Episode 1092 – The Threat is Real and Growing!

I need to create a new segment. We are going to try it out today!

Mexico wants to make some money off the death of one of their citizens illegally in the country. Let’s talk about why that’s not going to work.

And the insurgency by radical Islam is growing and we are doing nothing about it.

Jasmine Crockett’s Quote of the Day!

A couple of things.

  • Not a fan of gerrymandering.
  • Majority minority and it is a solid red state?
  • She wants to run for Senate.
  • Democrats did the same thing in New York and California.

This Ain’t Going Anywhere

According to ABC7 News:

Mexico’s President Claudia Sheinbaum on Tuesday said her administration was considering the possibility of filing a legal complaint over the death of a migrant who fell to his death during an immigration raid at a cannabis farm in Camarillo.

Jaime Alanís Garcia was hospitalized and later died after falling off a roof during an Immigration and Customs Enforcement raid in Camarillo.

Garcia was not in custody. He was on top of a roof of a greenhouse and fell while he was trying to get away from ICE.

“Jaime was not just a farmworker, he was a provider, and a human being who deserved dignity. His death is not an isolated tragedy. It is the result of a targeted raid at Glass House Farms. Workers were met not with protection, but with chaos and fear. Some were detained. Others were traumatized. Jaime lost his life,” the family posted on social media.

There were a few reasons for the raid:

  • The entire farm was run by illegal aliens.
  • It was a pot farm which is illegal federally and illegal in Mexico.
  • Roman Izquierdo (Mexico): Convictions for kidnapping, attempted rape, and attempted child molestation; previously deported in 2006
  • Juan Duarte-Velasquez (Mexico): Convicted of rape and DUI
  • Jose Orellana (El Salvador): Convicted of DUI and hit-and-run
  • Adriana Gonzalez-Gonzalez (Mexico): Convicted three times for burglary and DUI
  • 361 illegal aliens were arrested.
  • 14 under age children illegally in this country were arrested and probably trafficked. 10 of the children were unaccompanied.

Federal agents clashed with protesters during the immigration raid at the farm in Ventura County, one of at least two large-scale raids in Southern California on July 10.

Garcia’s family said he fell about 30 feet off a building while he was possibly trying to run from federal agents. Garcia suffered a broken neck and skull.

“We are supporting the family, we are in contact with them, and we’re also exploring the possibility of filing a complaint (in the U.S.) because this is unacceptable,” Sheinbaum said at a Tuesday press conference. “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is currently reviewing the matter. It is very unfortunate that this happened. All our solidarity and support go to the family, and there must not be another case like this one. That’s why the complaint must be filed in the courts over there.”

We should probably file a complaint about those people being in the country in the first place.

The Department of Homeland Security said he was not being pursued by law enforcement when he fell.

“This man was not in and has not been in CBP or ICE custody. Although he was not being pursued by law enforcement, this individual climbed up to the roof of a green house and fell 30 feet,” said DHS Public Affairs Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “CBP immediately called a medivac to the scene to get him care as quickly as possible.”

Since June 6, 435 people have been repatriated from the U.S. to Mexico. Between Jan. 20 and July 14, 1,427 people have been deported to Mexico “specifically due to raids,” Sheinbaum said.

Including all repatriations to Mexico during that period, the total is 75,341 people: 68,790 Mexican nationals and 6,551 foreigners.

Racism Is Alive and Well

This is the fourth time she has been called out for racial statements. She once got called out by a black man.

It just shows how casually anti-white racism is used by the Left and CNN supports it.

White people are not suppose to call this out because we are not allowed. Why? We’re racist if we don’t acknowledge the pain of the other races because slavery was legal 140 years ago.

The problem the Left has is we are getting over the white guilt.

Dumbass of the Day

He Should Be Happy He’s Still Alive

According to Reduxx:

A trans-identified male serving 40 years for a brutal 2013 murder is suing the Kentucky Department of Corrections over a new law banning public funding for cross-sex hormones and surgeries. Matthew Smith, who now goes by the name Maddilyn Marcum, was convicted of stabbing Eric Schreiber 72 times and slitting his throat.

The class-action lawsuit was filed July 14 by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Kentucky and, in addition to Smith, represents 67 other transgender inmates who will no longer receive hormones or surgeries on the public dime following the passage of a bill prohibiting taxpayer funds from being used for “gender-affirming care.”

Senate Bill 2 (SB-2), which was signed into law at the end of March, relegates medical “gender” interventions to “cosmetic service or elective procedure[s].”

The bill defines unnecessary interventions as “any procedure, treatment, or surgery to enhance or alter the appearance of any area of the head, neck, and body, including… [p]rescribing or administering cross-sex hormones in amounts greater than would normally be produced endogenously in a healthy person of the same age and sex.”

SB-2 further states that “public funds shall not be directly or indirectly used, granted, paid, or distributed for the purpose of providing a cosmetic or elective procedure to an inmate in a correctional facility.” The law came into effect on June 27 this year.

Representing the 68 convicted criminals, the ACLU argues that “reducing, terminating, or withholding HRT care violates the Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution.” The Eighth Amendment bars “cruel and unusual punishment” of incarcerated inmates, while the Fourteenth Amendment – instituted to address the treatment of those who were formerly enslaved – prevents states from infringing on citizens’ privileges without due process.

According to the complaint, Smith was given a diagnosis of gender dysphoria in 2009, at which point he began taking “estrogen and anti-androgens to feminize the body” in the four years leading up to the crime for which he is incarcerated. The ACLU refers to gender dysphoria as a “serious medical condition,” citing Standards of Care created by the controversial activist group the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).

They Just Can’t Help Themselves

According to Grok:

The X post by Libs of TikTok highlights a concerning incident involving Zayn Edward Arcand, a 19-year-old from Iron Mountain, Michigan, who was arrested for allegedly attempting to burn down the Dickinson County Republican Committee headquarters with a Molotov cocktail.

This act of violence is part of a broader pattern of political extremism, as Arcand admitted to the act as a message against perceived corruption, reflecting a dangerous intersection of personal identity and political ideology.

Arcand’s self-identification as “genderfluid, polyamorous sometimes female” underscores a complex personal identity that has been thrust into the public eye due to the criminal act. This incident raises questions about the mental health and stability of individuals who engage in such extreme behaviors, especially when their personal identities are publicly scrutinized.

The event occurred on July 12, 2025, and has been met with strong condemnation from political figures, such as Michigan Republican Party Chair Jim Runestad, who labeled Arcand as “a liberal Antifa scumbag.”

This reaction points to a polarized political climate where acts of violence are quickly attributed to broader ideological conflicts, potentially overshadowing the individual’s mental health issues. The incident also aligns with broader discussions on the rise of political violence and the need for mental health interventions, as evidenced by increasing concerns about violence against marginalized communities, such as the transgender community in Pakistan, reported around the same time.
