I should have done this post last week, but with the riots in Washington DC and all the information, I decided to wait. I almost dismissed this but decided this election on January 5th may lead to radical change in this country. Change we are already seeing.
So I decided to do it.
What a Disaster
The worst possible thing that could happen has happened. John Ossoff and Rafeal Warnock have been elected as Senators giving the Democrats the majority in all chambers of government.
Right now, Jon Ossoff is up by .4% over Dave Perdue with 99% of districts reporting. Rafael Warnock is up on Kelly Loeffler by 1.2%. Ossoff’s lead is within the margin of error so there will be a mandatory recount. But Ossoff is up by almost 20,000 votes so a recount is unlikely to change anything.
This has all the Left up in arms about having both houses and the Presidency. And we can see that unity is not exactly their primary goal.

This is going to be bad. When Joe Biden talks about how it is time to unify the people from both sides, he doesn’t mean to actually get people together. He means he’s going to do whatever he thinks needs to be done and everyone who doesn’t agree should just shut up. His supporters don’t care about people who have different ideas. They see us as evil.
More on that a little later.

So What Can We Expect
There are a bunch of things that Biden wants to do and he will, for the most part, he’ll have the ability to do with controlling both houses of Congress:
- Raise taxes.
- Increase regulation.
- Reimplement the individual mandate and create a public option.
- Rejoin the Paris Climate Accord.
- Rejoin the Iran Nuclear Deal.
- Legalize 11 million illegal aliens for nothing.
- Reinstitute DACA
- Open the borders by increasing the number of visas given.
- Weaken the military.
- Weaponize the IRS against religious institutions.
- Re-energize China.
These things are going to happen. Biden said these things were going to happen. This is going to kill our economy. Biden is inheriting a great opportunity. We have held our economy down and it can only go up, which Biden will take credit for, but it will not flourish like it would have under Trump.
There are more things that are far more dangerous we will face with an all Democratic government:
- End of the filibuster. Minority rights.
- Packing of the Supreme and Federal courts.
- Adding Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico as states adding four Democratic Senators to the Senate.
- Ending the Electoral College. This one is a lot tougher because it is in the Constitution.
But the worst is what a Biden administration and a Democratic Congress will do to the culture. One of my greatest fears is that this country will become more like Canada than the United States I grew up in.
- Attacks on the First Amendment including religion, free speech, a free press, peaceful protests will all be under attack.
- Attacks on the Second Amendment.
- An embrace on Cancel Culture.
- An embrace of the anti-racism philosophy.
- Socialism.
Conservatives have been posed as evil by the Left and that is not going to stop. All this stuff we see on the streets is not going to stop. It is not going to stop because Conservatives, Republicans and the system are seen as evil and deserve to be banished, beaten up and even killed.
This is the most dangerous aspect of a Biden administration. Democrats will not condemn violent terror groups like Antifa and Black Lives Matter. The will be emboldened by it. The will embrace it. They will make changes to our system to satisfy these groups. That includes more social justice programs, harsher laws for people who practice their rights and whose jobs are to protect us like the McCluskys, Kyle Rittenhaus, ICE and the police. The Left is looking to destroy this system and anyone who disagrees with them. And they want to government to help. The Democrats, who are for nothing but power, are happy to do anything they can to oblige.
What Can We Do?
It’s going to be a rocky next couple of years. But I do have hope.
I do think the Democrats do have bad ideas and will screw things up so much that they will lose in 2022. Many Conservative pundits think that we losing some states puts us in a bad positions 2022. I mean, we lost Arizona and Georgia. But, this election was different than any election we have ever had before. I don’t think the processes will be the same in 2022. I think those who should vote will vote and those who shouldn’t vote won’t, which is what usually happens in elections.
The Democrats also are going way too far Left. I know it doesn’t seem it, but the Left is a minority. They are very loud and very violent but they are a minority. Most in the country do not like the Left or their ideas.
People are becoming more knowledgeable about politics. People are paying more attention. They are beginning to hear the arguments between the sides. They are watching the debates. They are watching the news. They are reading. They are learning. People who knew very little of politics before are now learning and listening. Their ideas are becoming shaped using reason. This is where the Left loses it. They don’t base their ideas on reason or science. The base it on emotion. This never creates good policy.
The Democrats have no one who is relevant in the future. Can you even name one candidate for President in 2019? They have no one who can win the Presidency in 2024. The Republicans, on the other hand, have tons of bright young Conservatives that would do well. Ted Cruz, Nikki Halley, Kevin McCarthy, Dan Crenshaw, Jason Chaffitz and Trey Gowdy just to name a few. The best the Democrats had was Joe Biden, a 78-year-old, mentally decrepit old man who has been in politics for 50 years. And who was his closest competition? A 76-year-old communist in Bernie Sanders. Yeah, I’m thinking the Democrats are not in great shape.
Let’s face it: Donald Trump wasn’t a great candidate. He was very polarizing, crass and ran a crappy campaign. The next Republican candidate, and it won’t be Trump, is going to do a lot better.
Finally, the Conservative movement had been Trumpized. Yeah, I made that word up.
