The White House held its Correspondence dinner this weekend. The President had some words.

The pushback from this radical crap is coming. The question is how hard is it going to come.

And Hunter Biden’s corruption is getting really hard to ignore.

Here is some news:

  • First Republic Bank has failed and has been overtaken by the FDIC.
    • This is the second largest bank collapse in history to Silicon Valley Bank.
    • JP Morgan has decided to acquire the bank.
    • Get ready, this is just the beginning.
  • Austin Killips, a transgender female, finished in first place in the women’s category in the Tour of the Gila as she finished in first place in the final stage of the event in New Mexico.
  • A list of visitors to Jeffry Epstein island has been released. Just wow.
    • Noam Chomsky, the author, activist and professor, was scheduled to fly with Epstein and have dinner at his Manhattan home in 2015.
    • Leon Botstein, the longtime president of Bard College, met Epstein several times and even invited him to the campus, according to the Journal.
    • Kathryn Ruemmler, who served as White House counsel under President Barack Obama, met with Epstein dozens of times in the years between her White House career and her next job as an attorney at Goldman Sachs.
    • William Burns, director of the Central Intelligence Agency since 2021, had three meetings scheduled with Epstein in 2014, when he was deputy secretary of state, the documents show.
    • More will be coming. Giselle Maxwell is appealing her 20 year sentence for sex trafficking and that is her only card.

The White House Correspondence Dinner

Joe Biden took his vitamin B-12 shot this weekend. He was at the White House Correspondence dinner. Of course, he spoke for only about five minutes. Let’s go over some of it.

Here he is getting a shot at the controversy of his age and gets a shot in at Don Lemon.

here he is making fun of Marjory Taylor Green and Elon Musk while complementing NPR. This is kind of weird.

This is the most interesting part of the speech. He mixes his accomplishments and the strength of their ticket mixed with shots at all the Republican political leaders. I must say, there is some interesting reactions here. Let’s listen:

Some things:

  • The reactions are not great.
  • His “accomplishments” are just a load of crap.
  • His shot at Tucker Carlson should worry all reporters. They are one wrong word from being in his shoes.
  • The Rod DeSantis thing was funny, though untrue. I’d also be careful with calling DeSatis stupid.
  • As far as the approval rating thing, McCarthy isn’t running for President.
  • Again, the reactions were not great. The reporters wanted to cheer, but knew he was full of crap.

Finally, what is a Joe Biden speech without Joe Biden being weird. Here he is, making fun of the Dark Brandon brand that the White House created. You know, the one that is based off of “Let’s Go Brandon” cheer but fell completely flat? That one.

This Kid is Awesome

The backlash is coming and it’s going to attack everything. This is important to understand because this is where the cultural civil war is going to be fought. The question we all should have is what level of violence can we expect to see. We already see the Left has no issue with violence. But what about the Right? How far can they push before the respond violently.

I think this is a conversation we need to start having.

So far, the Right, or at least the some liberal Democrats, are pushing back politically and in the courts. Here is an awesome example. According to Fox News:

A 12-year-old student was allegedly sent home from school after he refused to change his T-shirt that said, “There are only two genders.”

Liam Morrison, a seventh-grader at Nichols Middle School in Middleborough, Massachusetts, said he was taken out of gym class on March 21 and met with school staff who told him people were complaining about the statement on his shirt and that it made them feel “unsafe.” His comments were picked up by popular Twitter account LibsofTikTok. 

Here’s what he said:

The fight is here. People are fighting back.

  • People are sick of being called racists.
  • People are sick of the indoctrination of children instead of teaching them what they need for life.
  • People are sick of the trans people getting more rights and honor than normal, mentally healthy people.
  • People are sick of paying for criminals, illegal aliens and the homeless that are destroying their homes and cities.
  • Most of all, the are sick of the blatant lies.

Kind of gives you some hope that we can get through this, doesn’t it?
