The News

Here’s some news:

• Just in: Anthony Fauci, head of the NIH, has announced he is leaving in December of this year. I guess he realizes he’s not going to make much money making bad decisions about monkey pox.
• A judge ruled that the Department of Justice must release the affidavit.
  • This was the same judge, Judge Bruce Reinhart, who signed the warrant.
  • He said this was a historic, unprecedented action that has national attention and it must be released.
  • The judge will allow the DOJ to redact material.
  • The DOJ must send the sealed and redacted affidavit by Thursday.
  • We might be able to see this thing by next week, depending on the negotiation with the redactions.
• Finally, Education Secretary, Miguel Cardona, said there would be a decision of student loan forgiveness by the end of the month.
  • Of course, it isn’t loan forgiveness. It’s paying off their loans with tax payer money.
  • This will raise college fees and that’s called inflation.
  • This is not a popular policy because it is seen as providing for the upper class while putting on the backs of the working class.

Goodbye, Good Luck and Good Riddance

CNN is in big trouble. Their viewership is in the toilet. The Home and Garden Network has higher rating than CNN and that’s not an example. One of the reasons they are having so many problems is because they are a slanted news network that has always sold itself as non-partisan news network. They are anything than that.

Next problem they had was Donald Trump. Not because he did anything but because he left office in 2020. It appears fairly obvious that Trump was keeping people listening to the network. With Trump gone, no one cares and no one is watching. In fact, I would bet they are all secretly praying that Trump gets re-elected in 2020.

Finally, the corruption.

• The Jeffrey Toobin disaster.
• The lies which were pushed by Jeff Zucker.
• The problems with Don Lemon grabbing men.
• The problem of Chris Cuomo working with his brother.
• Jeff Zucker having sex with coworkers.
• And, of course, Brian Stelter looking way too much like the Stay Puff Marshmellow Man.

Well, they didn’t help themselves last week.

Gas prices have been going down over the last month. It’s dropped a dollar a gallon, which is something the President has been touting. Mind you, he blames everyone else when something goes wrong, but takes all the credit when things go in the right direction. CNN decided to go with their bot and doubt how everyone is getting a $100 raise or a $100 tax deduction.

Needless to say, this is the dumbest, most partisan thing they could come up with.

• First off, gas prices were at $2.38 a gallon when Biden took over.
• Gas prices went up to $5.00 a gallon.
• Now, they have dropped to $3.53 a gallon. Still a dollar over what we were paying under Trump. Gas prices are still high.
• In California, gas prices dropped about a dollar but still remain at over $5 a gallon. Some stations are still at $6.20 a gallon. That’s from $2.50 a gallon before Biden took over.
• Let’s not forget another thing. Break, dairy, meat, energy, rent, cars and housing is all up!
• That $100 raise or tax deduction doesn’t seem like that much especially since he has decided to raise taxes!

Needless to say, people blasted CNN.

Financial analyst Gordon Johnson tweeted:

“Next time you stop at a gas station remember prices are STILL up ~90% since @POTUS took office, you are paying in after-tax dollars, and the draining of the SPR in the U.S. ends in Oct, just in time for mid-terms, which will contribute to gas prices going RIGHT BACK UP.”

Psychologist Geoffrey Miller responded:

“Next time you read anything @CNN says, think of it as shameless propaganda for the @DNC.”

Ted Cruz tweeted:

“Orwellian. Next, CNN is going to try to convince you that 2+2=5. In the meantime — since truth still matters — gas prices are UP nearly 65% since Biden took office.”

Yep. No one believes this crap. I wonder what CNN is going to say when unemployment goes up within the next couple of months? It’s going to happen. The biggest retailers including Target, Amazon, Walmart and Tesla have all taken losses in the last quarter and have the benefit of an addition 25% tax put on them. What do you think they are going to do? Well, guess what, they think laying off people is the way to handle it too. More on this later

Here’s the thing, CNN doesn’t believe in this crap either.

The new CEO, Chris Licht has been on fire.

• Jeff Zucker is gone.
• Chris Cuomo is gone.
• Jeffry Toobin is gone.
• It sounds like it is only a matter of weeks before Don Lemon is gone.

Apparently, he’s gone out there and scared and angered everyone at CNN. He has openly said that the station needs to become more non-partisan like it was in the past in order to earn the trust of the viewers.

Apparently he had an all-hands meeting last week. Licht started to evaluate the hyper-partisan so-called “talent” at the network shortly after he joined CNN as he aimed to dial down the extreme partisanship that has plagued the network in recent years.

He said:

“I want to acknowledge that this is a time of significant change, and I know that many of you are unsettled. There will be more changes, and you might not understand it or like it.”

I think this is great. Not because I like CNN but because I used to love CNN. I wanted to know the news, I watched CNN. During 9/11, I watched CNN. I always liked CNN until they became a bunch of partisan hacks who tout for the Democrats. Why is Fox News doubling the ratings of the next competitor, MSNBC? Is it because they are right wing or just that they are more balanced? CNN is not balanced at all. There is one point of view. There are no debates or arguments.

It’s boring.

What Does This Guy Give?

It’s been a slow news weekend because old Joe took another trip to Delaware again. This time he had a reason to go. He needed to inspect the new fence the government is building around his Delaware mansion.

The fence will cost $500,000 and is being paid with tax payer money. The excuse is that he’s the President and requires extra security.

I just want to remind you of a few things:

• President Trump was in office for four years. All the rest of his life he built a business.
• President Trump donated his entire salary to charity. He didn’t make a dime in the White House.
• President Trump’s values went from $4 billion to $2 billion while he was President.
• Joe Biden was first elected to the Senate at the age of 29. He’s going to be 80 years old.
• He has never run a business, never hired and paid employees with his own money and is worth around $20 million. How’d that happen at $100 thousand a year?
• Joe Biden does not donate any of his salary to anybody.

Think about that next time he claims to give a crap about anybody but himself.

Corruption Is Corruption

If this is true then it makes sense why this is done. My problem is Los Angeles, and California in general, is so corrupt that nothing would surprise me.

According to the daily Wire:

An exclusive report by RedState found that the campaign to recall Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón was unsuccessful due to the campaign’s negligence and willingness to turn in invalid petition signatures, mislead donors, and allegedly request workers to break the law. 

On August 15, LA County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk (RRCC) Dean Logan announced that the recall campaign had not successfully turned in the necessary amount of signatures. Of the more than 715,000 signatures given to Logan, over 195,000 were found to be invalid. 

“Based on the examination and verification, which conducted in compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements of the California Government Code, Elections Code, and Code of Regulations, 520,050 signatures were found to be valid and 195,783 were found to be invalid,” Logan’s office said in a news release.

The recall effort needed to submit 566,857 valid petition signatures in order to qualify for the ballot in November. 

Wow. So the invalidated the same number that pushed them over the needed signatures? Interesting.

Cassandra Vandenberg was widely known as the person in charge of the committee, but an anonymous whistleblower told RedState that Vandenberg was aware signatures were being included from people who were located outside of the county or non-voters and told campaign staff to keep them on the petitions “because we need the numbers.”

RedState reportedly spoke to witnesses and examined documents that showed a large number of circulators — the people who collect the signatures — didn’t finish the attestation section correctly. The person who collected the signatures is required to attest to every page of signatures. These mistakes were not noticed by hired validation firms, the firm that collected signatures, or the campaign committee until the petitions were almost ready to be submitted on July 6, according to the report. 

Some things:

• Red State is not a Left wing outlet. They are a Republican group. If they say there was some funny business, there might have been.
• Two things can be true at once:
  • The recall effort was corrupt.
  • The government auditors were also corrupt.
  • Unfortunately, two negatives here don’t make a positive.

Listen, none of this is good. George Gascon needs to be recalled. He is terrible in Los Angeles. But if the petitions were corupt, it’s hard to accept that. As a Conservative, I do not buy the “ends justify the means” argument. But I still have a few problems here:

• George Gascon escapes another recall attempt and remains one of the worst DAs in history.
• California is still an extremely corrupt state. I still question this report.
•  Everything is so bad in Los Angeles and, yet, nothing changes.

This is Going to Backfire

This whole Trump raid is turning into a circus and no one from the Biden administration is addressing it. Worst of all for them, it looks like it is going to backfire. This shouldn’t be a shock. Every decision Joe Biden or anyone else in his administration, has made has turned out to be wrong.

Here are some more details of the raid.

• The raid started at 9 AM and finished at 6:30 PM. That’s 9 1/2 hours.
• There were 30 agents with a U-Haul truck.
• Trump lawyers were there but were not allowed in the house during the search.
• They were told to turn off all security cameras. Trump lawyers did not comply.
• Trump’s office was “ransacked”.
• They took over twelves boxes of things including:
  • A letter from Barrack Obama.
  • A letter from Kim Jong-Un.
  • A cocktail napkin.
  • A birthday menu.
• A professional safe cracker was used to get into a safe Trump had.
• Melania Trump’s wardrobe was searched. What the hell were they looking for there?

We are also hearing about the judge that signed the search warrant:

• His name is Judge Bruce Reinhart.
• Reinhart was elevated to magistrate judge in March 2018 after 10 years in private practice.
• He donated money to the Barrack Obama Presidential campaign.
• He worked for Jeffry Epstein. I’m not kidding.
  • He quit his job at the state attorney’s office to help Epstein and two of his employees.
  • He was involved in the negotiation that got Epstein and these two employees off of jail time for sex trafficking minors.
  • He was named in a lawsuit by two of Epstein’s victims.
• This guy is actually on lists to be a Supreme Court Justice!
• Yeah, no chance of corruption here.

There is comment from the White House. There is no comment from the Department of Justice. There is no comment from the FBI. The Secret Service has no comment.  We still have not seen the warrant. In other words, we do not know why this was done.

Democrats are pretty much silent about this. Even Chuck Schumer won’t comment on it because he says he doesn’t know anything about it. You know why you don’t see this overwhelming joy by the Left? Because anyone with a brain can see this is a very dangerous and one-sided move. Even CNN is saying this might have consequences, that this may not have been the best of ideas. Now, mind you, that in between all the joy. CNN is now saying that Conservatives are going to start getting violent. Of course, they say that all the time.

Here’s the thing, I don’t think CNN is wrong now. I think people are sick of the extremism of the Left. They are sick of the two-tier justice system where people can riot if it’s for BLM but are jailed if they question the election results. They are sick of the talk of socialism and the implementation of these socialist policies. They are sick of their children being indoctrinated. Now we see that the institutions are being weaponized against a former President. How long will it be before they come after us? Not long I think seeing they are hiring 87,000 IRS enforcement officers. Seeing how they want to take away our gun rights.

People are not going to tolerate this.

According to Fox News:

Republican Rep. Scott Perry of Pennsylvania says that the FBI has confiscated his cellphone.

Perry, in an exclusive statement, told Fox News on Tuesday that while traveling with his family earlier in the day, he was approached by three FBI agents who handed him a warrant and requested that he turn over his cellphone.

The confiscation of the congressman’s personal phone comes one day after FBI agents searched former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida.

Scott is a huge Trump supporter and also questioned the legitimacy of the 2020 election. He said in a statement:

“This morning, while traveling with my family, 3 FBI agents visited me and seized my cell phone. They made no attempt to contact my lawyer, who would have made arrangements for them to have my phone if that was their wish. I’m outraged — though not surprised — that the FBI under the direction of Merrick Garland’s DOJ, would seize the phone of a sitting Member of Congress. My phone contains info about my legislative and political activities, and personal/private discussions with my wife, family, constituents, and friends. None of this is the government’s business.”

All this talk about about how women should be able to kill their unborn babies because they have a right to privacy, but a Congressman can’t have a private cell phone and a vacation without being harassed by the FBI because he talks to a political enemy all because of a two hour riot by a bunch of idiots. That’s why our rights are being taken away.

Here’s the Good News

I do have some good news here. There is hope. The Biden administration is incompetent and everyone knows it. We can see that in yesterday’s press conference with Karin Jean Pierre. It’s hard to believe she was not prepared for questions about the raid.

This is the first question she was asked by the press after her initial spiel. Her answer was less than satisfying:

You can tell she’s lying. You know how? Her answer is a minute and a half long. That’s right. She’s lying because she’s talking.

Of course they knew this was happening. You mean you want me to believe that the sitting President didn’t know that the President was being raided by his DOJ and FBI. I don’t care what he said two years ago. I care only about what he actually did two days ago and why he did it. Actions speak louder than words and his actions of a couple of days ago kind of negate what he said two years ago. Yes, I’m saying that statement she read was Joe Biden lying.

By the way, Joe is in charge of the FBI and DOJ. If he doesn’t know, doesn’t that show that he is incompetent at managing his administration?

Of course, she does what she always does when she doesn’t want to answer a question. She tells them to go away and talk to someone else. The entire press conference went this way. It was forty minutes of reporters asking her about this raid and why it happened. It just shows that the press didn’t believe her.

Of course, we need to listen to Peter Doocy interrogate her and this was gold. He completely had her trapped and off balance. This poor broad is going to have a stroke one day right at the podium.

Some things:

• She talks about Trump all the time. This is just a lie and we all know it. They constantly talk about Trump to deflect on their failures and there are a lot.
• They need to run on something for the November elections and they have chosen to bring Trump into the spotlight. They want to run against him.
• Doocy just gave the motive for the raid at Mar a Lago.

Now for the real question:

Some things:

• It is a yes/no question.
• She won’t answer it.
• In other words, she won’t say no to weaponizing the institutions.
• By the way, if they don’t know what’s going on, how do they know it’s a criminal investigation?

In his final question, Doocy closes the circle. At first, it might sound like this has nothing to do with the raid, but it does. Let’s see if you can catch the reason Doocy asks the question:

• What does she not understand about the question? It’s a good question. We’re all asking that question.
• I hate the IRS and they are hiring 87,000 more of them.
• Bullshit and she knows it. There aren’t that many people who make $400,000 a year that requires 87,000 agents.
• There are small businesses that make more than $400,000 a year (though their profit margins are slim, look at restaurants). They are going after them.
• And they will be going after people that make less than $400,000. Why would you need so many enforcement agents otherwise? Doocy is creating a sound bite for when people complain.

Doocy’s questioning went full circle. They are weaponizing the DOJ and FBI against political enemies and they are weaponizing the IRS against regular people.

No one seems to take monkey pox seriously even though it has been declared an emergency in two big cities.

A Nobel Prize winning economist doesn’t seem to know much about economics.

• I’m glad Joe Biden got all those shots for the China virus. He’s positive again. That’s probably for the best.
• Nancy Pelosi was supposed to go to Taiwan but it looks like she might skip it because China is saber-rattling. The White House doesn’t support her because, I guess, we are afraid of Taiwan. If she doesn’t go to Taiwan, it will show weakness and embolden China to invade Taiwan.
• There was a bill that would give healthcare for veterans.
  • Not one Republican voted for it.
  • There are some provisions for veteran healthcare.
  • Republicans do not want to sign on to this bill for a reason.
  • It takes $400 billion of discretionary spending and makes in mandatory and that money will go to things that have nothing to do with veterans.
  • This would increase government spending and raise inflation.
  • Again, Democrats create a spending bill and give it a nice name and dare Republicans not to sign off on it.
  • Republicans did not take the bait. Even Mitt Romney said, “no”.
•  Speaking of big spending bills, Hoe Manchin is running around propping up this Inflation Reduction Act that spends half the money on Green New Deal crap is bipartisan and going to lower inflation.
  • It is a tax and spend bill.
  • This is going to increase inflation and stagnate the economy.
  • Not one Republican is for it.
  • Democrats are trying to push this through by using reconciliation.
  • Democrats are still nervous because Kyrsten Sinema won’t commit to the bill until she studies it.

The New Normal

We are going to be living in a world where we are going to have a pandemic every two years or so. That is because the elitists feel that is going to be the best way to control us serfs.

The new pandemic is going to be monkey pox. The problem everyone is going to have is monkey pox is not as much of a mystery as the China virus was. We already know it is spread through gay sex. I mean, we really are sure about that. over 90% of people who have it got it from gay sex and 97% of people who have it are men.

We also know that it doesn’t kill anyone. There have been only 5 deaths throughout the world and the small pox vaccine works with it.

But that’s not going to stop our elites from making this into a panic situation. New York and San Francisco have declared this a public emergency. They want you to forget the fact that no one has died of it in those places and that it is only affecting a quarter of a percent of the population in those cities. They don’t want to talk about that it is affecting a certain segment of the population (gay men). I’m sure when they figure out that people are not afraid of this disease, they will point out that it disapproiantly affects the LGBTQ+_)*&^ community and we should all be concerned.

Even the WHO says we are in a world emergency but they won’t quite go so far as to say not to have butt-sex with 20 other men for the next few months. They give us recommendations. Masterbate a lot, have sex with cloths on, stuff like that. But they never said not to have butt-sex.

San Francisco got the memo but they don’t care. According to the Daily Wire:

San Francisco will hold an annual sexual festival popular among gay men this weekend even though the city declared a local health emergency over the Monkeypox outbreak earlier this week.

The “Up Your Alley” leather fetish festival, commonly called “Dore Alley,” scheduled for Sunday, is expected to bring thousands of people to the city’s SoMa area, featuring kink demonstrations, dancing, and shopping, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. The annual event has been running since 1985, being canceled only once since then due to the COVID pandemic in 2020.

Some people who have attended the event in the past are having second thoughts this year due to the Monkeypox outbreak in San Francisco. The most recent data shows 257 confirmed cases in the city, and city leaders recently announced a public health emergency that will go into effect on August 1.

“The same population that’s being most affected by the disease is the same population that attends these events, most exclusively,” 29-year-old San Francisco resident David Harris said. “I just don’t even want to be here this weekend.”

Harris, who identifies as bisexual, told the Chronicle that he is frustrated with the group organizing the event, Folsom Street, for their apparent lack of concern around the disease. “I’ve been scanning their posts. They have yet to say a single word even mentioning the word ‘monkeypox.’ … It just feels utterly irresponsible,” Harris said.

Here’s the thing, they are going to have this event and it will be a super spreader. There’ll be monkey pox all over San Francisco. With that, the state and federal government will be all up and arms about this and need to “do something” which is their mantra on everything. That means we’ll have to change voting laws, raise taxes, raise debt, start wearing masks (though I’m not sure there is a mask for one’s butt), lock down, things like that.

No one has ever thought to call things for what they are. Hey fellas, stop having gay orgies for a few months. It would be better if they stopped having gay orgies in general, but we can’t say that. It’s bigoted.

Speaking of Monkey Pox and Bigots

Last week, the New York City Board of Health made a request of the World Health Organization. According to NDTV.com:

New York City asked the World Health Organization (WHO) on Tuesday to rename the monkeypox virus to avoid stigmatizing patients who might then hold off on seeking care.

New York has seen more cases of the disease, which the WHO declared a global health emergency over the weekend, than any other city in the United States, with 1,092 infections detected so far.

“We have a growing concern for the potentially devastating and stigmatizing effects that the messaging around the ‘monkeypox’ virus can have on… already vulnerable communities,” New York City public health commissioner Ashwin Vasan said in a letter to WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus dated Tuesday.

This idiot and, I will say it, racist, Vasan continued:

“Continuing to use the term ‘monkeypox’ to describe the current outbreak may reignite these traumatic feelings of racism and stigma — particularly for Black people and other people of color, as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ communities, and it is possible that they may avoid engaging in vital health care services because of it.”

Let’s get to the crux of this, black people get it just the way white people get it.

But, to this guy, calling anything with the word monkey in it means we are referring to black people means he’s a racist. When I heard about monkey pox, I thought someone was screwing, you know, monkeys, not black people. It sound to me that Mr. Vasan has a bit of a problem with racism because when he thinks about moneys, he thinks about black people.

Next, there should be some worry about people in the LGBTRISTUV community because they are the ones who catching it. That’s because they are the ones that are spreading it.

This is a problem the Left has. They are so worried about equity, words, stigmas and victims, they never solve the real problem, even when they know what the problem is and what causes it. Their own ideology boxes them in.

Well, the WHO, which is a Leftist organization under the United Nations, agreed. The WHO’s director general, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, said in a press briefing:

“WHO is working with partners and experts from around the world on changing the name of monkeypox virus, its clades, and the disease it causes.”

“We will make announcements about the new names as soon as possible.” 

Monkey pox solved, I guess. All we have to do is change the language.

Not Going to Work

Speaking of changing the language, the Biden administration is doing that to grift his way out of the recession we are in. I told you that last week, but now social media and the legacy media are getting into the fray.

Wikipedia had over forty edits to the term, “recession” this weekend. I did look it up and basically they danced around the, “two quarters of negative GDP growth” thing which is the actual definition of “recession” but that was there. They had a lot of other crap that people are trying to associate with a recession which actually have nothing to do with a recession. Basically what they are doing is clouding the meaning of the word so no one really knows what it means. You know, like what they are doing with the word, “woman”.

Poor Wikipedia, they are so confused and lost. They actually changed the definition of the word, “definition” this weekend. I guess last week’s definition of “definition” needed to be redefined so that “definition” had the definition that the woke like to define. See what I did? A Kamalaism. I would keep going with it but I am out of breath.

But it is also the media that is all in on this new White House narrative.

A Baltimore family just filed a $25 million lawsuit against Sesame Place, a theme park in Pennsylvania, claiming their daughters were the targets of racial discrimination after being ignored by characters in costume.

The filing comes not long after a video of a Sesame Place employee dressed as Rosita seemingly ignoring two black girls during a parade went viral online, sparking nationwide outrage and accusations of racism. Social media was flooded with examples of similar incidents that allegedly took place at the amusement park, which only helped fuel the fury.

Per Daily Mail, the suit seeks class action status as 25-30 families have come forward with similar claims. It was filed in a federal court in Philadelphia against SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, the owner of Sesame Place, alleging “pervasive and appalling race discrimination.”

The lawsuit claims that four amusement park employees dressed as Sesame Street characters intentionally ignored Quinton Burns, his daughter Kennedi Burns, and other black guests during a meet-and-greet event on June 18. The family insists the employees’ behavior was an example of racism.

Everything is racism.

I saw the video. I’m not getting what the big deal is.

It shows a character walking down the street waving at the crowd. The character, who can’t see through that mask, says no to a couple of people who wanted it to hold their babies and just walk by the girls. It basically looks like every amusement park parade ever conducted.

Malcom Ruff, he lawyer said, in a statement, in front of cameras, of course:

“[Kennedi] was ignored amongst a sea of other young white children who were able to interact, give hugs, high fives. Kennedi was forced to experience racism at the age of 5. This is unacceptable and we will not stand by and let this continue.”

It’s About the Economy Stupid

It’s been a rough couple of days for the economy. First, let’s talk about the issues concerning the controlling of inflation.

The Fed Raises the Interest Rate

According to the Daily Wire:

The Federal Reserve announced on Wednesday that it raised interest rates by 75 basis points for the second straight month in an effort to help slow inflation.

“The Committee seeks to achieve maximum employment and inflation at the rate of 2 percent over the longer run,” the Fed said in a press release. “In support of these goals, the Committee decided to raise the target range for the federal funds rate to 2-1/4 to 2-1/2 percent and anticipates that ongoing increases in the target range will be appropriate.”

The Fed also noted that “recent indicators of spending and production have softened” but added, “job gains have been robust in recent months, and the unemployment rate has remained low.”

Let’s be clear about a few things.

• The Fed is under control of the Biden administration. Why we are trusting the Biden administration to control anything is beyond me.
• The Fed (Janet Yellen is running it) has been wrong about everything. Remember, inflation was transitory.
• The administration keeps talking about the employment rate. We won’t know what is going to happen to the employment rate for another couple of months.
  • Employment problems happen after a recession starts. It is not the cause of the recession or an indicator of one.
  • Once companies see they are losing profits, they will stop producing and innovating, and then people will be laid off.
  • Notice, no one is talking about the increased wages? That’s because they have gone down by 5% because of inflation.
• Raising the interest rates makes loans more expensive because the government is trying to take money out of the economy. Loans businesses needs to innovate and hire people.
  • We are already seeing the effects of high interest rate. People aren’t buying houses or cars.
  • Houses have fallen in price as bad as they did in 2008.
  • The auto industry is taking a hit but from two directions:
    • High interest rates for loans.
    • The supply chain crisis not getting enough chips for the car’s computers. Something else the Biden administration hasn’t dealt with.
•  The interest rates probably aren’t going to be high enough.
  • A good inflation (demand) is 1.5-2%. A good GDP (supply) is between 2.5-3.5%.
  • There’s a balance. But production can always keep up and go beyond expectations of demand (innovation).
  • When demand is high, but supply is low, we need something to slow the demand. Make it harder for people to buy things (raise the interest rate).
  • Demand slows but businesses need loans too. For employees, for supplies, for innovation.
  • No one is buying anything. No on is innovating anything. We have the worst scenario, stagflation.
  • To cool inflation, it has been predicted we are need to go up to 5-6%. Right now, it is at about 2.25%.

That’s where we are right now. I may not have explained this well, but don’t take my word for this because I didn’t make this up.

How do we fix this?

• Interest rates will have to be high until supply and demand balance.
• Lower taxes.
• Lower corporate taxes.
• Cut regulations on all businesses.
• Allow drilling for oil and natural gas.
• Re-enable nuclear power.
• Bring back manufacturing.

We Are in a Recession

Here is a minute and a half of the Biden administration wavering on us entering a recession:

The GDP report is out and it was disappointing. There was a rather tepid expectation that GDP would rise to .5%, instead it dropped by.9%. That is the second quarter in a row of negative GDP (third if you add 0% GDP growth in the fourth quarter last year).

We are in a recession.

Biden said it was not surprising and the administration and media still maintain we really aren’t in a recession because the economy “is so complicated”. Like everything else, instead of dealing with the problem, they just change language and definitions.

I’m watching CNN and they are still saying we are not in a recession and are praising Biden for his big win in his Build Back Better program which they renamed and we’ll talk about in a second. They are even saying Biden is having a good week.

People aren’t going to believe this crap. Even the 18 people that watch CNN. CNN said all this right after they put a screen shot of people paying about $500 a month more because of inflation and high gas prices. People are simple. They only know what is happening to them. They don’t care about what people are telling them is happening.

We are in a recession. Everyone knows it and has known about it for the last six months because we have been feeling it. Nothing they can say is going to change that.

But It Might Get Worse

According to the summary of the bill (the full bill is 725 pages) says:

The Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 will make a historic down payment on deficit reduction to
fight inflation, invest in domestic energy production and manufacturing, and reduce carbon
emissions by roughly 40 percent by 2030. The bill will also finally allow Medicare to negotiate
for prescription drug prices and extend the expanded Affordable Care Act program for three
years, through 2025.

The new proposal for the FY2022 Budget Reconciliation bill will invest approximately $300
billion in Deficit Reduction and $369 billion in Energy Security and Climate Change programs
over the next ten years.

Additionally, the agreement calls for comprehensive Permitting reform legislation to be passed
before the end of the fiscal year. Permitting reform is essential to unlocking domestic energy and
transmission projects, which will lower costs for consumers and help us meet our long-term
emissions goals.

Here’s some info on it:

• $369 billion will go for climate.
  • Extend over $7500 in subsidies for electric cars.
  • $60 billion for domestic clean energy manufacturing.
  • $30 billion for wind, solar battery storage tax credit.
• Raise the corporate tax by 15%.
  • This will raise $739 billion.
  • That’s where they get that $300 billion deficit reduction.
  • But hold on.
• The bill also adds another $451 billion to extend Obamacare for another three years. So much for deficit reduction.
• The bill is 725 pages long so one can imagine there is more pork in there.

Per the Democratic playbook, they changed the name of this modified Build Back Better bill and are calling it the Inflation Reduction Act. Spending money and raising taxes on corporations is not going to lower inflation. It’s going to:

• Raise inflation.
• Stagnate hiring.
• Stagnate innovation.
• Cause layoffs.

We know this. The America Rescue Plan and the Infrastructure bill caused inflation. This bill is the same thing.

Here’s the thing, this bill isn’t passed yet. It will get no support from Republicans. It needs to be voted in the House. Kyrsten Sinema still does not commit to it until she reads the bill, and I think she is also really shy about spending a ton of money. Especially living in a state that is as red as Arizona. In fact, I’m shocked Machin did this.

Bye Bye Bears

According to the daily Wire:

On Monday, Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot proposed a $900 million to $2.2 billion Hail Mary offer to convince the Bears to stay in their home stadium of over 50 years.

However, the Chicago Bears stated in a press release earlier this month that they wouldn’t consider any other offers, even for their home stadium, Soldier Field. The NFL team reaffirmed that sentiment to ESPN this week, noting that they were set on moving to another location over 30 miles away.

The Bears plan to move to Arlington Park, the longtime site of Churchill Downs’ thoroughbred racing in Arlington Heights. That area experiences well below the national median of crime levels, according to multiple crime statistic analyses. Census data reports that the area has a median household income of over $100,200, and just over four percent of residents were in poverty.

In other words, the Bears are moving because of crime, homelessness and poverty. I have been to Soldiers Field. It is not in the best of neighborhoods. Neither is Comisky Park. I wonder how long it will take before the White Sox move.

Lightfoot even made a website showing the renovations she wants to do to the existing stadium, trying to convince the Bears to stay at the stadium. It’s not working. Maybe she should take that $2.2 billion and give it to the police force to clean up the crime in Chicago. Maybe then, everyone will be happy, not just the Bears. After all, it is tax payer money she wants to give the Bears.

Great Idea

According to the Post Millennial:

Everyone in Kalamazoo, Michigan can now go to the bathroom anywhere they like as city officials decriminalized the discharge of most bodily materials expelled in public spaces.

City of Kalamazoo City Commissioner Chris Praedel said the change was for the sake of equity and explained the city wants to be “fair and equitable to who these laws were most affecting, the unhoused population, as well as provide a better solution for those trying to get on their feet.”

I hate this equity thing. These people are always worried about the people who are making the lives of working people miserable. They don’t seem to care about the quality of life of the working citizens. But here’s the thing, the working people in places like San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle and Portland voted these idiots in. So, I’m not feeling too sorry for people that have to go through this crap.

Apparently, the city did put in a public restroom for the homeless to use by a mall. But people are complaining that the restroom is always locked so no one can use it. Then the homeless just crap on the sidewalk. Sounds like something a city bureaucrat would think up and then screw it up.

But, more importantly, do these government officials ever ask someone in another city that does how how it’s going? Seriously, this is done in California, Washington state, New York, Oregon, Maryland  and Illinois. Just ask, “Hey, how’s it going over there?” Pretty sure the word “sucks” might be thrown around.

At least we know what state the Chicago Bears are not going to move to.

Twitter is at It Again

Last week, some guy decided to pick a fight with an LGBTQ person. Of course, she was talking about grooming kids into becoming trans and crap like that. So the guy called her a groomer. Well, this broad was from the far Leftist group called Media Matters and she reported him.

Media Matter is a group that goes through Conservative publications and then reports them as racists, bigots, homophobes or whatever. Basically, they are professional trolls. No one would give them much respect but they do get it. They have been known to pressure businesses to stop advertising on certain Conservative platforms and they are consulted by some platforms like Twitter and Facebook.

Anyway, this guy got suspended and had to take down the tweet. Twitter nailed him for “hateful conduct”. Mind you, someone threatened to blow up the house of the gal who runs Libs of TikTok (who has also been suspended for “hateful conduct”) and nothing happened to that guy.

The broad tweeted this after he was suspended:

“Accusing people of harming children with no basis is extremely dangerous. Three weeks again, Lindsay directed his little groomer bit at a library holding a drag queen story hour. Proud boys showed up three days later with signs about groomers and a rifle.”

A few things about this:

• I know the story she’s talking about.
• It did happen, but not the way she’s talking about.
• The harassed the drag queen and the library as they should because this is creepy.
• They were not armed.
• They were never arrested.
• Basically, this gal is full of crap.

Here’s the thing about the groomer thing. It is an offshoot of the term “boomer”. Remember, someone from the Baby boomer generation would say something woke and someone would say, “whatever, boomer”? Yeah, same thing here. Most people who use the term “groomer” typically do not mean they are grooming the kids for sex or to molest them. It is just a term used to annoy the pervert that is messing with our kids.

Now, in my case, when I use the term groomer, I mean it by the true sense of the word. If I call you that, I think you are a pervert and a pedophile.

I have used the term several times and have not been suspended so this might be just a reaction to an online fight. We’ll see, but I am sure this is going to be a thing soon.

I do not like Noam Chomsky. He stands for everything I hate. He is an anti-capitalist, anti imperialist (though I don’t think he knows what that means), a libertarian socialist (what does that mean?) and supports anarcho-syndicalism (supports anarchy but anarchy should have unions, What?).

But he does believe in free speech. He does believe in free press, debate and truth (though his truth is a little suspect). I have read a couple of his books and they are very full of crap and boring. He said this about America when he was talking to Russell Brand last week:

We are not there yet. Well, not quite there yet. Canada is.

Speaking of a Tyrant

California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom on Friday signed a gun control bill into law that will allow private citizens to sue anyone who manufactures, sells, transports or distributes illegal “assault weapons and ghost guns.”

The measure was crafted in response to last year’s Texas abortion ban that prohibits the procedure once a heartbeat was detected and allows private citizens to sue physicians, drivers or anyone else who aids a woman in receiving an abortion for $10,000.

The California gun law would grant $10,000 in damages per weapon to private citizens who sue. Citizens could also be awarded the same amount if they file a lawsuit against someone who illegally sells firearms to people under 21 years of age.

Gavin Newsom is going to get a little crazy now. He is going to try to pass things that are going to be extreme. That’s because he is eyeing higher office like President or Vice President. He seems to forget we have tried to kick him out of office a year ago because he is doing such a terrible job. In fact, he got emboldened by surviving the recall election. He’s got to make a name for himself. That’s why he’s attacking Abbott. That’s why he’s attacking DeSantis. Those are the best governors in the country and he needs to be in the same conversation as these governors to have a chance at higher office.

Of course, he’s not going to show he’s a great governor through his policies. California is a mess.

Anyway, this is unconstitutional and not even logical. It is going to be overruled. No other industry can get sued for their product working correctly. That’s like me suing Ford for a drunk driver driving a Ford hitting me.

And They Wonder Why They are Going to Lose in November

According to Fox News:

A federal judge has blocked a directive from President Joe Biden’s administration that allowed transgender workers and students to use school restrooms matching their gender identities. 

It also allowed transgender athletes to join sports teams corresponding with their chosen genders.

The directive was blocked by Judge Charles Atchley Jr. of the Eastern District of Tennessee, a Trump appointee, after a coalition of 20 Republican attorneys general sued last year, Reuters reported.

The plaintiffs argued the federal directive clashed with state laws and prevented states from enforcing their own laws that banned transgender school bathroom use.

That is all true. If a state wants to make it that restrooms are available only to the actual sex of the individual than they should do it. I’m sorry but that stuff should be uncontroversial. But, the Biden administration continues to push this crap and I think it could have some serious unintended consequences. There could be a real pushback from some of the Conservative states.

An example may be gay marriage. The ruling in 2015, Obergefell versus Hodges, used the same arguments as Roe versus Wade. It said that gay people had a right to privacy based on the 14th Amendment. The Supreme Court said there was no such right in the 14th Amendment (and there isn’t). That makes Obergefell a bad precedent and a lot of Constitutional scholars have stated this already.

Now, I don’t think anyone is going to overturn gay marriage. The Supreme Court doesn’t have the stomach for it and, honestly, gay marriage just isn’t that much of a controversy unlike abortion. Most Conservatives have a live-and-let-live attitude about it. But Conservatives are finally using the court system, just like the Left did to push their agendas, and this could come to a fight that the Biden administration is spurring on.

Speaking of not knowing that having a penis makes you a man, Lia Thomas has been nominated as the NCAA’s Woman Athlete of the Year. He’s the man that ranked 400th in the NCAA as a man in swimming then decided to be a women and was one of the top ranked females.

Good news, women are beginning to speak up about this.

Another woman who was nominated, Riley Gaines from the University of Kentucky, said:

“Being the real girl in that photo and also University of Kentucky’s nominee for NCAA WOTY, this is yet another slap in the face to women. First a female national title and now nominated for the pinnacle award in collegiate athletics. The @NCAA has made this award worthless.

“This award combines athletic performance with academics, service, and character. What character has Thomas shown other than sheer selfishness and entitlement? The disrespect and disregard for the other female athletes in Thomas’ interviews is eye opening.”

She lost to Thomas in the 200-meter final.

I hope Thomas wins the award. The pushback will be amazing.

This Isn’t Science

As soon as ancient human remains are excavated, archaeologists begin the work of determining a number of traits about the individual, including age, race and gender.

But a new school of thought within archaeology is pushing scientists to think twice about assigning gender to ancient human remains.

It is possible to determine whether a skeleton is from a biological male or female using objective observations based on the size and shape of the bones. Criminal forensic detectives, for example, do it frequently in their line of work.

But gender activists argue scientists cannot know how an ancient individual identified themselves.

Yeah, I’m not kidding. It gets better. Continuing with the article:

“You might know the argument that the archaeologists who find your bones one day will assign you the same gender as you had at birth, so regardless of whether you transition, you can’t escape your assigned sex,” tweeted Canadian Master’s degree candidate Emma Palladino last week.

Palladino, who is seeking an advanced degree in archaeology, called assigning gender to an ancient human “bullshit.”

“Labelling remains ‘male’ or ‘female’ is rarely the end goal of any excavation, anyway,” wrote Palladino. “The ‘bioarchaeology of the individual’ is what we aim for, factoring in absolutely everything we discover about a person into a nuanced and open-ended biography of their life.”

I gotta say, this well thought out analysis tells me she probably shouldn’t get that doctorate.

She is not alone. Gender activists have formed a group called the Trans Doe Task Force to “explore ways in which current standards in forensic human identification do a disservice to people who do not clearly fit the gender binary.”

“We propose a gender-expansive approach to human identification by combing missing and unidentified databases looking for contextual clues such as decedents wearing clothing culturally coded to a gender other than their assigned sex,” the group’s mission statement reads.

“We maintain our own database of missing and unidentified people who we have determined may be Transgender or gender-variant, as most current database systems do not permit comparison of missing to unidentified across different binary sex categories,” the group writes.

Let me let you in on something: anyone who needs an archeologist to identify him or her probably “identified” as the sex they were. You know why? Because identity wasn’t a thing. Their main goal in life was to eat, not get eaten and reproduce. You know, survive.

This February, University of Kansas Associate Professor Jennifer Raff published “Origin: A Genetic History of the Americas,” in which she argued that there are “no neat divisions between physically or genetically ‘male’ or ‘female’ individuals.”

Raff (pictured) suggested scientists cannot know the gender of a 9,000 year-old biologically female Peruvian hunter because they don’t know whether the hunter identified as male or female – a “duality” concept she says was “imposed by Christian colonizers.”

Raff did not respond to a request from The College Fix to comment.

Some archaeologists push back at the effort to de-gender human remains.

Here’s the problem Leftists have. There are neat divisions. It’s male and female. That’s it. And it has been that way with mammalian life for millions of years.

That is the problem the Left has: science. They are never able to tear apart the big question: we can tell a man from a woman just with bones and DNA. When science gets in the way of the Left, they try to eliminate it. They did this with the “trans” thing. There is no such thing as a trans man or trans woman. A man can never become a woman and vice versa. I refuse to acknowledge the term “trans” because it’s not real.

We need to fight against this ignoring of science.

This Broad Isn’t Even Elected

According to the Daily Caller:

Following the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling late last month that New York’s 110-year-old concealed carry law was unconstitutional, the Empire State’s Democrat-controlled legislature and left-wing accidental governor, Kathy Hochul, wasted no time reaffirming that they will go to any lengths to prevent its citizens from lawfully carrying firearms outside the home for personal protection.

The new law, signed over the weekend by Hochul, almost certainly will ultimately be thrown out by the federal courts. However, the state’s lawmakers know that such a process likely will take many months if not years to be finally decided, and that for at least that period of time, they will be free to continue denying citizens the right to protect themselves in public.

I do want to remind you of something. This governor was never elected. She was appointed after that pervert Andrew Cuomo resigned.

In signing the new and highly restrictive legislation over the Independence Day weekend, Hochul and leaders in the legislature openly threw down a gauntlet to the Supreme Court, declaring that its Bruen decision was an “assault on our democracy” that would not deter New York in its continuing mission to enact “sensible gun regulations.”

By any objective measure, however, the provisions in state Senate Bill S.51001 are anything but “sensible.” In some respects, the new law is even more restrictive than its predecessor.

Taking away my rights without any vote but out of pure government edict is not democracy. That’s the problem with these people, they see tyranny as democracy. Why doesn’t she have the people vote on the bill? Because it won’t pass. People like having rights. Government likes to take them away.

Here are some details:

• The law takes effect on September 1.
• New Yorker would be eligible to obtain a carry permit without first convincing the state police that he or she possesses “the essential character, temperament and judgment necessary to be entrusted with a weapon and to use it only in a manner that does not endanger oneself or others.”
  • What does that mean? Who knows.
  • Does that mean Conservatives can’t have guns because they don’t have the “right character”?
  • This was why the last law was knocked down by the government.
• Character references.
• Family background information (not sure what that means).
• Access to three years of social media posts.
  • Isn’t this the group that bitches about a right to privacy for abortion, gay marriage and contraception?
  • But I don’t get any privacy to protect myself?
• These and many other criteria are buttressed by a catchall requirement that allows the permitting authority to demand, “such other information required by the licensing officer that is reasonably necessary and related to the licensing application.” 
  • Again, very vague.
• There are no appeals processes. So, if they say “no”, too bad.

But that’s not all the law does. It restricts where you can carry a permitted. You can’t carry a gun:

• In Times Square.
• On restricted sidewalks. Which probably means all of them.
• In any public park.
• In a school.
• In a subway station.
• Into any private property unless the owner thereof has publicly posted a notice that such carry is expressly permitted.
• If a permit holder has a gun in their vehicle that happens not to be in their “immediate possession or control,” it has to have the ammunition removed and then secured in a “safe storage depository” (not the glove box) that cannot be seen from outside the vehicle.

So basically the only ones who will be carrying a gun in New York on criminals.

This is going to be shut down by lower courts but this is the type of harassment you can expect in Leftist cities.

A drag queen performer and “LGBTQ+” youth adviser has been charged with 25 counts of child pornography, allegedly in possession of dozens of photos and videos of nude underaged boys, sometimes performing oral sex.

Brice Williams, who uses the drag name Anastasia Diamond, allegedly downloaded 49 photos and 25 videos of child pornography between May and December 2020, according to the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.

Companies don’t understand a saying that Conservatives are beginning to embrace: “Go woke, go broke.”

Halifax Bank in Great Briton posted a tweet of a picture of one of their employees named Gemma with her pronouns listed. Surprisingly, Gemma goes by she/her/hers because, you know, her name is Gemma.

See, Halifax Bank has a policy of banning bigotry of any type and give their employees the option to put their pronouns on their badges. They posted on their website:

“We stand against discrimination and inappropriate behaviour in all forms, whether racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic or ableist, regardless of whether this happens in our branches, offices, over the phone or online on our social media channels. Such action may include account closure or contacting the police if necessary.”

Wow, I thought it was just a bank. I don’t remember going into any bigoted rants at my bank.

Anyway, this started a bit of an argument on Twitter.

Remember the day when the customer was always right? That was before the Great Reset and ESG scores. Fortunately for us, people don’t like this crap, even in England. The responses were delicious.

A few hundred accounts (some say more than a thousand) were closed after this virtue signal. One account worth $400,000 and another worth $550,000.

According to the New York Post:

A woke Universal Music Group worker claims he was fired for “speaking up” about abortion rights — after he admitted he refused to work because he was in “mourning” over the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Michael Lopez, a production coordinator at Universal Music Enterprises, blasted the company as “anti-gay” for terminating a “queer brown person” during Pride Month for “speaking up in defense of abortion rights,” according to a lengthy note on LinkedIn that went viral last week.

So this guy is listing all his intersectional qualifications but I fail to see the relationship with any of his accomplishments and abortion. He’s a gay man so he’s never and his partner are never going to get pregnant. They might get monkey pox but they won’t get pregnant. And he’s Hispanic which doesn’t have anything to do with abortion.

Anyway, Lopez said:

“Last Friday, like countless other folks, I was devastated by the news of the supreme court’s [sic] attack on abortion rights. Paired with the flood of anti-queer and anti-trans legislation, it’s been hard to process how company’s [sic] expect us to be productive while our rights are being stripped away.”

What? What rights were stripped from him? He lives in New York where abortion on demand is still, and always will be, legal.

He was told that a bunch of reports were due and he decided not to do them because he was “mourning” the overturning of Roe. They fired him. Period. You had an unexcused no-show at work, didn’t do the work that was required of him and they got rid of him.

The company was contacted and they said they couldn’t talk about it. But you know there was more to this kid than just he didn’t do his work and didn’t show up to work. I can imagine this guy being a high maintenance pain in the ass. The company was probably just looking for a reason to can his ass.

Well, “go woke, go broke” works both ways. This a-hole is going to have to find another job and explain why he got fired from this one. Pretty sure people might think twice before hiring him.

Karin Jean Pierre gave us a bunch of sound bites that show the incompetence and corruption of this administration. Now, normally she gets her butt kicked by Peter Doocy of Fox News and this is expected. But she was getting it from all sides including a bunch of people who are supposed to be friendly to the administration.

Here is Karin Jean Pierre being asked about the difference between the “insurrection” on January 6th and the protests in front of the Supreme Court justices homes, the riots and the harsh words by Democratic politicians. She had a rough time answering.

That answer was two minutes of an answer and she didn’t answer the rather straight forward question. All she said is Trump is bad, abortion is good and everyone should vote for Democrats.

We are at the lowest levels of oil in our oil reserves since the mid-80’s. A report by Reuters claimed that the Biden administration has been sending our oil from those reserves to Europe and Asia (even China). She was asked why this was happening when it was supposed to ease our suffering at the pump. Here’s her response and it’s typical.

Question for you, does she open a newspaper? This was reported over the weekend. How does she not know about this? I won’t even talk about the fact that the Biden administration just hates the American people and all this is done on purpose.

By the way, the European Union is stating that natural gas and nuclear energy are now sources of clean energy and they are going to start producing it. Greta is going to be pissed.

Now, let’s get to Peter Doocy. I bet KJP sucks down a lot of weed after he gets through with her. Here, he’s asking about how Biden can blame gas stations themselves for high gas prices (a really dumb statement).

I call BS. Only 5% of the gas stations in the United States are owned by oil companies. Most are owned by individuals that make very little profit on gas sales. That’s why those businesses are combined with convenience stores. They make all their profits on selling coffee, candy, beer and potato chips. Biden is so busy trying to find someone to blame for his mess that he is now blaming mom and pop stores for gouging the public. It’s really pathetic.

Now, for the real fireworks.

Remember this voicemail from Old Joe to Hunter back in 2018, telling Hunter he was in the clear from money he made from a Chinese oil company because the New York Times released an article clearing Hunter? I’ll remind you of it.

Does that sound like Joe Biden’s voice? Does it sound like Joe knows something about Hunter’s business dealings?

Well, here’s Peter Doocy asking KJP about that voicemail. Her answer is less than satisfactory.

Why does he need to be referred to Hunter’s representative? It was Joe Biden’s voice on the voicemail. Shouldn’t he have to answer that question?

Well, KJP’s response did not sit well with other reporters. Here is another reporter re-asking the question.

There will never be a comment. Biden will not take any other questions on the subject. He will be pulled from every press conference and will not sit down with any reporter for the rest of his term. Biden was caught lying. Biden seems to be involved in corruption. This is serious stuff and could be the subject for an impeachment.

I have another question. Why isn’t Karin Jean Pierre prepared to answer these questions? She had to know they were coming. It’s fine that she doesn’t want to answer but at least come up with something more satisfactory than that garbage.

This is What the DOJ is Going After?

According to the Daily Wire:

The Biden administration sued Arizona on Tuesday over a state law requiring voters to show proof of citizenship before casting a ballot in a presidential election.

Arizona Governor Doug Ducey signed into law in March a bill mandating that voters show documentary proof of citizenship in order to vote by mail or vote in a federal election. The Department of Justice challenged the law in court, arguing that the mandate is redundant and unconstitutional.

Basically, the state passed a law that requires one to provide ID or some proof of citizenship.

Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke said in a statement:

“House Bill 2492’s onerous documentary proof of citizenship requirement for certain federal elections constitutes a textbook violation of the National Voter Registration Act. Arizona has passed a law that turns the clock back on progress by imposing unlawful and unnecessary requirements that would block eligible voters from the registration rolls for certain federal elections.”

The article continues:

The DOJ’s Civil Rights Division is leading the lawsuit. The lawsuit argues that the Arizona law violates the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), which requires that voters before participating in a federal election fill out a federal form. While the form does not require documented proof of citizenship, it does ask under penalty of perjury whether or not one is a citizen.

So, in other words, the state has decided to do what the federal government should be doing but isn’t. Well, good for them.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich responded to the lawsuit in a post on Twitter:

“It’s another round of Brnovich v. Biden as his DOJ continues its attempts to undermine our election integrity laws. I will see you in court. Again.”

I want to point out that Arizona is a border state that used to be purple. Sounds like the Biden administration is working really hard to make Arizona a red. He wants to ban guns and Arizona loves their guns. Biden has open the borders and Arizona is struggling with the mass turnout of illegal aliens. Biden is in the 20s for an approval rate in Arizona.

And, finally, doesn’t the DOJ have something better to do? Protests in front of the homes of the Supreme Court Justices. Federal buildings being vandalized.

We Are Falling Behind

China wants to declare the moon as part of China.

According to NASA’s administrator Bill Nelson:

“There is a new race to space – this time with China. But Beijing’s plans go further: China is planning its own moon base – together with Russia!” the mag wrote.

“We must be very concerned that China is landing on the moon and saying: ‘It’s ours now and you stay out. China’s space program is a military space program.”

China heard about this and they aren’t thrilled with it.

Zhao Lijian, China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman, said:

“This is not the first time for the chief of NASA to lie through his teeth and smear China. In recent years the US openly defined space as a war-fighting domain. The U.S. side has constantly constructed a smear campaign against China’s normal and reasonable outer space endeavours, and China firmly opposes such irresponsible remarks.”

Is this an important story? Yes and no.

I don’t think sustaining a base on the moon is sustainable, fiscally responsible or valuable. We’ve been to the moon and there is nothing on the moon worth colonizing. Proof of that is we stopped going. I also think China’s threat on the moon would be non-existent. All the technology China was stolen from us and they have proven they have troubles making it work. I question whether China will ever be able to land on the moon. As of now, all they have done is orbit it and crash a satellite on the far side of the moon. We’re not even sure they did that because they lie so much.

The bad part of this is how the United States has become so short sighted that we are letting our enemies pass. I thought it was a bad idea to cancel the moon program and replace it with that failure of a space shuttle program. This gave China 30 years to catch up.

I also worry about China building military bases that might be able to shoot down American satellites and other space craft. Again, this is not a cheap or easy endeavor but it is something to think about.

Good news, though, is that the private industries like SpaceX, Amazon and Virgin Atlantic are bounding ahead of NASA and taking control of the space program. That’s something China is going to have a problem with. I’m pretty sure SpaceX will end up the moon way before China.

The Supreme Court released two more rulings. One is very good, the other, not so much, but expected.

Biden’s Victory

Biden does get a victory of sorts. According to the Supreme Court, the Remain in Mexico policy developed under the Trump administration can be ended by the Department of Homeland Security.

According to Fox News:

The Supreme Court ruled Thursday in a 5-4 decision that the Biden administration can repeal the Trump administration’s Migrant Protection Protocols, commonly known as the “Remain in Mexico” policy, reversing a lower court ruling.

Under that policy, migrants seeking entry into the U.S. had to stay in Mexico as they awaited hearings. The Trump administration put the policy in place so that migrants would not be released into the U.S. The Biden administration had tried to repeal the policy but was previously blocked by a lower court. At issue was whether the Department of Homeland Security’s suspension and subsequent termination of the policy violated a federal law that requires that migrants be detained or, if they arrived from a contiguous country, sent back.

This is not a shocker. This is what happens when you have an impotent Congress. This should have been put into law and not made by Executive order. The Department of Homeland Security was given the discretion to determine whether to send people back to Mexico or not. The big problem with the rule is that many of the people they were sending back to Mexico were not Mexican. This did put an undo burden on Mexico.

I know the argument that Mexico is allowing people through their country, therefore we shouldn’t care. I also know that this policy was negotiated by the Trump administration. But that stuff is irrelevant to the court. The question is can DHS end the policy.

Fox News continues:

The court argued that the Return to Mexico policy “applies exclusively to non-Mexican nationals who have arrived at ports of entry that are located ‘in the United States,'” and that therefore the Executive Branch “cannot unilaterally return these migrants to Mexico.” Roberts cited a Biden administration claim that the policy has negatively impacted other areas of relations with Mexico.

“Yet under the Court of Appeals’ interpretation, section 1225(b)(2)(C) authorized the District Court to force the Executive to the bargaining table with Mexico, over a policy that both countries wish to terminate, and to supervise its continuing negotiations with Mexico to ensure that they are conducted ‘in good faith,’” Roberts wrote. “That stark consequence confirms our conclusion that Congress did not intend section 1225(b)(2)(C) to tie the hands of the Executive in this manner.”

The court also noted that Congress gave the Department of Homeland Security the discretion to utilize a third option for migrants, which is parole.

This is the problem with our current system and we need to make an amendment to the Constitution that says bureaucracies cannot create law. They are not there to do Congress’ job.

Unfortunately, this power was given to DHS by the Trump administration so it’s hard to see how DHS can’t do this.

Fox News continues:

“Every administration, including the Trump and Biden administrations, has utilized this authority to some extent,” the court said.

Justice Kavanaugh also referenced the parole option in a concurring opinion, stating that both parole and return “are legally permissible options,” meaning that the Return to Mexico policy is not mandatory.

I’m not thrilled with this ruling but, unfortunately, I think it’s correct. I think the remain in Mexico policy is good policy because it discourages illegal immigration but the bureaucracy that was given the power to implement it should also have the power to end it.

There were two dissenting opinions. The first is from Amy Coney Barrett. Fox News reports:

Justice Barrett, in a dissenting opinion, said she agreed with the majority’s view of the relevant immigration law, but believed that the court’s opinion in a separate case issued two weeks ago impacted the issue of whether lower courts had the jurisdiction to hear the case in the first place. Instead of ruling on the case, she argued, the Supreme Court should have sent the case back down for the lower court to consider the recent decision.

“I agree with the Court’s analysis of the merits—but not with its decision to reach them,” Barrett wrote.

This is the thing that judges do when they don’t want to deal with a decision. She knows that the majority is correct but she doesn’t want to join them. She just wants to kick the can down the road and deal with it later.

The Conservative justices were a little bit more aggressive with the law.

Fox News continues:

In a more contentious dissent, Justice Samuel Alito – joined by Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch – argued that the government does not have the authority to release migrants into the U.S. if it is believed that they are not eligible for admission.

Justice Alito wrote the dissent. He said:

“When it appears that one of these aliens is not admissible, may the Government simply release the alien in this country and hope that the alien will show up for the hearing at which his or her entitlement to remain will be decided? Congress has provided a clear answer to that question, and the answer is no. 

“Due to the huge numbers of aliens who attempt to enter illegally from Mexico, DHS does not have the capacity to detain all inadmissible aliens encountered at the border, and no one suggests that DHS must do the impossible. But rather than avail itself of Congress’s clear statutory alternative to return inadmissible aliens to Mexico while they await proceedings in this country, DHS has concluded that it may forgo that option altogether and instead simply release into this country untold numbers of aliens who are very likely to be removed if they show up for their removal hearings.

“This practice,” Alito continued, “violates the clear terms of the law, but the Court looks the other way.”

They’re right but that does not answer the underlying question. Even in his dissent, he stated the majority is right.

So, be prepared for more illegal aliens to be released into the country.

Great Decision

At least there was one good decision released today and it deals a serious blow to the Environmental Protection Agency which should make all of us happy.

According to Fox News:

The Supreme Court dealt a significant blow to the Biden administration’s climate change agenda, ruling Thursday that the Environmental Protection Agency cannot pass sweeping regulations that could overhaul entire industries without additional congressional approval.

The 6-3 decision limits how far the executive branch can go in forcing new environmental regulations on its own.

“Capping carbon dioxide emissions at a level that will force a nationwide transition away from the use of coal to generate electricity may be a sensible ‘solution to the crisis of the day,’ But it is not plausible that Congress gave EPA the authority to adopt on its own such a regulatory scheme in Section 111(d),” Chief Justice John Roberts said in the Court’s opinion, referencing Section 111 of the Clean Air Act. “A decision of such magnitude and consequence rests with Congress itself, or an agency acting pursuant to a clear delegation from that representative body.”

The case stemmed from the Obama administration’s 2015 Clean Power Plan which aimed to reduce carbon emissions at power plants by pushing a shift from coal, to natural gas, and ultimately to wind and solar energy. The plan was put on hold by the Supreme Court in 2016, and then repealed by the Trump administration and replaced by the less extreme Affordable Clean Energy (ACE) Rule. 

This is a great ruling because it takes power away from bureaucracy and puts the onus on Congress. Bureaucracies like the EPA have way too much power and are creating laws willy-nilly.

We need a Constitutional amendment that puts all bureaucracies on notice. All should be temporary and made to justify their existence. The EPA, DHS and others should never be creating laws. That’s Congress’ job. But Congress has gotten lazy and have gotten into the habit of delegating their job to these bureaucracies.

This is Not an Issue?

We had a President that was impeached twice for no real reason except that Leftist politicians didn’t like him. But the second we have a President that is so obviously corrupt, we just ignore it and call it Russian disinformation or whatever.

Hunter’s laptop keeps giving Joe headaches. a file was found of a voicemail from Joe Biden telling Hunter that he didn’t have to worry about all the money he had been taking from China. An article from the New York Times was being released exonerating Hunter from any wrongdoing. Old Joe got a copy of the article before it was released. He called Hunter with the good news. Here’s what it sounded like.

This is disgusting in so many ways:

• It shows that Hunter has been collecting money from China. We knew this but this shows he knew it.
• Joe Biden knew about it and, now, it makes all those payments he has been getting seem more legitimate.
• It looks like the New York Times was in on it and was covering for Hunter and Joe Biden. Would they have released this article early to Trump?
• Hunter needs to learn not to save everything on his laptop.

But that’s not it.

Apparently, Joe Biden lent Hunter $200,000. Why? Hunter owed $10,000 to an escort service. Now, it is not known whether Joe knew about Hunter’s debt but that’s what Hunter needed the money. How do we know? That laptop from Hell had all the transactions. But the big file found was the video file of Hunter arguing with the Russian prostitute about the $10,000 he owed. Listen:

California Attorney General Rob Bonta released a trove of data on firearms in America’s most populous state to the public Monday in what he said was an effort to improve transparency on the fraught topic.

The next day, the Democrat’s office took down the online dashboard after discovering it had resulted in a data breach in which the personal information of the state’s concealed-carry weapon permit holders was also shared.

So, yesterday, it was ruled that a football coach, prayed after games and was joined by players, could not be fired based on the fact he was praying.

The Left, who really is trying to figure out how to argue against any of these decisions, came out screaming that this decision would be different if the plaintiff was Jewish or Muslim. It just proves that these guys do not read the actual opinions. Neil Gorsuch specifically referred to a Muslim case as to why this coach shouldn’t have been fired.

In the opinion, Gorsuch said:

Teachers and coaches often serve as vital role models. But this argument commits the error of positing an “excessively broad job  descriptio[n]” by treating everything teachers and coaches say in the workplace as government speech subject to government control. Garcetti, 547 U. S., at 424. On this understanding, a school could fire a Muslim teacher for wearing a headscarf in the classroom or prohibit a Christian aide from praying quietly over her lunch in the cafeteria.

This shows a few problems with the Left:

• They don’t know how to read. They just flip out.
• They assume that Conservatives are like them. That we split people up into race and sex. We don’t Conservatives and Republicans are the most diverse people around.
• We actually aren’t racist, bigoted and homophobes. Most of us are live and let live.
• The above is probably why we are happier, more entertaining and funnier than anyone on the Left. We enjoy life and don’t want any restrictions on what we can say and hear.

Living a moral life is a happy life and it makes for happier people.

• Kids are good. They’re hard but fulfilling.
• The family is good. Protecting, caring, raising a family is good. It’s hard but it’s fulfilling.
• Believing in God, with whatever religion, gives hope. Following His laws is hard but it is fulfilling.
• Our country is good. Yes, we have a difficult and immoral history. It is hard to come to terms with that but we have. Living in a country where most of us have a common goal is fulfilling.

Kamalaism

Kamala has been chosen to be the abortion czar. This is great for a couple of reasons:

• Nothing gets accomplished when she leads anything.
• She needs to talk to the media and she’s really funny.

She did an interview with Dana Bash of CNN. This was absolutely the disaster we thought it would be.

In this first question, she’s asked why the Democrats, who control the House, Senate and Presidency, didn’t do anything to codify Roe. Her response is actually funny but true. Listen:

I know this was a flub and she just didn’t listen to the question, but she was right. Do what? They couldn’t have done anything. Any law that Congress passed when it comes to abortion will be struck down by the Supreme Court.

And she can want that Congress should do something but that train has left the station. There is nothing Congress can do now.

She is such a coward and a lousy speaker and she just looped the answer back to Bash. The follow up question should have been, “What are you pursuing?”

Joe Biden has not left any doors open. Just a few days ago, he said he was not in favor of packing the court and he has made clear he is not for eliminating the filibuster.

Here is Kamala being asked about gas prices and what can be done about it. This is a true Kamalaism:

Her answer to what they can do about gas prices is that they have to do something. Really?

This is a horrid answer because it shows the Biden administration has no idea what to do about gas prices without going against their ideology. To lower prices, there needs to be drilling which the administration doesn’t want to do. Even the president of France, Emmanuel Macron told Biden at the G-7 that no one has capacity to create more oil and that the U.S. needed to start drilling. It fell on deaf ears.

Here is Kamala being asked about the high inflation:

This is her answer for everything: the border crisis, inflation and gas prices. Everything is a top priority but nothing gets done.

Notice she doesn’t answer the question? That’s because the answer is, “Yes, there is going to be a recession.” That is going to be the only way to get inflation down.

The reason a recession is inevitable is because the government needs to control demand. The way to control demand is for people to lose jobs so they have no money to buy things. Recession is the logical next step for the government to control demand. Hopefully, supply will rise.

This was the worst response Kamala had. She is talking about abortion and this response shows what the Democratic party thinks society should truly be like. This is straight out of Huxley’s Brave New World:

This is an embrace of hedonism. Our sons should be able to f- anyone they want with no responsibilities or consequences. We should also teach them this through the public schools.

We Can’t Forget About This

Last week, we talked about how there was a record 240,000 illegal alien confrontations in May. To give you an example of how bad that is, in all of 2020, there were a total of 400,000 apprehensions.

With the border so wide open, there are huge problems that come with illegal aliens coming across unfettered. Not only for the people of the United States, but also for those who are crossing.

Yesterday, a tractor trailer was found in San Antonio, Texas.

• In that truck, at 60 illegal aliens were found with at least 50 found dead or died at the scene.
• This was the largest death toll from human smuggling. The weather was around 90 degrees.
• There was no air conditioning or water in the trailer.
• Most of the victims were from Mexico, Honduras and Guatemala.
• 16 were taken to a local hospital.
• Three people were arrested.

This is something the media ignores. This is far more common than is being portrayed.

• Children are being left alone by the cayotes and are dying in the desert (there’s film).
• People are drowning in the Rio Grande River (there’s film).
• People are dying from exposure while hiding in the bushes (there’s film).
• People are being killed by the cartels if they cannot pay (there is film).

This is not compassion.

But there’s more but this time it is us that are in danger from illegal trafficking. This time with drugs.

Jose Zendejas, 25, and Benito Madrigal, 19, both from Washington, were arrested during a traffic stop-turned-drug bust in Tulare on Friday. Here are the detals:

• They had over 150,000 fentanyl pills.
• Investigators seized 150 packages with 1,000 fentanyl pills in each – enough to potentially kill several million people. Officials aid each pill sells for about $5 – meaning the bust netted about $750,000 worth of deadly drugs.
• They were booked into the Tulare County Pre-Trial Facility on charges of possession, transportation and selling of illegal drugs, officials said.

These two, dealing with drugs that has killed over a 100,000 people last year, were released from jail on the own recognizance. They weren’t even giver bail. Those guys are gone.

We know where these drugs are coming from. We know who’s making them. We do nothing about it. I believe it is time to declare a clear and present danger against Mexico and China. I think it is time for military action against Mexico and China.

But no one in the government cares.

But it doesn’t just stop there. People are crossing the border that want to physically kill us.

According to the Washington Times:

Border Patrol agents nabbed 15 people at the southern border in May who were on the FBI’s terrorist screening database, showing the free-for-all along the U.S.-Mexico boundary is unabated.

The number of people on the terrorist watch list caught crossing the border is a record for any month, equaling all of 2021 and more than the Border Patrol found from 2017 to 2020 combined.

That goes with the 47 other that were caught this year. By the way, head of DHS doesn’t know where those people are. in the United States pending trial.

Is there any question that having an open border is a problem?
