Episode 433 – Double-Double with Cheese Please

It’s Psaki time. She’s entertaining but can’t stop Biden’s plummeting poll numbers.

Riots are erupting again on the west coast but we still are talking about January 6th.

And could we be seeing an end to the hamburger.

It’s Psaki Time

I need to start listening to Jen Psaki’s press conferences more often. The questions are getting harder, from unexpected sources and, I expect, she’s going to lose her crap soon and I cannot wait to see it. With all that spin she does, it’s hard to believe she’s not getting dizzy.

Let’s take a look at some things she said yesterday.

Caught in Another Lie

This is a big shock for a lot of the media because they have not been paying attention (or have been hiding it) but the border crisis hasn’t been good and is very unpopular with the people. We know that most people at the border have been sent into the United States interior. But that was mostly rumor.

Not anymore. We have just found out that the Biden administration has been flying people to New York and Florida in the middle of the night without telling any of the governors of those states. Ron Desantis must have had an idea because he is suing the administration, along with a host of other states, to keep illegal aliens out of their states.

Of course, Fox News’ hero, Peter Doocy, had some questions about the lie that was being told about shipping illegals into the interior:

Some things here:

  • 4:40 AM is the middle of the night. The point is the administration is hiding the transporting of illegal aliens including unaccompanied minors.
  • Her sarcasm and innuendo that Peter Doocy doesn’t like to be inconvenienced by flying early is insulting and a real turn off.
  • The United States only has a legal obligation to send these people back to their own country. We do not have a legal responsibility to ship them into this country.
  • If we can fly these illegal aliens to New York and Florida, we can fly them back to where they came from.
  • She keeps beating on children. It’s not just children. There are far more adults being sent to the interior of the United States. She’s deflecting the question.

The Supply Chain

She got another question from a regular legacy reporter. Sorry, Jenn, these guys need to show some legitimacy and they are going to call you out.

Here, the reporter is stating that we knew there were going to be supply chain problems in March of last year. Why wasn’t this dealt with when Biden was elected? Her glib answer really pisses me off because it minimizes the expectations of Americans. Listen:

Some things:

  • Her oversimplification of this question is disgusting. It’s dismissive.
  • I have been reading about this new trend from the legacy media: We, Americans, need to curb our expectations. We don’t deserve to expect things to work well all the time.
    • WaPo Opinion article: Don’t rant about short-staffed stores and supply chain woes. This article says we should lower our expectations.
    • Another WaPo article where the title says it all: Why does the world need so many cars anyway?
    • We also see this with the war on meat.
  • Here’s the thing: If I want a treadmill, I expect to see that treadmill within a specific period of time. I don’t give an f- what the Biden administration thinks.
  • By the way, grocery stores are reporting they are having trouble getting products on the shelves, this per the CEO of Albertsons.

Ok, let’s get something really clear.

  • Capitalism encourages competition in business. Socialism does not.
  • Competition is human nature. That’s why sports are so popular especially violent sports.
  • When two businesses are competing for the consumer, they innovate to make their product or service more attractive.
  • If Business A creates a better product or service, Business B better innovate something better or they go under.
  • In time, this innovation creates better products and services.
  • Consumers expectations must be met or, better, go beyond expectations.
  • That’s what makes capitalism great.
  • By the way, yes, some big business wants to corner the market.

Capitalism is all about innovation and exceeding expectations of the consumer. You see it in every commercial. Socialism, on the contrary, does not have consumers. They have no competition. The government controls everything. Therefore, they have no innovation.

This is what makes China’s economy so weak. Their GDP never gets over 1.4% and they always have resource shortages. This is why they need to steal technology. They depend on America because we have the consumers they need. This is what destroyed the Soviet Union.

Donald Trump had it right. His tariffs had a major impact on China because innovation and consumers were impacted. Nike and Apple lost business. Harley Davidson moved their factories back to the United States. If Trump had won four more year, China would have been decimated or close to it. They were already suffering through a recession. Then Joe Biden came in, removed all the tariffs and China’s economy improved.

So, Jenn, yes. If I order a treadmill, I want it on time, inexpensive and I want it to be so awesome it’ll read me bedtime stories. My expectations are going to be high and every American should have high expectations.

Finally, one more statement:

This is just a lie. They must know it’s a lie because they don’t bring this up anymore and the press keeps asking how the Biden administration comes up with this. Now, she’s just pointing out that the press should figure it out. Problem is math. No one can figure it out.

This is not boding well for the Biden approval ratings. Today, Biden’s numbers dropped again. What should be very concerning to them is that they dropped 10 points with Democrats when asked if things are going in the right direction in the country.

2022 couldn’t come fast enough.

In an effort to become the worst city in American with the lowest standard of living, San Francisco has decided to attack In and Out Burgers. If you don’t know what In and Out is because you live on the east coast, it is the most popular burger joint on the west coast.

According to Fox News:

The San Francisco Department of Public Health closed the Fisherman’s Wharf In-N-Out location on Oct. 14 after the popular burger joint did not check the vaccination status of customers, which violates an August mandate from the city requiring indoor diners to show proof of vaccination.

In-N-Out, which operates 358 locations across the western United States, is owned by devout Christian Lynsi Snyder and is well known for including Bible verses at the bottom of soda and milkshake cups.

In-N-Out Burger’s Chief Legal and Business Officer, Arnie Wensinger said in a statement to Fox News:

”Our store properly and clearly posted signage to communicate local vaccination requirements. After closing our restaurant, local regulators informed us that our restaurant Associates must actively intervene by demanding proof of vaccination and photo identification from every Customer, then act as enforcement personnel by barring entry for any Customers without the proper documentation.”

“‘We refuse to become the vaccination police for any government.

In a released statement, In and Out said:

“We fiercely disagree with any government dictate that forces a private company to discriminate against customers who choose to patronize their business. This is clear governmental overreach and is intrusive, improper, and offensive.”

Do you see a pattern? We should lower our expectations. Why do we need all these cars? Who needs there treadmill here on time? We already see articles about the evils of beef. I’m pretty sure we will see articles in the L.A. Times about the benefits of not having hamburgers.

Notice that the “party of democracy” seems to want to take away all the things we like including our freedoms. Well, good for In and Out for saying, “No”.
