Election Interference

According to the Daily Wire:

The Colorado Supreme Court removed former President Donald Trump from the state’s 2024 presidential ballot on Tuesday after ruling that he engaged in an insurrection with his actions on January 6, 2021.

The 4-3 ruling will be placed on hold pending appeal until January 4, the Court said in its ruling.

“A majority of the court holds that President Trump is disqualified from holding the office of President under Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution,” the ruling said. “Because he is disqualified, it would be a wrongful act under the Election Code for the Colorado Secretary of State to list him as a candidate on the presidential primary ballot.”

The Trump campaign responded to the ruling by saying that they would “swiftly file an appeal,” calling it “a completely flawed decision” that was “deeply undemocratic.”

“We have full confidence that the U.S. Supreme Court will quickly rule in our favor and finally put an end to these unAmerican lawsuits,” a spokesperson for the campaign said.

The Court said that they had “little difficulty concluding that substantial evidence” existed that showed “a concerted and public use of force or threat of force by a group of people to hinder or prevent the U.S. government from taking the actions necessary to accomplish the peaceful transfer of power in this country.”

The Court said that because of this, “the events of January 6 constituted an insurrection.”

“We do not reach these conclusions lightly,” the Court said in its ruling. “We are mindful of the magnitude and weight of the questions now before us. We are likewise mindful of our solemn duty to apply the law, without fear or favor, and without being swayed by public reaction to the decisions that the law mandates we reach.”

Some things:

• This was a 4-3 ruling, all judges are Democrats. It looks partisan.
• The 14th Amendment is based off the Confederacy after the Civil War.
• There is no definition of insurrection. The 14th Amendment opened it up to Congress to create laws. They didn’t. This is basically based on a law that hasn’t been defined.
• Trump hasn’t been convicted of anything. The reason? He didn’t initiate January 6th. It’s on tape. He would win any trial put out there.

According to the New York Post:

50-year-old transgender swimmer was allowed to compete against teenage girls at an event in Canada — with horrified parents building a makeshift tent out of towels to shield girls as young as 8 in the locker room.

Melody Wiseheart, who once competed under the name Nicholas Cepeda, sparked outrage while competing during the Trojan Cup in Barrie, Ontario.

“The girls were terrified,” an unidentified parent of one of the teenagers told the Toronto Sun of having to share a locker room with the much older trans swimmer.

“It’s all so confusing for the kids,” another parent said. “No one is comfortable.

“Everyone is accepting of all people, but them swimming against our kids and being in a locker room with them is not appropriate.”

Wiseheart, a professor at York University, participated in several events at the event over the first three days of December, including the women’s 1500-meter freestyle for athletes 16 and older, in which she placed second.

If the university signs athlete Tate Drageset’s offer next fall, he will take one of 12 National Collegiate Athletic Association DI volleyball scholarships available for women at the school, Reduxx reported Wednesday.

An anonymous source whom Reduxx identified as “the parent of a minor player within the Southern California Volleyball Association (SCVA) community” expressed concerns to the outlet about “the steady escalation of Drageset’s participation in women’s volleyball,” according to the news outlet.

“As he got older, it became more obvious that something was off,” the source told Reduxx. “Anytime the subject of [Drageset] would come up EVERY PARENT from any SCVA team already knew about him. Parents look around before they speak in hushed tones. Some will wait to discuss until outside the gym.”

“Everyone is scared of how their child will be treated if they speak up,” according to the parent. “The stealing of positions and opportunities has been infuriating and so sad when you see how it affects the girls. There is no concern for their mental health or safety after being replaced.”

Add going out for dinner to the lengthening list of things Gen Z simply can’t — or won’t — do like the rest of us.

A surprising majority of young people reported suffering from “menu anxiety” while eating in a public setting, a study conducted by British restaurant chain Prezzo found.

Researchers asked more than 2,000 people how relaxed they felt while eating out, hoping to gauge how enjoyable the experience is for everyone.

About 86% of Gen Z adults (aged 18 to 24 in this study) admitted they have suffered from “menu anxiety” when dining in restaurants — compared to 67% of all respondents.

Some of these young adults (34%) reported feeling so anxious, they wind up asking other people at the table to speak to waiters on their behalf.

“[While] most people look forward to dining out during the [holiday] season, we know — as our research shows — it can be stressful for some,” Dean Challenger, CEO of Prezzo, told The Post in a statement.

The frequent occurrence of this very specific fear appeared to be triggered by the increasingly exorbitant cost of a meal out, along with the respondent worrying about not being able to find something they like on the menu, or, after the fact, regretting what they ordered.

The End Goal

According to the New York Post:

Humans may be fueling global warming by breathing, a new study suggests.

“Exhaled human breath can contain small, elevated concentrations of methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O), both of which contribute to global warming,” according to research released last week in the UK  journal PLOS.

The methane and nitrous oxide exhaled by humans make up about 0.1 of the UK’s greenhouse gas emissions, the writeup said.

The gases are in addition to the carbon dioxide that humans exhale.

The study, led by Dr. Nicholas Cowan from the UK Center for Ecology and Hydrology, involved 104 adult volunteers and found that nitrous oxide was breathed out by every one of them, while 31 percent exhaled methane.

Those who did not exhale methane in their breath still probably released the gas “ion flatus,” the study said, referring to burping and flatulence.

“We report only emissions in breath in this study, and flatus emissions are likely to increase these values significantly, though no literature characterizes these emissions for people in the UK,” the research team wrote.

“Assuming that livestock and other wild animals also exhale emissions of N2O, there may still be a small but significant unaccounted-for source of N2O emissions in the UK, which could account for more than 1% of national-scale emissions,” they added.

Gas concentrations in the study samples allowed researchers to estimate that human breath accounts for 0.05 percent of the UK’s methane emission and 0.1 percent of nitrous oxide.

The study did not reveal a link between exhaled gases and diet.

“Concentration enhancement of both CH4 and N2O in the breath of vegetarians and meat consumers are similar in magnitude,” the researchers said. “Based on these results, we can state that, when estimating emissions from a population within the UK, diet or future diet changes are unlikely to be important when estimating emissions [exhale] across the UK as a whole.”

Sullivan was reacting to the latest trailer for Grand Theft Auto IV, which was released last Monday and garnered more than 93 million views in 24 hours on YouTube, shattering previous records for a non-music video. 

After the trailer’s wildly popular release, commenters sounded off that some of the characters in the game resembled a handful of viral real-life Florida moments, including an alligator walking into a convenience store, a woman threatening people with two hammers, and a police officer chasing a naked man down a street, according to video game website Kotaku.

Focus Features released a trailer for its upcoming drama-comedy “The American Society of Magical Negroes” on Friday, and it did not go over well at all, if social media reactions are anything to gauge.

Blacks really seem to have a really hard time understanding something. It’s cruel but true. Nobody cares about you. White people do not care about you. That’s OK, white people don’t care about other white people.

We worry about ourselves, our families and those in our immediate circles. We don’t care about you or the fact that great-great-great-great grandfather was a slave. If you were a slave in this country, we might care. But you’re not so we don’t.

According to the BBC:

The leader of the Roman Catholic Church said priests should be permitted to bless same-sex and “irregular” couples, under certain circumstances.

But the Vatican said blessings should not be part of regular Church rituals or related to civil unions or weddings.

It added that it continues to view marriage as between a man and a woman.

Pope Francis approved a document issued by the Vatican announcing the change on Monday. The Vatican said it should be a sign that “God welcomes all”, but the document says priests must decide on a case-by-case basis.

Introducing the text, Cardinal Víctor Manuel Fernández, the prefect of the Church, said that the new declaration remained “firm on the traditional doctrine of the Church about marriage”.

But he added that in keeping with the Pope’s “pastoral vision” of “broadening” the appeal of the Catholic Church, the new guidelines would allow priests to bless relationships still considered sinful.

People receiving a blessing “should not be required to have prior moral perfection”, according to the declaration.

In the Catholic Church, a blessing is a prayer or plea, usually delivered by a minister, asking for God to look favourably on the person or people being blessed.

Cardinal Fernández emphasised that the new stance does not validate the status of same-sex couples in the eyes of the Catholic Church.

The declaration represents a softening of tone from the Catholic Church, although not a change in position. In 2021, the Pope said priests could not bless same-sex marriages because God cannot “bless sin”.

Pope Francis had suggested in October that he was open to having the Church bless same-sex couples.

Bishops in certain countries have previously allowed priests to bless same-sex couples, though the position of Church authorities remained unclear.

Democratic Boston Mayor Michelle Wu is facing criticism after a member of her administration sent out an email invitation for a Christmas party that excluded white officials.

City Council relations director Denise DosSantos mistakenly sent out the email to all city council members inviting them to an “Electeds of Color Holiday Party.”

“On behalf of Mayor Michelle Wu, I cordially invite you and a guest to the Electeds of Color Holiday Party on Wednesday, December 13 at 5:30 p.m. at the Parkman House, 33 Beacon Street,” DosSantos wrote. 

Fifteen minutes later, DosSantos sent out another email apologizing for sending the email to all council members, indicating that it wasn’t supposed to be sent to white members of the council. 

“I wanted to apologize for my previous email regarding the Holiday Party for tomorrow. I did send that to everyone by accident, I apologize if my email may have offended or came across as so,” DosSantos wrote, according to Boston 25 News. “Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.”

She also had a statement the next day:

Understand something, Michelle Wu is really stupid. The very same weekend she hosted a segregated party, banning white people, she had a press conference mobilizing the police and FBI against white supremacy.

It has been revealed that California is drowning in a $68 billion budget deficit which has resulted in the state defaulting on a $20 billion loan from the federal government.

The multi-billion dollar deficit comes under Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom’s leadership and is so extreme that Newsom’s Department of Finance has called for a spending freeze across state agencies. Newsom’s administration has made a similar decision only once before which was at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic when revenue began to plummet, KCRA News reports.

“California is now facing a $68 billion deficit. It has also defaulted on a $20 billion loan from the federal government. The situation is so dire the state is telling agencies not to replace broken printers or re-stock office supplies. Workers are being stripped of benefits and could face furloughs,” Kiley said.

The Republican congressman went into further detail and explained, “This is all happening as the state has spent billions funding High-Speed Rail and expanding Medi-Cal to all undocumented immigrants, while losing billions in tax revenue from people leaving the state.”

A letter sent to state agencies from Newsom’s Department of Finance issued a set of demands that would hopefully ease the significant budget deficits trajected in fiscal years 2023-24 and 2024-25.

Is This an Act of War?

According to Fox News:

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is warning agents to be on the lookout for explosive devices. 

A federal law-enforcement source shared with FOX Business Network an internal officer safety alert dated December 13th that warns CBP agents to be vigilant after the Mexican military seized 10 improvised explosive devices (IEDs) at the border.

The IEDs were found by Mexican authorities after Tucson border patrol observed gunshots at the U.S.-Mexico border and a Tucson supervisory border patrol agent arrested an armed person on the U.S. side who had a loaded AK-47 rifle, two loaded AK magazines, loose rounds and a handgun. 

CBP is warning its agents to “exercise extreme caution and should report any possible armed subjects approaching the border with possible explosive devices,” according to the memo.

What happened was a hole was found at the border fence and the cartels were fighting over it. One Cartel for human trafficking and the other to smuggle drugs.

Apparently, Border Patrol wasn’t targeted.

Question: Are we at war yet?

Well, Arizona thinks so. They have called the National Guard in to protect the border. What’s funny is that the governor there is a far Leftist who was just fine with the border being open. Not anymore.

Color Me Shocked!

According to the Daily Wire:;

U.S. Capitol Police is reportedly investigating a gay sex tape that appears to have been filmed in the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing room in the Hart Senate Office Building in Washington D.C.

Why is this a shock?

The Daily Caller obtained and released the recording of the alleged staffer having anal sex with another man, who is not identified.

“The alleged staffer can also be seen in a photo, naked on all fours, looking back at the camera on the table where Senators often sit to ask questions during a hearing. It appears to be unprotected sex,” The Daily Caller’s Henry Rodgers reports.

The Washington Free Beacon reports that the staffer allegedly is Aidan Maese-Czeropski, who worked as a legislative aide for Sen. Ben Cardin (D-MD). Maese-Czeropski has since responded to the allegations in a statement on social media, saying that he has been “attacked for who I love,” and that he “would never disrespect my workplace” and is “exploring what legal options are available to me.”

Cardin’s office released a statement on Saturday saying that Maese-Czeropski was “no longer employed by the U.S. Senate.” The declined to comment further on the matter.

No, It Happened

Last week was the 250th anniversary of the Boston Tea Party. There was a huge celebration in Boston.

There is an opinion piece in the Washington Post by Theodore Johnson called Was the Boston Tea Party an Act of Terrorism? It Depends.

Normally, I would tell you I read the first two paragraphs, saw it was predicated on bullshit and would dismiss the article. There are books out there that I threw away because the introduction was all lies. Ibram X. Kendi’s book, How To Be An Antiracist is an example of this.

Two hundred and fifty years ago this week, a group of men descended on Boston Harbor, boarded three privately owned ships and dumped more than 45 tons of tea overboard. They were upset about the Tea Act of 1773, part of a suite of taxes that the British Parliament used to fund the British governors in the colonies. The size of the tax wasn’t the problem; the legitimacy of it was. The people who would soon become Americans resented being forced by a legislature they didn’t elect to pay for leaders they didn’t choose.

The story of that night became lore — and the lore evolved into national myth. The Boston Tea Party has come to symbolize the revolutionary spirit that led to independence. It engraved the catchphrase “no taxation without representation” on the country’s cornerstone and signified the embrace of democracy.

This guy is calling the Boston Tea Party a myth and lore. It actually happened. There’s no myth or lore about it. Of course, he would like to make it a myth and lore because it is something Americans should be proud of.

Yet there’s another version of the event, one less suitable for national mythology. A horde of White men disguised themselves as Native Americans — coppering their faces and donning headdresses in the same tradition that would lead to blackfaced minstrel shows decades later — to commit seditious conspiracy and destroy private property. The riotous mob trespassed on three ships and destroyed goods worth nearly $2 million in today’s money — all because they didn’t want to obey a duly passed law.

Here you go. The Boston Tea Party was made up of a bunch of racists. Minstrel shows actually existed before this event, but mostly in the south.

The outfits were worn to disguise themselves. They weren’t wearing them to be racist but not to get caught. Kind of like when all those hoodlums wear goodies as they’re robbing a Target.

And the law to raise taxes WASN’T duly passed. THAT WAS THE POINT OF THE ATTACK!

Only one of these versions is central to our national identity. The other is swept under history’s rug to prevent the colonists from being cast as common criminals hiding behind racist face paint. How a country chooses to remember a historic event, and the parts it chooses to forget, reveals its character. The event’s characters matter, too.

He’s right. We can see the character of the individual, especially this writer. If you look at the Boston Tea Party and only see that it’s racist, I suggest your character is very flawed. Short-sighted, ignorant, self-centered, unappreciated and racist.

I also want to add that this guy probably thinks the above-mentioned guys robbing the Target are victims of a racist society and he had no problem with the $1 billion in damage the BLM riots caused. Do you really respect this guy’s opinion of who is a criminal or not?

A nation’s myths — exaggerated or imagined as they might be — shape its identity. Scholars claim these myths merge fiction and truth, transform incidents into parables, become sacred and resilient in the face of scrutiny, and influence personal and group behavior. If you want to know what a nation thinks of itself, listen to the stories that persist. And if you want to know whom a nation values, look to the heroes of those myths.

Again, the Boston Tea Party was not a myth. It did happen. It did lead to the Revolutionary War and freedom from Britain. It did lead to thw formation of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.

American myths say something about our nature, about who we are, about where we’re going. Whether George Washington truly confessed to cutting down a cherry tree is less important than making the prototypical American honest and a lover of truth. The self-made man is also a mythical American creation, consecrating the link between hard work and prosperity; it suggests that failure is either a personal choice or a personal defect. The collection of myths about the nation’s providence and the melting pot and manifest destiny feed the idea of American exceptionalism — a shining city on a hill, the first thing the light touches.

We see why he has issues with myths. Men cannot be self-made. Men cannot be honest and truthful (especially white men). Personal choice do not exist and the country is not exceptional.

I not-so-respectfully disagree. All those things exist.

They are moving stories. But the heroes of these myths don’t look like the majority of Americans today. Many of us descend from people labeled threats or, at best, sidekicks and free riders. It leaves us wondering when we’ll get to be the protagonists in a core national myth.

It’s for this reason that there’s a growing clamor for new American stories. Not because the lessons of the foundational myths are invalid, but because heroes should look like the nation they embody, the people they represent. Being able to see yourself in a story validates both the person and the example. Harriet Tubman and Rosa Parks and Thurgood Marshall, for example, made the United States truer to its principles. They demonstrated how a previously excluded people can be the fullest expression of — not a threat to — the nation’s virtue.

There you have it. There can be no white heroes. They can only be black.

New stories, however, disrupt old myths. The main characters change. And the folks who identify with the people in the earlier telling feel displaced. Debates about historical facts disguise the true source of tension: which of us is at the center of the story.

Benjamin L. Carp, author of “Defiance of the Patriots: The Boston Tea Party & the Making of America,” says that night on the wharf is such a formative myth because it reveals a core tension between two values: democratic protest, and law and order. It was principled and nonviolent, carried out by common folk who believed virtue was on their side. It was also criminal — Carp notes that a comparable event now might be classified as an act of terrorism.

The paradox remains alive and well. The civil rights movement was both a First Amendment triumph and branded unlawful by officials who sent in police with batons and dogs. Some considered Black Lives Matter protests to be legitimate civil disobedience, while others focused on the property damage that sometimes occurred alongside the protests and declared the movement fundamentally un-American. Many rioters who stormed the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, were duly convicted of seditious conspiracy and property damage, while a quarter of the country regards them as patriots and “political prisoners.”

Both democratic protest and law and order are widely regarded as vital American values. Yet we disagree about which protesters should be deemed patriots and which should be gathered up by the long arm of the law. Who will be the champions of our myths? It is a foundational quandary worth marking, one engraved into the nation’s cornerstone.

Colorado attorneys for two men accused of stealing items from Kohl’s, including KitchenAid appliances, argued for lesser charges during the trial because some items their clients stole were on sale.

The District Attorney’s office for Colorado’s 18th Judicial District, which includes the counties of Lincoln, Elbert, Douglas and Arapahoe, said 50-year-old Michael Green and 37-year-old Byron Bolden were sentenced this month after they were convicted of retail theft at a Parker, Colorado, Kohl’s department store.

An investigation learned Green and Bolden were connected to other Kohl’s thefts, leading to the store calling the duo the “KitchenAid Mixer Crew.”

While Green and Bolden stole KitchenAid appliances, they also stole things like brand-name shoes and clothing.

Surveillance footage taken at the store assisted investigators with identifying the suspects, leading to their arrest. Both men pleaded not guilty to the crimes.

During the trial, the defense attorneys told members of the jury that Green and Bolden should face a lesser misdemeanor charge since some of the items they stole were “on sale” at the time of the theft.

Under Colorado law, theft less than $2,000 is a misdemeanor offense, while theft between $2,000 and $5,000 is a felony — prosecutors valued the items stolen by the duo at just under $2,095.

Measuring levels of salivary alpha-amylase, a digestive enzyme that is associated with stress and is especially responsive to disgust, allowed the researchers to examine the men’s physiological reaction to the photos. The study was based on results from 120 heterosexual men (aged 18 to 45).

A team of black mountain climbers is attempting to climb Everest to tackle what one member described as the sport’s “colonial history”.

The world’s highest peak has been conquered more than 10,000 times since Sir Edmund Hillary and Sherpa Tenzing Norgay scaled it first in 1953. Only a few of the successful climbers have been black, however.

A team of nine aim to add their names to the list in May. Rosemary Saal, 28, a teacher from Seattle, is among those joining the Full Circle Everest Expedition. She said that a team of black climbers conquering the mountain would help “change the narrative”.

“I hear ‘black people don’t do that’ all the time when I talk about my climbing,” she told The Washington Post. “That only perpetuates the stereotypes. It’s important to change the narrative.”

The first American to climb Everest was Jim Whittaker in 1963, two years before President Johnson signed the Voting Rights Act into law, prohibiting racial discrimination at the polls.

Saal added: “It’s hugely significant to contribute to representation in these outdoor spaces. There’s been an intentional lack of access for black people.”

Laneisha Shantrice Henderson “was detained by the bystanders at the historic home on Auburn Avenue and taken into custody Thursday night,” The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. “Unlike many national monuments, there is no gate restricting access to the civil rights leader’s birth home, which attracts more than 700,000 visitors from around the world annually.”

“That action saved an important part of American history tonight,” Atlanta police Chief Darin Schierbaum told reporters at the scene.

A man who became suspicious of Henderson asked her what she was doing after he saw her throw a liquid onto the front porch of the residence. Once he smelled gasoline and realized what she was allegedly doing, he grabbed her car keys — which she left in the grass — to prevent her from leaving. The man then blocked her from getting back on the porch when she returned with a lighter.

On Tuesday, Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker announced that he is shutting down Chicago’s planned $65 million camp to house illegal immigrants near Brighton Park after an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) report showed toxic chemicals on the property. 

According to NBC, the EPA released an 800-page report that showed the site set to house over 2,000 immigrants had mercury, arsenic, lead, cyanide, pesticides, and PCBs found on site. 

In a statement, Pritzker’s office said, “EPA standards on sampling and remediation are clear and known to the City. Those are not the standards the City chose to use.” It continued, “The City did not engage with IEPA or the State before releasing the report and when it did release the report, was unable to explain the lesser standards they did choose to use and how they arrived at those standards.”

“But while the City might be comfortable placing asylum seekers on a site where toxins are present without a full understanding of whether it is safe, the State is not. This site will not move forward as a shelter with State involvement,” the statement concluded. 

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson said that the discovery of toxicity at the site was no surprise.

Residents of the area had filed a lawsuit against the city last month to halt the construction of the site claiming that it violated zoning laws.

Adams noted in a Friday press conference that the city’s residents are weary, angry, and “seeing the impact of the migrant and asylum seeker issue, how it is taking away from the resources that should go to the day‑to‑day services of running the city.”

He said that he “did not walk out from D.C. with any level of optimism that anything is going to drastically change.” Adams added, “It is clear that for the time being, this crisis is going to be carried by the cities.” 

Adams told the crowd that the city is in an “untenable situation right now” as it faces a $7 billion budget deficit, and it is “painful for the city” because “our federal government actions have taken a toll on the people of this city.” 

“As I left Washington D.C., I did not leave with optimism, I left with the cold reality that help is not on the way in the immediate future,” Adams added. “It’s going to be up to New Yorkers and this administration to continue to navigate this challenge that we’re facing.”

In November, Adams was forced to slash the New York Police Department’s budget to pay for the massive influx of illegal immigrants entering the city. At the time he said, “No city should be left to handle a national humanitarian crisis largely on its own, and without the significant and timely support we need from Washington, D.C.”

W F-Up, Give Us What We Want

The testimony of three university presidents before a House committee last week provoked outrage after they suggested that calls on their campuses for Jewish genocide might not have violated their schools’ free speech policies. One of them, Liz Magill, was forced to step down on Saturday as president of the University of Pennsylvania, where I am a faculty member.

But their statements shouldn’t have come as a surprise. Congress could have assembled two dozen university presidents and likely would have received the same answer from each of them.

This is because the value of free speech has been elevated to a near-sacred level on university campuses. As a result, universities have had to tolerate hate speech — even hate speech calling for violence against ethnic or religious minorities. With the dramatic rise in antisemitism, we are discovering that this is a mistake: Antisemitism — and other forms of hate — cannot be fought on university campuses without restricting poisonous speech that targets Jews and other minorities.

University presidents are resisting this conclusion. Rather than confront the conflict between the commitment to free speech and the commitment to eliminating the hostile environment facing Jewish students on campus, many simply affirm their commitment to both or buy time by setting up task forces to study the problem. Some have attempted to split the difference by saying they are institutionally committed to free speech but personally offended by antisemitism. Others have said the answer to hate speech is education and more speech.

Countering speech with more speech might just mean adding to the hateful rhetoric on campus and would not solve the problem. And university presidents can set up all the task forces, study groups and educational modules they like, but what kind of educational effort could possibly bring together warring groups that are busy calling for one another’s violent demise?

In a video message released the day after her testimony, Magill issued an apology in which she suggested that her statements, while legally correct, were insensitive because she was “not focused on” the fact that a call for genocide is “a call for some of the most terrible violence human beings can perpetrate.” While many remained deeply troubled by the insensitivity of her comments, I am most concerned about the legal and policy conclusions Magill endorsed: that speech calling for Jewish genocide does not violate campus policies at the University of Pennsylvania. This is profoundly wrong.

First, Penn, like Harvard and MIT, is a private institution, and as such it is not bound by the First Amendment. In my experience, Penn has never actually followed the First Amendment, even to a close approximation. The same goes for other amendments to the U.S. Constitution. Penn also does not follow the Second Amendment; if it did, our campus would be a war zone, especially given our apparent embrace of hate speech!

Second, even public universities that are bound by the First Amendment are not helpless in the face of hate speech. They do not have to stand idly by and wait for such speech to turn into “conduct.” Public institutions can restrict the “time, place and manner” of demonstrations; they can restrict speech that incites violence, that involves threats of violence against specific individuals or that involves the targeted harassment of members of the community.

Universities also have a duty under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act to ensure that their campuses do not descend into “hostile environments” that effectively exclude students of ethnic, religious or racial minorities from receiving the benefit of educational programs and activities on campus. In fact, Penn has already been sued by two Jewish students, alleging that the university has become an “incubation lab for virulent anti-Jewish hatred, harassment and discrimination.”

That underscores the point: With or without the First Amendment, calls for genocide against Jews — or even proxies for such sentiments, such as calling for intifada against Jews or the elimination of Israel by chanting “from the river to the sea” — are, in the present context, calls for violence against a discrete ethnic or religious group. Such speech arguably incites violence, frequently inspires harassment of Jewish students and, without question, creates a hostile environment that can impair the equal educational opportunities of Jewish students.

Though open expression and academic freedom are critically important values in higher education, there are other values that universities must promote as well. For example: encouraging civil dialogue across differences, cultivating critical listening skills, developing the skills to build community relationships, promoting the ability to engage in moral reflection and building resilience in the face of challenge. These normative skills cannot be taught effectively in an environment where students and faculty are hurling calls at one another for the elimination of ethnic, religious or racial subgroups.

Universities must also consider their obligations to the broader society as they prepare young people to assume responsibilities in public life. What values do university presidents think are most important to prepare leaders in a democracy? The ability to shout intemperate slogans or the ability to engage in reasoned dialogue with people who have moral and political differences? Is it any surprise that students educated in an environment of antisemitism would behave as antisemites in their adult lives?

Like all skills, students will become expert at that which they practice most. Privileging free speech on campus relative to other values emphasizes skills that pose the greatest challenge to our democracy and fails to cultivate the skills democratic societies most need.

The crisis of antisemitism in our universities mirrors the crisis in our democracy. Isn’t it time for university presidents to rethink the role that open expression and academic freedom play in the educational mission of their institutions?

California retailers that refuse to have a gender-neutral section for children will be fined up to $500 under Gavin Newsom‘s new bill. 

The ultra-woke governor signed legislation in 2021 that would require some retail stores in the Golden State to have a gender-neutral section for children.

Retailers would have to do this ‘regardless of whether they have been traditionally marketed for either girls or for boys,’ the bill said. 

The legislation, Assembly Bill No. 10584, will be enacted on January 1, 2024, and if retail department stores choose not to comply, they will have to dish out a civil penalty of $250 or $500. 

Department stores that are subject to the new laws will have to have a total of 500 or more employees, be physically located in California and sell ‘childcare items or toys’. 

According to the bill, ‘childcare items’ refer to any product that is designed to facilitate sleep, feeding children, relaxation, or ‘to help children with sucking or teething’. 

The age range of the ‘children’ that the legislation refers to is 12 years of age and under. 

‘Toys’ were defined as a product designed or intended to be used by children by the manufacturer.

Superstitious beachcombers who spot glass glinting along the shore of the Gulf of Mexico ought to exercise caution – “witch bottles” intended to entomb malevolent spirits are popping up along the coast, one researcher said. 

On a 60-mile stretch of beach near Corpus Christi, Texas, monitored by the Harte Institute for Gulf of Mexico Studies, eight of the curious artifacts have washed up onshore since 2017, per researcher Jace Tunnell. 

Tunnell pulled the most recent bottle, filled with vegetation, on Nov. 15 – gooseneck barnacles that had clustered on the green glass indicated that the bottle had been floating for quite a while, the researcher said. 

“I don’t get creeped out by them, but I’m also not going to open them,” Tunnell told Fox News Digital. “I mean, they’re supposed to have spells and stuff in them – why take the chance?”

Instead, the researcher has reserved a sunlit section of his back fence to display his occult finds – “my wife says I can bring shells inside, but no spell bottles.”

The bottles – which may be filled with a variety of items, including hair, herbs, local plants, nails or even bodily fluids – have traditionally been observed in the modern-day United Kingdom.

During a recent town hall in Iowa hosted by Fox News’ Sean Hannity, former President Donald Trump said he would govern as a dictator, “but only on day one” of his presidency if elected to a second term in the White House.

While the remark has caused alarm, Bloomberg opinion columnist Francis Wilkinson wrote that Trump’s quest of becoming a dictator would likely come to a screeching halt if the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) had its way. Wilkinson clarified that SCOTUS wouldn’t stop Trump out of any obligation to uphold the rule of law, but simply because Trump’s authoritarian ambitions would disrupt the “collective kingship” of the nation’s highest court.

“In its current polarized state, the US is governed by unelected right-wing activists working in concert with six unelected jurists on the high court,” Wilkinson wrote. “All that power vested in a handful of Republican judges is a pretty dodgy matter. But it’s also pretty heady… The fastest way for Chief Justice John Roberts and company to become irrelevant is for their quasi-kingship to be supplanted by a MAGA dictatorship.”

Wilkinson wrote that “there isn’t much in it for the justices” to uphold Trump’s stated plans to consolidate executive power, circumvent traditional checks and balances and flout the rule of law. He argued that because SCOTUS holds a considerable amount of power with the ability to override both the presidency and Congress if it chooses to, it isn’t likely to cede that power to an executive wishing to govern unilaterally.

“Here’s how a bill becomes law in 2023: A right-wing activist, or a MAGA state office holder, files a lawsuit — often in Texas, where judge-shopping has become as common among conservatives as a trip to Hobby Lobby. After the ruling is handed down, the loser appeals to the far-right 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. From there, it’s just a skip and a jump to the Supreme Court in Washington, where six judges craft the conservative legislation that will bind the entire nation,” Wilkinson wrote. “Does the federal government, under the direction of the Democratic president, really have the power to enforce its own rules? The conservative justices will decide.”

“After all, what use would Trump, unleashed in a second term, have for a Supreme Court? No longer constrained by rule-of-law RINOs, the unfettered MAGA king would be the ultimate decider,” he continued. “The conservative court would become a MAGA appendix. The court would only be noticed if it caused a problem — and the problem, or problems, could be removed (with the help of allies such as [Speaker of the House Mike] Johnson).”

What’s ironic about all this is the Left is admitting that the Conservative Supreme Court will not allow anyone to become a tyrant, Left or Right. This Supreme Court does not run by ideology, they run by the law of the Constitution. This suddenly makes the Dobbs decision more valid, right?

A Texas teenager who was taken out of school and sent to an off-campus disciplinary program earlier this year for wearing locs that his school says violates its dress code was given 13 days of in-school suspension just hours after returning to the classroom Tuesday.

Since the beginning of the school year, Barbers Hill High School in Mont Belvieu, about a 40 minute drive outside of Houston, has repeatedly assigned Darryl George, who is Black, to in-school suspension, where he has spent weeks completing coursework in a cubicle away from his classmates.

When he continued to protest the school’s hair policy, the school sent him to an alternative education program. In total, he has spent only 20% of the school year inside the classroom, according to NBC.

The 18-year-old’s family sued the school district, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, and the state’s attorney general in September, arguing they had violated the CROWN Act, a law signed by Abbott in May that forbids race-based hair discrimination.

They say the school’s dress code disproportionately affects Black students, adding that such stringent hair policies have no bearing on students’ learning or safety outcomes.

The school’s policy states that boys are not allowed to wear hair styles “that would allow the hair to extend below the top of a t-shirt collar, below the eyebrows, or below the ear lobes when let down.”

A Court Case

There is a case that was put in front of the Supreme Court called Muldrow versus the City of St. Louis.

Does transferring an employee to an equivalent but arguably less prestigious position based on their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin violate Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964?

Here is what the case is about:

Petitioner Sergeant Jatonya Clayborn Muldrow (“Muldrow”) had been a patrol detective in the Intelligence Division of the St. Louis Police Department (“Department”) since 2008 until her transfer in 2017. She worked on cases involving public corruption, human trafficking, gun crimes, and gangs. The position was a traditional eight-hour workday Monday through Friday. During her assignment to the Intelligence Division, Muldrow was deputized as a task force officer by the FBI’s Human Trafficking Unit. . This deputization provided Muldrow with privileges equivalent to those of an FBI agent, including entry to FBI field offices, use of an unmarked FBI vehicle, and the potential to earn $17,500 in overtime pay.

In 2017, the acting police commissioner appointed a male commander, Captain Deeba, to replace the female commander of the Intelligence Division. Captain Deeba swiftly reassigned 17 male officers and 5 female officers from different ranks and positions across the Department. Among them, Captain Deeba moved two male officers and two female officers, including Muldrow, completely out of the Intelligence Division. Muldrow was moved to the Fifth District on June 12, 2017. . In her new role, Muldrow was required to carry out administrative tasks and supervisory responsibilities. Due to the transfer, Muldrow lost her role as an FBI task force officer, had to work a rotating schedule that included weekends, and was no longer eligible for the $17,500 overtime pay, although her salary remained the same and other overtime opportunities were available to her.

Ten days after her transfer, Muldrow filed a discrimination charge with the Missouri Department of Labor’s Human Rights Commission, alleging that the Department and Captain Deeba discriminated against her. She was subsequently issued a right to sue letter to allow her to sue in state court on the alleged discriminatory act. Simultaneously, Muldrow requested two different transfers from the Fifth District. The captain of the Second District, Captain Coonce, informally requested for Muldrow to be her administrative aide. . Muldrow applied for that position and two other positions in the Department but did not receive any of these positions. However, Muldrow was reassigned to the Intelligence Division and regained her status as a task force officer on February 5, 2018.

Here’s what I think:

• She should lose this case. This is not a discrimination case. She worked for the department as a lead for seven years.
• As the city points out, there are exceptions to the discrimination rule. Transfers within law enforcement are actually common to avoid someone getting too comfortable and becoming corrupt.
• There is no discussion of her work record. We don’t know if she was transferred for cause. The fact that she didn’t get a job at another department does raise questions.
• So far, all the city is arguing is that the case does not apply to the law.
• The big problem I have here is that one should not be able to sue every time a job does something you don’t like. The reality is I could NEVER SUE for a company doing something to me (and they have).

Are They Just Making This Up As They Go?

According to the National Post:

Canada’s top medical journal recognized ‘greysexuality,’ a relatively new sexual orientation that is a subset of asexuality in a new paper.

The Canadian Medical Association Journal article published on Dec. 4 defines greysexuality as “experiencing sexual attraction rarely or under specific circumstances.”

The definition appeared in an article on asexuality, “an umbrella term” referring to those who either only form sexual attraction when emotional bonding needs are met or those who are greysexual. The article cites the Journal of Gay & Lesbian Mental Health in reference to greysexuality.

It goes on to outline the challenges of those who are asexual. This can include mental stress and the feeling of stigma from discrimination, the researchers state.

“Asexual people also have unique physical and sexual health needs, such as navigating arousal without attraction and learning to set boundaries in relationships,” they add.

Many asexual people have reported being treated as having a disorder in healthcare settings, which can lead to avoidance of medical care, the authors write.

Yahya Sinwar, the mastermind behind Hamas’ October 7 terrorist attack, made chilling remarks this week about what the terrorist group has planned. He said:

“Israel is a country that has no place on our land,” he declared. “We must remove that country, because it constitutes a security, military, and political catastrophe to the Arab and Islamic nation, and must be finished. We are not ashamed to say this, with full force.”

“We must teach Israel a lesson, and we will do this again and again,” he said. “The Al-Aqsa Flood is just the first time, and there will be a second, a third, a fourth, because we have the determination, the resolve, and the capabilities to fight. Will we have to pay a price? Yes, and we are ready to pay it. We are called a nation of martyrs, and we are proud to sacrifice martyrs.”

Later in the interview, he said that “the occupation must come to an end,” adding that he was not just talking about Gaza, but all of what he claimed were “the Palestinian lands.”

“Does that mean the annihilation of Israel?” the news anchor asked.

He responded, “Yes, of course.”

He wasn’t the only one. Osama Hamdan, who is in the terrorist organization’s Political Bureau, said on Wednesday that the terrorist organization had no regrets over murdering 1,200 Israelis and that a “war of liberation” was coming.

Interviewer: “If you could go back in time to October 6, would you still do what you did on October 7?”

Hamdan: “Why would some people assume that we would go back on our acts of resistance?”

Interviewer: “You said that if the Israelis would make new arrests, after all the prisoners are released from [Israeli] prisons, you would carry out another operation. So can you promise another October 7?”

Hamdan: “I can promise that a war of liberation is coming, not just another October 7.”

When asked if the attack would happen in the “foreseeable future,” Hamdan said: “I do not think it is far off.”

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, the former heavyweight boxing champion, appeared to throw a hard shot at Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, claiming the country is sliding into authoritarianism as its war with Russia drags on.

Klitschko, who has butted heads with Zelenskyy since Russia invaded in February 2022, made the remarks during an interview with German news website Der Speigel that was published Friday.

“At some point we will no longer be any different from Russia, where everything depends on the whim of one man,” Klitschko told the outlet, according to the Kyiv Independent. He further accused Zelenskyy’s office of viewing mayors as an obstacle preventing the centralization of power.

Klitschko, who has served as the mayor of Kyiv since June 2014, praised Ukraine’s mayors for being the strong leaders necessary to protect their citizens while claiming that Ukraine was largely leaderless and disorganized during the early months of the war.

They Aren’t Even Hiding It

Cosmopolitan magazine is trash. Most sane people would agree. But sometimes Cosmopolitan unironically publishes something that horrifyingly illustrates just how far gone and evil our society, and the culture of death, is.

Case in point: Cosmo’s recent post on social media to promote its article highlighting “satanic abortion.” (I’m including screenshots just in case the magazine decides to delete them and try to cover its tracks.)

The piece quotes a 37-year-old woman with the pseudonym of Jessica as saying of her abortion that “the experience was just very supportive.”

Jessica’s abortion was facilitated by a New Mexico organization that calls itself The Samuel Alito’s Mom’s Satanic Abortion Clinic. WCIV-TV, an ABC affiliate in Charleston, South Carolina, refers to it as “a telehealth abortion clinic that mocks a Catholic judge who serves on the U.S. Supreme Court.”

The article in Cosmopolitan describes the “satanic abortion” as follows:  

First, you find a quiet space. Bring a mirror if you can. Just before taking the medication, gaze at your reflection and focus on your personhood. Home in on your intent, your responsibility to you. Sounds Like a Wonderful City

Police in Washington, DC have urged anyone wearing a Canada Goose jacket to slip an Apple AirTag into their pocket amid an increase in thefts of the luxury garments.

Via the coin-sized device, victims would be able to track their jackets in the event that they are stolen.

“I’ve seen people use them on tool kits, suitcases,” Commander Sylvan Altieri told Fox5 DC. “I think that’s probably the best thing you can do as far as if it gets taken, because it’s a nice way to track it.”

According to the outlet, there have been a string of robberies involving Canada Goose products, which can cost thousands of dollars, over the past few weeks, and in at least one case thieves targeting wearers of the jackets have been armed.

The situation has caused many residents to use extra caution when donning the coats.

Don’t We Have More Important Things to Worry About?

The college football playoff has been formed. Michigan, Washington, Texas and Alabama will being playing for the National Championship. There was a problem with all this. Florida State was 13-0 while Alabama and Texas have one loss.

According to Fox News:

Florida Sen. Rick Scott is demanding answers from the NCAA College Football Playoff Committee after the Florida State Seminoles were left out of the playoffs despite an undefeated 13-0 season.

“Yesterday, for the first time in its 10 year history, the College Football Playoff (CFP) Selection Committee (the “Committee”) made the shocking decision behind closed doors to exclude an undefeated, Power Five conference champion from the playoffs,” Scott wrote in a letter to CFB Playoff Chairman Boo Corrigan after Florida State defeated Louisville 16-6 on Saturday to win the ACC Championship only to fall from 4th place in the playoff standings to 5th thus missing the playoff despite being undefeated.

“The Committee’s decision to drop the 13-0 Florida State University (FSU) Seminoles from its previous 4th-place ranking, and thereby exclude the team from the upcoming playoffs altogether, mere hours after they won the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Championship game has rightly raised questions among millions of Americans about the integrity of the process employed by this 13-member body, which consists of just five (38%) individuals with relevant experience in coaching or playing football at the collegiate level or higher,” Scott continued. 

“Today, I write to demand total transparency from the Committee regarding how this decision was reached and what factors may have been at play in reaching this outcome.”

Donald Trump also had some thoughts as to why Florida State didn’t get into the playoff. He said:

“Florida State was treated very badly by the ‘Committee. They become the first Power Five team to be left out of the College Football Playoffs. Really bad lobbying effort … Lets blame DeSanctimonious!!!”

A few things can be true at once:

• Florida State was the only undefeated team and should have been in the playoff.
• Florida State was kept out because of the political makeup of Florida. In other words, it’s a political decision.
• Florida State had a very weak schedule and are not one of the four best teams. I would put Florida State at 8. Ohio State, Georgia and Oregon are much better teams.

The FBI is under major scrutiny right now, for good reason. Here are a couple of stories that you will hear from nowhere that pretty much sum up the way our bureaucracies are functioning right now that confirms my belief that the FBI needs to be gutted.

This is Bad!

According to the Daily Wire:

On January 6, 2021, the FBI explicitly chose to abandon a sting on a child pornographer in Virginia who was messaging with an undercover agent about having sex with a nine-year-old boy, opting instead to focus on prosecuting Donald Trump’s supporters who stormed the U.S. Capitol. Less than three years later, the FBI discovered the same man living in Alaska where he appears to have been performing sex acts on a 10-year-old boy, according to court documents.

On December 2, 2020, an internet user with the screen name “gayboy69freak” messaged an undercover agent with the FBI’s Washington Field Office, who was posing as a father pimping out his 9-year-old son, and told him that he wanted to travel to D.C. to have sex with the boy. The man also sent the agent a video of “a prepubescent minor male being anally penetrated by an adult male’s erect penis.” His IP address led the FBI to Brogan Welsh of Glenn Allen, Virginia.

What appears to be a slam-dunk case against a child predator was abruptly abandoned just one month later.

“On January 6, 2021, FBI, Washington Field Office, [decided] this investigation was halted due to events that occurred at the United States Capitol Building that day,” court documents say.

The man was only arrested, and the court documents only filed, because Welsh moved to Alaska and crossed the Anchorage FBI’s radar in an unrelated perversion investigation. On October 24, 2023, after coming across troubling chats from Welsh on a phone they seized from a different alleged pervert, Alaska FBI agents went into his house and “located items including sex toys that are very small in size and apparently consistent with the body size of an approximate 10-year-old boy,” as well as children’s underwear.

“The investigation has revealed that a 10-year-old boy was, in fact, residing at the residence belonging to Welsh,” the agents wrote.

In other words, because the FBI called off the dogs even after Welsh sent child porn to an FBI agent, he appears to have gone on to molest a 10-year-old.

It was as FBI agents worked through the Alaska case that they realized that the bureau’s Washington Field Office had slam-dunk evidence that it had never bothered to do anything with, and added it to charging documents filed November 6, 2023. The Alaska arrest of Welsh was made based on the initial child pornography crime in Virginia, not even his apparent crimes in Alaska.

The Washington Field Office wouldn’t say how many other ordinary criminal investigations were put on hold because of January 6, but it did acknowledge that resources were diverted.

“In the immediate aftermath of the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, WFO resources were surged to support the FBI’s response and investigation,” the office told The Daily Wire in a statement. “However, WFO continued to diligently pursue its ongoing investigations. While we can’t speak to the specific circumstances of this case, the FBI takes all crimes against children investigations extremely seriously, and we must follow the facts where they lead and collect enough evidence to pursue prosecution.”

This sort of admission, that a case was dropped, rarely appears in court filings, because a dropped investigation means nothing ever makes it to court. Welsh’s case is an exception because he tripped the wires of a different field office in Alaska, which picked up the case.

Federal prosecutors have charged more than 1,000 defendants in what they call the “Capitol Breach,” and more than 65,000 legal documents have been filed in the cases, according to a Daily Wire database. Investigators and prosecutors have limited time, so it turns out that all that work likely comes at the expense of the cases they’d normally be handling.

The focus on January 6 prosecutions has coincided with U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia prosecutors, who because of D.C.’s unique status handle most local criminal violations in the city, increasingly deciding not to prosecute residents arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department — even as D.C. crime has gotten out of control.

In 2020, before the Capitol event, the office declined to prosecute 35% of felonies and 52% of misdemeanors that were brought to them by local police. In 2021, as they focused on Capitol defendants, those numbers grew to 56% and 42%, according to Department Of Justice data. In 2022, a whopping 72% of people who were arrested for misdemeanors in D.C., and 53% of would-be felons, found themselves going free because prosecutors simply didn’t bother to pursue their cases. The U.S. Attorney’s office has in part blamed a lack of an accredited crime lab to test drugs and DNA.

At the same time, life has gotten worse for D.C. residents. Violent crime is up by 39% compared to last year; homicide is up by 34%. In 2020, there were 360 carjackings in DC, according to city police.  So far in 2023, there have been 870.

This is Worse

A Satan-worshipping cult of pedophiles is blackmailing girls into cutting themselves — but the FBI didn’t seem interested in that so much as the fact that one of its members once used the n-word, a Daily Wire investigation found.

For years, the group known both as 764 and Harm Nation has tortured what is believed to be hundreds or thousands of girls. But the FBI didn’t put its cybercrimes or violence-against-children investigators on it. Instead, its interest appears to have piqued mainly by the fact that the group — most of whose victims are white teens — was once racist to a black girl.

The domestic terrorism unit is investigating the Satanist pedophiles for white-supremacy RMVE, or “racially motivated violent extremism” — even though the sole known arrest by the FBI is a Hispanic man who called the judge a “cracker” in court, according to court records and interviews.

Angel Luis Almeida was indicted in January in New York City on charges of sexual exploitation, violation of the Mann Act, and possession of Child Abuse Sexual Material, with prosecutors writing that, “The defendant was an outspoken member of ‘764,’ a neo-Nazi network.” One of the group’s leaders is a 19-year-old called Yuri who calls himself a “femboy,” a term associated with left-wing queer culture.

Critics say, at best, it’s an example of the FBI misclassifying cases in order to tell Congress that right-wing domestic terrorism is the greatest threat to America. At worst, they say, it’s an example of the heinous torture of girls by pedophiles not being a priority — unless there was an angle making it politically appealing to Democrats.

Advocates for children say what it should be is a reminder that children of all types are being exploited online by bad people, and they need help.

Twisted online predators

764 was operating across the world, with new victims regularly falling into its web when they began chatting with strangers online, only to find themselves blackmailed and threatened into self-abuse.

One online group for perpetrators, reviewed by The Daily Wire, had 321 members. One of its leaders wrote: “It’s kinda fun, we do get pretty girls nudes, then we like creating a [group chat] with a few members, sending their doxbin, created right in the group chat as they’re being extorted/blackmailed to do fun stuff, mostly engraving our names on their body, cutting their faces & what not. We love breaking promises, giving them false reinsurances [sic], then in the end, ruining their f—ing lives… the most fun I had was forcing this girls family to move states <33 she texted me on Valentine’s Day, photos of liquor & depressions pills.”

Cooper Fay, a Florida man who works professionally in private armed security, has made a personal mission out of investigating child abusers, some of whom he exposes on Instagram via the account mankind_against_pedos. One pedophile got so angry that he was exposing his peers that he sent Fay a threatening message. Fay saw that his profile picture featured a girl slicing her own throat. That pedophile’s trail led to 764, and he began gathering evidence.

With Fay sounding the alarm against the group on Instagram, one of its victims approached him and shared more materials. “She was 16 years old, 15 when it started. They would make her cut herself and carve their names into her skin,” he said. “All they did is tell her her address and say they were going to show up — she didn’t even send them nudes.”

Materials located by Fay included a Discord server where the group’s leaders posted videos of themselves torturing girls. One of the videos showed its members forcing a girl to cut her hair by threatening to post embarrassing information to the Internet if she didn’t.

“No, don’t!” she pleaded in heartbreaking video. “Isn’t there anything else I can do?”

“You have 30 seconds. We told you what you need to do. Should we press send?”

“Fine,” the girl said between sobs. “Please just leave me alone.”

“OK I want you to take the hair you cut off and put it on your mouth and say ‘I’m sorry Moist,’” one of her tormentors said, using his online handle.

Fay had taken evidence of other child molesters to local prosecutors, who often seemed uninterested in pursuing the cases. Since this one involved people across the country and world, he went to the FBI, and two agents met with him twice last month. Fay was grateful to see the walls closing in on shocking villains. But the agents didn’t seem to know much about how child abusers operate, or the intricacies of their favored tools.

“They’re so behind the curve that they were asking me, an amateur, how it works,” Fay told The Daily Wire. That’s because, just as in New York, the FBI had sent domestic terrorism agents looking for a white-supremacy angle.

“They said they’re from the counterterrorism division and work against domestic terrorism” and had done “work against ISIS and al Queda,” he explained. They said they were interested in 764 because of “RMVE,” or racially-motivated violent extremism, he said.

The evidence Fay gathered showed numerous girls being tortured, with psychopaths using whatever leverage they could to inflict pain. Almost all of the victims were white, but two were black, and they made one write the n-word on a piece of paper.

“I showed them multiple images of white girls cutting themselves. The girl that slit her throat was white. But they were very focused on the one girl who was black who they had write ‘Yuri rapes n-words,’” he said. Fay explained to the agents that opportunistic predators “will use whatever is a sensitive issue for someone.”

“They were very focused on the neo-Nazi elements of this group, and white supremacist elements of this group,” he said. Fay said that it was first and foremost a child abuse group, and that if it had an ideology, it was Satanism. He pointed out that it had Hispanic members. The FBI agent replied, according to Fay, that it had “seen a trend recently of Hispanic white supremacists,” Fay said.

There was also another element that might be politically attractive enough to a Democrat-captured FBI to garner attention even when other child-molester gangs were ignored: One of the leaders, Yuri, said he’s in Russia.

Fay had previously filed a report to the FBI about a pedophile in England, and it made little effort to follow up, he said. It seemed more interested in a pedophile with a connection to Russia—even though it would be easier to get Britain to cooperate on a prosecution.

While Yuri added a Russian angle to the law enforcement agency that previously used the nation to try to take down a Republican presidential candidate, he also undermined the notion that it was a right-wing gang. Yuri describes himself as a “femboy,” associated with left-wing “queer” culture, and once posted a video of himself wearing a “furry”-like stuffed animal costume.

That’s “not very neo-Nazi,” as Fay said. That didn’t stop the FBI, however, from describing a queer-led gang as a right-wing group of Hispanic white supremacists. The FBI said it would keep working with Fay to build a case.

Reached by The Daily Wire on the phone, one of the agents declined to say why it was being handled by the race-focused domestic terrorism unit instead of child sex crimes or cybercrimes investigators. After the agent realized that Fay was in communication with The Daily Wire, the agent cut ties and didn’t respond when Fay sent him new evidence of yet another apparent child predator, Fay said.

“I definitely think it’s selective investigation based on the identity of the victim. They seem to be specifically interested in this group even though there are plenty of examples of other children being exploited. Even this group targets majority white children, yet they kept bringing the conversation back to the white supremacist angle,” he said.

The FBI’s national press office ignored a question about 764 and why it was being handled by the domestic terrorism unit instead of units focused on cybercrimes or violent crimes against children.

Juking the stats on ‘domestic terrorism’

The handling of the 764 case is a window into how the FBI has told Congress that white supremacy domestic terrorism is the biggest threat facing the nation. President Joe Biden has said that “White supremacy … is the single most dangerous terrorist threat in our homeland. … I say this wherever I go.”

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, a nonprofit that has criticized the FBI for political bias, said putting domestic terror agents on pedophiles and calling them a right-wing gang lets the FBI inflate the numbers of purported “white supremacy” crimes. A heavy case-load under that line item will be used to show that the FBI needs more funding for domestic violent extremism, which “is code for conservative and Trump,” he said.

In February 2021, days after Biden took office, a Department of Homeland Security-linked “fusion center” issued a report saying that there was a “rarity of targeted left-wing extremist attacks,” and that right-wing domestic violent extremists were “responsible for the majority of deadly domestic terrorist activity.”

It cited three examples: the “Boogaloo movement,” said to be a group of white men who wear Hawaiian shirts; a plot to kidnap the governor of Michigan, which later resulted in acquittals after the defense showed that undercover FBI operatives entrapped the defendants; and a man who set off a bomb near a telecommunications hub in Tennessee, in which the bomber was “kind of a hippie” with long hair who liked smoking weed and hated cops.

In July 2022, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, wrote to FBI Director Chris Wray saying that FBI was cooking the books by “artificially padding domestic terrorism data” in order to make it seem like a threat that needed to be cracked down on.

Indeed, Attorney General Merrick Garland presented such a plan, calling for a “whole of society approach” to combat it because, “In the FBI’s view, the top domestic violence extremist threat comes from racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists, specifically those who advocated for the superiority of the White race.”

“We have received accusations that FBI agents are bolstering the number of cases of [Domestic Violent Extremists] to satisfy their superiors,” Jordan wrote. “For example, one whistleblower explained that because agents are not finding enough DVE cases, they are encouraged and incentivized to reclassify cases as DVE cases even though there is minimal, circumstantial evidence to support the reclassification.”

Fudging the numbers also relies on not recording leftist terrorism as such. The next year the FBI said it wasn’t counting as terrorism the slaughter of Nashville schoolchildren by a transgender woman who said she wanted to kill whites.

• The FBI is compromised and needs to be gutted. It has become the secret police of the Left. I don’t know if it can be saved.
• This does not just apply to the FBI. It also applies to the IRS, DOJ, CIA DHS, EPA and INS. All of the bureaucracies need to be burned to the ground and the ashes pissed on.
• It shows that bureaucracy doesn’t care about people. It is an unfeeling, immoral machine. It is what the Soviet Union called an organ to the whole body of the government.
• It shows that the organs of government have been affected by the twisted ideology of the Left. All that concerns them is that the people follow those twisted ideologies of critical race and gender theories. But it also goes into the destruction of institutions that have made this country and civilization great including the family, religion, the media and all other cultural institutions.
• Finally, this shows politics is dead. It doesn’t matter who controls the House, Senate, Presidency or the Supreme Court. It is the bureaucracy that controls all.
• We can have Republicans and Conservatives controlling everything politically but it will be the bureaucracy that gives the final word.

All bureaucracies need to be torn down. That’s the only way we are going to save this country.
