Episode 435 – At Least He’ll Be Protected

What’s good for Joe Biden isn’t needed by you.

A quick Afghanistan update.

And Janet Yellen just blows up another Biden narrative when it comes to inflation.

 

 

At Least Someone is Protected

According to USASpending.gov, $456,548 was contracted to a company called Turnstone Holdings LLC to build a security fence around the address of “32 FARVIEW, REHOBOTH DELAWARE”. The contract started on September 21 and is expected to be completed on December 31.

The contract was signed by the Department of Homeland Security on behalf of the Secret Service.

Any questions who it’s for? Yep, this is a security fence for Joe Biden’s Delaware beach house. Why a politician who has been in office for over 50 years, a public servant, owns a beach house. The New York Post couldn’t get anymore information because of security concerns.

What’s really ironic considering there is hundreds of millions of dollars of fencing that was purchased through the Trump administration trying to build a wall on the southern border was cancelled by Joe Biden. Wasted money that could have been used. Maybe even halt the illegal alien crisis. But, at least, our better, the elite, he’ll be safe. We don’t need police or walls or fences or anything like that. We don’t matter. We are just widgets to be used by the government.

By the way, it’s the end of October and we have already passed the record for the number of illegal aliens captured at the border. After the numbers came out last month, 194,000 more illegal aliens crossed the border bringing the total to 1.7 million captured this year.

I’m going to do a little math with the minimum average of 190,000 for October, November and December (realize that it is expected we might have up to 400,000 this month). By the end of the year, we are looking at 2.3 million illegal aliens caught at the border this year. That doesn’t include those that made it without getting caught.

But none of this will affect the elite, so don’t worry. Joe Biden has a half million dollar fence at his beach house.

Afghanistan Update

This is something I have said that we cannot forget and I am scouring the Internet to find news out of Afghanistan. I found this one on the New York Post and, I hate to say I told you so, but I told you so. One thing I have learned is that terrorists like the Taliban and al Qaeda are like fifteen year old girls when it comes to social media. When they torture a dog or behead a woman, they typically post a picture it on social media.

That’s what happened in Afghanistan.

According to the New York Post:

An Afghan volleyball player on the girls’ national team was beheaded by the Taliban — with gruesome photos of her severed head posted on social media, according to her coach.

Mahjabin Hakimi, one of the best players in the Kabul Municipality Volleyball Club, was slaughtered in the capital city of Kabul as troops searched for female sports players, her coach told the Persian Independent.

She was killed earlier this month, but her death remained mostly hidden because her family had been threatened not to talk, claimed the coach, using a pseudonym, Suraya Afzali, due to safety fears.

Images of Hakimi’s severed neck were published on Afghan social media, according to the paper, which did not say how old she was.

So this young girl, she doesn’t look more than 16 years old, was killed because she was a female athlete. Apparently, the Taliban doesn’t like girls who play sports and they are hunting them down. Families are burning their sports equipment as the Taliban continues to go house to house, searching for dissidents. All this is going to get worse. We’re going to see more as time goes by.

All this because Joe Biden’s miserable pullout. 19 million women are under threat from these barbarians.

What’s ironic is that we get this story after he released his gender strategy policy this weekend.

According to a release by the White House:

President Biden and Vice President Harris believe that advancing gender equity and equality is fundamental to every individual’s economic security, safety, health, and ability to exercise their most basic rights.  It is also essential to economic growth and development, democracy and political stability, and the security of nations across the globe.  Ensuring that all people, regardless of gender, have the opportunity to realize their full potential is, therefore, both a moral and strategic imperative.

Yet no country in the world has achieved gender equality—and we are at an inflection point.  The COVID-19 pandemic has fueled a health crisis, an economic crisis, and a caregiving crisis that have magnified the challenges that women and girls, especially women and girls of color, have long faced.  It has also exacerbated a “shadow pandemic” of gender-based violence in the United States and around the world.  These overlapping crises have underscored that, for far too long, the status quo has left too many behind.

Things that it will address include:

  • economic security
  • gender-based violence
  • health
  • education
  • justice and immigration
  • human rights and equality under the law
  • security and humanitarian relief
  • climate change
  • science and technology
  • democracy, participation, and leadership

This is going to take an intersectional approach which means the strategy will be designed more for some than for other including trans women.

I bet the 19 million women in Afghanistan are going to be thrilled with this new strategy.

Ugh, Janet Yellen

Jen Psaki is going to have a tough press conference today. That’s because Janet Yellen went on CNN and basically blew out the White House’s narrative on inflation. She was on the Jake Tapper show and this is what she said about inflation and what we have to expect:

Some things:

  • Monthly rates of inflation have not fallen. We have been averaging 5.4% of inflation a month. It went down in September to 4.8% but one month is not a trend. We were at 5.4% last month.
  • Yellen blew the Biden administration out of the water. This entire time, they have been saying that inflation is transitory and will probably end by the end of the year or the first quarter of next year.
  • She’s saying that’s not going to happen.

But this is the part that bothers me a lot. Here she’s talking about taxing unrealized gains and this is huge:

The Democrats have always wanted the rich to pay their fair share of their wealth. When you hear that the wealthy don’t pay their fair share, that’s what they’re talking about. The wealthy already pay the fair share of taxes through their income. 

Most CEOs around the country take minimal salary. They get their value through stocks and bonds which they sell later. This is stuff that have unrealized value. Your house and car have unrealized value. If you don’t sell you car, house, stocks and bonds there is no cash. It’s all unrealized wealth. The idea here is that the rich are going to have to sell their stocks to have the cash to pay their taxes. Of course, there are ways around this.

Yellen says that this is not a wealth tax. It absolutely is a wealth tax. Your taxing someone’s supposed value, not their income. A lot of people are worth a lot more on paper than what they have in the bank. The reason they don’t want to call this a wealth tax is because it’s probably unconstitutional. Don’t forget, there is an amendment in the Constitution that allowed the government to use an income tax (of course, it was suppose to be temporary). It also states that the government cannot double tax a person. Not only is the government taxing my income now they’re taxing the property I bought with the income I made. So expect this to end up in the Supreme Court.

Finally, the biggest bullshit lie by Yellen is this is going to apply only to those making a billion dollars. That’s a lie. Always apply the Give a Mouse a Cookie Principle. That $3.5 trillion reconciliation bill cannot be paid only by the rich. There isn’t that much money in the country. Do you want more evidence? Why does the government want the IRS to monitor bank accounts of $600 or more? That’s about 95% of the bank accounts out there. Could it be they are planning something over there?

We are heading to some dark times in this country if the elites get their way. I hope Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin will hold their ground.
