- President Donald Trump said on Friday that he would sign an executive order next week ending the federal government’s “ridiculous” push for paper straws.
- Trump wrote: “I will be signing an Executive Order next week ending the ridiculous Biden push for Paper Straws, which don’t work. BACK TO PLASTIC!”
- Everyone knows that paper straws do not last long and liquidate in water.
- Studies have shown that paper straws also contain a lot of dangerous carcinogens.
- The Trump administration on Thursday ordered the General Services Administration (GSA) to “cancel every single media contract” by the end of the day.
- The email follows shocking findings from DOGE, the Department of Government Efficiency, namely that legacy media outlets were taking in millions of dollars from the federal government through mass subscription contracts. For example, the federal government paid more than $8 million to Politico last year alone for the outlet’s Politico Pro service.
- Not only was Politico on the block, subscriptions to the New York Times were cancelled.
- President Donald Trump on Thursday signed an executive order aimed at protecting the religious freedoms of Americans and ending the “anti-Christian weaponization of government.”
- Trump’s order states: “The Biden Department of Justice sought to squelch faith in the public square by bringing Federal criminal charges and obtaining in numerous cases multi-year prison sentences against nearly two dozen peaceful pro-life Christians for praying and demonstrating outside abortion facilities.”
- It continues: “Those convicted included a Catholic priest and 75-year-old grandmother, as well as an 87-year-old woman and a father of 11 children who were arrested 18 months after praying and singing hymns outside an abortion facility in Tennessee as a part of a politically motivated prosecution campaign by the Biden Administration. I rectified this injustice on January 23, 2025, by issuing pardons in these cases.”
- President Donald Trump announced on Friday that he had terminated most members of the Board of Trustees at the Kennedy Center — including Chairman David Rubenstein — and had taken over the role himself.
- Trump released a statement on Truth Social:
- Michigan state Rep. Laurie Pohutsky said Wednesday that she underwent surgery earlier this year to become voluntarily sterile out of fear for the future of reproductive health care access with President Donald Trump back in office.

- NASA has increased the probability of asteroid 2024 YR4 impacting Earth in 2032 from 2.3% to 2.4%, indicating a more precise calculation of risk over time.
- The asteroid, ranging from 130 to 330 feet in diameter, could cause significant local destruction if it hits, similar to the energy release of a nuclear bomb.
- Global defense mechanisms, including the International Asteroid Warning Network and the Space Mission Planning Advisory Group, are actively engaged in monitoring and potential deflection strategies, following protocols triggered by such threats.

Yeah, It Was Trump
Some things:
- “End racism” was just a stupid slogan. It is annoying and worthless. It is almost as bad a “choose love”.
- The fact is, it annoyed fans. “Choose love” will annoy fans. When you think of NFL football, is the first thought that comes to mind is “choose love”?
- I’ll go a step further. There is too much choosing of love in the NFL already. Football has become too wussy as it is.
- You know what else every football fan can’t stand?
- The BS slogans on the back of the players helmets.
- The new kickoff format.
- All the penalties.
- The inability for players to hit other players.
- The referees favoring teams.
- A 100 pound woman telling us NFL defense strategy.
- 45 minute long halftime shows.
- Taylor Swift.
- Finally, the President SHOULD be at the game. They show up to World Series games all the time.
- Why would Trump have anything to do from the NFL removing that stupid slogan? Do these broads really think Trump cares what they right in the end zone?
There is a feminism of all sports right now. People are getting tired of it. If the NFL doesn’t want to go down the path of the NBA, they will knock it off.
Sunny Hostin continued the idiocy:
- “Fishy and shady”? Have the intellects at The View found a new conspiracy theory?
- I do agree with Sunny that the NFL’s reasons for getting rid of the slogan is bad. Nothing they mentioned has anything to do with “End Racism” in the end zone.
- They ended it because fans thought it was stupid and annoying. The election of Trump just cemented that.
- Finally, writing “End Racism” in the end zone is neither noble nor effective. It’s stupid and a virtue signal. That’s it.
