News
Here is some news:
- The Trump administration is pausing aid to Ukraine after a tense clash between President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky last week.
- “The president has been clear that he is focused on peace. We need our partners to be committed to that goal as well. We are pausing and reviewing our aid to ensure that it is contributing to a solution,” the White House said Monday evening.
- “This is not permanent termination of aid, it’s a pause,” one White House official told Fox News. “The orders are going out right now.”
- The Senate was set to vote on S. 9, the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2025, on Monday — but Democrats may put it on pause.

- In the 400-meter finals, 17-year-old Anna Vidolova and 16-year-old Amaris Hiatt were marked as DNS, or did not start, and had no recorded times. Schriener, who competed as an “unattached” athlete, or an athlete with no team, finished with a time of 56.74 seconds, a personal best.
- The world record is 48 seconds. The fastest all time high school time is 51 seconds.
- Trump’s 25% tariffs on each country were initially set to go into effect in early February, but the president pushed the date back after Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum agreed to send more troops to their borders and help stop the flow of migrants and illegal drugs into the United States.
- The Japanese auto giant had initially planned to manufacture the next-generation Civic in Guanajuato, Mexico, starting in November 2027, sources familiar with the matter told Reuters. Now, Honda plans to manufacture the new Civic in Indiana, starting in May 2028 — churning out around 210,000 vehicles each year, a source told the outlet.
- President Donald Trump, six weeks into his second tour of duty in the White House, vows to “TELL IT LIKE IT IS!” when he heads to Capitol Hill on Tuesday to deliver a primetime address to Congress and the nation.
- The president will tout his domestic and international accomplishments, spotlight what the Trump administration has done for the economy, make a renewed push for Congress to pass additional border security funding and detail his plans for peace around the globe, according to details from the White House that were shared first with Fox News.
- Most of the speech will focus on the “Renewal of the American Dream.”
