A Little Pushback for Gavin

People are sick of it and now they are protesting. A “massive crowd ” in Huntington Beach, California threw a fit and held a protest on Saturday night. They decided to start the protest after 10 PM in order to protest Gavin Newsom’s stupid COVID policy that implemented a curfew from 10 PM to 5 AM.

I’ve been to Huntington Beach and I bet they weren’t wearing masks either.

The new mandate applies to counties in the state’s most restrictive “purple” tier of its reopening plan, in which about 94% of Californians reside. Officials said the objective is to discourage people from attending social gatherings and drinking alcohol, behaviors they claim contributed to the recent increase in COVID-19 infections throughout the state.

Video from the scene showed demonstrators lining the sidewalks around the Huntington Beach Pier at Pacific Coast Highway and Main Street. Many waved American flags as drivers honked their horns in support while driving through the area. Most attendees were there to condemn Gov. Newsom’s actions, saying the curfew infringes on civil liberties.

Many were just as passionate about displaying their commitment to President Donald J. Trump.

This is not going to stop. Remember what Princess Leia told General Tarkin in Star Wars? “The tighter you squeeze, the more systems will slip through your fingers.” The difference, General Tarkin didn’t blow up Aldearan and go to his friend’s $1000 a dollar a plate birthday party.

I thought Jerry Brown was bad. Gavin Newsom is worse. He’s a tyrant and stupid. At least he’s pretty.

They Have Better Things to Do

But Gavin has some issues. He has put out all these restrictions and seems not to have anyone who wants to enforce them.

Last week, the Orange County Sheriff said they would not enforce Gavin’s stupid policy.

Don Barnes, the head of the Sheriff Department, said:

“Throughout the pandemic, the Orange County Sheriff’s Department has taken an education-first approach with regard to the public health orders. We are currently assessing the action by the governor. At this time, due to the need to have deputies available for emergency calls for service, deputies will not be responding to requests for face-coverings or social gatherings-only enforcement.”

Now, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura county sheriffs have flipped the bird to Newsom too.

Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco said:

“It has been the policy of the Sheriff’s Department to encourage responsible behavior and compliance with the Governor’s orders. To ensure constitutional rights are not violated and to limit potential negative interactions and exposure to our deputies, we will not be responding to calls for service based solely on non-compliance with the new order or social distancing and mask guidelines.”

Ventura County Sheriff Bill Ayub said:

“In short, we will not be actively enforcing the curfew order. However, we will continue to respond to public safety concerns and provide law enforcement services wherever they are needed. We ask that everyone do their part to avoid situations that may contribute to the spread of COVID19.”

San Bernardino Sheriff John McMahon joined the others later on Friday in refusing to send officers to respond to violations of Newsom’s lockdown order. He said:

“Back in March, county departments collaborated and established an online reporting system for members of the public, including those choosing to remain anonymous, to report alleged violations of Public Health orders. Depending on the type and severity of the allegation(s), complaints are addressed by various county or city agencies. It is not our intent to utilize patrol personnel to respond to these allegations. Those calling to report alleged violations of Public Health orders will be referred to the county’s Joint Information Center (JIC) so the appropriate department(s) can be made aware and address the incidents on a case by case basis.”

Seriously? The sheriff has a lot more important things to do than send a SWAT team to grandpa’s Thanksgiving dinner. The only reason grandpa should face prosecution is because his turkey is dry and he keeps sticking those damn raisins in the stuffing. I find it amazing that Newsom is worried about busting people’s asses about having family get-togethers but never said a word about the rioting that was happening in Los Angeles. Where was COVID then?

Also, do you notice something? Each basically said, “Take responsibility. We trust you will make the right decisions.” I seem to remember reading something about that in a document written 250 years ago.

Don’t be surprised if the Los Angeles County and San Diego Sheriff join in. The Los Angeles Sheriff hates mayor Gil Garcetti.

A Big Loss

A federal judge in Pennsylvania threw out a Trump campaign election lawsuit on Saturday, citing a lack of evidence to back up the campaign’s claims of potential voter fraud and misconduct. The Trump campaign filed the lawsuit to keep the state from certifying its election results and officially rewarding Pennsylvania’s 20 electoral votes to Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.

President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani and Trump campaign senior legal adviser Jenna Ellis issued a response to the ruling later on Saturday.

“Today’s decision turns out to help us in our strategy to get expeditiously to the U.S. Supreme Court. Although we fully disagree with this opinion, we’re thankful to the Obama-appointed judge for making this anticipated decision quickly, rather than simply trying to run out the clock,” the attorneys said in a press release from the Trump campaign.

“We will be seeking an expedited appeal to the Third Circuit. There is so much evidence that in Pennsylvania, Democrats eliminated our opportunity to present 50 witnesses and other evidence that election officials blatantly ignored Pennsylvania’s law denying independent review,” the statement continued. “This resulted in 682,777 ballots being cast illegally, wittingly or unwittingly. This is just an extension of the Big Tech, Big Media, Corrupt Democrat censorship of damning facts the American public needs to know.”

“We are disappointed we did not at least get the opportunity to present our evidence at a hearing. Unfortunately the censorship continues,” Giuliani and Ellis said. “We hope that the Third Circuit will be as gracious as Judge Brann in deciding our appeal one way or the other as expeditiously as possible. This is another case that appears to be moving quickly to the United States Supreme Court.”

U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Brann ripped the Trump campaign legal team in his decision to throw out its lawsuit over the weekend. Brann said that the Trump campaign did little to bolster claims of widespread misconduct that may have influenced the outcome of the election.

“One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption,” Brann wrote, according to the Associated Press. “That has not happened.”

So Much for the Kraken

President Donald Trump’s legal team issued a statement on Sunday distancing itself from attorney Sidney Powell after Powell has generated controversy with unproven claims.

The Trump team released a statement:

“Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the President in his personal capacity.”

She kept saying she had evidence that the Dominion voter machines were manipulated. She even accused Gov. Kemp in Georgia of being paid off so that Trump would lose the election. These are some pretty serious charges but, whenever she has been asked to present evidence she didn’t. Now we know, she couldn’t. She never had any.

So the chaos that was in the Trump campaign can now be seen in his campaign legal group. I’m not surprised with Rudy running things. Here’s the thing: there isn’t much time left and the Trump legal team

Biden’s incoming chief of staff, Ronald A. Klain, said on Sunday that Biden will begin naming his first Cabinet picks this week.

“Well, what I can confirm, George, is that you’re going to see the first of the president-elect’s Cabinet appointments on Tuesday of this week,” Klain told host George Stephanopoulos on ABC News’s “This Week.”

“But if you want to know what Cabinet agencies they are and who’s going to be in those Cabinet agencies, you’ll have to wait for the president-elect to say that himself on Tuesday.”

“Donald Trump’s been rejecting democracy. He has been … launching baseless claims of voter fraud, baseless litigation rejected by 34 courts, and now these efforts to try to get election officials to overturn the will of the voters. It’s corrosive, it’s harmful, but … it’s not going to change the outcome of what happens here at 12 noon on Jan. 20, Joe Biden will become the next president of the United States.”

Klain also complained that Trump is jeopardizing an orderly transition.

“The president-elect, the vice president-elect are not getting the kind of intelligence briefings they’re entitled to. We’re not getting — our transition isn’t getting — access to agency officials to develop our plans so there’s a lot of focus on that vaccine rollout plan that’s going to be critical in the early days of a Biden presidency. We have no access to that,” Klain said.

Klain also said Biden would be bipartisan.

“We know we have to reach out to Republicans. We know we have to bring the country together. In fact, that’s been the entire essence of Joe Biden’s campaign for the presidency, trying to heal this nation, repair its soul, restore its backbone, unite the country, and uniting the country is what he’s doing,” he said.

“Look at what he did this past week, George. He met with business and labor leaders together to talk about fixing the economy. Military leaders who served in both Democratic and Republican administrations to talk about our national security future, and then he met with governors, both Democrats, and Republicans, including some conservative Republican governors to talk about the urgent needs of fighting COVID,” Klain said. “So he’s doing his job of bringing the country together.”

One of the rumors is that Biden is going to select Merrick Garland as his Attorney General. I don’t know much about Garland but there could have been worse picks. People say he knows the law and is a great judge. But he was a Supreme Court pick of Obama and now Biden is showing him love so we will just have to see.

Despite indications that the “Defund the Police” movement had a negative impact on Democrats’ election success, leaders of Black Lives Matter are petitioning for a meeting with an incoming Joe Biden-Kamala Harris administration, and demanding that Biden support the “BREATHE Act,” which includes a “roadmap’ to abolishing law enforcement and a demand for reparations.

The Act, which BLM touts as “a radical reimagining of public safety, community care, and how we spend money as a society,” is its central legislative effort, and represents a list of demands that align only with the aims of far-left legislators.

“Black Lives Matter activists are pressuring Democrats to embrace the BREATHE Act, which includes a section requiring a ‘roadmap for prison abolition.’”

“Patrisse Cullors, one of the leaders of Black Lives Matter, said:

“What is abundantly clear is Black voters tipped the scales in favor of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, especially in Rust Belt battleground states. It’s a testament to our communities that the same people who have been treated the worst by our democracy still showed up to save it. We congratulate President-elect Biden and particularly Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, on becoming the country’s first woman — a Black woman — to serve as Vice President. This historic win is a testament to the work Black women have been doing in the streets, in this campaign, and at every level of politics. On Jan. 20, 2021, the sun will rise on an America that is no longer a global embarrassment. New work will begin.”

“Black Lives Matter Global Network sent a letter to the Biden-Harris team to really ask for a seat at the table. We have not heard back from them. I really hope my first fight with this administration isn’t whether they will meet with us.”

There are four sections to this Breathe Act. Let’s look at them:

Section 1 – Divesting Federal Resources from Incarceration and Policing & Ending Criminal-Legal System Harms – Includes defunding the police, eliminating ICS, Border Patrol, prisons and jails, and the Department of Defense.

Directly make changes to the federal criminal-legal system,
including changes to the policing, prosecution, sentencing, and
jailing practices that have disproportionately criminalized Black and
Brown communities, LGBTQIA people, Indigenous people, and disabled
people.

Section 2 – Investing in New Approaches to Community Safety
Utilizing Funding Incentives. Create federal grant programs that incentivize
decarceration and subsidize non-punitive, community-led
approaches to public safety.

This includes grants for states that close jails, defund police and jails, ban police from pulling people over, abolish gang databases, repealing all juvenile crimes, creating transformative justice and healing programs, violence interruption and intervention (thought police), free housing and employment opportunities for felons.

Allocating New Money to Build Healthy, Sustainable & Equitable Communities for All People – To promote educational justice, environmental justice and health and family justice and economic justice.

Basically this means free everything including healthcare, housing and education. It also looks to get rid of fossil fuels, implement anti-racism indoctrination in schools, free stuff for illegal aliens, forced unionization of business, raising the minimum wage, universal basic income, worker-owned cooperatives for freed felons an a federal tax commission that will determine taxes need to acquire to achieve racial and economic equity. Basically communism.

Section 4 – Holding Officials Accountable & Enhancing Self-Determination of Black Communities.

The demands here include:

• Reparations
• Reparations for freed criminals.
• Allowing criminals to vote.
• Allow illegal aliens to vote.
• Allowing people to sue police officers.

 

This is all pretty radical stuff. This is Marxist crap. It applies to everyone but straight, white men. This is insane and racist. And it was what Joe Biden and Kamala Harris refused to condemn. Now, they are going to have to deal with the “ideas” as Joe Biden calls them and their crazy ideas. If they don’t, they risk losing the base.

I love posting content of Leftist posting stupid shit. I will continue because it is important to see what we are fighting against. These people make a statement and people will point out how stupid the comment is. Instead of trying to walk things back, the idiots will simply double down sounding dumber.

She is definitely gaslighting you. The reason there was a stimulus in March is because the federal government said that the entire country needed to shut down. Millions lost there jobs based on the edict of the government. That because we did not know how to deal with this disease and we did not have great statistics on it. In fact, we may not have great stats on the disease now. You’ll understand if you listened to my podcast last week.

Right now, we have an idea about how to handle the disease. We have stats that gives us the death rates, which no one is talking about. We know that we do not need to close businesses down. We know we do not need to close schools down. Closing the economy and education system has been shown to cause more harm than good.

But she doesn’t quit and blames…Wall Street.

This is what we are fighting against. This is the brains of the Left. She’s probably going to run for the Senate in 2022. I know you have heard that she is going to retire from politics, you’re dumb. She’s all about power and is making tons of money for not doing a thing.
