The Left doesn’t even wait for the victims of the Texas flood to be found before they go out and blame Trump and racism for the flood. Turns out both claims are asinine.
An argument for gun control comes from an unlikely source after a shooting in Philadelphia and the argument is about as coherent as all the other arguments.
And the violence is escalating from the hard Left.
Of Course It’s His Fault
The Department of Homeland Security put out its own thread, which stated:
The mainstream media is deliberately lying about the events leading up to the catastrophic flooding in Texas. The National Weather Service executed timely, precise forecasting and warnings, despite unprecedented rainfall overwhelming the region. Here is the timeline of NWS’s proactive response:
Morning, July 3rd: NWS Austin/San Antonio conducts forecast briefings for emergency management, flagging flash flood risks. Morning, July 3rd: National Water Center issues Flood Hazard Outlook, identifying flash flood potential for Kerrville and surrounding areas. 1:18 PM, July 3rd: NWS issues Flood Watch for Kerr County, effective through Friday morning. 6:10 PM, July 3rd: Weather Prediction Center issues first of three Mesoscale Precipitation Discussions, warning of excessive rainfall and flash flood potential. 6:22 PM, July 3rd: National Water Center warns of considerable flooding risks north and west of San Antonio, including Kerrville. 11:41 PM, July 3rd: First Flash Flood Warning issued for Bandera County.
1:14 AM, July 4th: Flash Flood Warning with “Considerable” tag issued for Bandera and Kerr Counties, triggering Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEAs) and NOAA Weather Radio notifications. 4:03 AM, July 4th: Flash Flood Warning upgraded to Flash Flood Emergency for south-central Kerr County, including Hunt. 4:35 AM, July 4th: Kerr County Sheriff’s Office reports flooding at low water crossings, 201 minutes (over 3 hours) after the 1:14 AM warning. 5:00 AM, July 4th: National Water Center warns of widespread considerable and catastrophic flooding. 5:34 AM, July 4th: Flash Flood Emergency issued for the Guadalupe River, signaling a “large and deadly flood wave.”
The National Weather Service provided over 12 hours of advance notice via the Flood Watch and over 3 hours of lead time for Flash Flood Warnings, with escalated alerts as the storm intensified.

This Is What a Civil War Will Look Like
According to Fox News:
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents and other federal law enforcement officers conducting immigration enforcement have been targeted in at least two ambushes in Texas in recent days.
The Justice Department on Monday named 10 individuals charged with shooting a police officer in the neck and opening fire on other correctional officers outside the Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado, Texas, on the Fourth of July. The group, donning all black, allegedly first began shooting fireworks at the facility, which is being used by the Department of Homeland Security to hold people related to immigration violations or awaiting deportation.
The defendants are Cameron Arnold, also known as Autumn Hill; Savannah Batten; Nathan Baumann; Zachary Evetts; Joy Gibson; Bradford Morris, also known as Meagan Morris; Maricela Rueda; Seth Sikes; Elizabeth Soto; and Ines Soto. The complaint charges each of them with three counts of attempted murder of a federal officer and three counts of discharging a firearm during, in relation to and in furtherance of a violent crime.
Approximately 10 minutes after convening at the ICE facility, one or two individuals broke off from the main group and began to spray graffiti on vehicles and a guard structure in the parking lot, authorities said. Photos included in the criminal complaint, filed in the Northern District of Texas, show vehicles tagged with the messages “ICE pig” and “F— you pigs.” Correction officers dialed 911 and an Alvarado police officer responded to the scene.
Immediately after the officer got out of his vehicle, one defendant positioned in nearby woods allegedly shot the officer in the neck, according to the complaint. Another assailant, wearing a green mask and standing across the street, then allegedly fired 20 to 30 rounds at unarmed correctional officers who had stepped outside the facility.
“The shooting was captured by both CCTV and the APD officer’s body-worn camera,” the complaint says.
The FBI recovered AR-style rifles from the scene. The group fled from the detention center separately – some on foot, some in vehicles – and were later stopped by other law enforcement officers. The complaint notes that the defendants were “dressed in black, military-style clothing,” some were wearing body armor, some were armed, and some had two-way radios.
Prosecutors said a total of twelve sets of body armor were found during searches of vehicles associated with the defendants, on their persons, and in the area around the Prairieland Detention Center. Law enforcement also found spray paint, magazines containing ammunition and flyers stating, “FIGHT ICE TERROR WITH CLASS WAR!” and “FREE ALL POLITICAL PRISONERS.” A flag was found that read, “RESIST FASCISM – FIGHT OLIGARCHY.”

Alligator Alcatraz is almost up and running and will hold some of the most dangerous illegal aliens in the country until they get deported. I have a story about one.
Alligator Alcatraz is not only going to break illegal aliens hopes of a pleasant life in the United States, it has broken a bunch of low-IQ individuals on the Left.
And Republicans sure know how to lose a sure bet.
Grasping Defeat from the Jaws of Victory
According to the Daily Wire:
Speaker Mike Johnson has President Donald Trump’s signature bill at the finish line.
During a marathon overnight session that at times appeared doomed, Republicans voted 219-213 at about 3:30 a.m. to send the bill to a final vote.
The late hour was not due to procedure, but rather indecision on the Republican side of the aisle. After five Republicans voted against the rule to proceed, coupled with a handful of Republicans who were holding out, Johnson had to scramble to not only find votes, but also get Republicans to switch theirs.
Just before midnight, Johnson said he would hold the vote open for as long as it needed, and started to whip votes, with a helping hand from Trump.
We are waiting for the final vote, but leave it to Democrats to stall. Hakeem Jeffries has decided to use his right to use the “magic minute” that allows him to filibuster about the bill.
The “magic minute” is a right that the leaders have a house to make a speech as long as he wants about the bill. Basically, it’s a filibuster.
Hakeem Jeffries walked into the chambers at about 5 AM with three large binders and he started. He has been talking ever since and is not expected to stop until some time this afternoon.
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem on Tuesday shared a disturbing tale of an illegal immigrant, which she said underscored the importance of the Trump administration’s deportation efforts.
“The other day I was talking to some marshals who had been partnering with ICE,” Noem said. “They said they had detained a cannibal and put him on a plane to take him home and while they had him in his seat he started to eat himself, and they had to get him off and get him medical attention.”
“You know, what bothered me the most is that this U.S. Marshal just said it like it was normal,” Noem said in an interview with FOX News. “He said he was literally eating his own arms. That is what he did. He called himself a cannibal and ate other people and ate himself that day.”
“These are the kind of deranged individuals that are on our streets in America that we’re trying to target,” Noem added.” We’re trying to get them out of our country because they are so deranged they don’t belong here.”
The secretary then slammed news outlets that “lie every single day about what these operations are.”
“We are going after murderers and rapists and traffickers and drug dealers and getting them off the streets, and getting them out of this country because Joe Biden let the worst of the worst come in here.”
“They shouldn’t be walking the streets with our children. And they shouldn’t be living in communities with our families who just want to raise their children to grow up and get a job and to live the American dream,” she added.
The press briefing comes after a visit to Florida’s latest ICE detention facility, dubbed Alligator Alcatraz, alongside President Donald Trump.

On July 4th, the movie “Sinners” will become the first show to be interpreted into “Black American Sign Language (BASL),” per a press release from Warner Bros.
The entertainment company described it as “a major step forward in accessibility, representation, and visibility in streaming.”
“BASL is a distinct dialect of American Sign Language (ASL) with its own dynamic history and unique grammar, signing space, rhythm, facial expressions, and cultural nuances,” the release stated. “For the first time, the Black Deaf community will have streaming access to a more immersive experience in their language. Max subscribers, who sign in ASL but are unfamiliar with this dialect, will also be able to follow along with this interpretation.”
The press release noted that the interpretation will be done by Nakia Smith, “an influential voice in the Black Deaf community, who delivers a powerful interpretation with cultural depth and linguistic richness that aligns with the film’s themes and historical timeline.”
“Accessibility within streaming is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Our goal at Max is to make these great stories accessible to all audiences in a way that is authentic to the content and the communities we serve,” Naomi Waibel, Senior VP of Global Product Management at Warner Bros. Discovery, said in a statement. “Sinners with Black American Sign Language is an example of how culturally nuanced access can enrich the viewing experience for our audiences.”
According to the movie’s summary, “Sinners” is about twin brothers who “return to their hometown to start again, only to discover that an even greater evil is waiting to welcome them back.” It was released in theaters in April 2025.
The sun monster strikes again. According to the Daily Wire:
In 2023, the Teamsters signed a massive deal with UPS to guarantee a fleet of air-conditioned trucks.
“Our members just ratified the most lucrative agreement the Teamsters have ever negotiated at UPS. This contract will improve the lives of hundreds of thousands of workers,” Teamsters General President Sean M. O’Brien boasted at the time. “Teamsters have set a new standard and raised the bar for pay, benefits, and working conditions in the package delivery industry.”
He may have started celebrating too early.
As temperatures climbed last month, the Teamsters sent a furious letter to UPS demanding information on the whereabouts of the air-conditioned vehicles.
“How does UPS expect to actually deliver 20,000 or more air-conditioned package cars and vans over the next two years, when the delivery giant is already so far behind?” O’Brien demanded. “The summer heat beating down on our members is no joke. UPS is playing a dangerous game with the lives of thousands of essential American workers.”
UPS, meanwhile, seems to have different concerns.
For years, the company has been focused on replacing its fleet with so-called green vehicles. A few years ago, UPS pledged to make 40% of its vehicles use “alternative fuel” by 2025. So far, UPS says it uses more than 1,000 electric or hybrid vehicles.
Drivers blasting their air conditioning in the sweltering Texas heat probably doesn’t help the shipping giant’s goal of reaching “carbon neutrality by 2050.”
Nearly no one enjoys getting stopped by Transportation Security Administration (TSA) authorities at the airport.
But when checkpoint alarm bells begin blaring around a traveler’s groin, as happened to one befuddled passenger not long ago, there is a chance it’s due to extreme wetness in their pants, insiders say.
“I flew for the first time in 15 years this week, and both airports flagged my crotch at the arms up scanner,” a confused tripper confessed on Reddit recently.
The wet wanderluster described herself as a “midsized adult woman (5-foot-8, 169 lbs.)” wearing bike shorts and normal underwear. The skyway siren assured social media readers that her private parts are neither pierced nor outfitted with medical devices. She claimed her pockets were totally empty.
“I don’t care about the pat down, they were polite and professional and it doesn’t bother me,” said the baffled belle, “but I’m wondering what did it.”
Internet know-it-alls say it’s crotch sweat — and they’re likely right.
“Sweat, feminine products (liners, pads, depends) could be anything but those seem to be culprits,” a Reddit commenter wrote.
“Last time I flew out of my home airport of Tampa, I got searched too,” admitted an equally clammy jet-setter. “The [security] guard said something unnerving like ‘swamp rot’ or ‘swamp crotch’ or something similarly embarrassing.”
It’s a bodily function that can wrongfully trigger red flags, per TSA expert Shawna Malvini Redden.
“Perspiration is probably the weirdest thing that can set off the scanners,” Malvini Redden recently explained to Reader’s Digest. “It has to do with millimeter wave technology and how the waves bounce off water.”
The insider added that because the machines often generate false alarms due to sweat, some countries, including France and Germany, have banned the scanners altogether.
But massive moisture isn’t the only reason the TSA technology might mistake one’s undercarriage for a dangerous weapon.
“On-person screening technology effectively screens diverse populations of travelers every day,” TSA representatives previously told The Post, adding that their devices and screening algorithms are trained to recognize body composition.
Any unexpected abnormalities, including excess sweat, could potentially prompt an alert, they said.
The legal community is just flooding us with news today. Though I haven’t mentioned all these cases before, it is worth talking about. There are some lessons we can learn.
Not Guilty!
P-Diddy jurors, after one day of deliberations, find him not guilty of of racketeering conspiracy and two counts of sex trafficking by force.
He was found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
The counts he was charged with come with 10 years for each count. Chances are he’s not going to get that. He will probably get a couple of years with time served.
Trump will receive $16 million up front. This will cover legal fees, costs of the case, and contributions to his future presidential library or charitable causes, to be determined at Trump’s discretion.
There is an anticipation that there will be another allocation in the mid-eight figures set aside for advertisements, public service announcements, or other similar transmissions, in support of conservative causes by the network in the future, Fox News Digital has learned.
With these considerations, CBS would pay well in excess of the $15 million that ABC paid Trump to settle a defamation lawsuit last year. Current Paramount management disputes the additional allocation.
Bryan Kohberger is the former doctoral student in criminology who was charged with the murders of four University of Idaho students—Ethan Chapin, Xana Kernodle, Madison Mogen, and Kaylee Goncalves—in November 2022. The killings took place at an off-campus home in Moscow, Idaho, and drew national attention due to their brutality and the initial mystery surrounding the case1378.
Current Status (as of July 2, 2025):
Kohberger is expected to plead guilty to all counts at a court hearing today, as part of a plea deal that will spare him the death penalty12346.
The plea agreement requires him to accept four consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole for the murders, and an additional maximum 10-year sentence for burglary12346.
He will waive all rights to appeal as part of the deal12346.
The plea was initiated by Kohberger’s defense team, and prosecutors agreed after consulting with the victims’ families136.
Sentencing is expected to take place later in July, provided Kohberger enters the guilty plea as anticipated36.
Background and Arrest:
Kohberger was a Ph.D. student at Washington State University in Pullman, Washington, just a short drive from Moscow, Idaho78.
He was arrested at his parents’ home in Pennsylvania on December 30, 2022, about six weeks after the murders1378.
DNA evidence linking Kohberger to a knife sheath found at the crime scene played a central role in his identification and arrest1378.
Kohberger was indicted on four counts of first-degree murder and one count of burglary78.
The Goncalves family confirmed in a statement to Reuters from their attorney that they learned of the plea deal in a letter from prosecutors and said prosecutors mishandled the deal.
“After more than two years, this is how it concludes with a secretive deal and a hurried effort to close the case without any input from the victims’ families on the plea’s details. Adding insult to injury, they’re rushing the plea, giving families just one day to coordinate and appear at the courthouse for a plea on July 2.”
Steve Goncalves, father of one of the victims, said: “This is anything but justice. This is the opposite of our will. There was no majority believing that this was acceptable.
“This is not justice. We had an outsider come to our community, kill our kids in their sleep while they’re getting a college education, doing everything that they should do, and we don’t have the courage to hold him accountable. No plea deal. Let’s go for this guy. One hundred percent, let’s do it.”
The White House has struck a deal with the University of Pennsylvania that requires the school to strip trans-identifying male swimmer Lia Thomas of the titles he won on the women’s team, The Daily Wire has learned.
The University of Pennsylvania will restore all titles to female athletes that were “misappropriated” by male athletes, according to a landmark agreement between the Trump administration and the University of Pennsylvania, a White House official shared with The Daily Wire.
Thomas competed as a female swimmer at the University of Pennsylvania, infamously tying with University of Kentucky swimmer Riley Gaines in 2022 at the NCAAs and taking her trophy — prompting Gaines to take a stand against men in women’s sports.
California Governor Gavin Newsom signed a pair of bills Monday night rolling back parts of a landmark environmental law to remove barriers to tackling the state’s housing shortage.
The California legislature with bipartisan support voted last week to exempt certain projects, such as some high-density housing plans, from onerous California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) reviews and approvals. Newsom pushed the legislation forward, threatening to hold up the state’s budget unless the CEQA rollbacks hit his desk, as well.
“Today’s bill is a game changer, which will be felt for generations to come,” Newsom said in a statement referring to the CEQA overhaul.
Newsom held a press conference Monday evening touting the bills as necessary to rescue the reputation of California’s government and prove that the state is capable of solving pressing problems.
“If we can’t address this issue, we’re going to lose trust, and that’s just the truth,” said Newsom, according to The New York Times. “And so this is so much bigger in many ways than the issue itself. It is about the reputation of not just Sacramento and the legislative leadership and executive leadership, but the reputation of the state of California.”
Newsom has promised to address California’s burgeoning housing shortage since his first campaign for governor in 2018. Now well into his second term and close to being term-limited out of office, Newsom pushed the CEQA reforms forward as he is widely seen as a potential Democratic contender for president in 2028.
CEQA was originally signed into law in 1970 by then-Governor Ronald Reagan. The law at the time it was enacted was thought to only apply to government projects, but a court decision two years later broadened the law’s application to a host of development projects.
Since then, critics have said that the law’s strict review and approval process, believed to be the toughest in the United States, has been abused by environmental activists, labor unions, California residents, and others to extract concessions in exchange for politically sensitive projects or to override construction proposals unpopular with a small group.
Environmental groups rallied against the CEQA reforms. Dozens of groups partnered together to urge lawmakers to reject the bills.
“This bill is the worst anti-environmental bill in California in recent memory,” the groups wrote in a joint letter. “It represents an unprecedented rollback to California’s fundamental environmental and community protections at a time in which the people of California grapple with unprecedented federal attacks to their lives and livelihoods.”
The media keeps throwing water on the success of Trump’s bombing of Iran’s nuclear sites, but the IAEA has more news proving the successes.
And expect more conspiracy theories like the one we are going to talk about.
New York Is Going to Hell
According to NBC News, former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has conceded to 33-year-old democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani in the Democratic primary for New York City mayor, with Mamdani’s progressive platform and strategic advantage in the ranked-choice voting system overcoming Cuomo’s significant financial backing and early polling lead in what analysts are calling a seismic shift in city politics.
The head of the United Nations’ nuclear watchdog group revealed even more damage from the US airstrikes on Iran’s nuclear sites after taking a closer look — including possible chemical contamination at one facility.
International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) chief Rafael Grossi said Tuesday that the latest satellite images from the Fordow and Natanz facilities showed additional damage, beyond what the agency found in the first-pass review of the sites.
At Fordow, the mountain fortress just south of Tehran, officials identified additional strikes at the road leading up to the facility, as well as one of the entrances.
The US dropped 14 30,000-pound bunker-buster bombs on the facility, which includes equipment buried 300 feet underground.
Meanwhile, at Natanz, the IAEA identified “two impact holes from the U.S. strikes above the underground halls that had been used for enrichment as well as for storage.”
“Based on its knowledge of what these halls contained, the IAEA assesses that this strike may have caused localized contamination and chemical hazards,” Grossi warned.
The US hit that site — along with one other — with cruise missiles fired from a nuclear-powered submarine as part of the Saturday strikes.
The watchdog group assured the world that there “has been no radiological impact” to the population so far due to the damage.
The full details of the contamination, however, cannot be properly assessed until IAEA inspectors can analyze it up close.

The X post by Juanita Broaddrick references a video from Fox News discussing a serious allegation against Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, involving a letter from Vance Boelter, the suspect in a recent shooting, claiming Walz instructed him to assassinate Senator Amy Klobuchar to take her Senate seat. This claim lacks evidence, as confirmed by ongoing investigations and Walz’s denial, yet it has sparked significant social media discussion and conspiracy theories.
The context of this allegation is set against a backdrop of political violence in Minnesota, where Boelter, disguised as a police officer, carried out attacks on state lawmakers, resulting in fatalities and injuries. The shootings were described as politically motivated, with Boelter having a “hit list” of Democratic officials, though no direct evidence links Walz to the attacks beyond Boelter’s unverified claims.
The timing and nature of the post, combined with the lack of public response from Walz, as noted by Broaddrick, fuel speculation and concern about the potential implications for political figures and the integrity of democratic processes, especially given the gravity of the accusations and the ongoing investigation into the shootings.

Here We Go Again!
Protests erupted across Los Angeles following surprise Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids that resulted in 44 administrative arrests at multiple locations, including the Fashion District and a Home Depot in the Westlake District, as reported by ABC News and the Los Angeles Times.
Some things about the riot:
Millions of damage was done including to police and federal law enforcement vehicles, damaged property, burning of civilian and commercial vehicles.
Multiple fires have been started, mostly vehicles.
Police and Sheriff were ordered to stand down and only use non-lethal force, tear gas, and flash bangs when riot became violent.
The rioters shutdown the 101 Freeway for several hours.
The rioters set fire to four Waymo cars (a cost of $300K each).
Four police cars were pelted with rocks on the 101 Freeway, destroying the cars.
Businesses were looted.
Rioters are using commercial grade fireworks to attack police officers.
The rioting started in a relatively small area as of Sunday morning, but began to spread

The Response
Karen Bass said on CNN:

This woman is delusional. These people are wreaking havoc on the city and ICE.
What a surprise! The Democrats and media (but I repeat myself) have been lying about Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the illegal alien gang member deported to El Salvador.
Karmelo Anthony, the murderer of a white track athlete in Texas, not only got out of jail but got a new car. His life is looking up.
And we have a serious mental health problem in this country. I have another couple of stories that show that.
News
A now-deported illegal alien accused of being an MS-13 gang member that was living illegally in Maryland has a record of being a “violent” repeat wife beater, according to court records filed in a Prince George’s County, Maryland, district court by his wife.
The police department’s Gang Unit MS-13 Intelligence Squad conducted an interview with Abrego Garcia and contacted a “past proven and reliable source” who identified him as an active member of MS-13 with the “Westerns” clique, with the rank of “Chequeo” and the moniker of “Chele.”
He was stopped and suspected of human trafficking because he had seven people in his car.
The police contacted the FBI under Biden. They were told to take pictures of everyone in the car and let them go.
The Texas teen accused of fatally stabbing a high school football star at a track meet allegedly lives in a $900,000 home with his family inside a luxurious gated community — despite requesting that a judge lower his $1 million bond because of financial difficulties, according to a report.
Karmelo Anthony, 17, is holed up with his family at the pricey home inside the gated community of Richwoods in Frisco, Texas, after he was released from jail Monday on a reduced $250,000 bond for allegedly killing Austin Metcalf earlier this month, the Daily Mail reported.
They are paying $3500 a month in rent.
“He got a new car,” the resident told the outlet. “If you look at the license plate, it’s got a paper tag and it says it expires June 4.”
District Judge James Boasberg has issued an opinion stating that he has found probable cause that the federal government was in criminal contempt by refusing to comply with his order prohibiting certain deportations under the Alien Enemies Act.
“The Court ultimately determines that the Government’s actions … demonstrate a willful disregard for its Order, sufficient for the Court to conclude that probable cause exists to find the Government in criminal contempt,” Boasberg said in an April 16 opinion.
Boasberg’s order came after the Supreme Court vacated his orders and said the case was brought in the wrong court.
“The fact that the Supreme Court determined that this Court’s TROs suffered from a venue defect does not affect—let alone moot—the compliance inquiry presently teed up here,” he said.
Cody A. Balmer, the suspect charged with arson at Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro’s residence, was motivated by his perception of Shapiro’s stance on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, specifically regarding Gaza. According to multiple search warrants and police documents, Balmer targeted Shapiro because he believed the governor’s actions or policies were contributing to the suffering and deaths of Palestinians12345678.
Balmer called 911 after the attack, identifying himself and stating that Governor Shapiro “needs to understand that he will not be part of his plans for what he intends to do to the Palestinian people”12345678.
Nikita Casap, a 17-year-old from Waukesha, Wisconsin, has been charged with the murder of his mother, Tatiana Casap, 35, and his stepfather, Donald Mayer, 51. Authorities allege that these killings were part of a broader extremist plot to assassinate former President Donald Trump and overthrow the U.S. government. Federal court documents reveal that Casap aimed to secure financial resources and autonomy to carry out his plan, which included purchasing explosives and a drone equipped for weapon delivery123.
Casap’s phone contained antisemitic writings advocating violence, a manifesto praising Adolf Hitler, and communications with neo-Nazi groups such as the Order of Nine Angles. Investigators also found evidence of his plans to destabilize the government through targeted assassinations and incite chaos. He allegedly shared his intentions on platforms like TikTok and Telegram and communicated with individuals in Russia about his plans125.
The bodies of Casap’s parents were discovered in their home on February 28 after being deceased for over two weeks. Casap reportedly lived with the remains before fleeing in Mayer’s vehicle, taking $14,000 in cash, passports, and other valuables. He was apprehended in Kansas later that day during a traffic stop468.
Casap faces multiple charges, including first-degree murder, conspiracy to assassinate the president, and attempted use of weapons of mass destruction. He remains in custody with a bond set at $1 million and is scheduled for arraignment on May 7137.
Idaho has recently enacted House Bill 380, making it the first state to legalize the use of firing squads for executing individuals convicted of aggravated lewd conduct with children under the age of 12. Governor Brad Little signed the legislation into law, which will take effect on July 1, 2025136.
Key Provisions of House Bill 380:
Death Penalty Eligibility: The law allows the death penalty for pedophiles convicted of aggravated lewd conduct with minors under 12 years old. Prosecutors must prove that defendants meet at least three of 17 aggravating factors, such as committing multiple acts of lewd conduct, using force, or transmitting a sexually transmitted disease to a minor18.
Mandatory Minimum Sentences: For cases involving minors under 16 that do not meet death penalty criteria, the law imposes mandatory minimum prison sentences of at least 25 years23.
Execution Method: Idaho has also made firing squads its primary method of execution, becoming the only state in the U.S. to do so. This decision follows challenges in obtaining lethal injection drugs and concerns about botched executions57.
Legislative and Public Reaction:
The bill received overwhelming support in the Idaho Legislature, with only a few dissenting votes. Proponents argue that it serves as a strong deterrent and aligns Idaho’s laws with stricter penalties for child sexual abuse seen in other states36. Governor Little stated that such crimes are “sickening and evil” and merit the ultimate punishment10.
Critics, including some lawmakers and advocacy groups, have raised concerns about equating justice with retribution and questioned the constitutionality of applying the death penalty to non-homicide crimes, citing past U.S. Supreme Court rulings like Kennedy v. Louisiana (2008)39.
This landmark legislation reflects Idaho’s tough-on-crime stance and marks a significant shift in criminal justice policy regarding child sexual abuse cases.
The city of Northglenn, Colorado, has passed a new ordinance limiting the number of pets per household to four, effective August 1, 2025. This restriction applies to a combination of dogs and cats, with a maximum of four animals allowed in total per residence124.
The ordinance was introduced following complaints from residents about excessive noise and pet waste caused by large numbers of pets in certain neighborhoods. The city council conducted extensive research and discussions before implementing the regulation24. Northglenn was previously the only municipality in Adams County without pet ownership limits45.
Residents who already own more than four pets can apply for a “previously owned pet exception” before the ordinance takes effect. This exemption requires submitting a form listing each pet’s name, breed, age, sex, and acquisition date. Failure to comply with the new law or disclose extra pets by the deadline may result in enforcement actions, including court orders mandating pet removal135.
The ordinance does not apply to puppies or kittens under six months old from the same litter living in the same household5. Similar pet ownership limits are already in place in nearby cities such as Arvada, Aurora, Brighton, and Broomfield5.
Summary of the Declassified CIA File: Soviet Soldiers and the “Alien Stone” Incident
A recently resurfaced, declassified Cold War-era CIA document has gone viral for its extraordinary claims: it details an alleged incident in which Soviet soldiers were turned to stone by extraterrestrials after a confrontation with a UFO, according to a report originally compiled by the KGB and later obtained by the CIA after the Soviet Union’s collapse1357.
The Alleged Incident
Time and Place: The event reportedly occurred in 1989 or 1990 during a Soviet military training exercise, with sources variously citing Ukraine or Siberia as the location1357.
Initial Encounter: Soviet troops observed a “low-flying spaceship in the shape of a saucer” hovering above their unit. For reasons not fully explained, a soldier fired a surface-to-air missile at the UFO, causing it to crash nearby1357.
Alien Response: Five short humanoids with “large heads and large black eyes” allegedly emerged from the wreckage. According to the two surviving soldiers, the beings quickly regrouped and merged into a single, spherical object that began to emit a buzzing and hissing sound before flaring up with an extremely bright light1357.
Aftermath: The explosion of light reportedly turned 23 soldiers into “stone poles” or limestone-like pillars. Only two soldiers survived, shielded by shade from the full force of the blast1357.
KGB Actions: The KGB is said to have transported the petrified remains and the wrecked UFO to a secret research facility near Moscow. Soviet scientists allegedly concluded that the soldiers’ molecular structure had been altered to resemble limestone, caused by an unknown energy source beyond current scientific understanding1357.
The CIA’s Assessment
The CIA document, which summarizes the KGB report and media coverage from Canadian Weekly World News and the Ukrainian newspaper Holos Ukrayiny, describes the case as “a horrific picture of revenge on the part of extraterrestrial creatures, a picture that makes one’s blood freeze.” The CIA’s commentary concludes:
“If the KGB file corresponds to reality, this is an extremely menacing case. The aliens possess such weapons and technology that go beyond all our assumptions. They can stand up for themselves if attacked.”13567
Authenticity and Skepticism
Source of the Document: The CIA file is not an original intelligence report but rather a summary of foreign media and KGB documents, some of which were open-source and not independently verified by the CIA2358.
Skepticism: Former CIA officers and analysts have expressed strong doubts about the story’s authenticity, noting that the tale has likely been distorted through multiple retellings and resembles science fiction more than credible military reporting1268.
Media Origins: The story was first reported in the early 1990s by sensationalist outlets and has resurfaced periodically, most recently gaining attention through podcasts and renewed public interest in UFOs358.
Broader Context
The incident is part of a broader wave of renewed curiosity about UFOs and unidentified aerial phenomena, especially following recent U.S. government disclosures and the establishment of official task forces to investigate such reports58.
Grizzly Pines, a private gay nudist campground in Navasota, Texas, is facing backlash for its policy excluding transgender men. The controversy began when the campground reaffirmed its cisgender-only policy in a now-deleted post on Trans Day of Visibility, citing the need to preserve “comfort” and a “shared lived experience” among cisgender men. Critics argue this exclusion contradicts LGBTQ+ values of inclusion and body positivity124.
The Houston Bears and other groups have severed ties with the venue, canceling events in solidarity with trans men. Critics within the LGBTQ+ community have labeled the policy as transphobic, questioning its justification and timing24. This incident has reignited debates about exclusion and community definitions in queer spaces124.
These district court judges will not stay in their lanes. It’s time for thew Supreme Court to get involved.
We have another example we have a two-tiered justice system.
And Taylor Lorenz, who was so crazy the Washington Post canned her, goes on a rant defending a murderer.
No Justice Under the Law
A judge in Collin County, Texas, has significantly reduced the bail for Karmelo Anthony, the 17-year-old high school student accused of fatally stabbing fellow student Austin Metcalf at a Frisco track meet on April 2, 2025. Originally set at $1 million, Anthony’s bond was lowered to $250,000 following a hearing on Monday, April 14. The decision came after the judge considered testimony from Anthony’s parents, his lack of prior criminal history, his age, and his ties to the community2134.
Anthony, who faces a first-degree murder charge, was released from jail after posting the reduced bond. As conditions of his release, he is under house arrest, must wear an ankle monitor, can only leave home with the judge’s permission, must check in weekly with the court bailiff, and is prohibited from using social media214.
The defense argued that the original $1 million bond was financially oppressive, noting the family’s inability to pay and the stress the case has placed on them. The judge agreed that bond should not serve as punishment but rather ensure the defendant’s appearance in court and the safety of the community. Prosecutors opposed the reduction, citing the severity of the crime and the substantial funds raised for Anthony’s defense through crowdfunding, but the judge ultimately sided with the defense214.
The incident occurred during a dispute at a high school track meet, where witnesses say Anthony stabbed Metcalf after a confrontation over seating. Anthony has claimed self-defense, but the case remains under investigation and will be presented to a grand jury1234.
If convicted, Anthony cannot face the death penalty or life without parole due to his juvenile status, in accordance with Supreme Court precedent1. The case has drawn significant public attention and debate, with both families urging the community not to politicize or escalate tensions surrounding the tragedy21.
It Gets Worse
Karmelo Anthony’s family, following his charge in the fatal stabbing of Austin Metcalf at a Frisco, Texas, track meet, has announced plans to use a significant portion of the more than $400,000 raised through online donations to purchase a new home and hire private security. This decision comes amid what the family describes as a wave of “graphic and racist threats” after their home address was leaked online in the aftermath of the incident51112.
During a recent court hearing, Anthony’s father, Andrew Anthony, confirmed that the funds—originally raised for legal defense—would also be allocated for the family’s relocation and security needs. He cited the threats and the family’s inability to safely remain in their current residence as the primary reasons for these expenditures51112. The family’s attorney, Mike Howard, emphasized that the money is not a bond fund but is necessary for the family’s survival and safety, especially as Anthony’s father is currently on leave from work12.
The threats against the Anthony family reportedly escalated after their address was posted online, with some messages containing violent and racist imagery. In response, both the family and their legal team have prioritized moving to a safer location and securing private protection, in addition to preparing for Anthony’s legal defense451112.
As of April 15, 2025, the online fundraiser for the Anthony family had surpassed $420,000, with the stated intent to cover legal fees, relocation, and security costs. The case has drawn significant public attention and backlash, with some questioning the use of donated funds for purposes beyond legal defense, while others have expressed concern for the family’s safety in light of the threats received5612.
A federal judge has blocked the Trump administration from revoking the legal status and work permits of more than 530,000 migrants who entered the United States under the Biden-era CHNV (Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, Venezuela) humanitarian parole program. This program, launched in 2023, allowed migrants from these four countries to fly directly into the U.S. with the support of a U.S.-based sponsor, granting them temporary legal status and work authorization for two years12345678.
Key Details
Who is affected?
Over 530,000 migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela who entered the U.S. legally via the CHNV program12345678.
What did the Trump administration attempt?
The administration sought to terminate the CHNV program and revoke the legal status and work permits of these migrants, instructing them to leave the U.S. by April 24, 2025, or face deportation235.
What did the judge decide?
U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani ruled that the government cannot revoke the legal status of these migrants en masse without conducting individualized, case-by-case reviews12345678.
The judge stated that “early termination, without any case-by-case justification, of legal status for noncitizens who have complied with DHS programs and entered the country lawfully undermines the rule of law”24.
The ruling temporarily halts the administration’s plan, preserving the migrants’ legal status and work permits while legal challenges continue12345678.
Legal and Humanitarian Rationale
The court cited due process concerns, emphasizing that mass deportations would deny migrants a fair opportunity to challenge removal and could cause significant harm, including family separation and danger upon return to their home countries14567.
The judge also granted class certification, meaning the order applies to all CHNV parolees as a group58.
Broader Context
The CHNV program was designed to provide a legal pathway for migrants from these countries, aiming to reduce unlawful border crossings and allow for better vetting235.
The Trump administration argued the program was an overreach of executive authority and contributed to system strain, but the court found the administration’s approach to be legally insufficient5.
The Department of Homeland Security has not yet announced whether it will appeal the ruling1.
Implications
Migrants in the CHNV program retain their legal status and work permits for now.
The ruling is a significant setback for the Trump administration’s efforts to quickly dismantle Biden-era immigration policies.
The case will continue in court, and the migrants’ status is protected at least until a final decision is reached12345678.
The X post by The Post Millennial captures a meeting on April 14, 2025, in the Oval Office where El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele told U.S. officials he would not deport Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran national accused of MS-13 ties, back to the U.S., citing concerns over smuggling a terrorist into the country (Axios, 2025).
Bukele’s stance follows a controversial U.S. deportation of Abrego Garcia, despite a 2019 court order granting him “withholding from removal” status due to potential harm in El Salvador, an action the U.S. Justice Department later attributed to an administrative error (Axios, 2025).
The meeting coincides with U.S. discussions on deporting gang members, as Secretary Marco Rubio recently noted the transfer of 250 gang members, including 23 MS-13 members, to El Salvador’s Terrorism Confinement Center, highlighting Bukele’s hardline anti-gang policies (Newsweek, 2025).
El Salvador’s President Bukele states that he will not deport MS-13 terrorists to the United States.

A new study is released that states the obvious about Leftism.
Microsoft does what it needs to do to keep order within their company. It’s about time.
And The manifest of the Covenant school shooter is out and now we know why it was hidden for two years.
What a Shock!
A recent survey conducted by the Network Contagion Research Institute (NCRI) and Rutgers University’s Social Perception Lab has revealed troubling levels of support for political violence among certain segments of the U.S. population, particularly those identifying as left-of-center. The survey found that 55% of self-identified leftists believe it would be at least somewhat justified to murder President Donald Trump, while 48% expressed similar views regarding Elon Musk, who currently serves as Trump’s government efficiency adviser126.
The report highlights the emergence of what it terms an “assassination culture,” characterized by the normalization of violent rhetoric and actions targeting political figures and public figures like Trump and Musk. This trend is reportedly amplified through social media platforms like BlueSky, which the study links to radical ideation and the spread of memes glorifying political violence67.
The survey also uncovered broader support for property destruction, with nearly 40% of respondents (and 57% of left-leaning participants) considering it at least somewhat acceptable to destroy Tesla dealerships in protest. These findings align with a broader pattern of hostility toward Musk and his enterprises, which have faced increased vandalism and threats since his appointment by Trump14.
The NCRI report warns that unless political and cultural leaders explicitly condemn these trends, there is a growing risk of real-world escalation. It also notes that this phenomenon is not confined to fringe elements but reflects a broader shift in public attitudes among some left-leaning groups67.
Microsoft recently terminated two employees, Ibtihal Aboussad and Vaniya Agrawal, following their protests during the company’s 50th anniversary celebrations. The protests centered on Microsoft’s alleged involvement in supplying artificial intelligence technology to the Israeli military, which the employees claimed contributed to human rights violations in Gaza123.
Details of the Protests:
Ibtihal Aboussad interrupted a keynote speech by Microsoft AI CEO Mustafa Suleyman, accusing the company of selling AI weapons to Israel and being complicit in the deaths of tens of thousands of Palestinians. She threw a keffiyeh scarf—a symbol of solidarity with Palestinians—onto the stage before being escorted out156.
Vaniya Agrawal disrupted a panel featuring Satya Nadella, Bill Gates, and Steve Ballmer, accusing Microsoft of enabling genocide and celebrating profits made from military contracts258.
Both employees were affiliated with an internal activist group called “No Azure for Apartheid,” which campaigns against Microsoft’s cloud services contract with the Israeli government38.
Microsoft’s Response:
Aboussad was dismissed for “acts of misconduct” that were deemed disruptive and inappropriate by the company47.
Agrawal had previously submitted her resignation, but Microsoft expedited her departure following her protest27.
In an internal memo, Microsoft emphasized its commitment to open dialogue but stated that disruptive behavior undermining business operations would not be tolerated411.
The firings have sparked broader debates about corporate ethics, employee activism, and freedom of expression within tech companies. Critics argue that Microsoft’s actions reflect a prioritization of business interests over addressing ethical concerns raised by its employees38.
The Covenant School shooter was identified as Aiden Hale, born Audrey Elizabeth Hale, a 28-year-old transgender man and former student of the school.
In a passage read by Kelly on her show, dated June 6 2021, Hale wrote that Columbine shooters Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold were “gods. All those little dumb sh*ts in other school shootings during the 1990s were not gods, just cowards, even if maybe they had a reason, they left it a mystery. I realized that after knowing Columbine, I immediately became attached to it, not just the notorious outcome but the preceding evidence leading up to it.”
“I feel I am the reincarnation of Dylan Klebold. My thoughts of depression are forever linked to his and my experience as well.”
Another entry stated, “kill all the white kids. Kill my own race” and “destroy all the white people who are teachers. Let all the black kids go unless, if I don’t like you.”
One entry written months later said, “black people were given fate, given nothing, while white people get power in the White House, have all the privileges, even to white people like me. White people are born with privileges. Black people aren’t.” Hale later added, “being white sucks, but being black is so cool. Black people should rule. White people should fall, every white person who lived and died. I hate you all.”
In one entry dated April 12, 2022, titled “let kids choose their sex,” Hale wrote, “I only wore some nice girl clothes as a cover-up from the truth, which I denied myself all these years. And I hated all of it. It was miserable being raised a girl because I had no choice. There was lack of education, research, and medicine to help society or parents better understand transgender.”
The entry continued, “I didn’t know trans existed. I thought you could only be gay or bi and that’s the fate you had. But transgender is transcending way deeper to the core. There is still medicine to be approved by the FDA, and so little research has been done. If I had puberty blockers back then, I would have transitioned a long time ago, but I didn’t know you could possibly change your sex.”
“I’m mad that no one told me until I was 22. I feel I’m too old and too late to become a man. Now, the process takes months to years. By the time that happens, I’m 30, and then 10 years later I got a bald spot on my head and looked like an old man. Hell no. It’s best to start at 16 for shots, but my youth is over way past now, and it’s over.”
“How dare God hand me a training bra when I didn’t know WTF it was? As a kid, I hated it much more. I’d like to dispose my vagina. We should all choose our gender.”
The next page was titled “trans man,” Kelly said, with the passage reading, “I knew I was a boy the moment first memories and development formed. Being a tomboy wasn’t a phase. Parents forced children into which the way (sic) they were biologically born. I don’t care what authority says, but no adult is fair when they don’t let their children want to choose being a boy or girl, because they think children don’t know anything.”
One page was titled “killer list,” and was a list of those who perpetrated the Columbine, Sandy Hook, and Parkland school shootings as well as the DC snipers, Jeffrey Dahmer, Tim McVeigh, Jim Jones, and others.
The writings also included printed-out pages taped to the journal titled “I hate the American people,” with Hale writing, “white people who want to take away instead of adding more. What do you call that? America is not the land of the free, it’s a land full of idiots. It will only get worse in this country, not near enough gods like me. America and its people all destined to soon be destroyed.”
Let’s have an uncomfortable and necessary conversation about race relations.
Let’s Have That Uncomfortable Conversation
On April 2, 2025, a tragic stabbing at a high school track meet in Frisco, Texas, claimed the life of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf, a junior at Memorial High School. The incident occurred during the UIL District 11-5A track meet at Kuykendall Stadium, where students from multiple schools were competing. Austin’s twin brother, Hunter, was present and attempted to save him after the stabbing, but Austin succumbed to his injuries shortly after being transported to a hospital126.
Details of the Incident
The altercation began under Memorial High School’s team tent when Austin reportedly asked Karmelo Anthony, a 17-year-old student from Centennial High School, to leave the tent as he did not belong to their team. Witnesses stated that Anthony responded by opening his bag and warning, “Touch me and see what happens.” When Austin pushed or grabbed him, Anthony pulled out a knife and stabbed him once in the chest before fleeing. He was later apprehended near the stadium349.
Aftermath and Reactions
Hunter Metcalf described holding his brother as he died, saying he tried to stop the bleeding but was unable to save him. Their father, Jeff Metcalf, expressed anguish over the loss and questioned how such an event could occur without adequate security measures in place67. The family has received an outpouring of community support but is focused on grieving and honoring Austin’s memory3.
Anthony was charged with first-degree murder and is being held on a $1 million bond. According to arrest reports, he claimed self-defense during his initial statements to police but admitted to stabbing Austin48. The investigation is ongoing as authorities work to piece together the full circumstances of the incident.
Community Impact
The tragedy has deeply affected students and staff at Memorial High School and raised concerns about safety at school events. The track meet was postponed and relocated, with Frisco ISD promising updated security measures moving forward59.

A GoFundMe campaign has been launched to support the legal defense of Karmelo Anthony, a 17-year-old charged with murder following the stabbing death of Austin Metcalf at a high school track meet in Frisco, Texas, on April 2, 2025. The incident reportedly began with a dispute over seating, escalating into a fatal altercation. Anthony’s family and supporters claim he acted in self-defense, while Metcalf’s family disputes this narrative128.
The crowdfunding efforts have raised significant amounts across multiple platforms. A GiveSendGo campaign has collected over $85,000 as of April 6, while GoFundMe campaigns have also been organized by supporters under titles such as “Support Karmelo Anthony’s Legal Defense” and “Support Karmelo Anthony’s Fight for Justice”234. These campaigns emphasize Anthony’s academic achievements, lack of a criminal record, and the family’s need for financial assistance to cover legal fees and other expenses13.
Colorado is currently considering House Bill 25-1312, known as the “Kelly Loving Act,” which proposes significant legal protections for transgender individuals. The bill aims to address issues such as misgendering, deadnaming, and gender-affirming care, particularly in contexts involving family law, education, and public accommodations.
Key Provisions of HB25-1312
Misgendering and Deadnaming as Child Abuse: The bill classifies misgendering (using pronouns inconsistent with someone’s gender identity) and deadnaming (using a person’s birth name rather than their chosen name) as forms of “coercive control” in child custody cases. Courts would consider such actions when determining parental responsibilities and the best interests of the child146.
Anti-Discrimination Protections: Misgendering and deadnaming would be explicitly defined as discriminatory acts under the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act. This would prohibit such behavior in places of public accommodation, including businesses and schools. Violators could face penalties such as fines or mandatory anti-discrimination training146.
School Policies: Schools would be required to adopt inclusive policies regarding chosen names and gender-neutral dress codes. They would also need to accommodate any reason a student might use a name different from their legal name356.
Public Entities’ Use of Chosen Names: Public agencies would be mandated to provide space for both legal names and chosen names on official forms. Once a chosen name is listed, it must be used on all future documentation administered by the agency67.
Parental Rights Protections: Colorado courts would be prohibited from enforcing out-of-state laws that penalize families for supporting gender-affirming care for minors36.
Criticisms and Concerns
Critics argue that the bill could infringe on free speech rights by compelling individuals to use specific names or pronouns, even if doing so conflicts with personal beliefs. Some opponents also view the classification of misgendering and deadnaming as child abuse as overly broad and potentially harmful to parental rights15. Additionally, concerns have been raised about the administrative burden on public entities required to track chosen names5.
Broader Implications
If passed, HB25-1312 could set a national precedent for transgender protections, reinforcing Colorado’s position as a sanctuary state for gender-diverse individuals37. However, it remains controversial due to its potential impact on free speech, parental rights, and business practices.
The bill is still under consideration in the Colorado legislature, and its final form may include amendments addressing some of these concerns.

Major corporations, including Amazon, Costco, Microsoft, and Nordstrom, are warning Washington state lawmakers that proposed tax increases could lead to a corporate exodus and harm the state’s economic stability. These companies, alongside others such as Alaska Airlines, Zillow, T-Mobile, and Puget Sound Energy, co-signed a letter urging the legislature to reconsider payroll and wealth tax proposals aimed at addressing a significant budget shortfall of $12–16 billion134.
Key Concerns Raised by Businesses
Economic Impact of Taxes:
The proposed taxes include a statewide payroll tax modeled after Seattle’s 2020 “JumpStart” tax. This tax would impose a 5% levy on employee wages above the Social Security wage limit for companies with annual payrolls exceeding $7 million2.
Critics argue that these measures would increase operational costs, making Washington less competitive compared to other regions. For example, it is reportedly 30% cheaper to employ software engineers in Vancouver, Canada, than in the Puget Sound area12.
Threats to Job Growth:
Business leaders warned that higher taxes could drive jobs out of the state. Microsoft President Brad Smith highlighted that Amazon has reduced its Seattle workforce by 10,000 jobs since the implementation of the “JumpStart” tax, while adding 25,000 jobs in Bellevue16.
Smith also pointed to historical examples in Europe where similar wealth taxes were abolished due to negative economic consequences, including job losses16.
Unsustainable Spending Growth:
The letter criticized Washington’s spending trends, noting that the state’s operating budget has more than doubled over the past decade, growing by 37% in just the last four years—far outpacing population and income growth13.
Businesses argued that even without new taxes, existing revenue sources are projected to grow by 6.8% in the 2025–2027 biennium and 7.7% in the following biennium13.
Legislative Context
Democratic lawmakers have floated various revenue measures to address the budget gap, including payroll and business taxes. However, Governor Bob Ferguson has stated he would veto any bill containing a wealth tax due to concerns about its economic impact34. While proponents of these taxes argue they are necessary for funding public services like education and housing, opponents—including Republicans and business leaders—believe spending cuts should be prioritized instead45.
Broader Implications
The business community has warned that these tax proposals could lead to long-term damage to Washington’s economic competitiveness. Companies have already begun shifting jobs to more business-friendly regions like Idaho or British Columbia. Additionally, some wealthy residents have reportedly moved out of Washington to avoid higher taxes23.
In summary, corporate leaders are urging lawmakers to reconsider these tax hikes, emphasizing their potential to undermine entrepreneurship, discourage job creation, and harm economic stability across the state134.
Here’s is some trans news that we can’t skip. That’s because it is being ignored by the media and is really becoming a problem for women.
Stephanie Turner, a female fencer, was disqualified from the Cherry Blossom Open in Maryland on March 30, 2025, after refusing to compete against Redmond Sullivan, a transgender woman. Turner protested by kneeling and removing her mask prior to the match, stating that she would not fence against Sullivan because she believed it was unfair for a transgender woman to compete in a women’s event. This act of protest resulted in her receiving a black card, which disqualified her from the tournament135.
The governing body for high school sports in Washington State has announced that it will not ban men from women’s sports following legal threats from Democratic officials.
Washington state law currently requires educational agencies to allow students to participate in interscholastic sports “that most closely aligns with their gender identity.” The Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) previously announced that it had proposed two bylaw amendments that would limit participants in girls’ sports to students who were born as females and prevent students who were born male and now identify as female from competing in girls’ sports following multiple headline-grabbing victories by boys in Washington competing in girls’ events.
A transgender athlete took home first place in a varsity high jump competition at an Oregon high school meet Wednesday, roughly two years after finishing last while competing against junior varsity boys, according to a report.
Lia Rose, who reportedly used to compete as Zachary, won the high jump at the Portland Interscholastic League Varsity Relays with a height of 4 feet, 8 inches, beating the second-place finisher by two inches.
A trans-identified male is lashing out against the New York City Tennis League Network after being banned from competing against women. Cameron ‘Cammie’ Woodman, 25, is now on a crusade to have the Network banned from using public courts by complaining to city officials.
Last week, Woodman played two sets against female opponents in the Lincoln Terrace Park tennis courts of Brooklyn and was victorious in both matches. One of his opponents then contacted the Tennis League Network’s CEO, Steve Chagnon, to alert him about the presence of a male in the women’s matches. The Tennis League Network is an amateur recreational league with branches nationwide.
Chagnon, head of the Tennis League Network, forwarded the complaint to Woodman with the accompanying message: “Can we move you over to an appropriate level Men’s Division?”
Woodman refused the offer, stating: “I am a transgender woman who has been medically transitioning for the past four years. I believe in my integrity as a woman player, as I play women often… I am not willing to join a men’s league where I would have a disadvantage due to my medical transition.”
He went on to name the woman who had sent in the complaint, and slammed her as “a very inexperienced player who wouldn’t even have rated as high as a 3.0 based on her skills,” and added that he found it “offensive” that she had brought the matter to Chagnon.
Woodman additionally shared a series of posts further demanding action to “fight transphobia on NY courts” and stating that the Tennis League Network “should be removed from our city’s courts for violating NY Human Rights Law”. He is calling on the New York City Parks Department and the New York City Commission on Human Rights to investigate.
Professional disc golf athlete Abigail Wilson walked off the tee in protest over the inclusion of a trans-identified male in the women’s competition this week. Wilson found herself being expected to compete against male participant Logan ‘Natalie’ Ryan in the Music City Open held in Nashville, and refused in an act of defiance being celebrated by women’s rights advocates the world over.
Wilson posted a video of her protest to her Instagram account, saying: “Females deserve to have their gender protected division be protected. This is unfair. I have worked so hard to get to this point to play on the DGPT, but the sacrifice of my career and my hard work is worth it if it means I can make a difference for other women, daughters, nieces, and the future of our sport. If you feel how wrong it is to have biological males be competing in female protected divisions in sports, now is the time to speak up and stand your ground.”
She added that she had been having “anxiety” about playing against the trans-identified male because of “threats of violence” at last year’s competition, referencing a terrorist threat that had suspended the Music City Open last year.
When Ultimate Pool crowns a women’s champion for the Pro Series event on Sunday, the winner will be a biological male. That’s because both the finalists, Harriet Haynes and Lucy Smith, are males who “identify” as women.
Anjela Borisova Urumova, a 20-year-old woman from Bristol Township, Pennsylvania, was sentenced on April 1, 2025, to 45 days to 23 months in the Bucks County Correctional Facility after filing a false police report about an alleged attempted rape and kidnapping. The incident occurred in April 2024 in the parking lot of a Redner’s grocery store in Middletown Township. Her false accusations led to the wrongful imprisonment of an innocent man, Daniel Pierson, for 31 days before her claims were disproven through a thorough investigation by law enforcement126.
Urumova initially alleged that Pierson attacked her from behind, attempted to pull down her pants, punched her, and tried to abduct her. However, inconsistencies in her account were uncovered through surveillance footage and forensic analysis of her cellphone data. Confronted with the evidence, Urumova admitted she fabricated the entire story. She later revealed that she had targeted Pierson because she found him “creepy” after seeing him and his truck in the area previously27.
In January 2025, Urumova pled guilty to seven misdemeanor charges, including filing false reports, tampering with physical evidence, and unsworn falsification to authorities. She faced a potential sentence of up to 17 years but received a reduced sentence due to her plea deal. In addition to jail time, she was ordered to serve one year of probation, undergo a mental health evaluation, pay $3,600 in restitution to the victim, and avoid any contact with him or his family368.
The case has drawn significant attention due to its impact on the victim and broader societal implications. Bucks County District Attorney Jennifer Schorn emphasized that such false accusations can erode public trust in the justice system and jeopardize legitimate cases of sexual violence16.
