Donald Trump makes another move that will bury Kamala.
A major injustice is happening in New York…again.
And California is about to release a couple of brutal murderers.
Injustice for All
According to the Daily Wire:
Jury selection continues in the trial of Daniel Penny, who faces charges relating to the death of a homeless man who allegedly threatened New York City subway passengers last year.
The judge overseeing the case said Monday that jury selection would take a while, CBS News reported. This week will consist of screening potential jurors and determining whether they will be available for the whole trial or if they know anyone expected to be called as a witness.
The judge also asked all the potential jurors present if they had heard of the case – and most raised their hands.
The judge prompted Penny to stand and face the gallery, saying “Good morning” in a soft voice and waving to potential jurors while the judge spoke, CBS reported.
“The truth is only going to come out through this trial. There’s a lot of evidence people aren’t aware of. There’s a lot of assumptions that have been made that are going to be dispelled,” defense attorney Steven Raiser said, according to the outlet.
Penny, 25, faces up to 19 years in prison after he put Jordan Neely, who was allegedly threatening passengers, in a chokehold. Neely died at the scene.

Another Great Move
According to the Daily Wire:
Former President Donald Trump is expected to sit down for an interview with podcast giant Joe Rogan this week at his studio in Austin, Texas.
Trump’s appearance on the podcast, which will be recorded on Friday, comes as he looks to extend his lead with male voters in the upcoming election.
This will be the first time Trump has appeared on “The Joe Rogan Experience.”
Rogan was a major supporter of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. when he was running for president. RFK Jr. has since dropped out and endorsed Trump.
Both Trump and Rogan have a mutual ally in X owner Elon Musk, who has gone all in on trying to help Trump win the election.
Musk said earlier this month that Trump appearing on Rogan’s podcast before the election “will happen.”

You Must Be Kidding
According to the Daily Wire:
Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón said he does not believe that Erik and Lyle Menendez are a danger to society.
The brothers have been in prison for the past three decades after being convicted of the first-degree murders of their parents, Jose and Kitty Menendez, at their Beverly Hills home in 1989. Gascón says he has been reviewing the evidence, including new revelations, to make his recommendation about a possible resentencing. The two brothers were sentenced to life in prison at their second trial after the first ended in a mistrial.
A judge will make the final decision on what happens to the Menendez brothers now.
“Based on everything that I know, I don’t believe that they are [a threat to society],” Gascón told People in an interview published Tuesday. “Quite frankly, they probably haven’t been for a very long time, if they ever were. I think this is not like they were going around killing people or robbing people on the street.”
Many supporters of the brothers argue that the charges should be downgraded to manslaughter due to accusations of sexual molestation at the hands of their father.
“There are some people in my office that believe that there is no evidence of molestation. I don’t agree with that, but that’s certainly the position that some people have taken, and they believe that they should stay in prison the rest of their life,” Gascón told the outlet. “There are other people in the office that believe that there’s probably some evidence of molestation and there is additionally evidence of rehabilitation. So, I mean, certainly we have some issues.”
“If in fact they have rehabilitated as is being alleged, and we’re reviewing all of that, they have been in prison for almost 35 years,” he continued.
“Thirty-five years is a long time to be in prison. And especially when you look at the circumstances behind this case, it just seems to me that at some point there has to be a place for redemption and rehabilitation. But again, whether I believe that they should or shouldn’t be in prison the rest of their life, it’s not necessarily what is going to alter my final decision. My final decision is going to be really evaluating the law.”
Menendez family members held a press conference outside the DA’s office last week, pleading for the sentences to be reevaluated, as The Daily Wire previously reported.
Gascón said at an unrelated news conference Tuesday night that he would make a decision on a resentencing recommendation by the end of this week. The next court date for the Menendez brothers is slated for November 26.
Nothing Happening, Huh?
According to the Daily Wire:
Nathan Wade, the Georgia lawyer tapped to prosecute former President Donald Trump by his onetime lover, Fulton County prosecutor Fani Willis, had extensive communications with the Biden-Harris White House, new records show.
Wade billed the Fulton County office for hours of meetings with the White House, the congressional January 6 committee, and other D.C. officials, according to records obtained by the House Judiciary Committee.
On Monday the committee released a transcript of an interview with Wade, which was compelled by subpoena, in which he said that Willis was preparing to prosecute Trump even before she took office, and that she put Wade on a “search committee” to find a prosecutor, which ultimately chose him for the job.
On May 23, 2022, Wade billed the Fulton office for eight hours of travel and “Conf with White House Counsel.” Wade said he could not remember who from the White House was involved, or even where the meeting took place. On November 18, 2022, he billed eight hours for “Interview with DC/White House,” but under oath claimed he didn’t remember the meeting and couldn’t even say whether it was online or in-person. Between September 7 and September 9, 2022, Wade billed $6,000 to taxpayers for “Witness Interviews; conf call DC; team meeting,” but couldn’t remember what the D.C. meeting entailed.
On April 25, 2023, he spent eight hours on “Zoom conf with investigators in other jurisdictions,” but could not remember anything about it. In all, Wade said he couldn’t remember details 58 times. Wade’s memory was famously faulty in Georgia court as witnesses tried to explain the timeline of Willis hiring her secret boyfriend without contradicting each other.
You Gotta Do What You Gotta Do
According to the New York Post:
This Hamptons resident finds the Trump campaign electrifying.
Andy Sabin of Amagansett has installed electrical wiring around his numerous political signs supporting the Republican presidential nominee — ready to deliver 14,000 volts to anyone who might try to steal or deface them, he told The Post.
He’s had signs stolen in previous election years, but no one has dared touch his current crop, which includes messages like “God, Guns and Trump” and “You missed.”
“I hope it doesn’t come to that.”
And if the volts don’t work, he adds, “I got hollow-point bullets to teach them a lesson in life.”
Last week, Sabin, who runs a precious-metals refining company, returned to his home to find a handwritten note in a bottle next to one of his signs, reading, “You must be very lonely. Please stop making racism and sexism all of your neighbors’ business. . . . it’s embarrassing!”
The die-hard Republican fired off his own note, along with a flag, and left it in the same bottle, reading, “Sorry you don’t like me expressing my first amendment right. Hope you are good with Christmas. Be sure to vote and Happy Holidays!!”
In 2008, someone stole his signs in support of John McCain and in 2015 a thief snatched his “Hillary for Prison” signs. Now he’s installed a third camera and has a 360-degree view to catch trespassers.
They Love Christians
According to the New York Post:
The actress starring in a radical feminist opera that controversially sickened 18 audience members over its sex scenes and depictions of sadism is speaking out.
Annina Machaz plays a thoroughly unconventional version of Jesus in “Sancta Susanna,” which was shelved due to public outrage back in 1921.
Now, more than 100 years later, composer Paul Hindemith’s controversial creation is being performed in Stuttgart, Germany for the first time.
In the shocking modernized version, Machaz plays Jesus as a homeless drug addict. She also performs in a secondary role as a naked Adam.
Machaz described the thrill she gets from performing naked and engaging in dangerous stunts throughout the show.
“What I find exciting about theatre is the possibility of transformation,” she told the Swiss newspaper Tagesanzeiger last year, per the Daily Mail Friday.
At one point in the production, Machaz dangles high above the stage completely naked.
In preparation for the show, Machaz and her fellow performers go through rigorous stunt training, with the star adding that the thrill she feels from performing risky tricks, including setting herself on fire, is what theatre is all about, according to the outlet.
The scandalous show is coming to the US this month and follows the story of a suppressed nun embarking on self-discovery and sexuality. It features shocking elements including explicit lesbian scenes, real injuries and nudity.
The one-act show lasts almost three hours and has no breaks — but shows many sex acts, real and simulated blood, and painful stunts, alongside graphic portrayals of violence and nudity.
Some of the shocking scenes include naked performers appearing as clappers in church bells, others scaling walls while wearing only harnesses, and a crucifix-shaped sword being thrust down an actress’s throat.
The immersive production has received mixed responses from audiences, with reports of 18 attendees requiring medical attention for stress and more on-site — with three treated by a doctor for excessive nausea — during its initial performances, The UK Times reported.
However, the show must go on.
A representative from the opera told the outlet: “We recommend that all audience members once again very carefully read the warnings so they know what to expect.”
