Episode 406 – Let’s Bring a Little Culture

Biden makes a speech and it was a hell of an acting job.

And enough about Afghanistan. What’s happening here?

 

Biden’s Speech

One word: Terrible.

It looked like someone wrote his speech, gave him a shot of meth then pushed him toward the podium.

  • He was yelling. I think he was trying to show how strong he is but it could also be because he was trying to wake reporters up because he was a half hour late.
  • He said this whole thing was a success. Are you kidding?!
  • He inflated the numbers of people he got out of Afghanistan.
  • He said this was the greatest airlift is history, comparing it to the Berlin airlift. Looked more like the Saigon airlift.
  • He said it was a huge success but blamed Trump (twice), the Afghan government and the Afghan military and the people who are stuck in Afghanistan. But the buck stops with him. See the contradiction?
  • He threatened all those who are terrorists and planning terror attacks. Not sure what he’s going to do about it but whatever. It’s talk.
  • Finally, he talked abut his dead son. I’m sorry, but this is disgusting. His son died of brain cancer when he was 46. A twenty-year-old soldier dying from a terrorist attack while being stationed in a war zone that Old Joe crreated. This is a cynical, pathetic attempt to appear empathetic and gain some sympathy.
  • When he finished, he took no questions, turned and couldn’t find his way to the exit.

There was no mention:

  • Bribing the Taliban to get our people back.
  • The executions of the Taliban.
  • The military stuff the left behind.
  • The fact that the Taliban is flying the helicopters are being flown by the Taliban.
  • The fact they are hanging people from our helicopters.
  • Nothing about the dozens of military support dogs we left behind.

But it was Trump’s fault.

It was a bad speech. The stronger he tries to look, the weaker he looks.

 

F- Him

According to the Wall Street Journal, Joe Biden has decided to abandon an Afghan ally, a man widely embraced by the U.S. military. OK, so? Isn’t he doing that with a lot of people?

Yes, he is. But this guy saved Biden’s life while he was in Afghanistan in 2008.

Biden was in Afghanistan with two other Senators: John Kerry and Chuck Hagel. They were on a helicopter in an area of Afghanistan that wasn’t Taliban controlled but was still dangerous. They we hit by a snow storm and the helicopters had to land. They called a U.S. base and a man named Mohammod joined the soldiers to get them out. Mohammod, whose name was kept quiet because the Taliban is hunting for them, joined the soldiers on the two hour, twenty mile trip.

Now, this is a really trusted guy. He’s been on hundreds of trips with our military and was even given a weapon when they might get into a scrap. There are many soldiers that know the guy and are begging Biden to get him out.

Crickets.

Mohammod sent a message to Joe Biden. He’s is currently in hiding from the Taliban with his family.

He said:

“Hello Mr. President: Save me and my family. Don’t forget me here. I can’t leave my house. I’m very scared.”  

Biden has yet to comment about it. Jen Psaki said:

“We will get you out. We will honor your service.”

I won’t hold me breath.

Chipping Away

Texas passed one of the most restrictive abortion laws in the country earlier this year. Basically, the law states that an abortion would be illegal after a heartbeat can be detected. A baby’s heartbeat can be detected at about six weeks. If a doctor commits and abortion, he can be sued and given a $10,000 fine plus have to pay the legal fees of the plantive. There is no legal action against to woman who has the abortion.

A lower federal ruled the law was Constitutional and could move forward. An appeals court and the Supreme Court refused to listen to the case. Today, the law goes into affect.

Now, you know what I think about abortion. I’ll give you a review in case you missed the thirty podcasts I had talking about it: It’s murder. Morally it’s murder. Philosophically it’s murder. Scientifically it’s murder. Roe vs. Wade is a garbage ruling and should be overturned. I have debated this about a thousand times and have never lost the debate.

But that’s not what’s great about this law and what anti-abortion states need to do.

The problem with the other laws that might have issues with the appeallet courts is that they make abortion criminal. This law makes abortion civil which is why the courts wouldn’t hear it.

Abortion is not going to be eliminated in this country. That’s because it is too ingrained into society like slavery was. But it can be chipped away until it becomes the moral abomination that it is, just like slavery. Laws like these are how we’re going to do it.

What? Again?

Need to wipe your butt? Use one less sheet.

We are now in a toilet paper and paper towel shortage. I thought this was a joke until I went to Walmart and Costco. Costco was out of paper towels and Walmart only allowed the purchase of two packs per family.

Now, I live alone. I have one pack of toilet paper and one pack of paper towels. I’m good for six months. Unless Josie comes over. She uses a lot of toilet paper.

Here’s what happened:

  • Before the pandemic, supply and demand was normal.
  • When the pandemic hit, people overbought paper towels and toilet paper because they thought the world was ending.
  • The manufaturers produced more and more to keep up with demand.
  • Eventually, people had their fill of toilet paper and stopped buying.
  • Companies, overbuying toilet paper, had huge inventories that weren’t moving.
  • Manufactuerers slowed production of toilet paper, below pre-pandemic levels because they didn’t want to have high inventories.
  • People began to run out of their stocks of toilet paper and the delta variant of the China virus popped back up.
  • Stores started running out and ordered more to keep up with demand.
  • Manufacterers now have to run 24/7 to keep up with demand.

Pretty neat how the free market works.

The reason I was interested in this story is because it shows the delicate balance between supply and demand. The manufacturers and stores have to be careful not to get stuck with huge inventories but that’s depended on the customers. The pandemic put supply and demand in chaos and, as we see in this story, it could be a couple of years before the toilet paper industry stablizes. I know that sounds stupid but, when you go to Costco and can only buy one bag, remember that’s why.

It also explains why our gas is going up. Remember, Biden didn’t want to produce oil in this country anymore (prices go up) but OPEC isn’t producing as much oil because of the pandemic and they don’t want to get stuck with a lot of inventory. When Joe Biden asks OPEC to produce more oil so he can keep prices stable, they say no. That’s because they have to keep that balance or oil prices will go sky high or crash.

Running is Racist

The Boston Athletics Assocoiation has had to apologize because they scheduled the Boston Marathon on October 10. That happens to be Indigeious People’s Day.

The directors said they would celebrate Indigenious Peoples Day with a bunch of ceremonies before the race. There’s no way they can cancel this race this close to race day.

Normally, the race is help on Patriot’s day, which this year is October 18th. I’m not sure why they changed the race date and it wasn’t mentioned in the article. Probably because the race directors for the Boston Marathon were all white and racist.

Let’s talk a little about Indigenious Peoples Day…it’s BS.

This was a holiday that was started in Berkley, Californiain 1992 by a bunch of politically correct college students that wanted to counter Columbus Day because they didn’t know anything about history and thought that Christopher Columbus was a racist colonizer that killed all the Indians. That’s BS and I think you’veheard me talk about the Indians in past podcasts. I’ll give you a little overview: The Indians were not peaceful, nature-loving vegetarians like the Left wants you to believe.

Indigenious People’s Day does not celebrate anything specific (Mexicans are sometimes called indigenious people) and it not a national holiday. It is celebrated by some states and a bunch of localities and cities have named it a holiday. Guess what though: People still have to go to work. It seems like it is like Kwanza. Some crap some people made up to make a holiday to counter Christmas which is racist.

That’s a real cynical reason to created a holiday. That’s why I piss on that holiday. The least the hippies at Berkley could have done is make it like Cinco de Mayo so we can drink. But I digress.

Boston, Massachusetts is not one of those cities that celebrates Indigenious Peoples Day. So what the hell are the apologizing about? And when is holding a marathon, one that is far older than this stupid “holiday”, an insult to the Indians?

Knew This Was Coming

The Leftists really want our kids to wear masks. Not for any particular scientific reason.

  • We know kids don’t catch it easily.
  • We know kids don’t spread it easily.
  • We know kids don’t get really sick much less die.
  • We know that cloth masks don’t work.

We do know, scientifically, the masks are actually bad for children:

  • Socialization is lessened by wearing a mask.
  • Speech patterns cannot be analyzed by children when they can’t see a teacher pronounce words.
  • CO2 levels in a child’s blood stream go up because the child is breathing in his own air. This causes:
    • Low oxygen levels.
    • Fatigue.
    • Attention deficit.

But the Left wants all to bend the knee.

Some states have banned mask mandates like Texas and Florida. Well, the Left has found a new way to attack the mask mandates: the American Disabilities Act.

Greg Abbott is now being sued. The lawsuit states that banning mask mandates violates the ADA because a child that pre-existing conditions is put in danger if no one is required to wear a mask. This is not the first lawsuit brought into the courts. I believe there is a couple in Florida suing for the same thing. Their child has pre-existing condition and this couple does want their school to implement a mask mandate.

This lawsuit is going to have some problems:

  • The science on masks it sketchy at best. There are a couple of studies that state masks are actually bad unless an N-95 or KN-95 masks are used and constantly changed out.
  • There was never a need for masks in schools befoer the China virus. The flu kills more children than COVID. Last year, 480 kids died of the flu while only 360 died of the China virus.
  • The above puts another point to it: Why should all children be subjected to masks when the disease affests so few?

These areguements in themselves should be enough to throw this out of court. But here’s the real arguement: The ADA means we have to add things to make it easier for those with disabilities. A ramp for folks in wheelchairs. Handicap parking spaces for those who have trouble walking. Wider bathroom stalls for those who need wheelchairs. It’s not meant to limit a person’s freedom. And I would say forcing my children to wear a face covering is limiting their freedom and my freedom to determine what is good for my children.

This lawsuit actually goes against the ADA. The ADA is meant to expand freedom of movement for a few, not limit movement for the majority to protect the few. I would say limiting my child’s ability to breath is restrictng her movement.

The other major problem with this lawsuit is basing things on what might happen not on the condition that already exists. What do I mean by this? A ramp is put in front of a business because someone is in a wheelchair. You want my kids to wear a mask because someone might catch the China virus and get really sick. That’s not a thing and not what is eant when the ADA was designed.

Here’s the reality: If you have a kid that has a pre-existing condition, you need to take care of your kid in whatever way you see fit without stepping on the rights of my kid and my right to take care of my kid they way I see fit. I don’t want kids to die but kids do die and it’s the parents’ job to protect their children. It’s not my job to protect all kids at the expense of my kid.

Episode 384 – That’s Some Strong Cardboard

Sometimes our tech overlords do the right thing. And the right thing will always tick off the Left.

The China virus disaster needs to be made into a disaster again.

And here are some updates from the Olympics in Tokyo.

 

This is a Good Thing

Jeff Bezos blasted into space yesterday reaching about 65 miles above the earth. It was a beautiful launch. The occurred two weeks after Richard Branson of Virgin Atlantic launching into the upper atmosphere two weeks ago. Bezos launched in a ship called Blue Origin.

  • First off, the ship did look like a penis. It’s funny and everyone is pointing it out.
  • The trip cost about $5.5 billion.
  • Onboard was his brother Mark, 82-year-old aviation pioneer Wally Funk (the oldest person in space) and Oliver Daemen, an 18-year-old Dutch student who is the youngest ever to fly in space.
  • Funk, who is a woman, was actually trying to be an astronaut in the 1960s but couldn’t because she was a woman. This is awesome and I’m thrilled for her.
  • Climbing straight up atop 110,000 pounds of push, the rocket rapidly accelerated as it consumed its load of supercold liquid oxygen and hydrogen propellants, pushing the passengers back in their recliner-style seats with about three times the normal force of gravity.
  • At 45 miles up, the rocket separated from the capsule and landed safely to the ground, ready to be reused again. This is an awesome discovery.
  • At 66.5 miles in the air, the crew enjoyed three minutes of weightlessness.
  • The capsule then returned to earth, landing in the Texas desert. This is also a new discovery. Remember, they used to land in the ocean.

After the ten minute flight, Jeff Bezos clumsily said:

This would seem like this is a great thing. We now have three companies (SpaceX, Virgin Atlantic and Amazon) who are now competing for commercial dominance of space. We should all agree this is a good thing. But the Leftists don’t look at the fantastic achievements of these three countries. Nope. They decide to attack the individuals (Elon Musk, Richard Branson and Jeff Bezos) who made this all come true.

Bernie Sanders tweeted:

Yes, he should be impressed. This is amazing and an impressive thing.

Chief Elizabeth Warren tweeted:

“It’s time for Jeff Bezos to take care of business right here on Earth and pay his fair share in taxes.”

Here’s a hint: Bezos does pay his “fair share” of taxes.

AOC tweeted:

There’s so much wrong with this tweet, it’s hardly funny:

  • Amazon workers didn’t pay for this. That was a clumsy statement by Bezos.
  • The employees of Amazon work in a free market and receive what the market will bear. If they don’t like working at Amazon, they can quit and get another job.
  • Amazon customers did not pay for that. They pain Amazon for their rolls of toilet paper to be delivered.
  • Amazon took the profits from that toilet paper delivery and reinvested it into an Amazon space program which will expand and make the world better.

Bernie and AOC hate this accomplishment because:

  • It proves capitalism works.
    • Competition between private companies creates better technology.
    • This is technology that the government would never have come up with.
  • They want to take away the profits that enabled this advance in technology and do nothing with it. Don’t forget, AOC wants the federal government to invest in a high speed rail system. What are we, in the 1850s?
  • They push the big lie that Bezos, Musk and Branson don’t pay any taxes. That’s BS. The top 25% of earners pay 100% of the net taxes along with their companies. This is the Big Lie.
  • Finally, why are we listening to people who have never hired one person, never ran a business and have gotten rich off the tax payers dime? What the hell have these two ever done?
  • Jeez, AOC’s only other job was as a part time bartender. Bernie has been kicked out of a commune because he wouldn’t do any work. He was too lazy.

The media, of course, is also blasting the accomplishment.

Notice something with these articles?

  • It pushes class warfare by pushing greed and envy.
  • It also makes this look like a luxury instead of the great accomplishment with an awesome future in space flight that will be necessary.
    • Yes, space flight is for billionaires…now. But soon it will be for millionaires, then for the wealth and finally, for the regular Joe.
    • You know what else was only for the billionaires before? Regular flight, televisions, cars, cell and smart phones, computers, wine and travel. All are now available to regular people.
  • These articles bring out that there is poverty around the world. But there always has been poverty and there will always be poverty. Jeff Bezos not having a space program is not going to change that.
  • Definitely paying more taxes by these guys is not going to fix the problems of civilization. What has any politician actually done for society?

The space flights over the last couple of weeks and the upcoming flight by SpaceX are fantastic and should be celebrated:

  • Innovation. The private sector, because of competition, are always innovating to state ahead of the game.
  • The private sector is doing something that the government mistakenly quit doing in the 70s like going to the moon. The space shuttle program was a disaster and they just kind of given up.
  • Space exploration, innovation and, eventually, colonization is going to be necessary because of:
    • Defense.
    • Overpopulation.
    • Resources.
    • Protecting the Earth from space objects like meteors.
    • Ejecting dangerous terrestrial material such as nuclear waste and the batteries from those Prius cars that Lefties drive to save the environment.
    • Unlocking the mysteries of the universe.
  • This is costing the tax payer nothing. It is all being done by private business. The government pays for what they want done.
  • This proves that capitalism is awesome. Do you think China is going to be able to compete with us in space with their government run program?

This story reminds me why I am a Conservative. I am not greedy or envious. I love capitalism. I think our country is awesome and the best in human history and I see that what Amazon, SpaceX and Virgin Atlantic are doing proves that. The Left always has to see the badness in everything this country does. It’s tired and it’s getting old. It makes them look like a bunch of bitter, old, grouchy men.

This Guy is Full of Sh*+!

The problem with an emergency, of any kind, where the government can take more power is that it eventually ends to the dismay of the power hungry. The problem for us is the government will gin up some reason to keep the emergency going.

That’s what the government is trying to do with the China virus.

The United States is now seeing the Delta variant of the China virus. This variant originated from India and is more contagious than the previous three variants and people who are vaccinated can catch it. This has led the government to panic again:

  • Los Angeles is requiring masks no matter if one is vaccinated or now.
  • Schools in California are going to require all students to mask up in school even though there is no evidence the virus is passed from child to adult and less than 350 kids under the age of 18 have died of the virus since the pandemic started.
  • Colleges are going to require all students to be vaccinated even though those age groups tend not to die.
  • Children as young as three are going to be required to wear masks. Doesn’t matter that studies have shown that CO2 levels in children rise with masks on all day.

This is all BS. It is an attempt to keep our emergency going even though it is over:

  • In California, on Tuesday, there were 4723 new China virus cases. That’s way up. Only 4 people died. When the pandemic was in full swing, 2000 people a day would die.
  • The hospitals are not being overrun.
  • Research has shown that the vaccinated do not die of the Delta variant. They usually do not even show symptoms.
  • The federal government doesn’t seem too concerned since they are letting in illegal aliens with no vaccine or testing requirements and just letting them into the interior.
  • A substantial number are coming over the border infected. The number are debated so I won’t throw any out there.

In communist countries, like Cuba and the Soviet Union, the tyrants always claimed to be in a perpetual revolution. That always justified their tyranny and made the people hold their heads up in patriotic pride even though they are being repressed. That’s what is happening with the government and this perpetual pandemic. They need to continue having the pandemic and screaming about it because that justifies their crappy and repressive policies.

But what I’m really surprised about is that no one is asking or even curious that this virus was probably engineered in a Chinese lab and that the United States (the NIH) probably financed it. Who heads the NIH? Anthony Fauci, the trusted source by the Left of all that is China virus related.

Rand Paul, who is a real doctor (an optometrist) and thinks Tony Fauci is full of crap, got into an argument with Fauci about the gain of function work done by the Wuhan lab. Fauci decided to use language to deflect blame. The two ended up calling each other liars. Listen:

If you watch the video, one can see how nervous Fauci is.

The argument is about gain of function. Gain of function is when a virus is manipulated so that it takes on other or more qualities. It is commonly used for the creation of vaccines. Paul is arguing that China used gain of function to make an animal virus transmissible to humans. Fauci is arguing that the molecules used for gain of function weren’t responsible for the pandemic. He’s basically changing the definition of gain of function. He’s also covering his ass incase of a perjury charge.

The only reason I care about this is because I want Tony Fauci to look like an ass because he’s a fraud. I want to know only three things:

  • Was this virus created in a Chinese lab?
  • Did we fund that or any other lab and why? China is an enemy.
  • And, if so, what are we, and the world community, going to do about it?

Nothing else matters and this is political theater.

 

Olympics

I’m not watching them but the Olympics are going in Tokyo. I may not be watching but that doesn’t mean fun stuff isn’t happening.

Good Idea

One thing that the IOC has always had problems with is the athletes constantly having sex with each other. They’ve had years where condoms, that are given to the athletes, became unavailable. Now I don’t blame the athletes. They’re in a foreign country, athletic and able, good looking and tense. I can see it.

Problem is, the IOC is worried about the China virus. They’re not worried about chlamydia, herpes, HIV or syphilis. They’re worried about a disease that is not going to kill any of them. But, whatever, I guess it’s a start. They decided to give the athletes cardboard beds that are designed to break when more than one person is on them. That’s clever. Might not work.

Apparently, there was an Irish gymnast who started jumping on the bed to prove it could handle his carnal delights. Rhys McClenaghan proved that the IOC failed:

So, there you go. IOC fails again. First, the let a man into the women’s weightlifting competition now they can’t create a bed the 130 pound Irish gymnasts can’t break.

Good Deal

But the last story was not the biggest from Tokyo this week.

The Women’s Soccer Team all kneeled before their game today. The they proceeded to lose to Sweden 3-0 in the most embarrassing loss they have ever suffered.

They’re Just Making This Stuff Up

For our TikTok adventure today, let’s listen to @zoestoller. I would assume, by the name, he’s a she. But we can never know. Maybe she’s a he. She, he or it is describing a new flag for a new gender that he, she, it decided to create. The new gender is called “ges-sarah” I think. Listen:

  • These guys just are making this crap up now.
  • They also don’t define anything. They have a tendency to just use multi-syballic words consecutively but the whole thing ends up being gender-fluid anyway which means any comprehensible definition could change at any moment.
  • This shows that our kids need direction and an accomplishment. Like a war. Something that will really focus them to something that is truly important.
  • These kids have just gotten spoiled, bored and lazy. Instead of having a job, this Zoe guy is just sitting around all day and making crap up.
  • It would be funny if it wasn’t so tragic.

Episode 346 – About Bloody Time!

The pipeline is back up but we shouldn’t rest on our laurels yet.

Back Online

The Colonial oil pipeline is back online but the cost may be more than is worth.

According to Bloomberg:

“Colonial Pipeline Co. paid nearly $5 million to Eastern European hackers on Friday, contradicting reports earlier this week that the company had no intention of paying an extortion fee to help restore the country’s largest fuel pipeline, according to two people familiar with the transaction.”

So much for never giving in to Russian terrorists.

  • It was found that the best way to get back online was to pay DarkSide, the hacker group, than restore from backup, if that was even possible.
  • The payment was made with Bitcoin, which is untraceable.
  • This really shows the weakness of the Biden administration which saw this as a private matter between the company and the hackers.
  • This will invite more attacks.
  • It will take about two weeks for production levels to reach normal.

Let’s face it, this works for the Biden administration. They want to get rid of fossil fuels. They want people to stop driving cars and start driving electric cars.

Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm was asked, by the purring media, a question that I thought was very telling about what the Left thinks.

The reporter asked:

“Obviously, we have the acute issues with the Colonial Pipeline ransomware attack. But looking more holistically in a macro view, how does this speed up the efforts at DOE to move in more of a renewable direction since this is going to have an impact on people at the pump?”

What if you can’t afford the $60,000 an electric car that goes over 100 miles costs? Talk about out-of-touch.

See, here’s the thing: the Biden administration doesn’t care. They don’t care about the people or their lives or what they need to survive.

Meanwhile, the panic continues. A lot of folks in the Southeast are hoarding gas. Today, Biden is telling everyone not to panic, that this whole thing is temporary.

There is a video going around the Internet showing some gal in Florida filling plastic bags with gas and putting it in her trunk. Frigging amazing. Pete Buttigieg, our awesome transportation secretary, actually had to tell people not to put gasoline in plastic bags.

Just amazing. And we are only 113 days into Biden’s Presidency.

Just in Case the Colonial Pipeline Wasn’t Enough

The AP is reporting that a ransomware attack has occurred against the Washington DC police department.

  • The group is another Russian based group called the Babuk group.
  • They are asking for $4 million dollars in ransom.
  • Though not confirmed, the department offered $100,000 but the group said it wasn’t enough.

So, that’s awesome. I guess that’s one way to defund the police. Pay criminal gangs to stay out of police data. What the hell is our government doing?

All Hands on Deck

The battle continues between Israel and the Palestinian Authority.

  • There have been close to 4000 missiles launched from the Gaza Strip into Israel.
  • Israel has been responding with 600 of their own attacks. Now, mind you, responding.
  • Israel has said that everything could end if the Palestinians would just stop firing missiles.
  • There have been about 40 deaths so far on both sides.
  • Seven to nine children were killed on the Gaza Strip which has all the Left flipping out. Turns out the missile that hit those children were actually from the Palestinians. So the Palestinians not only don’t care about their people but they are also incompetent.
  • The Palestinians are admitting that they are getting the missiles from Iran. That’s a Joe Biden gaff for giving money to Palestinian Authority and Iran.
  • Israel has threatened a land war and promised it would not end until they killed the leadership of all the heads of Hamas, Fatah and the Islamic Jihad terrorist groups.

The Biden administration sure did a great job destroying Middle East peace in just a few months.

Do I Smell a Coup?

More than 120 retired generals and admirals from the United States Armed Forces warned in a letter this week that the U.S. was entering a state of “deep peril” under the leadership of President Joe Biden and even called into question his physical and mental health.

Here is a bit from the letter:

Our Nation is in deep peril. We are in a fight for our survival as a Constitutional Republic like no other
time since our founding in 1776. The conflict is between supporters of Socialism and Marxism vs.
supporters of Constitutional freedom and liberty.

During the 2020 election an “Open Letter from Senior Military Leaders” was signed by 317 retired
Generals and Admirals and, it said the 2020 election could be the most important election since our
country was founded. “With the Democrat Party welcoming Socialists and Marxists, our historic way of
life is at stake.” Unfortunately, that statement’s truth was quickly revealed, beginning with the election
process itself.

Without fair and honest elections that accurately reflect the “will of the people” our Constitutional
Republic is lost. Election integrity demands insuring there is one legal vote cast and counted per
citizen. Legal votes are identified by State Legislature’s approved controls using government IDs,
verified signatures, etc. Today, many are calling such commonsense controls “racist” in an attempt to
avoid having fair and honest elections. Using racial terms to suppress proof of eligibility is itself a
tyrannical intimidation tactic. Additionally, the “Rule of Law” must be enforced in our election
processes to ensure integrity. The FBI and Supreme Court must act swiftly when election irregularities
are surfaced and not ignore them as was done in 2020. Finally, H.R.1 & S.1, (if passed), would destroy
election fairness and allow Democrats to forever remain in power violating our Constitution and
ending our Representative Republic.

Aside from the election, the Current Administration has launched a full-blown assault on our
Constitutional rights in a dictatorial manner, bypassing the Congress, with more than 50 Executive
Orders quickly signed, many reversing the previous Administration’s effective policies and regulations.
Moreover, population control actions such as excessive lockdowns, school and business closures, and
most alarming, censorship of written and verbal expression are all direct assaults on our fundamental
Rights. We must support and hold accountable politicians who will act to counter Socialism, Marxism
and Progressivism, support our Constitutional Republic, and insist on fiscally responsible governing
while focusing on all Americans, especially the middle class, not special interest or extremist groups
which are used to divide us into warring factions.

They also added what the administration is doing that is putting our country at risk. I’ll just list these:

  • The blast the open border policy.
  • They point to the threat from China and how it’s being ignored.
  • They talk about the censorship problem and cancel culture.
  • The cancelling of the Keystone Pipeline and loss of energy independence.
  • Re-entering the Iran Nuclear Deal.
  • The militarization of Washington DC.
  • The politicization of the military.
  • The lack of law and order.
  • The diminished mental capacity of President Biden.

This is dangerous for the Biden administration. But good for us. The military is suppose to protect the Constitution and are suppose to overthrow the U.S. government when it goes outside their Constitutionally mandated powers. It says it in the Constitution and it is the oath every soldier takes when sworn in. They do not swear an oath to the government.

It’s About Damn Time!

Per the Wall Street Journal about the new CDC guidelines released today:

Fully vaccinated people don’t need to wear a mask or physically distance during outdoor or indoor activities, large or small, federal health officials said, the fullest easing of pandemic recommendations so far.

The fully vaccinated should continue to wear a mask while traveling by plane, bus or train, and the guidance doesn’t apply in certain places like hospitals, nursing homes and prisons, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Thursday.

This leaves some questions:

  • What changed from last week to this week? The science is the same. Why now?
  • When are the states going to open? I don’t want to wear a mask in a grocery store.
  • When are schools going to open?
  • What if I’m fully vaccinated and don’t want to wear a mask? Do I have to prove it with a vaccine passport?
  • Is Joe Biden going to finally stop wearing his three masks everywhere he goes?

Episode 296 – Now Who’s to Blame, Andy?

Impeachment is done and it goes like we thought it would.

Black Lives Matter and Antifa are at it again. Some much for Blue Lives Matter being a thing.

Impeachment Update

Things went absolutely insane on Saturday during the impeachment trial:

  • The Senate voted to call witnesses. In a hail Mary because the did not have witnesses, all Democrats and five Republicans voted to have witnesses. One of the Republicans was Lindsey Graham.
  • Graham said that he thinks Nancy Pelosi and Kamala Harris needed to be called as witnesses.
  • Graham said that this would delay the trial and Biden’s push for policies for weeks. This would be a good thing.
  • Mitt Romney and Ron Johnson got into a fight about something.
  • In what appears to be a de-escalation of the previous witness call, both sides agree to enter Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler’s statement into evidence. This will end the call for witnesses. Darn.
  • Impeachment managers start their closing statements.
  • Trump’s defense team had their closing statements.
  • Trump was acquitted in the Senate by a 57-43 count.

 

The seven GOP senators who joined with all Democrats in finding Trump guilty were: Sens. Richard Burr of North Carolina, Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Mitt Romney of Utah, Ben Sasse of Nebraska and Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania.

What’s disturbing is that the Democrats were completely united but seven Republicans pussed out. This is bad for the Republican party. It’s bad because these Republicans just voted because of politics not evidence. Not because the impeachment managers proved a damn thing.

All these people are squishes and never-Trumpers. They should be taken out of office.

Nancy Pelosi was losing her crap. She had this to say when she finished her initial statement about implementing a censure:

Black Lives Matter, again, decided to hold a protest in New York City and, again, it ended up violent.

  • A photographer for the Daily News was beaten up because the rioters thought he was a police officer.
  • Two police officers suffered minor injuries.
  • Eleven rioters were arrested.

 

The reason I am bringing this up, because it happens every weekend, is that no one is talking about it.

 

It Will Come for You

Disney faced widespread backlash late on Wednesday after a production company that they own announced that it had parted ways with conservative actress Gina Carano after the actress posted some things to social media that some claimed were offensive.

Carano played Cara Dune in The Mandalorian and was also a professional MMA fighter. She is also a Conservative and hates Cancel Culture.

She had two tweets which led to Disney firing her from the popular Disney+ online entertainment site.

The first was a change she made to her profile. Apparently, her “people” wanted her to add her pronouns on Twitter to show her support for the trans community.

I think its funny. Disney didn’t think it was funny and she ended up on their radar back in November.

The big post that got her into trouble was this one:

This had nothing to do with Jews. It’s a Cancel Culture comparison. The first thing the Nazis did was demonize the Jews so they would be hated by the non-Jew German citizens. Does this sound familiar? Then they segregated the Jews from the rest of the population. Finally, the Jews were herded up and exterminated.

That’s what she was saying. Nothing really controversial about this. But she used “Nazi” when pointing to the Left. This was bad. Especially for the Leftists at Disney. She had to go.

Also, if you ever want to get into trouble or sound like an idiot, make a Nazi comparison. If you’re a Leftist, it’s OK but you sound stupid. If you’re a Conservative, you will get into trouble and, sometimes, sound stupid. I didn’t think this post was actually too bad and is actually a bit of a foreshadow to the future of this country.

The funny thing is the star of The Mandalorian also tweeted about the Nazis. He had a picture showing children in cages during the Holocaust and children being in cages, supposedly, at the border of the United States. He tried to compare the U.S. Border Patrol to the Nazis.

Couple of problems with the post. First, the children weren’t in the United States, the were jailed in a Central American jail. Oops. The other problem is this policy was started during the Bush administration and it was the Obama administration that actually pushed the policy, not the Trump administration.

But nothing happened to Pedro. Sounds kind of sexist to me.

There are now calls to boycott Disney. If you don’t want to watch Disney, don’t. Boycotts are stupid and rarely accomplish anything. But if people stop watching, Disney will realize what they’re doing is not acceptable.

Good, announced today. Gina Carano will produce and star in a movie that will be in a film that will be distributed by The Daily Wire.

He’s Got Some Splaining to Do

Per the New York Post:

Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s top aide privately apologized to Democratic lawmakers for withholding the state’s nursing home death toll from COVID-19 — telling them “we froze” out of fear that the true numbers would “be used against us” by federal prosecutors, The Post has learned.

The stunning admission of a coverup was made by secretary to the governor Melissa DeRosa during a video conference call with state Democratic leaders in which she said the Cuomo administration had rebuffed a legislative request for the tally in August because “right around the same time, [then-President Donald Trump] turns this into a giant political football,” according to an audio recording of the two-hour-plus meeting.

DeRosa said:

“He starts tweeting that we killed everyone in nursing homes. He starts going after [New Jersey Gov. Phil] Murphy, starts going after [California Gov. Gavin] Newsom, starts going after [Michigan Gov.] Gretchen Whitmer.”

In addition to attacking Cuomo’s fellow Democratic governors, DeRosa said, Trump “directs the Department of Justice to do an investigation into us.”

“And basically, we froze,” she told the lawmakers on the call.

“Because then we were in a position where we weren’t sure if what we were going to give to the Department of Justice, or what we give to you guys, what we start saying, was going to be used against us while we weren’t sure if there was going to be an investigation. That played a very large role into this.”

After dropping the bombshell, DeRosa asked for “a little bit of appreciation of the context” and offered what appears to be the Cuomo administration’s first apology for its handling of nursing homes amid the pandemic.

But instead of a mea culpa to the grieving family members of more than 13,000 dead seniors or the critics who say the Health Department spread COVID-19 in the care facilities with a March 25 state Health Department directive that nursing homes admit infected patients, DeRosa tried to make amends with the fellow Democrats for the political inconvenience it caused them.

“So we do apologize,” she said. “I do understand the position that you were put in. I know that it is not fair. It was not our intention to put you in that political position with the Republicans.”

The reactions from New York Democrats was less than forgiving.

Assembly Health Committee Chairman Richard Gottfried (D-Manhattan) said:

“I don’t have enough time today to explain all the reasons why I don’t give that any credit at all.”

State Senate Aging Committee Chairwoman Rachel May (D-Syracuse) said:

“And the issue for me, the biggest issue of all is feeling like I needed to defend — or at least not attack — an administration that was appearing to be covering something up. And in a, in a pandemic, when you want the public to trust the public health officials, and there is this clear feeling that they’re not coming, being forthcoming with you, that is really hard and it remains difficult.”

Assemblyman Ron Kim (D-Queens) said:

“(It’s) like they admitted that they were trying to dodge having any incriminating evidence that might put the administration or the [Health Department] in further trouble with the Department of Justice. That’s how I understand their reasoning of why they were unable to share, in real time, the data. They had to first make sure that the state was protected against federal investigation.”

Kim, whose uncle is presumed to have died of COVID-19 in a nursing home in April, also said he wasn’t satisfied with DeRosa’s apology.

“It’s not enough how contrite they are with us,” he said. “They need to show that to the public and the families — and they haven’t done that.”

Bill DeBlasio, mayor of New York City:

“It’s very troubling. We’ve got to know more. We now need a full accounting of what happened. Think about seniors, who their [sic] lives were in the balance and their families, you know, just desperate to get them the help they needed. We need to know exactly what happened here. We need to make sure nothing like this ever happens again.”

So now there is a bipartisan call for:

  • The DOJ to open a criminal investigation.
  • Calls for Cuomo’s emergency powers to be stripped.
  • Calls for Cuomo to resign.

 

Of course Cuomo, who won and Emmy, wrote a book about how well he did and released a poster for sale on the progression of the virus decided to straighten us all out on who was to blame for lying about the death counts:

Episode 155 – Show Notes – Screw WHO and Where to Poo!

Sleepy, Creepy Joe finally got something he was wanted since he started his Presidential run. But he got it at a time that e didn’t really need it. But he’s got bigger issues. Thanks God the New York times is there to protect him.

It’s About Time

Barrack Obama has finally decided to show some love for Joe Biden. Not really sure Joe really needs it now but OK.

In a statement, the former President said this:

I am not exactly sure what the point of this is right now. Joe could have used the endorsement during the primaries and he was no where to be seen.

This just shows how arrogant and self-centered Barrack Obama is. He doesn’t care about the country or thinks Old Joe is a good candidate. He waited until Joe got the nomination because, if he didn’t, it would have looked bad on what’s left of his legacy. It’s quite cowardly and is not the actions of a good friend like Joe has been peddling on us.

But Joe has a bigger issue that is going to haunt him, no matter how the media tries to spin it.

In two recent interviews with The Associated Press, Tara Reade alleged the assault occurred in the basement of a Capitol Hill office building in the spring of 1993. She filed a police report in Washington on Thursday saying she was the victim of a sexual assault by an unnamed person in 1993, a copy of which was obtained by the AP.

It’s not the first time Reade has made an accusation against the former vice president. Last year, Reade publicly accused Biden of inappropriate touching, but did not allege sexual assault.

“dedicated his public life to changing the culture and the laws around violence against women. He firmly believes that women have a right to be heard — and heard respectfully. Such claims should also be diligently reviewed by an independent press. What is clear about this claim: it is untrue. This absolutely did not happen”
I do not put a lot of faith in 30 year claims of sexual assault but a police report was filed and the claim is credible. Thank God for the New York Times.
The NY Times decided to hold the story and ignore it. This has been a story out there for 30 years. When the editor of the Time, Dean Baquet, he said that he did not thing it was a big story. At the time, which is strange in its own way, only a small news outlet called The Intercept, had reported the incident.
One thing to remember: it was the New York Times that, not only reporting the Brett Kavanaugh had committed sexual assault, but had hidden exculpatory evidence which said he didn’t do it.
When Baquet was asked about that, he said:
“Kavanaugh was already in a public forum in a large way. Kavanaugh’s status as a Supreme Court justice was in question because of a very serious allegation. And when I say in a public way, I don’t mean in the public way of Tara Reade’s. If you ask the average person in America, they didn’t know about the Tara Reade case. So I thought in that case, if The New York Times was going to introduce this to readers, we needed to introduce it with some reporting and perspective. Kavanaugh was in a very different situation. It was a live, ongoing story that had become the biggest political story in the country. It was just a different news judgment moment.”

How about the big difference is that Kavanaugh was a conservative and Biden was not.

The WHO Took It in the Tookus

Last week, we talked about how the World Health Organization was promulgating Chinese propaganda that increased the spread of the Wuhan flu by 95%, killing tens of thousands. This is not an exaggeration. The CDC and other disease control organizations have said that if the WHO had attacked the virus directly or, at least, questioned the Chinese about the virus, it could have been contained in Wuhan.

But the WHO’s loves of China. When China takes over, they want to be the main health organization.

So, when President Trump said he was thinking of suspending payment to the WHO, the director with a name I won’t attempt to pronounce, said this:

Here’s the problem with this jerkoff’s speech: if he or his cronies didn’t kiss China’s butt, there would be a whole lot less body bags filled.

This all started because Taiwan, a staunch opponent of China and heavily under their influence, asked why Taiwan was kicked out of the WHO and if the WHO would consider taking Taiwan back in. The WHO represented hung up on her. You know why? Because Taiwan is RACIST!

That’s right. The WHO director general said:

“When as a community people start to insult us, that’s enough. We cannot tolerate that. But since I don’t have any inferiority complex when I am personally affected or attacked by racial slurs, I don’t care because I am a very proud black person.This attack comes from Taiwan,” he added. “The foreign ministry knows about this campaign and they didn’t disassociate themselves.”

What a jerk. They’re pissed off at China and his decisions. Not because he’s a black guy from Africa.

Just Dumb

The bidet is a sink that is used for your butthole after one takes a dump. So, I dump in a toilet, then move to another toilet-sink thing and let a fountain of water do its work.

Vox.com asked if, because of the panic over toilet paper, should we bring back the bidet. They seven questions that they decided to answer about the bidet. I read the article but I’m going to answer these questions.

1) What is a bidet?

2) Is it weird to spray water at your butt after you use the toilet?

3) Why don’t Americans customarily use bidets?

4) Are bidets more sanitary than just using toilet paper?

5) Are bidets more environmentally friendly than toilet paper?

6) Are bidets easier to find than toilet paper right now?

7) Even if there wasn’t a toilet paper shortage, would you recommend buying a bidet?

Episode 146 Show Notes – It is a Chinese Virus

The news is saturated with the Wuhan Virus. I am not going to bite on it anymore. I’ve been stuck in my place for a week. I’ve heard all the statistics and news. Let’s just talk about it from a real life perspective. And, since we’re all stuck inside, waiting for everyone to die a terrible plague-like death, lets talk about what is happening in the human terms. Not like what we hear on the news. Because what we are hearing on the news and from the government is stupid.

Then, lets talk about what we should be hearing. What we need as a society. What we need to hear from our government. What we regular people may need to do.to get through this.

 

No More News

Well, it seems that life has stopped. There isn’t any news except for this damn virus. I decided it was time to change some of the content of this podcast because there is nothing really in the news. No debates or news outside of this pandemic. Even the Presidential campaign has been put on hold. But is that a surprise? All the candidates are well in the age range for mortality for this virus. Not to mention I’m sure the campaigns don’t want their candidates saying anything because they are so dumb.

I love the politicizing of this virus though. My girlfriend came over one day and called Trump ma racist because he called the virus the Chinese flu. I asked if she was kidding. I then pointed out the different viruses that were named after where the started. That included:

  • Spanish flu
  • Asian Flu
  • Russian flu
  • Hong Kong flu
  • MERS (Middle East)
  • Lyme disease
  • Ebola

 

All of these are named after the place they started. COVID-19 started in Wuhan, China. It’s actually known as the Wuhan virus but got its name because the Chinese government is responsible for causing this pandemic and President Trump doesn’t want you to forget it. I’ll talk about that more a little later.

Here’s the thing, and it’s so simple I won’t waste a lot of time on it: this virus started in Wuhan, China. The Chinese government hid the virus as not to embarrass themselves, which is true of any communist dictatorship. If they had alerted the world of the virus and prevented their people from just doing their thing, including traveling to other countries, this thing would be done already. The virus did start in Wuhan but it is the Chinese government nthat aided in the spread of the disease. Seriously, folks, they killed the doctor who discovered and tried to alert the people about it.

So, it is the Chinese virus.

The second thing I keep hearing is how Trump messed this whole thing up. And, in the beginning, he did. He didn’t take this seriously, didn’t think of the impact and brushed it off.But he’s recovered. He has the best doctors in the country advising him, he place Vice President Pence in charge, distancing himself to allow others to control yet showing the government is involved and taking it seriously.

This is an unprecedented event. Nothing like this has happened since the Spanish Flu in 1918. No one today knows how to deal with this. Denmark decided to perform something called Herd Immunization. What that means is people would go out and do their thing while those who are susceptible to the virus would hide out. The virus would spread, people who can weather it would get sick, develop an immunity and they would live happily ever after.

Nope. Didn’t work out that way. Denmark is now doing what we’re doing. Best laid plans of mice and men, I guess.

The reality is, no one really knows how to deal with this.

 

What Can The Government and Trump Do

Why is the stock market flipping out? Why are there no rolls of toilet paper anywhere? Why are there lines of people wrapped around the Costco parking lot? Why can’t I find a loaf of bread for my tuna fish salad sandwich?

Because we are all in a panic.

There have been over one billion references to the Wuhan virus in the news media. That is 10 times more than there was for SARS, MERS, Ebola or H1N1. And those were more serious viruses (that we know of).

The fact is, we don’t know much about this virus. So the government must walk the fine line between we’re all going to die and everything is going to be fine. That’s easier said than done.

The media went far to one direction and told us we are all going to die. Statistics show that is not the case. The virus is more dangerous than the flu and it is showing that young people are susceptible. Italy has shown that.

Trump went the other direction. He minimized the virus. He told us we were all going to be fine, this is no big deal, nothing to see here. That wasn’t true either. This virus does suck. It is more dangerous and contagious than we thought. People will die. And the administration decided this was a serious thing and adjusted. Now, they are doing well.

What do I think? It’s probably kind of in the middle. This is a dangerous virus and I should stay away from my parents and others who are susceptible. But I am not sure it is as bad as the media plays it out. I think the government should overreact because this thing is scaring people and the government needs to take their fear seriously. And we don’t know anything about this virus. So we should think the worst of it and deal with it. If it ends up not being as bad as we thought, no big deal.

We also need to realize what we are doing. We are, justifiably, shutting down the economy. Stores and businesses are shutting down, people are losing the jobs and can’t pay their bills. We’re all stuck at home. This could kill our economy. Everything the government is doing, from ordering businesses to close to giving us a couple of grand a month, is meant to suspend the economy so that it doesn’t crash completely.

Here’s the problem: I don’t trust the government. You’ve heard me say this before. The government sucks at everuything. And I am afraid they are going to do things that help make the government bigger. This week, the Senate refused to pass a $1 trillion package, supported by the President, because some of the provisions would be made permenant. That’s scary. Business cannot support paid sick leave all the time and Universal Basic Income (which is what the Democrats want) is unsustainable. We can’t afford it. And this is not a time to allow a single payer health care system sneak into our lives. This is not the time to implement the Green New Deal, which a lot of Democrats are pushing with this $1 trillion deal.

The only thing the government is suppose to do is suspend the economy for a month, maybe two. Not make the government bigger.

Finally, The last thing the government can do is give us a timeline. I have been stuck in my house for a week and I am going nuts. My girlfriend is going nuts. Her kids are going nuts. My parents are going nuts. My friends are going nuts. We are all going nuts. And if the government thinks we are all going to sit in our homes for two months, they’re stupid.

The American people are too used to freedom. They are not going to last long imprisoned in their homes. We need to know there is light at the end of the tunnel. And we need to be given an idea when we might see that light. I know that the government may not know. That’s fine but tell us what they are thinking. Not just the doom and gloom. Because people are not going to do this forever. Hell, they’re not going to do this for three weeks.

China did not have a problem controlling their population. Anyone did what they did not say, they were killed or imprisoned. This is not that country.

Please, President Trump, come up with a plan and let us know what is going on. We know this is not going to last forever. Tell us how long we are going to have to go through even if it means the bad news of a second wave of an infection.

We are Americans. We can handle it.

 

Week On in Captivity

I have been stuck in my place for six days. and this sucks.

Good news is, after five days of not knowing what to do with myself, I developed a routine. That really helped today. I do work from home and this was the first time I was actually productive from home. I am not going to talk about my routine yet. We’ll save that for tomorrow’s podcast.

But I am watching a lot of Netflix and Amazon Prime. Not much news because the news is the same. So here’s some things you might enjoy too:

This week, I’m going to start a new book called You Can’t Lie to Me by Janine Driver. I read this book before but I never annotated it. It is an awesome book so I want to spend sometime with it.
