Episode 1119 – It May Be Over for the NBA

A huge gambling scandal has hit the NBA. This is not going to be a huge surprise for most people.

An illegal alien truck driver kills three more Americans on a freeway in California.

And CNN digs up a new feminist talking point.

Not A Surprise

According to Perplexity:

The FBI and U.S. Attorney’s Office announced early today one of the largest gambling-related crackdowns in professional sports history, resulting in at least 31 arrests, including Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier and Portland Trail Blazers head coach Chauncey Billups.

Key Points

  • Two Major Schemes:
Federal indictments describe two overlapping criminal operations.
    1. sports betting conspiracy where current and former NBA players allegedly manipulated game outcomes and shared inside injury or lineup information.
    2. An illegal high‑stakes poker ring tied to organized crime families in New York, Miami, Las Vegas, and the Hamptons.
  • Terry Rozier’s Role:
Rozier, 30, was arrested in Orlando early Thursday. Investigators allege he conspired with gamblers by deliberately exiting games early and leaking confidential team details to betting partners. A March 23, 2023 game between the Charlotte Hornets and New Orleans Pelicans raised suspicion after an unusual betting surge on his “under” stats, followed by his early departure from play with a reported injury.
  • Chauncey Billups’ Role:
Billups, a Hall of Famer and longtime Portland coach, was charged for participating in underground poker games connected to Mafia networks. Games reportedly included other coaches and celebrities, with participants receiving payments or travel advances. Billups was arrested in Portland, Oregon.
  • Other Defendants:
Former NBA player Damon Jones also faces charges related to both operations. Altogether, the arrests span 11 states and involve over 30 defendants charged with gambling, wire fraud, and money laundering.
  • Background of Probe:
The investigation traces back to the 2024 Jontay Porter betting scandal, in which the former Toronto Raptors center pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges after manipulating performances for gambling profit.
  • Current Status:
FBI Director Kash Patel and the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York are holding a 10 a.m. ET press conference today in New York City to provide additional details. The NBA has stated it is cooperating but has not issued disciplinary actions yet.

These arrests mark the latest escalation in federal efforts to combat insider-driven sports wagering and organized crime’s influence on professional athletics.

F-ing California

According to Fox News:

A 21-year-old illegal immigrant from India who crossed the southern border in 2022 and was released by the Biden administration is now accused of causing a fiery semi-truck crash that killed three people in Southern California, multiple federal law enforcement sources tell Fox News.

According to federal sources, the suspect, identified as Jashanpreet Singh, was first encountered by Border Patrol agents in California‘s El Centro Sector in March 2022 and released into the interior of the country pending an immigration hearing.

Singh has now been arrested on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated after plowing his big rig into slow-moving traffic on the I-10 Freeway in San Bernardino County.

The crash, caught on dashcam video, left at least three people dead and several injured.

Police say Singh never hit the brakes before slamming into the traffic jam, citing toxicology tests that confirmed impairment.

DHS sources confirm he is not in lawful immigration status and that ICE has lodged an immigration detainer following his arrest.

Harjinder Singh, who crossed the southern border illegally in 2018, obtained a commercial driver’s license in California and is accused of causing a crash in August in Fort Pierce, Florida, that killed three people.

Officials investigating the wreck said he failed English and road sign tests.

The crash comes as the Trump administration announced last week that it would be withholding more than $40 million in federal highway safety funding from California for failing to comply with federal English language proficiency standards for truck drivers.

These People Are Insane

According to CNN:

Was it around the 2024 presidential election? Or since the overturn of Roe v. Wade? Maybe when men’s rights activists pushed back against #MeToo? Whatever the catalyst, a change in the political environment seemed to connect with a social change that brought back narrow, and at times constrictive, ideas of womanhood depicted in media.

The recent rise of weight loss medications coincided with social media influencers sharing ways to get smaller and no longer celebrating bodies of all sizes. Advertisements followed suit, making men’s desire once again a dominating factor in how stories are told, and how women are portrayed.

How had these discarded ideas made their way back into circulation? Didn’t we all agree we were through with them?

The culprit, I have learned, is the male gaze. It was always there, but now it has stepped back into the spotlight.

Later in the article:

The male gaze came roaring back this summer.

American Eagle –– whose partner brand Aerie has been known for marketing underwear to women with imagery that celebrated stretch marks, cellulite and a range of body sizes –– ran a controversial ad campaign starting in July. The ads sell jeans to women featuring actor Sydney Sweeney, who many men see as a sex symbol, insinuating the clothing would make men find them more attractive.

Further on in the article:

Then there was e.l.f. Beauty’s campaign led by a comedian infamous for domestic violence jokes and disdain of a primarily female audience. And this year saw viral content around an OnlyFans star’s attempt to break the world record for most sexual partners in one day –– a lucrative career move made even more viral by her bashing the wives and girlfriends of her sexual partners and suggesting men cheating is the fault of the women who aren’t available enough for sex.

Later in the article:

“Most typically, the male gaze is about representing women in media solely to satisfy heterosexual men,” said Dr. Linda Tuncay Zayer, professor of marketing and John F. Smith, Jr. Chair in Business Administration at the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.

If you are observing women in movies, TV, fashion, social media and marketing and they don’t feel as fully materialized as their male counterparts, that is the male gaze.

Later in the article:

The woman’s value is reduced insofar as existing for pleasure or basically as an object,” Zayer said.

It’s Bond girls. And a long, lingering shot panning up a woman’s body in an advertisement for soda. It’s when an action movie accessory is running through explosions in tiny shorts and flowing curled hair before collapsing helplessly in the hero’s arms. And a social media star making a recipe while all dolled up and explaining her steps in a soft, sultry voice.

Just…Eww!

According to Perplexity:

A 51-year-old Thai man named Pittaya Moolin, also known as “Chang Yai Modify,” was arrested in Bangkok on October 18, 2025, for performing illegal penis enlargement procedures inside an old Toyota Corolla parked in various areas of the city.

Authorities said Moolin posed as a doctor and used pearls, surgical tools, and anesthetic drugs during the operations despite having no medical license. Police discovered 189 types of pearls and other medical equipment during a raid on his vehicle.

According to reports, he promoted his “cosmetic enhancement” services on social media and performed the procedures on-site in the car as a side hustle to earn extra income. The car, believed to be a 1990s-era Corolla, was set up as a makeshift mobile surgery unit.

He is currently facing charges related to illegal medical practice and possession of unauthorized medical equipment.

Parents of the Year!

According to Perplexity:

A husband and wife from Houston, Texas—Sara Sommers Wilks, 37, and Brian Wilks, 40—were arrested in mid-October 2025 after allegedly leaving their six-month-old baby alone on Miramar Beach in Florida for nearly an hour while they walked with their three older children.

Incident Details

Deputies from the Walton County Sheriff’s Office responded around noon on October 10, after beachgoers found the unattended infant beneath a tent near 4000 Sandestin Boulevard. Witnesses said the baby was alone for about 50 minutes to an hour. When authorities arrived, first responders determined the baby’s vital signs were normal and she was not in distress.

The couple returned to the scene soon after, telling deputies they had “lost track of time” while on their walk. Security footage confirmed they had been away for nearly an hour—and had even left their cell phones with the baby, making them unreachable during the incident.

Charges and Custody Actions

Sara and Brian Wilks were arrested and charged with child neglect without great bodily harm, a third-degree felony in Florida. They were each released on a $1,000 bond the following day.

The couple’s four children—including the baby—were placed under the care of the Florida Department of Children and Families until relatives from Texas arrived to assume custody. Sheriff Michael Adkinson publicly thanked the beachgoer who discovered the baby and contacted authorities, calling their actions “quick-thinking” and compassionate.

Other Stupid Stories

Runaway Nuns in Austria

Three elderly nuns staged a daring “great escape” from a care home in Austria. They didn’t like their new housing situation, so they called up old students and even hired a locksmith to help them break back into their former convent. They’ve now partially restored electricity and plumbing and are happily living there again — though the police continue to call it “incomprehensible” that they refuse to leave.

Butt-Breathing Science from Japan

Japanese scientists announced a new “butt-breathing” technique that could help patients with lung diseases. Inspired by aquatic animals capable of breathing through their intestines, they’re developing rectal oxygen delivery as an emergency medical procedure. It’s as bizarre as it sounds, but apparently legitimate research.

Hand-Drawn License Plate Trouble

A man in Florida was pulled over after officers noticed something odd about his car tag — it was a handmade cardboard license plate done in Sharpie. When asked about it, he reportedly said, “I didn’t think you’d notice if I stayed under 50.” Spoiler: they noticed.

Each one of these stories shows that, even in serious times, the world’s absurd side never takes a week off.

All That For A Sign

According to Fox News:

North Carolina man says he was shot at by an angry motorist who tore down a Trump banner in his mother’s front yard, an incident he believes reflects the nation’s growing political hostility.

Mark Thomas, who owns a river rafting business in the Nantahala Gorge, said he was relaxing at home on Sept. 6 when the shooting occurred.

Thomas told Fox News Digital he checked his security cameras after seeing a man wearing an “Antifa-style mask” step out of a Jeep Cherokee to look at a Trump banner attached to a bus parked near his 87-year-old mother’s home.

The man, identified by police as Benjamin Michael Campbell, 38, was allegedly speeding before abruptly stopping and removing the banner.

“Being a Second Amendment believer, I reached over, grabbed my rifle and took off out there to the porch,” Thomas said.

Thomas said he fired two warning shots into the air before Campbell allegedly got back into his vehicle and opened fire through the sunroof. Campbell then fled — only to return moments later and fire several more shots, striking a refrigerator inside the home, Thomas said.

Campbell, an Atlanta-based accountant, fled before police arrived. He was arrested Sept. 30 and extradited to North Carolina, where he faces charges including felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflict serious injury, discharging a firearm within an enclosure to incite fear and willful and wanton injury to personal property.

Thomas said he was stunned to learn the suspect was a professional in his late 30s.

“Some of these people, they just see a Trump sign, and they just snap,” he said. “The whole time I’m thinking, ‘This is some 20-year-old kid, and he’s going to figure it out eventually’.

“That was really my hesitation,” he added. “I thought, ‘You know, son, you’re going to live another day.’ And I came to find out this guy is 38 years old and an accountant out here in a full Antifa outfit.”

Dude, It’s A Joke

According to the Daily Wire:

Authorities have arrested the man accused of threatening to kill Babylon Bee founder Seth Dillon.

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier announced the development on X, stating: “Last week, our Office of Statewide Prosecution was notified of multiple death threats made to Jewish conservative media members who live in Florida.”

Following the notification, prosecutors secured an arrest warrant, which law enforcement then executed. The suspect, now in custody, faces “charges of extortion, written threats to kill, and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.”

User “zionistarescum,” who authorities now identify as 28-year-old Nicholas Ray, allegedly posted a disturbing message directly threatening Dillon.

They Award These People

According to the Daily Wire:

The illegal immigrant who allegedly rammed an ICE vehicle in Los Angeles Tuesday after previously escaping federal authorities was earlier given an award by the city for his efforts in exposing “illegal raids,” The Daily Wire has learned.

ICE officers fired at the Mexican illegal immigrant, who has since been identified as Carlitos Ricardo Parías, 44, shooting him in the elbow. A U.S. Marshal was shot in the hand by a ricochet bullet.

The U.S. Attorney has since hit Parías with the federal charge of assaulting an officer, which could put him behind bars for up to eight years.

Parías is a well-known TikToker documenting ICE operations across LA to his more than 132,000 followers.

He was seen earlier this year in handcuffs being hauled into a vehicle by bystanders while federal authorities were trying arrest him for allegedly interfering with immigration operations, federal law enforcement sources told The Daily Wire.

The officers engaged in a struggle with the bystanders, who refused to hand Parías over for arrest. They ultimately drove him to a nearby hospital after he wailed that his leg was broken.

He was arrested on Tuesday for attempting to flee a second time. Tuesday’s shooting comes amid a 1,000% increase in assaults on federal immigration agents.“These are the consequences of conduct and rhetoric by sanctuary politicians and activists who urge illegal aliens to resist arrest. Resisting arrest puts the safety of illegal aliens, law enforcement, and the public at risk. Our law enforcement officers are facing a more than 1000% increase in assaults against them including vehicle rammings by illegal aliens,” Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said.

This Is Where It Is Coming From

According to Fox News:

A far-left Howard University professor called for White allies of the leftist political cause to mirror a pre-Civil War-era vigilante mass murderer, who was eventually hanged for his crimes.

Stacey Patton is a professor of journalism at the Washington, D.C., private school. In a recent blog post titled “John Brown Didn’t Ask Enslaved People How to Be A Good White Ally,” she discouraged White liberals from asking her how to be a better “ally” to minorities, and encouraged them instead to emulate Brown.

Brown was a militant slave abolitionist during the pre-Civil War “Bleeding Kansas” period. In 1856, he orchestrated the Pottawatomie massacre. He and fellow abolitionists dragged five Kansas settlers, at least three of whom were pro-slavery sympathizers, out of their homes and executed them.

In October 1859, Brown led a 21-man raid on a federal armory in Harpers Ferry, part of Virginia at the time. His goal was to start a slave uprising, but few slaves joined the fight. A local militia confronted Brown and his men and fought back. Four townspeople, including freed slave Heyward Shepherd, were caught in the crossfire and killed in the skirmish.

After 10 of his men were killed, Brown was captured. He was later tried for treason and eventually hanged.

“So when white allies ask, ‘What can I do?’ here’s the answer: Be like John Brown. Ask yourself, what am I willing to burn so somebody else can breathe?” Patton wrote.

“Brown didn’t need a syllabus, a think piece, or a guidebook on allyship. He didn’t need affirmation from Black folks that he was one of the good ones,” Patton wrote. “He saw the horror for what it was and decided that ending this racist f—ery mattered more than being understood.”

She explains in the piece that trying to guide White people in their allyship is “exhausting as hell.”

“Even the well-intentioned versions drag you back into the same cycle of having to translate pain into curriculum. It’s the paradox of white ‘goodness.’ They want to be seen trying, but the trying itself becomes another demand on the people that are already harmed,” she wrote.

“We are not the architects. We are the collateral damage. You don’t ask the people choking on the smoke to explain how to put out the blaze,” she continued. “You go get the damn hose. You stop pretending you don’t see the flames. That’s the real answer: you already know what to do. Be honest: you just don’t want to lose the warmth that fire gives you.”

Later in the piece, she conceded that White allies don’t have to die like Brown.

“If you don’t want to die like John Brown, fine,” Patton wrote. “But understand that somebody always does.”

Howard University condemned violence in a statement to Fox News Digital.

“Howard University condemns all forms of violence, particularly actions that may result in the loss of life,” the Office of University Communications said. “The University remains steadfast in its commitment to upholding and protecting the First Amendment rights of free expression. However, the views and opinions expressed by individual faculty, staff, or students are solely their own and should not be construed as reflecting the official stance of Howard University.”

Patton declined to comment.

Episode 1117 – Call It A Party, Not A Protest!

In the wake of The Big Beautiful Bill going into affect and the government shutdown, a new trend is going off on TikTok: People bitching about not getting their food stamps.

The Department of Justice has decide to do what the local court systems won’t.

And you might be asking what those people were protesting at the “No Kings” protest. Turns out a lot of the protesters didn’t know either.

Wahhh!

Some things:

  • $1700 a month? I don’t eat $1700 a month.
  • Why can’t she work?
  • She “should be getting the maximum amount”? Why?
  • He shouldn’t be eating chips pop and she shouldn’t be buying energy drinks.
  • She actually should be watching her kid. He’s going to take a header off the high chair.

Some things

  • $2800 a month?!
  • What are you suppose to do?! Does he look unhealthy?
  • GET A JOB!
  • He shouldn’t have had 5 kids.
  • He would be a better father being a good example and showing what a man does, which is work hard and improve himself.
  • He is not a real Trump supporter. Trump said he would do this.
  • He should leave this country. We don’t want a bum like him. He’s a leech on society.
  • Wait till he’s sees what other countries do with their hungry people.

Don’t worry though. These people have a simple solution to getting food outside of their food stamps. Let’s listen to this second set of videos:

Some things:

  • The entitlement is amazing.
  • Do any of these people look like they are starving?
  • Notice, they are all black.

No one thought that the best way to get food is to go to work and earn it. Food is not a human right.

This Needs to Happen

According to the Daily Wire:

U.S. Attorny for D.C. Jeanine Pirro announced on Monday charges against two teens allegedly involved in the attack against a Department of Government Efficiency staffer over the summer.

Federal prosecutors have charged Lawrence Cotton-Powell, 19, along with Anthony Taylor, 18, with robbery, assault, and carjacking in connection with the attack on a DOGE staffer, Edward Coristine, known as “Big Balls,” and another person in early August. Not long before Coristine was beaten while defending a woman, Cotton-Powell and Taylor were involved in the mugging of a victim named Ethan Levine, Pirro said.

In addition to the mugging prior to Coristine, Pirro said that both suspects are repeat offenders who should have been in jail for other offenses and never had the opportunity to attack the two men in August.

“Lawrence Cotton-Powell is 19 years of age. He is now charged with robbery, first-degree robbery for which he faces 15 years in prison. He also faces a charge of assault with intent to commit robbery, another 15 years, and robbery for Edward Coristine, 15 years, assault with intent to commit robbery, another 15 years, and attempted carjacking, five years,” Pirro said.

The U.S. attorney then went on to detail how judges ignored her office’s requests for jail time for Cotton-Powell, instead letting the teen loose on probation. A short time after he was released in each case, he allegedly committed other crimes that landed him back in the crosshairs of prosecutors.

“The codefendant in this case is an individual by the name of Anthony Taylor. He – charged also with the same arrest – he is fraught with the same crimes,” Pirro said.

The attack on Coristine, which left the federal staffer bloodied, appeared to trigger President Donald Trump’s crackdown on crime in major American cities. The president has deployed National Guardsmen to areas such as Washington, D.C., and Memphis, Tennessee, to deter crime. He has attempted to deploy troops to other locations, such as Seattle, but has been blocked by the courts.

The charges against Cotton-Powell and Taylor come after two teens involved in the attack received probation, a punishment criticized by Pirro and Trump.

The president called the sentences of probation, handed down to a 15-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy, “terrible.” The president and Pirro have called for stricter penalties against youth in D.C. to deter crime that has exploded among the capital’s teens.

“I think the judge should be ashamed of himself,” said Trump.

Episode 1116 – The Globalists Are At It Again!

A massive robbery takes place in France.

The United Nations Globalists almost got away with a huge global tax.

And a shocking report comes out about our children’s gender proclivities. It will shock you. Or, it won’t.

A Professional Hit

According to the Daily Wire:

A band of thieves broke into the Louvre Museum in Paris on Sunday, making off with elegant and historically significant pieces of jewelry of “incalculable” value, France’s interior minister said.

In a heist that lasted seven minutes, a group of thieves used a motorized lift on a side of the museum that is under construction to rise above the ground floor. They entered the museum through a window using a glass cutter, according to the BBC.

Once inside, the thieves threatened security guards, who left the area, before breaking into display cases, grabbing the jewelry, and fleeing the scene on two scooters. Nobody was harmed in the heist, which French Culture Minister Rachida Dati described as “very professional.”

The stolen items were from the museum’s Apollo Gallery, which houses the crown jewels of past royals of France. The thieves snatched tiaras, earrings, and other items that together contain thousands of diamonds and other jewels.

The stolen items include a tiara, decorative bow, and brooch from Empress Eugenie, the wife of Napoleon III. The tiara alone includes 212 pearls, 1,998 diamonds, and 992 rose-cut diamonds, according to The New York Times.

A sapphire set consisting of a matching tiara, necklace, and earrings were also stolen. The set is of unknown origin, but was worn by royals such as Queen Hortense, the wife of Louis Bonaparte. Queen Marie-Amélie, the wife of Louis Philippe I, also wore the set. The pieces together include 24 Ceylon sapphires, which only come from Sri Lanka, and 1,083 diamonds.

The bandits also made off with an emerald and diamond necklace presented by Napoleon to his second wife, Marie Louise, as a wedding gift for their marriage in 1810. The necklace includes 32 emeralds and 1,138 diamonds. Included in the Louvre’s set was also a pair of matching earrings that the thieves also stole.

French President Emmanuel Macron pledged in a post on social media that the jewelry would be recovered and the thieves brought to justice. He also said a new “renaissance” project to update the Louvre includes updates that have strengthened the museum’s security.

They Need to Go Away

According to the Daily Wire:

A global tax on shipping emissions won’t take effect after pressure from the Trump administration to abandon the climate activist-fueled proposal.

The International Maritime Organization had been set to vote on Friday on adopting a global carbon tax aimed at pushing the shipping industry to stop using fossil fuels. But that vote did not happen after President Donald Trump on Thursday called for other countries to oppose the tax, saying that the United States would not “tolerate” or “adhere” to the measure.

Instead, the International Maritime Organization, an agency of the United Nations that regulates shipping, moved Friday to postpone the vote on the tax for a year.

The decision was praised by Trump administration officials who spent the week fighting the proposal.

Last week, the Trump administration warned that the tax could increase shipping costs by up to 10% and said that it was considering a number of retaliatory actions for countries that support the measure. These actions included investigating countries pursuing anti-competitive practices, imposing visa restrictions and increasing processing fees, and placing additional port fees and commercial penalties.

What a Shock!

According to Perplaxity:

Recent data shows a significant decline in the number of young people identifying as non-binary in the United States, particularly among college and high school students.

Key Findings

  • Multiple large-scale surveys of U.S. college and high school students reveal that only about 3.6% identify as a gender other than male or female in 2025, down noticeably from 6.8% in 2023 and 5.2% in 2024.
  • At specific institutions, such as Brown University, the percentage of students identifying as non-binary fell from 5% in 2022 and 2023 to 2.6% in 2025. Phillips Academy Andover reported a drop from 7.4% in 2023 to 3% in 2025.
  • This decline is especially marked among incoming college freshmen, signaling that younger cohorts are less likely to adopt non-binary or other queer identities compared to their older peers.

Analysis and Perspectives

  • Researchers have suggested various reasons for this trend, including possible shifts in cultural pressures, political polarization, greater mental health stability among youth, and the rise and fall of social identity categories as cultural “fashions” or trends.
  • The drop does not seem to be directly linked to changes in conservative political attitudes, decreased support for progressive social causes, or significant changes in religious affiliation.
  • Other LGBTQ+ identities, such as gay and lesbian, remain stable, while bisexual identification saw a rise and then a slight decline in the same period.

Genius!

According to the New York Post:

A Florida man was hit with federal charges this week after he allegedly stole $7,000 in scratch-off lottery tickets from a convenience store, then returned to the scene of the crime mere hours later to try to redeem his loot, according to authorities.

Justin Farley, 43, pulled into a St. Petersburg Circle K on May 5, and “opened multiple cabinets and took scratch-off lottery tickets,” before fleeing the scene in his grey Hyundai Elantra, according to a probable cause affidavit reviewed by The Post.

Roughly 40 minutes later, Farley arrived at an area 7-Eleven to redeem the $7,000 worth of scratch-offs, according to the document filed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

After an unsuccessful attempt, the bumbling thief returned to the same Circle K and tried to cash in on the seven ticket books he had stolen from the store. His attempt once again failed, the document said.

He then left and returned to the Circle K minutes later, only to come up empty a third time, according to the filing.

Disparaged, Farley drove back to the 7-Eleven in a black mask, yellow shirt, and black Nikes and pointed a replica Glock at the clerk, demanding a staffer open the cash register, prosecutors alleged.

He successfully made off with $120 from the register before escorting the clerk to the back of the store and snatching a pack of Newport cigarettes, prosecutors said.

A slew of evidence, including his license plate and surveillance footage, led cops to pull over Farley on May 22 and book him on commercial burglary and grand theft, according to details first reported by The Independent.

After his arrest, Farley told cops he “needed money,” the affidavit said.

To Breathe or Not to Breathe

According to Perplexity:

Pressurized metered-dose inhalers contribute a significant amount to global warming, mainly due to their use of hydrofluoroalkane (HFA) propellants, which have a global warming potential hundreds to thousands of times greater than carbon dioxide. In the United States alone, inhalers release more than 2 million metric tons of CO₂-equivalent emissions each year—about as much as the annual emissions from 530,000 gasoline-powered cars.

Most of the environmental impact is from pressurized metered-dose inhalers (pMDIs), which use HFA propellants to deliver medication. These propellant gases remain in the canisters even after the medication has been dispensed, slowly leaking into the atmosphere when discarded. The medication itself does not contribute to emissions; the issue is solely with the propellant.

Metered-dose inhalers (pMDIs): Account for about 98% of all inhaler-related emissions.

Episode 1115 – Gee, I Wonder Why He Couldn’t Get His License

Hamas is already breaking the terms of the ceasefire in Gaza. And it is their own “citizens” that are suffering.

Let’s go through the list of criminal illegal aliens that were arrested this week.

And a guy who has been driving a truck for eight years can’t get his commercial drivers license. I’ll let you guess why.

Hamas Looks to be Back At It

According to the New York Post:

Hamas carried out mass public executions in Gaza on Monday, gruesome video shows — as the bloodthirsty terror group desperately seeks to maintain control over the Palestinian enclave and punish those it deems “collaborators with Israel.”

The barbaric reprisal came just hours after President Trump declared the “end of an age of terror and death” and signed a document enshrining his 20-point peace plan.

The graphic footage shows eight badly beaten, blindfolded men kneeling in the street before each is shot dead by Hamas gunmen in front of a cheering crowd.

The terror group said, without providing evidence, that the killings targeted “criminals and collaborators with Israel,” the BBC reported.

Among those killed was Ahmad Zidan al-Tarabin, reportedly responsible for recruiting agents to a rival non-Hamas-aligned militia, Israeli outlet ynet News reported.

Following the IDF’s withdrawal, Hamas has quickly looked to reassert its control over Gaza, targeting the “clans,” or family-based armed groups that had gained strength during the conflict.

Episode 1114 – There Is No Ambiguity!

The New York Times is whining that judges are confused by the Supreme Court’s decisions. I’ll tell you these judges have no business being judges.

Los Angeles has found another reason to waste tax payer money and no one seems all that upset by it.

And California has decided to trash the Second Amendment. Luckily, there’s the NRA.

Maybe They Shouldn’t Be Judges

According to the New York Times:

More than three dozen federal judges have told The New York Times that the Supreme Court’s flurry of brief, opaque emergency orders in cases related to the Trump administration have left them confused about how to proceed in those matters and are hurting the judiciary’s image with the public.

At issue are the quick-turn orders the Supreme Court has issued dictating whether Trump administration policies should be left in place while they are litigated through the lower courts. That emergency docket, a growing part of the Supreme Court’s work in recent years, has taken on greater importance amid the flood of litigation challenging President Trump’s efforts to expand executive power.

While the orders are technically temporary, they have had broad practical effects, allowing the administration to deport tens of thousands of people, discharge transgender military service members, fire thousands of government workers and slash federal spending.

The striking and highly unusual critique of the nation’s highest court from lower court judges reveals the degree to which litigation over Mr. Trump’s agenda has created strains in the federal judicial system.

Sixty-five judges responded to a Times questionnaire sent to hundreds of federal judges across the country. Of those, 47 said the Supreme Court had been mishandling its emergency docket since Mr. Trump returned to office.

The judges responded to the questionnaire and spoke in interviews on the condition of anonymity so they could share their views candidly, as lower court judges are governed by a complex set of rules that include limitations on their public statements.

Of the judges who responded, 28 were nominated by Republican presidents, including 10 by Mr. Trump; 37 were nominated by Democrats. While those nominated by Democrats were more critical of the Supreme Court, judges nominated by presidents of both parties expressed concerns.

In interviews, federal judges called the Supreme Court’s emergency orders “mystical,” “overly blunt,” “incredibly demoralizing and troubling” and “a slap in the face to the district courts.” One judge compared their district’s current relationship with the Supreme Court to “a war zone.” Another said the courts were in the midst of a “judicial crisis.”

Aren’t You Glad You Pay Taxes?

According to Fox News:

Los Angeles County leaders declared a local state of emergency in the region Tuesday, with news of the proclamation shared in a release by LA County Supervisor Lindsey Horvath’s office.

The measure was said to be a response to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids across LA County, which is home to more than 10 million people and one of the U.S.’s largest immigrant populations.

The county can now offer residents financial support if they have been impacted by the raids, including rent relief and can access state funds for any legal aid.

“What’s happening in our communities is an emergency and Los Angeles County is treating it like one,” Horvath said in the statement.

The proclamation notice, dated Oct. 9, said that it will remain in effect until terminated by the Board of Supervisors.

County departments were ordered to “take necessary emergency actions to protect and stabilize communities impacted by federal immigration actions,” it read.

County supervisors voted 4-1 in favor of the emergency proclamation to mobilize county resources and support affected communities despite potential legal challenges from the federal government.

County officials claimed the raids have “created a climate of fear, leading to widespread disruption in daily life and adverse impacts to our regional economy,” including decreased workplace attendance, temporary or permanent business closures, and increased strain on schools, hospitals, and places of worship.

This Is What the Second Amendment Was For

According to the Daily Wire:

The National Rifle Association (NRA) filed a lawsuit against California over a “first-of-its-kind” law that effectively bans one of the most popular handguns in America.

On Friday, Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom signed into law a new bill that bans the sale and transfer of Glock and Glock-style handguns in the state beginning January 1. In a suit filed on Monday, the NRA argues that the law blatantly violates the Second Amendment rights of Californians.

“Our message to Governor Newsom is simple: we will see you in court,” NRA Institute for Legislative Action Executive Director John Commerford said. “Gavin Newsom and his gang of progressive politicians in California are continuing their crusade against constitutional rights.”

“Once again, they are attempting to violate landmark Supreme Court decisions and disarm law-abiding citizens by banning some of the most commonly owned handguns in America. This flagrant violation of rights cannot, and will not, go unchecked,” he added.

California’s law says that gun sellers “shall not sell, offer for sale, exchange, give, transfer, or deliver any semiautomatic machinegun-convertible pistol.” That kind of pistol is defined as “any semiautomatic pistol with a cruciform trigger bar that can be readily converted by hand or with common household tools,” which applies to Glock and Glock-style pistols.

Democrats say the law is intended to crack down on the conversion of Glock-style handguns for use as a machine gun. That action is already illegal under federal law and carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.

Episode 1113 – Those Founding Fathers Weren’t Dumb!

The Left constantly thinks they are morally and intellectually superior to our Founding Fathers. I have a quote that will prove to disprove their feelings and their policies.

Columbus Day has brought out the nut jobs.

And the Right is finally playing by the Left’s rules.

Maybe Those Guys Weren’t Dumb

Here is a quote from John Locke:

So that, however it may be mistaken, the end (reason) of (for) law is not to abolish or restrain, but to preserve and enlarge freedom: for in all the states of created beings capable of laws, where there is no law, there is no freedom: for liberty is, to be free from restraint and violence from others; which cannot be, where there is no law: but freedom is not, as we are told, a liberty for every man to do what he lists: (for who could be free, when every other man’s humor might domineer over him?) but a liberty to dispose and order as he lists, his persons, actions, possessions, and his whole property, which the allowance of those laws under which he is, and therein not to be subject to the arbitrary will of another, but freely follow his own.

A Lot of Bitter People

We Are Finally Getting Our Footing

According to the Daily Wire:

Pro-gun organizations are suing the federal government to challenge regulations on silencers and short-barreled firearms in an attempt to parlay a legal change in the Big Beautiful Bill into a complete overhaul of longstanding restrictions on guns.

Dubbed the “Big Beautiful Lawsuit,” the suit from the Silencer Shop Foundation, Gun Owners of America, Palmetto State Armory, and other pro-gun organizations argues that the regulation of the items by the 1934 National Firearms Act (NFA) is unconstitutional in the wake of a legislative change.

The lawsuit against the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms comes in the wake of the passage of the Big Beautiful Bill, which will eliminate the $200 tax on silencers, short-barreled rifles, and other firearms regulated through the National Firearms Act beginning in 2026.

The suit contends that the elimination of the tax on silencers, short barreled rifles and shotguns, and a third category referred to as “any other weapon,” removes the Constitutional justification for their inclusion in the act.

The NFA has allowed the federal government to maintain a registry of those purchasing items covered by the 1934 law for the purposes of ensuring tax compliance, but now with the tax set to be sunsetted, the justification for the federal list becomes increasingly legally flimsy.

The Leftist Threat Continues

According to NBC7 News, San Diego:

United States Attorney General Pam Bondi on Friday announced criminal charges against a 69-year-old man living in San Diego who is accused of sending a threatening letter in the mail to conservative influencer Benny Johnson.

Bondi shared at a press conference held in Florida that George Russell Isbell Jr. was arrested after the United States Postal Service helped trace the letter and Federal Bureau of Investigation agents found his fingerprints on it.

According to the Department of Justice, the letter said Johnson needed to be “exterminated” and included other graphic notes about him being killed. Johnson stood next to Bondi for the press conference and said, “This individual described orphaning my four beautiful children and widowing my wife with great joy.”

Bondi said Isbell was arrested in San Diego on Friday morning, however, the DOJ press release said he was taken into custody days earlier on Oct. 7. NBC 7 reached out to the FBI San Diego spokesperson who confirmed they were the arresting agency but could not clarify the timeline because the government shutdown limits their ability to respond to media requests.

Episode 1112 – Happy Columbus Day, Folks!

There is hope and joy in Israel today and Donald Trump is getting all the credit!

President Trump brings back an old American holiday. Happy Columbus Day folks!

And Democrats are fuming about what Trump is doing during the government shutdown. Hey, FAFO!

What Great News!

According to Fox News:

President Donald Trump thanked Israeli lawmakers for their enthusiastic welcome in the Knesset on Monday as the nation celebrated the release of all 20 living hostages from Hamas captivity.

“After two harrowing years in darkness and captivity, 20 courageous hostages are returning to the glorious embrace of their families,” Trump said. “Twenty-eight more precious loved ones are coming home at last to rest in this sacred soil for all of time. And after so many years of unceasing war and endless danger, today the skies are calm, the guns are silent, the sirens are still, and the sun rises on a Holy Land that is finally at peace.”

The president’s comments came as reports emerged that only four of the 28 bodies held in Gaza are expected to be returned on Monday, which could risk the stability of the ceasefire and its ability to progress to the second phase, which would see the disarmament of Hamas and the further withdrawal of Israeli forces.

“This is not only the end of a war. This is the end of an age of terror and death, the beginning of the age of faith and hope and of God,” Trump said.

The hostages have been in captivity for 738 days.

This Is Another 80/20 Issue

According to Perplexity:

President Donald Trump has issued a formal proclamation honoring Columbus Day in 2025, emphasizing Christopher Columbus as an “original American hero” and reaffirming the official federal celebration of the holiday. The proclamation was signed on October 9, 2025, and designates Monday, October 13, 2025, as Columbus Day, calling upon Americans to observe the day with ceremonies, activities, and by displaying the U.S. flag on all public buildings.

The proclamation is as follows:

“NOW, THEREFORE, I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim October 13, 2025, as Columbus Day. I call upon the people of the United States to observe this day with appropriate ceremonies and activities. I also direct that the flag of the United States be displayed on all public buildings on the appointed day in honor of the great Christopher Columbus and all who have contributed to building our Nation”.

In sum, the 2025 proclamation strongly reasserts Columbus Day as a federal holiday and is positioned as a statement against changing historical narratives, while deliberately omitting the growing national observance of Indigenous Peoples’ Day.

I am so tired of hearing about Indigenous Peoples Day. Why are we celebrating a people who we conquered? The Natives Americans were not peaceful or innocent when it comes to the war. Where do you think the term “Indian giver” came from? The Indians were known to sell us land and then want it back after the Americans developed it into something successful. New York is an example of that.

Honestly, what are we celebrating? The Indians:

  • Held Slaves.
  • Practiced human sacrifice, including child sacrifice.
  • Practiced canabalism.
  • Practiced inbreeding.
  • Had no technology (they didn’t even have the wheel).
  • Were going extinct.

Oh, No!

According to the Daily Wire:

Fourteen-hundred employees at the Internal Revenue Service will be laid off in a process initiated Friday, The Daily Wire has learned.

The number is larger than anyone expected, with the IRS union filing a lawsuit to stop what it said it had “heard” might be 1,300 layoffs across the entire Treasury Department. The real number, an Office of Management and Budget official told The Daily Wire, is 1,400 at the IRS alone, plus more at other components of Treasury.

The layoffs come as Democrats refuse to fund the government at all unless the Republican majority agrees to increased spending for non-citizens’ health care and other topics. That has resulted in a government shutdown, wherein employees are sent home and traditionally receive back pay once a deal is reached.

The Trump administration has countered that if federal employees are going to be prohibited from working due to a shutdown, some will never come back at all – particularly those that staff agencies favored by Democrats.

The IRS was targeted as a bloated agency that Democrats have used for political purposes, including targeting conservative nonprofits, the OMB official said. The official said the tax collecting agency spent $35 million on guns, ammunition, and military-style weaponry between 2006 and 2023, and advertised job postings that said special agents must be willing to use “deadly force.”

It Figures

According to the Daily Wire:

Venezuelan opposition leader María Corina Machado, who was awarded the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize on Friday, said that she was dedicating the award to President Donald Trump “for his decisive support of our cause.”

Machado, who has been targeted by the Nicolás Maduro regime in socialist Venezuela, was named the winner of this year’s Nobel Peace Prize for her “tireless work promoting democratic rights for the people of Venezuela and … her struggle to achieve a just and peaceful transition from dictatorship to democracy.” Machado said that the prize is a “recognition of the struggle of all Venezuelans,” adding that Venezuela is relying on Trump and the United States to help the country “achieve freedom and democracy.”

“I dedicate this prize to the suffering people of Venezuela and to President Trump for his decisive support of our cause!” Machado wrote.

On his Truth Social account, President Donald Trump shared a screenshot of a similar post from Machado. Earlier on Friday, White House Communications Director Steven Cheung said that the Nobel Committee “proved they place politics over peace” by not awarding Trump the Nobel Peace Prize.

Episode 1111 – And The Nobel Peace Prize Goes To…

A peace plan, brokered by the United States, has been accepted by Hamas. Let’s go over the details.

The arsonist that started Palisades fire has been caught.

And more examples of criminals getting away with murder…literally.

I’ll Believe When I See It

According to Perplexity:

Israel and Hamas have reached an agreement on the first phase of a U.S.-brokered peace plan designed to end the two-year Gaza war, secure the release of hostages, and initiate a partial Israeli withdrawal from Gaza. This phase is now pending final approval by Israel’s cabinet, expected shortly, after which a ceasefire will take effect within 24 hours.

Key Elements of the Peace Plan

  • The agreement, based on a 20-point proposal by President Trump, calls for:
    • Release of all remaining Israeli hostages by Hamas—about 20 individuals, to occur within 72 hours of cabinet ratification.
    • In exchange, Israel will release roughly 2,000 Palestinian prisoners, though certain high-profile figures like Marwan Barghouti are excluded from release.
    • Israel will withdraw its troops to pre-designated lines within Gaza, though will continue to control over half of the Strip initially.
    • A daily influx of humanitarian aid, starting with 400 trucks, is promised for the first five days, with provisions for increase.
    • Amnesty is offered to Hamas members who agree to disarm, along with immediate restoration of humanitarian assistance and reconstruction programs.

Background and Context

  • The peace initiative follows numerous failed attempts at ceasefires since the October 2023 attacks, ongoing hostilities, and growing international condemnation—most notably a recent UN report accusing Israel of genocide in Gaza.
  • More than 66,000 Palestinians have died since the war began, with the plan aiming to halt further violence and relieve humanitarian suffering.
  • Negotiations, led by U.S., Qatari, and Egyptian mediators, were finalized in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, and welcomed by leaders on both sides and a wide range of international actors.

Next Steps and Remaining Issues

  • The Israeli cabinet is expected to vote today, after which the ceasefire and prisoner exchanges are scheduled to proceed almost immediately.
  • Details about long-term governance, reconstruction, and the fate of Hamas’s influence in Gaza remain unresolved; transitional governance by Palestinian technocrats is part of the broader framework but not yet fully agreed.
  • The plan has broad international backing, but implementation will hinge on strict adherence to the agreed timelines and terms by all parties.

This peace plan marks the first major diplomatic breakthrough since the outbreak of the 2023 conflict, but significant challenges and potential flashpoints remain as implementation begins.

The Death Penalty to This POS

According to Fox News:

Authorities have arrested 29-year-old Jonathan Rinderknecht, accusing him of purposefully igniting a New Year’s Day fire that smoldered for days and later exploded into the deadly Palisades Fire that devastated California.

Rinderknecht, 29, of Melbourne, Florida, was arrested Tuesday on a federal charge of destruction of property by means of fire, Acting United States Attorney Bill Essayli announced during a Wednesday morning news conference. He was due to make his initial appearance in federal court in Florida on Wednesday.

“The complaint alleges that a single person’s recklessness caused one of the worst fires Los Angeles has ever seen, resulting in death and widespread destruction in Pacific Palisades,” Essayli said. “While we cannot bring back what victims lost, we hope this criminal case brings some measure of justice to those affected by this horrific tragedy.”

Essayli said there is evidence from Rinderknecht’s cell phone, false statements to law enforcement and his behavior following a separate fire that broke out shortly after midnight on New Year’s Day that led to his arrest.

Justice department officials said evidence collected from the suspect’s digital devices showed an image he generated on ChatGPT depicting a dystopian burning city. The Palisades fire destroyed tens of thousands of acres throughout the region, leaving many residents displaced, and claimed the lives of 12 people.

From New Year’s Eve 2024 to New Year’s Day 2025, Rinderknecht worked as an Uber driver in Los Angeles. Federal authorities said two of his passengers told them “he appeared agitated and angry that night after dropping off a passenger in Pacific Palisades.”

He then allegedly parked his car and tried to contact a former friend. After he couldn’t get a hold of them, officials said he then proceeded to walk up a trail and took videos on his iPhone from a hilltop. According to the criminal complaint, Rinderknecht claims that he offered to help fight the fires, with the investigators noting that this is “highly unusual conduct.”

This isa Double Whammy!

According to Fox News:

An illegal immigrant who pleaded guilty to killing a South Carolina college student in a hit-and-run will be released next year after completing his one-year sentence.

Rosali Fernandez-Cruz was admitted to the state Department of Corrections on Aug. 14, 2025, according to South Carolina Department of Corrections records.

His projected release date is March 2, 2026. Fernandez-Cruz pleaded guilty to hit-and-run resulting in death — the most serious charge against him — according to Robert Kittle, communications director for the state attorney general’s office, who spoke with Fox News Digital.

There was no plea agreement, and prosecutors informed the judge of other traffic-related charges against Fernandez-Cruz, Kittle said.

“The judge decided the sentence, which was one year,” he said.

Fernandez-Cruz, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, received the light sentence for the April 2 death of Nathaniel Baker, 21, in Columbia. Baker was a junior at the University of South Carolina and a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity.

Fernandez-Cruz was accused of failing to yield and striking Baker, who was riding a motorcycle. He then fled the scene, authorities said.

Another One?

According to Fox News:

An Indiana man accused of stabbing a 69-year-old at a gas station has ignited outrage after records revealed a staggering criminal history – nearly 100 prior arrests – with little to show in the way of punishment.

Courtney Boose, 41, was arrested after the alleged gas-station stabbing, according to the Lawrence Police Department and Fox 59, which reported that Boose has been arrested 99 times over the years on charges ranging from theft and trespassing to battery.

Despite that record, court documents reviewed by Fox News Digital show he’s never served a day in state prison.

This Will Help Crime

According to Fox News:

As violent crime surges across America’s largest Democratic-run cities, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) is stepping in — this time, suing Los Angeles County for allegedly blocking citizens from defending themselves.

The new lawsuit marks the latest clash in a growing battle between the Trump administration’s DOJ and Democrat-led cities over public safety and constitutional rights.

Filed by the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, the lawsuit accuses the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LASD) of engaging in a “pattern or practice” of delaying or denying concealed carry weapon permits (CCW) for law-abiding citizens.

Federal investigators found that out of more than 8,000 applications, only two were approved — with some residents waiting up to two years just for an interview. Critics say that failure leaves thousands of Angelenos defenseless while robberies, assaults and carjackings surge across the city.

However, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass’ office pushed back and told Fox News Digital that recent reports indicate the city is on pace for its “lowest homicide total in 60 years.”

“Los Angeles County may not like that right, but the Constitution does not allow them to infringe upon it,” said Attorney General Pam Bondi, defending the federal government’s action. “This Department of Justice will continue to fight for the Second Amendment.”

The Tide Could Be Changing

According to Fox News:

Bari Weiss announced on Monday that she is officially editor-in-chief of CBS News and her outlet, The Free Press, is joining Paramount.

“We’re a news organization, so I’ll get right to it: This morning, The Free Press is joining Paramount,” Weiss wrote in an email to readers.

“This move is a testament to many things: The Free Press team; the vision of Paramount’s new leaders; the luck of starting an independent media company at the right moment; and the courage of my colleagues to leave behind old worlds to build a new one,” she continued. “But, above all, it’s a testament to you, our subscribers.”

Weiss, who famously quit The New York Times in 2020 after detailing bullying by her colleagues, went on to launch the “Common Sense” newsletter in 2021 before rebranding it as The Free Press and expanding it into a full-fledged media company in 2022. Weiss and The Free Press have long been rumored to be coveted by Paramount’s new owner David Ellison, and the pact is now official.

Episode 1110 – PLEASE, PUT SOMEONE IN JAIL!!

Left wing violence continues to be a huge threat as a man is arrested in Washington D.C. with a cache of explosives.

Katie Porter gives California a reason not to vote for her.

And illegal aliens feel so comfortable in blue cities, they are openly calling for contracts on Border Patrol agents.

The Threat of Violence Continues

According to the Daily Wire:

Washington, D.C., police on Sunday arrested a man with hundreds of explosive devices outside a church holding a Mass in honor of the Supreme Court. The man had a manifesto that suggested he was targeting the Supreme Court and Catholics, according to court papers obtained by The Daily Wire.

Louis Geri, a 41-year-old from Arizona and New Jersey, was apprehended outside the Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle on October 5, the same day the church held its annual “Red Mass” in which a cardinal prays for the high court as it embarks on a new term, and which is historically attended by justices.

Geri was occupying a green tent on the steps of the church when police attempted to clear the area in preparation for the Supreme Court event. He told police, “You might want to stay back and call the federales, I have explosives,” according to an affidavit.

A member of the Metropolitan Police Department’s Bomb Squad then told him he needed to move because of a special event. He replied, “I’m aware of that (referring to the Red Mass),” police wrote, and threatened to throw a bomb into the street as a demonstration, adding, “I have a hundred plus of them.”

Police said they would remove him against his will, and he replied, “Several of your people are gonna die from one of these.” With a lighter in one hand, he handed them nine pieces of paper that amounted to a manifesto entitled, “Written Negotiations for the Avoidance of Destruction of Property via Detonation of Explosives.”

The manifesto “revealed his significant animosity towards the Catholic church, members of the Jewish faith, members of SCOTUS and ICE/ ICE facilities,” police wrote, indicating that the incident may be the latest in a string of left-wing domestic terrorism.

Geri “then shifted his right thumb over top of the butane lighter to initiate the lighting action and stated, ‘You better have these people step away or there’s going to be deaths.’”

Geri then left the tent to urinate on a tree and was apprehended by three officers, at which point he said he had a device in his pocket. A bomb squad technician located in his pocket “a vial with a white cap, which contained yellow liquid inside, with an M-device taped to the exterior.”

After he was arrested, the bomb squad located “a large cache of handmade destructive devices” in the tent, police said. He was charged with: Unlawful Entry, Manufacture, Transfer, Use, Possession or Transportation of Molotov Cocktails, or other Explosives for Unlawful purposes, Threats to Kidnap or Injure a person, Assault on Police Officer x 2, Possession of Destructive Device, Manufacture or Possession of Weapon of Mass Destruction (Hate Crime) and Resisting Arrest.

On Monday, after reviewing the bombs more carefully, police filed an affidavit from a bomb technician saying “there were over 200 devices recovered from D-1’s tent. There was a strong smell of acetone emitting from some of the vials. Some of the liquid was determined to be Nitro Methane. The liquid appeared to be multiple chemicals mixed together, none in original containers … the devices appeared to be fully functional.”

Police said that in a jailhouse interview, Geri “described his devices as grenades and explosives containing Nitro Methane with a rubber band securing a fuse to be used for detonation. [He] also stated he planned to use the modified bottle rockets with the aluminum foil heads attached and treated in a Thermite solution to allow for his detonation of the devices from a distance.”

He is being held in jail without bond.

The Bubble In Which She Must Live

Here is Katie Porter, a California representative in Congress running for mayor.

Some things:

  • This reporter is not asking weird questions.
  • This shows how the feet of Democrats are made of clay. They are weak.
  • This woman does not seem to care about the people of the state. She seems more concerned with getting elected.
  • She definitely doesn’t care about Republicans.
  • This shows, also, how Democrats are never challenged by the media. Being interviewed should not be a “happy experience”.
  • Katie Porter is a moron anyway.
  • California voting policies are corrupt to allow people like this to win.

The Gall of This Guy

According to New York Post:

A Latin Kings gangbanger allegedly put a bounty hit out on Border Patrol chief Gregory Bovino – firing off a Snapchat message that read, “10k if u take him down.”

Juan Espinoza Martinez, a 37-year-old Mexican living in the US illegally, was nabbed Monday in Burr Ridge, a Chicago suburb, after the feds were tipped off to the alleged murder-for-hire plot, authorities said.

In the Snapchat conversation, the ranking street gang member included a photo of Bovino and placed a $2,000 bounty for his capture, according to a criminal complaint.

The message, which was written in Spanish, read “cuando lo agarren,” which translates to “when they catch him.”

In a follow message, he allegedly offered “10k if you take him down.”

Authorities became aware of the alleged hit after a source sent them a screenshot of the messages last week, court papers charge.

“Depraved individuals like Juan Espinoza Martinez – who do not value human life and threaten law enforcement – do NOT belong in this country,” Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said.

Homeland Security said Martinez is from Mexico and entered the US illegally at an unknown date and time.

Bovino has been spearheading “Operation Midway Blitz” that has seen federal troops descend on Chicago in recent weeks as part of a crackdown on illegal immigrants.

People Need to Go to Prison

According to the Daily Wire:

The FBI has been caught rifling through the phone records of nearly a dozen Republican members of Congress — all swept up in special counsel Jack Smith’s relentless pursuit of President Donald Trump.

Records released by Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) on Monday show that the FBI analyzed the metadata of phone calls from Sens. Marsha Blackburn (TN), Cynthia Lummis (WY), Ron Johnson (WI), Tommy Tuberville (AL), Dan Sullivan (AK), Josh Hawley (MO) Bill Hagerty (TN), Lindsey Graham (SC), and Rep. Mike Kelly (PA.). The records were part of Smith’s “Arctic Frost” investigation, which led to Trump being charged in Washington, D.C., over accusations that he tried to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

“This document shows the Biden FBI spied on 8 of my Republican Senate colleagues during its Arctic Frost investigation into ‘election conspiracy.’ Arctic Frost later became Jack Smith’s elector case against Trump,” Grassley posed on X. “BIDEN FBI WEAPONIZATION = WORSE THAN WATERGATE.”

The document Grassley shared showed that the FBI obtained the toll data of the GOP lawmakers’ calls, meaning they gathered basic information, such as the date and time of certain phone calls. The agency did not monitor the content of the communications, the senators said.
