So, the linchpin of the constitutional analysis is going to be does this instrument have some reasonable relationship to the preservation or efficiency of a regulated militia.”

Mehaffey argues that in Virginia, historical tradition and case law precedent not only allow citizens to own firearms but even require them to arm themselves with the weapons of a basic infantryman for common defense. In the Founding Fathers’ time, Mehaffey said the standard issue was a musket and 20 rounds. Today, the basic infantry weapon in the U.S. military is the M4A1 carbine equipped with a 30-round magazine.  

“The second amendment may not mean that you are allowed to have a nuclear weapon,” he laughed. “But what it does allow you to have is a basic infantry weapon.”

“That sort of weapon is the core of what’s protected by the Second Amendment. Not necessarily a nuclear warhead, but a rifle that you can take out and form either a fire team or a company to defend yourself and to defend your community.”

“My position is not based on politics. It is based on constitutional fidelity,” he continued, adding, “The Bill of Rights either means something, or it does not.”

“As Commonwealth’s Attorney, I took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Virginia. That oath is not situational, and it does not change based on politics, headlines, or pressure from either side of an issue.”

Mehaffey believes he and those standing beside him on this issue will ultimately prevail.

“The Second Amendment is the supreme law of the land, both in the U.S. Constitution and the analog in the Virginia Constitution,” he explained. “So, whatever law is passed by the General Assembly is not going to have the ability to supersede the Constitution.”

A pro-life activist whose 2022 arrest by the FBI under the Biden administration drew national headlines has reached a seven-figure settlement after suing the Justice Department over his arrest and prosecution.

Mark Houck filed a lawsuit against the department in 2023 seeking restitution for what he called “a faulty investigation” and “excessive force” after a SWAT team of around 25 people arrested him in front of his children at his home on Sept. 23, 2022, allegedly with guns drawn.

The shocking details of his arrest spurred criticism from conservatives that the Justice Department under then-President Joe Biden was targeting pro-life activists.

After a three-year legal battle, 40 Days for Life President Shawn Carney announced April 9 that Houck had reached a settlement with the Department of Justice under President Donald Trump and had been awarded more than $1 million.

An Attack on Catholics! I’m Shocked!

Catholic nuns who have spent more than a century caring for the dying poor are suing New York Gov. Kathy Hochul, saying a new state law could force them to choose between their faith and their mission or face fines, loss of licensing and even jail time.

“We are consecrated religious Sisters and have one mission,” Mother Marie Edward, O.P., told Fox News Digital in a statement. “It is to provide comfort and skilled care to persons dying of cancer who cannot afford nursing care. We do not take insurance or government funds or money from our patients or families. The care is totally free.”

“We are supported by the goodness of our benefactors,” she continued. “We do this without discriminating on the basis of race, religion, or sex. We do it because Jesus taught us that, when the least among us are sick, we should care for them, as if they were Christ himself.”

Signed into law on Nov. 30, 2023, the “Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender, and people living with HIV long-term care facility residents’ bill of rights” bans long-term care facilities and staff “from discriminating against any resident on the basis of a resident’s actual or perceived sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or HIV status,” according to a press release from Hochul’s office.

The Dominican Sisters of Hawthorne, who run Rosary Hill Home in Hawthorne, New York, filed a lawsuit Tuesday against the law they say would require them to assign rooms by gender identity, not biological sex; allow access to opposite-sex bathrooms; allow expression, relationships and identity practices; use preferred pronouns; require staff training in gender ideology; and post a public notice stating compliance with the law.

Edward told Fox News Digital that “New York’s gender ideology mandates not only violate our Catholic values, they threaten our existence with fines, injunctions, license revocation, and even jail time. This is why we were forced to go to court to seek protection of our religious exercise and freedom of speech so that we can continue our ministry to the poor.”

The letters listed New York’s demands and included a training curriculum “requiring the sisters to align patient care and the training of their sisters and employees with the State’s gender ideology.”

If the Dominican Sisters of Hawthorne do not comply, they face fines up to $2,000 per violation — rising to $5,000 — court-ordered forced compliance, loss of licensing and up to one year in prison and fines up to $10,000.

In their lawsuit, the sisters highlighted that during the four-year reporting period from Feb. 1, 2022, through Jan. 31, 2026, the New York State Department of Health had received “zero complaints” from Rosary Hill Home residents, compared with “more than 55,000 complaints against other nursing homes,” and an average of 23 citations per facility during the same period.

Do Any of These Guys Take Any Personal Responsibility?

According to the Daily Wire:

Maine Democrat Graham Platner, who is running for the U.S. Senate in Maine, faced backlash for his Nazi-symbol tattoo and several nasty social media posts — and during a recent interview, he attributed both on the “culture” that he was exposed to while serving in the United States military.

Platner, who served both in the Marine Corps and the U.S. Army, got the tattoo covered up after the initial public outcry, appeared on “The Takeout with Major Garrett” — and he argued that the “hyper-masculine” culture in the infantry had “colored” his perspective in the past.

So military culture, hyper-masculinity (toxic masculinity), and hyper-violence caused him to be a racist and get a Nazi tattoo. Hmm, OK.

Also, he admits that he’s a racist. And he decided not to be a racist and get rid of that tattoo after he decided to run for the Senate.

Makes absolute sense to me. Let’s vote for him.

By the way, he wouldn’t be the first Democrat that was a racist.

A woke TikTok user is facing widespread backlash online after posting a video arguing that maintaining a well-kept lawn is tied to racism. 

The user, @softchaoschannel, shared a video on Monday on TikTok, saying, “I can’t stop thinking about how grass lawns are racist and like, based in white supremacy.” 

Um, so keeping a nice lawn is white supremacy? Does that mean blacks and other people of color don’t like nice lawn (I know that’s not true)?

Why is a well-kept lawn racist? Is it because blacks are incapable to keep lawn well manicured?

Probably. The Left already tells us blacks can’t be on time, can’t work hard, can’t get IDs, can’t get into colleges and so forth.

This is the bigotry of low expectations. This is racism. This is the true white supremacy. All infront of her nice house and, probably, well-manacured lawn.

It’s More Than The Food

Here is an opinion piece by Robert Kennedy Jr. and Leslie Brooke Rollins from the Department of Health and Human Services. See if you notice if something is missing.

As we prepare to celebrate 250 years of freedom this summer, America should resolve to once again be a healthy nation. Chronic disease has been rapidly increasing for decades, and for far too long, the federal government’s approach to nutrition has been part of the problem. Empowered by President Donald Trump’s leadership, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) will soon publish a final rule that will more than double the amount of healthy food that many retailers in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) are required to stock.

Since its inception, SNAP has helped our most vulnerable citizens afford the essential and nutritious food they need. At least, that is what the program is supposed to do. Over time, however, SNAP has been taken advantage of, allowing many to game the system and leaving millions of vulnerable Americans without healthy, nutrient-dense food options. 

Requiring to stock certain foods does not change the behavior of those taking advantage of SNAP. Banning highly processed foods is the problem.

This is the first clue about what is missing.

This has accelerated the health crisis that our nation is up against. Every year, 90% of the nearly $5 trillion the United States spends on healthcare goes toward treating people with chronic conditions. And of the roughly 73 million children under age 18 in the United States, the CDC reports that over 40% have at least one chronic health condition, while more than 350,000 American children have been diagnosed with diabetes.  

The consequences are far-reaching and have even put our national security at risk. Due primarily to obesity, poor physical fitness, and/or mental health challenges, more than 75% of Americans aged 17 to 24 are ineligible for military service — a staggering and dangerous reality.

The article fails to point out that 75% of those on SNAP (child or adult) have obesity problems.

Rising rates of childhood chronic disease are driven by a combination of factors. Improving SNAP — which covers 15.6 million children, or about 39% of all SNAP participants — is a terrific place to start. When it comes to a lack of healthy options for both America’s children and adults, the stocking standards that classify the foods retailers are required to stock to redeem SNAP benefits are a key culprit. 

The current stocking standards were established when SNAP was used quite differently. Today, too many taxpayer dollars are spent on highly processed products loaded with empty calories. With nearly 266,000 retailers nationwide redeeming nearly $96 billion in SNAP benefits in fiscal year 2025, we can’t afford not to act. 

To take just one example of SNAP misuse, retailers have been able to qualify for SNAP by selling jelly, passing it off as a “fruit,” and making a quick buck off it. This was never the intent of SNAP, and the Trump administration is laser-focused on restoring the program to its original mission.

Our pending final rule raises the bar for stocking by strengthening requirements for retailers and closing loopholes that have allowed certain snack foods to count as staple foods. This rule requires all retailers to carry a minimum of 28 varieties across the four staple food groups — more than double the 12 they are currently required to carry. This will mean more real food like eggs, chicken, whole grain breads, fruit and yogurt on store shelves and on Americans’ plates. 

Or, you can make real food like eggs, chicken, whole grains breads, fruit, and yogurt the only foods they can purchase!

Americans on SNAP deserve even more than 28 varieties, but this is a long overdue step in the right direction. It is also the very least retailers can do in exchange for receiving federal taxpayer dollars, since public money should go toward supporting the national interest. And retailers participating in SNAP should feel obligated to offer a variety of healthy foods, period.

At long last, we are modernizing SNAP to responsibly steward taxpayer dollars, promote healthy eating and empower Americans to lead better lives. This pending final rule squares with the latest Dietary Guidelines for Americans’ call to eat real food by ensuring low-income Americans have healthy options available wherever they shop.

There is no better 250th birthday present we can give America than making our nation healthier through real food grown by our incredible farmers, ranchers and producers. Stay tuned — there is much more to come before July 4th.

Toughen Up, Buttercup!

According to the New York Post:

Newcomers to the workforce are already in need of respites from the rat race. So, they’re ditching the daily grind to enjoy a little midweek mindfulness in nature amid the rising “green days” movement. 

“I’m really enjoying my day off from work,” raved a 28-year-old law office assistant, in part, while frolicking barefoot through grass in a trending vid. “I’m putting my health first and taking it easy.”

It’s the easy way out of doing a hard day’s work. 

As if Gen Zers, young adults under age 29,  don’t already have a bad rap for being “lazy and entitled” loafs totally unprepared for the corporate world, the youngsters are now abandoning their posts for green days — time away from the office for time spent in the forest or at the beach — during normal business hours. 

And while the spontaneous outing might come as a nuisance to the 65% of employers who’ve deemed Zoomers the “hardest generation to work with,” owing to their poor communication skills, lack of focus and emotional fragility — not to mention their near-crippling dependence on mommy and daddy — randomly going “green” for a day does have its benefits, per reports. 

A staggering 55% of the world’s population lives in urban areas — a proportion that is expected to increase to 68% by 2050, according to The World Health Organization (WHO), which notes that a lack of fresh and activity makes folks vulnerable to noncommunicable disease. 

Rather than staying cooped up in a cubby, experts suggest squeezing in a little “green time” from time-to-time. 

“Spending time in nature can help relieve stress and anxiety, improve your mood and boost feelings of happiness and well-being,” says the American Heart Association. “Whatever you call it – forest bathing, ecotherapy, mindfulness in nature, green time or the wilderness cure ‒ humans evolved in the great outdoors, and your brain may benefit from a journey back to nature.”

Researchers from the UK even found that a minimum of 20 to 90 minutes outdoors each day is “effective for improving mental health outcomes.” 

The brain boost, however, does not require a full 9-to-5 shift. 

Still, the Gen Zs who’d rather play in the green than make some green seem happy with their self-serving choices. 

“Midweek day off in the sun though,” gushed a on-the-go gal taking full advantage of her PTO. 

“What my mornings look like on my day off,” another captioned footage of herself hiking near a waterfall, far away from big business. 

“Days off recharging around nature,” wrote a carefree couple beneath a clip of themselves tabling their responsibilities to kiss in a forest. 

Must be nice to lead the green Gen Z life.

It Was a Joke Dude!

According to Fox News:

Zimbabwean comedian Learnmore Jonasi faces a lawsuit for $27 million after making a joke about the lyrics to the opening song of the Disney film “The Lion King.”

While appearing on the One54 Africa podcast last month, Jonasi jokingly claimed that “Nants’ingonyama bagithi Baba,” the opening African chant to the song “Circle of Life,” translates to “Look! There’s a lion! Oh my god!”

South African composer Lebohang Morake, otherwise known as Lebo M, the vocalist behind the opening chant, accused the comedian in a legal document on March 16 of making “false statements of fact about the meaning of the ‘Nants’ingonyama’ composition” which he insists translates to “All hail the king, we all bow in the presence of the king.”

He claimed Jonasi was diminishing the song’s value, which could have a negative impact on Morake’s reputation and estate, and is seeking more than $27 million in damages.

  • Legendary Notre Dame football coach Lou Holtz has died at the age of 89, the university announced on Wednesday.
    • Holtz was considered one of the most influential coaches in college football history, winning 249 games as a collegiate head coach. He began his coaching career at William & Mary in 1969 and spent one season in the NFL before returning to college football.
    • One hundred of those wins happened at Notre Dame, where he served as head coach from 1986 until 1996.
    • Holtz was also a close friend and longtime supporter of Donald Trump. The president honored Holtz with the Presidential Medal of Freedom in December of 2020 for his contributions to the nation.
  • The Supreme Court ruled unanimously on Wednesday that federal appeals courts must defer to immigration judges when reviewing asylum decisions.
    • The court’s ruling, written by Biden-appointed Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, stated that immigration laws require federal courts to use a “substantial-evidence standard” when reviewing immigration judges’ decisions regarding whether an asylum seeker would face “persecution” if deported from the country. 
    • Jackson noted that courts must meet a high bar before overturning an immigration judge’s findings. “the agency’s determination whether a given set of undisputed facts rises to the level of persecution under §1101(a)(42)(A) is generally ‘conclusive unless any reasonable adjudicator would be compelled to conclude to the contrary.’”
  • The Senate voted against a resolution that would have required President Donald Trump to seek congressional approval before taking further military action in Iran.
  • Boot are on the ground in Iran. The Kurds, a group located in the western portion of Iran and have been contained by the IGRC have joined the fight.
  • Britain and France may have to join the fight in Iran because of an attack of a British base in Cyprus and attacking French bases.

The Padres Have Enough Problems

According to the New York Post:

Once California tax laws entered the equation, two was greater than three for Merrill Kelly.

The math was done by the veteran pitcher at some point this offseason, when he was a free agent deciding between two options for his MLB future.

No. 1 was a two-year, $40 million contract with the Diamondbacks. No. 2, at least on paper, seemed better.

It was a three-year, fully guaranteed deal with the Padres that appeared to have a similar average annual value.

Kelly, though, chose the former — and during a sitdown interview with Foul Territory’s Scott Braun and A.J. Pierzynski this week, he explained the decision was almost entirely due to the Golden State’s tax system.

“I don’t think it’s any secret on how much money you get taken out of your pocket when you go to California,” the 37-year-old right-hander said.

There were, of course, other factors that pulled Kelly toward Arizona. He went to high school at Desert Mountain in Scottsdale and played collegiately at Arizona State.

And, the father of two young kids has called the Phoenix area home while logging innings for the Snakes in each of the past seven seasons.

“Coming back here,” he admitted, “it was always the priority.”

But after Pierzynski jokingly told him he was “the first person ever that’s been offered a bunch of money to go live in San Diego and said no,” Kelly made it crystal clear that giving away a significant portion of his income to a state government was ultimately a dealbreaker for him.

“I love San Diego,” Kelly said. “It’s just, like I said, they take too much money out of my pocket, man. The taxes over there are a different level.

What A Shock

According to the New York Post:

The number of properties sold in California over the past three years was 24% lower than the same time period before the Great Recession, sparking fears of a statewide crash.

The Golden State had 954,423 property sales in 2023-25, down from 1.25 million in 2007-2009, according to figures from real estate data provider Attom.

That means homebuying in California was 24% slower over the past three years than it was in the run-up to the apocalyptic housing crash that triggered the Great Recession.

California’s sales pace over the past three years is down 31% compared to the previous 18 years, while the nationwide drop was 6%.

But while the statewide median property price plummeted 55% — from nearly $600,000 in 2007 to roughly $275,000 in 2009 — prices have actually increased over the past three years, the Orange County Register’s business columnist Jon Lansner reported.

California’s median home price rose 9% from December 2022 to December 2025, reaching $710,000, just 5% below its all-time high.

When the subprime mortgage market collapsed, many homeowners couldn’t find a buyer and walked away from their houses after foreclosures, as the Fed lowered interest rates.

As people were forced out of homes they couldn’t afford, the resulting oversupply tanked property values.

But the current Mexican standoff in California stems from the lock-in effect: owners with 3% mortgage rates refuse to sell and move into a new 7% rate, keeping the market frozen.

Sellers reluctant to lose their low rates and buyers unable to afford high ones result in today’s stagnant market, keeping prices high because inventory is scarce.

On top of that, the first-time buyer affordability index shows less than a third of California households could qualify for a starter home in 2023-25.

Only 30% of households in the state qualified, down from 49% in 2007-09, according to figures from the California Association of Realtors.

Earlier this year, 30-year mortgage rates dipped below 6% for the first time since 2022, offering potential relief to would-be homeowners.

But Lansner warned that no rapid price correction is likely.

In the three years after the Great Recession, California housing sales grew by just 8% while home prices recovered by 15% through the end of 2012, according to official figures.

He Shouldn’t Be Running

According to the California Post:

An elementary school in Fresno was forced to file a police report after a child sex offender running for city council held a press conference just steps away.

Rene Campos, 41, a candidate in Fresno City Council‘s District 7 race, spoke Friday on a street outside St. John’s Cathedral to address outrage over his past, the Fresno Bee reported.

He was about 10 feet away from Big Picture Elementary School, a public charter school, which later contacted local cops.

Until 2015, under Jessica’s Law, California prohibited registered sex offenders from living within 2,000ft of any school or park in the state.

The law was later declared unconstitutional by the California Supreme Court, which ruled that residency restrictions must be applied on a case-by-case basis.

It remains unclear whether Campos is subject to any specific court orders, restraining orders or individualized restrictions related to his offense, or whether his limitations fall solely under California’s general sex offender registration requirements.

Campos, who is running to unseat incumbent Nelson Esparza, has not publicly clarified the scope of any conditions that may apply to him. The Post reached out for comment.

Esparza said the council is considering legislation to prevent people like Campos from seeking office. Other city leaders were also furious.

A Hero!

According to the New York Post:

A Nashville elementary school has cleared the record of a first-grade teacher who was disciplined for refusing to read a book about same-sex marriage to his young students, according to a report.

KIPP Antioch College Prep Elementary issued a “final warning letter” to teacher Eric Rivera in January after he declined to read an LGBTQ book to his class that was included in the language arts curriculum. 

Due to his Christian beliefs, Rivera said he could not in good conscience read the book to his class, according to legal group First Liberty Institute, and he asked a colleague to read the book instead.

The next day, Rivera was summoned to the principal’s office and threatened with termination. He was told he must maintain “fidelity” to the curriculum, and a discipline letter was placed in his personnel file.

First Liberty said Rivera had received no prior warnings and had no discipline history. Afterward, he asked for a religious accommodation but was instead reassigned to a lab and technology position and then to a kindergarten position, according to the legal group.

After facing a warning letter from First Liberty in February, KIPP Antioch agreed to clear the incident from Rivera’s record, according to a press release Monday from the legal group.

The school will now also allow “all teachers to ask another employee to read materials objectionable to their faith.”

This Probably Is Not Going to Fix Anything

According to the California Post:

The effort to breathe boozy life back into the state’s struggling downtown comes courtesy of a pair of San Francisco lawmakers who want to let cities create special zones where bars and restaurants can serve drinks until 4 a.m., two hours past the legal closing time.

“The nightlife economy is responsible in our state without a doubt for tens of billions of dollars in revenue, hundreds of thousands of jobs,” Matt Haney, a Democratic state assemblyman who introduced the bill, told CBS News.

The COVID-19 pandemic significantly impacted the number of people visiting businesses in downtowns across the Golden State. California cities are recovering at different rates, but none have reached the levels saw in 2019.

“Getting people back out in the streets is key to the economic recovery of cities across California,” said Wiener, a Democratic state senator who introduced the bill along with Haney.

“By creating Entertainment Zones, we’re giving people a reason to go back to areas where recovery has been slow while creating a vital new revenue stream for bars and restaurants.”

Should the bill pass, bars would need to pay an extra $2,500 each year for a permit to sell alcohol until 4 a.m.

“When the sun goes down, there is so much that is economic and culturally important,” Haney told CBS News.
