- Three Republican lawmakers voted against impeaching Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas Tuesday night as the House of Representatives successfully impeached the border chief over his mishandling of the illegal immigration crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border.
- Reps. Mike Gallagher, R-Wis., Ken Buck, R-Colo., and Tom McClintock, R-Calif., bucked their party to side with Democrats in opposing Mayorkas’ impeachment.
- The 214-213 vote comes after Mayorkas narrowly defeated impeachment last week when every House Democrat showed up to protect him, including Rep. Al Green, D-Texas, who temporarily left the hospital where he was recovering from surgery to cast his vote.
- House Republicans have accused Mayorkas of ignoring existing immigration law and worsening the situation at the Southern Border.
- The House GOP’s narrow majority is poised to get even smaller with the result of Tuesday’s special election in New York’s 3rd Congressional District to replace freshman Rep. George Santos (R-NY) following his ouster.
- News outlets called the race in favor of Democrat Tom Suozzi over his GOP rival, Mazi Pilip, in their race to finish out what is roughly 11 months left in the two-year term for the Long Island seat a couple within a couple hours of polls closing.

The Violence Just Keeps Going Around the World

A 52-year-old trans-identified male convicted for the possession of sickening child sexual abuse materials has told a court that he viewed the material to assist in the development of his “gender identity.” The man, who has not been named due to Germany’s strict privacy laws, was granted a lenient sentence after a judge accepted his excuse.
News reports have used the false name Jürgen or Beate Kämmerer when referring to the pedophile, who had saved over 70 child and youth pornography files on various devices. Kämmerer appeared before the Hersbruck district court last Monday, where he presented his bizarre reasons for accessing the heinous material.
Kämmerer told the court that he “did not view the pornographic content with pedophilic intent or to satisfy a sexual desire,” reported Nürnberger Nachrichten, but instead to aid in his gender transition. Presiding Judge André Gläßl and the public prosecutor both accepted the reasons given by Kämmerer justifying his possession of child pornography.
Afterall, He’s the Victim

A Kentucky trans-identified biological male who has been charged with sexually abusing a baby will not face jail time after reaching a plea agreement with prosecutors.
Maria “Mark” Childers, a transgender daycare worker in Kentucky, had been charged with one count of first-degree sexual abuse of a victim under 12 and three counts of first-degree criminal abuse of a child under 12.
On January 29, 2024, Childers struck an agreement with prosecutors which included entering a guilty plea in exchange for his charge of first-degree sexual abuse of a victim under 12 to be amended to sexual misconduct, which is a Class A misdemeanor. The remaining abuse charges were also dropped, according to Reduxx.
Childers, who first began identifying as a woman seven years ago, was represented by prominent trans activist lawyer Madison Leach.
Childers had been sentenced to 12 months in prison, but the judge postponed sentencing in favor of a 6-month conditional discharge. In addition to avoiding incarceration, the defendant may be able to clear his criminal record if he adheres to the conditions of the conditional discharge, per the outlet.
This is not his first offense. He was charged twice before for physical and sexual abuse.
There are some things:
- A man who says he’s a woman is of the highest victim class. The government can’t do anything bad to them.
- This is a way to normalize pedophilia.
It’s All a Lie
According to the Daily Wire:
The Department of Health and Human Services said it has only two pages of literature supporting Assistant Secretary Rachel Levine’s assessment that “gender-affirming care” is “necessary” for transgender youth, prompting allegations that the transgender-identifying Biden administration official has violated the Department’s scientific integrity policies by baselessly claiming it’s settled science.
Protect the Public’s Trust (PPT), a nonprofit watchdog, filed a Freedom of Information Act request for “records of scientific evidence, studies, and/or data to support the Assistant Secretary’s claim that ‘gender-affirming care is medically necessary, safe, and effective for trans and non-binary youth,’” as well as for “records of surveys of medical professionals regarding the value and importance of ‘gender-affirming care’ for minor children.”
In response, HHS produced only a single document—a two-page PDF called “Gender-Affirming Care and Young People.” The document is also on HHS’ website and is not a scientific study, but rather a brochure that declares that “research demonstrates that gender-affirming care improves the mental health and overall well-being of gender-diverse children.”
It supports the statement with a footnote to a single study that showed that transgender-identifying young people were slightly less suicidal when receiving treatment — 51% who were receiving such care were suicidal, slightly lower than the 62% who weren’t receiving hormones but wanted them. The HHS document also states that puberty blockers are reversible and hormone therapy is partially reversible.
HHS claimed that Levine — a man who believes he is a woman — made no other mentions of “gender-affirming care” in his emails, PPT said.
PPT on Tuesday wrote to the HHS Inspector General requesting that the office open an investigation, saying that Levine is violating the Department’s scientific integrity policies by making politically-motivated declarations and misrepresenting scientific evidence.
“This suggests that Assistant Secretary Levine has constantly, continually, ‘everywhere I go,’ made unequivocal statements regarding the medical necessity, safety, and effectiveness of gender-affirming care based entirely upon a single two-page document,” the letter said.
The complaint, obtained exclusively by The Daily Wire, says that government officials using their stature as science officials to make politically motivated statements and casting them as irrefutable science risks a further “loss of trust” in scientific institutions that would be “cataclysmic.”
