The chickens have come home to roost for Joe Biden and the democrats.
According to the Daily Wire:
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) laid out the evidence against President Joe Biden and accused the president of lying about his familyâs foreign business dealings in a Tuesday letter to his colleagues detailing why he had launched an impeachment inquiry.Â
McCarthy announced the inquiry after months of investigations by House Republicans, who say they have found evidence of a global influence-peddling scheme to enrich the Biden family.Â
âThrough our investigations, we have found that President Biden lied to the American people about knowledge of his familyâs foreign business dealings,â McCarthy wrote in the letter.Â
The inquiry will be headed up by Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY), Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH), and Ways and Means Chairman Jason Smith (R-MO).Â
Democrats have the typical reactions.
- This is a waste of time.
- This is a waste of money.
- There is not evidence.
- This is a deflection from Trump’s indictments.
Then there is John Fetterman’s response. His was the best and most reasonable:
This is a very risky move. There is a bare majority in the House and there’s no way to pass in the Senate. But an impeachment would be a great thing for the country. Yes, it is revenge for what they did for Trump. But it also has some real benefits. First, it lays out the evidence that is out there against Biden. And there is a lot of it. Witnesses, E-mails, text messages, voice mails and bank records. People are going to wonder where Biden got $20 million (which we already know).
Second, it does put the focus on Joe Biden. Trump needs to get out of the spotlight. We need to make this about Biden. The question is going to be whether the narcissist Trump will let Biden take the spotlight.
But leave it to Republicans to f- it up. There are a bunch of Republicans that are vocally against this, basically clutching defeat from the jaws of victory.

Speaking of Taking Away Rights
We are getting so close to Soviet-style communism in this country, it is scary. The above story is an example. Here’s another one.
According to Fox News:
The FBI returned a Los Angeles womanâs life savings â money she was keeping to buy a house â after seizing it two years earlier with no explanation.
Despite never being charged with a crime, the FBI seized Linda Martin’s safe deposit box during a March 2021 raid through administrative forfeiture, a move that enables federal agencies to seize property without judicial involvement. She went years without explanation, but her $40,200 was returned in July after she filed a nationwide class action lawsuit with the Institute for Justice (IJ) in March 2023.
“Iâm relieved to finally have my savings back, but it has been a confusing and frustrating process from the moment it was taken,” Martin said in a statement IJ released in July.
“I had to prove my innocence to keep my own money,” she added. “No one should be treated that way and Iâm going to keep fighting so that others donât suffer the same way I did.”
So much for, “innocent until proven guilty.”
Martin plans to continue pushing her position in federal court to “end of the FBIâs practice of sending unconstitutional forfeiture notices.” IJ hopes that the case will help others in similar situations across the nation.
She shouldn’t have to do this. It is already against the law to do this. It’s written into the Constitution.
In the statement, IJ accused the FBI of trying to “hurriedly” return the money “to avoid any accountability.”
Martin’s money was taken during a raid of a Beverly Hills-based safe deposit box company, U.S. Private Vaults, which later shut down and pleaded guilty to conspiracy to launder drug money. In total, about $86 million in cash and property in 1,400 customers’ safe deposit boxes were taken.
The warrant, according to IJ, told agents not to search or seize individual customerâs boxes.
“They were just supposed to identify owners so they could claim their property,” IJ stated. “But the FBI instead acted on its months-old plan to search and try to forfeit the contents of any box worth more than $5,000.”
All this is straight out of Alexander Sholesnetzin book, The Gulag Archipelago. Already our First, Second, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth, Thirteenth and Fourteenth Amendment rights are being trashed. It is only a matter of time before some President ignores the 22nd Amendment and becomes President for life. That happened in the Soviet Union and China.

Speaking of taking right away, here comes California. Anyone who stays in this shithole state and votes for all these people gets what they deserve. California is lost. It isn’t going to recover. We are a tyrannical state.

California may soon require judges to look at whether a parent goes along with a childâs âgender identityâ during custody disputes, worrying advocates who say parents could lose custody if they donât agree with a childâs claims to be transgender.
The Democrat-backed bill, AB 957, passed the State Assembly on Friday and the State Senate on Thursday. If signed by California Governor Gavin Newsom, the bill would require judges to consider whether a parent âaffirmsâ a childâs âgender identityâ among other factors during custody battles.
According to the bill, âthe health, safety, and welfare of the child includes, among other comprehensive factors, a parentâs affirmation of the childâs gender identity or gender expression. Affirmation includes a range of actions and will be unique for each child, but in every case must promote the childâs overall health and well-being.â
You can raise your kids as long as you raise them in adherence to the state. If the state believes in a lie, we all must believe in the lie.
Remember, 2+2=5. If you believe it equals four, you will be re-educated (tortured) until you believe it equals five. I think I read that someplace.

Actually, our job as parents is not to affirm what our kids think. It is to teach them about the realities of life. To teach our children the truth so they grow up balanced and productive so they can live fulfilling lives. Affirming everything your kid thinks is easy but that kid will not grow up with reality.
Is it a wonder that 40% of trans kids end up killing themselves?

Democratic Virginia House of Delegates candidate Susanna Gibson blasted her opponents for engaging in âthe worst gutter politicsâ after videos surfaced of her and her husband performing sex acts online for cash.
Gibson, a 40-year-old mother of two who is running in a hotly contested race to represent the stateâs District 57, hosted several live webcam shows on the adult streaming website Chaturbate, the Washington Post revealed in a bombshell report Monday.
The nurse practitioner has since railed against her political opponents, accusing them of engaging in dirty politics.
She called the controversy âan illegal invasion of my privacy designed to humiliate me.â
âMy political opponents and their Republican allies have proven theyâre willing to commit a sex crime to attack me and my family because thereâs no line they wonât cross to silence women when they speak up,â Gibson told CNN in a statement on Tuesday.
She is having sex on camera. She is asking people what they want to see. She is watching men jerk off while she is having sex. She is asking them for more money. Now, she is a victim?
